I orederd a phone at 28 July via snapdeal.com and it delivers at 8 Aug 2016, but because of some problem i request for return it.But they said that unable to pick up your product send this item according to our given address. I sen it at 12 aug 2016 via Indian Post and it reached at 16 Aug 2016(according to online status), but at 19 aug 2016 they mail thay they need Proof of Delivery for refund(means product is reached at its warehouse or...

I just want to know at what address do i need to send my neft bank account details...

I purchased a mobile handset “lenovo vipe k4 note 16gb” vide on 20th august 2016, order id: [protected] which was delivered on 23th aug 2016. Same day i found that there is battery defect issue, some scratches found on phone, quick guide manual not available, and also protective film also not available in the box. Then i placed a replacement request on the same day, and item has been picked on next day.
They generated new suborder...

I returned all products through india post., now all parecels supposed to deliver today and india post attempted to deliver but snap deal warehouse chandigarh, plot number 83, raipurkalan, chandigarh,, they refused to verify,,,, and india post told me that parcels going to sent me back... I am
Fed up of this snap deal company,, they harrased me mentally.,,, i request all people not to use snap deal for shopping,,,

Their service is so poor that there is no back call from support team.
My product (xiaomi redmi note 3) was due to be delivered on 30th aug but still i have rcvd nothing.
I even opted for exchange offer for my old phone for which they were supposed to visit and collect the old phone. but for that also there is no intimation till now and when i call there is no response from service team.
Eriously fed up from poor service...

I ordered casotec tempered glass screen guard for samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0 / t311 in snap deal on 09 jan, 2016. Then i returned my product and asked for refund. My refund has been initiated on 11:08 pm, 04 feb, 2016. I have already made lot of complaints on snapdeal customer care through both phone & mail.

I have bought a leather belt for rs. 624/- from snap deal on 18.08.2016, i received the courier on 24.08.2016, the buckle of the belt was broken, i returned the item through dtdc courier on 27.08.2016, which cost me more rs.100 and also wasted petrol and time.
