I receive it today on 31/8/2016 after open i found that the material is not same as i booked and the material is old and damaged. Now snapdeal.com is refusing to refund or replace the material. When it was booked then the commitment was with replace or refund, they send me a damage materiel and refusing to replace.

This site is actually made for cheating with public. Still they have not return or refund.
Now the are playing a new game with me. The game is they are sending me the same product as a name of replacement and force me to pay Rs 1822 more though I have already paid Rs 1272. Then where is replacement, what is the meaning of replacement . IT IS A CHEATING SITE.

    I had ordered 4 headsets in snapdeal on 25th July and 4 was cancelled but only 3 headsets amount was refunded to my account another one headset amount Rs.679 was not refunded to my account. complaint raised few days before but still no response.

    The order id is [protected] so get refunded the amount quickly as much as possible. It make two delay from july 25th to still now. Kindly get resolve the issues and refund it to my account. Thanks

      I requested a replacement because the wrong earphones were sent and now it's replaced with the same thing! Is this a joke for snapdeal? The first picture of a screenshot is what i ordered. And the 2nd picture of the box is what i got.
      Can you see the difference in the print? I specifically mentioned this during the replacement call. I got the same thing again.

        Partial delivery received finally!
        2 chairs received
        Single order for 3 chairs/ but only 2 delivered
        No update on arrival of third chair
        (Third employee should probably stand and work?)

        Booked a return on grounds as specified by snapdeal terms
        Damaged goods
        Wrong quantity

        13 august
        Received call that they cannot process return and threatened that we should accept the third chair as
        And when it arrives! (Wow)
        Received mail that they cannot process a return

        15 aug. Promise to take back damaged chairs within 2 days (Nothing happened)

        18 aug promise to take back damaged chairs within 1 day (Nothing happened)

        19 aug again promise!!! To take back damaged chairs within 2 days (Nothing happened)

        20 aug asked me to courier if snapdeal wont able to pick it up by 22 aug. (Breach of terms & condition)

        22 aug. "senior executive" call to say pick up will be arranged but no date can be confirmed and earlier pickup schedules were fake.

        No response after this.

        Important points to note
        The chairs are refurbished and not brand new
        Rejected item was not picked up within 48 hours not even processed
        Snapdeal staff was extremely rude on call
        Snapdeal coercing customer to accept partial order whenever it arrives!

          Sir,

          It compelled me to mention a complaint with a grief regarding the well-known online - shopping website, "snapdeal.com".

          Actually, last year i purchased a lenovo notebook from the mentioned site. I received my order on[protected] but the invoice which i got from the company retailer is of date[protected]. Now, this so called notebook is not working fine and should replaced under your terms of defined "guarantee period" which is of one year.

          According to your executives, i ran out of the guarantee period which should be valid till one year after the delivery date i. E., till[protected]. So, i just want the company to send me the new invoice of my order which should be dated[protected], as i not got exact one year to examine the quality of your product.

          I hope that this complaint of mine will be solved and i will get a satisfying reply from your side for my grievance. If in case i would not be satisfied with your action regarding this complaint then i would be compelled to appeal in consumer forum regarding this problem but i hope it would not be needed.

              Short story

              Snapdeal is unable to track the product delivery even after 7 days of delivery. Their tracking system is neither up to date nor efficient. I want to return an Item and their support team is yet to confirm order delivery. I have called their support more than 7 times and people there are repetitively asking details as their complaint tracking system not showing details/support team is cheating - order ID: [protected]

              Full story:

              I placed an order for redme not3 phone on August 7. I got order confirmation at the moment and shipment notification on at 2 pm 9 th August. It was suppose to be delivered before August 12 as per this notification from Snapdeal. The delivery boy came to office on 11 August and I was at home at that time. So I told him to deliver to my colleague Soji Antony. He went back and came again around 4 ' o clock and delivered the item. Cash was paid in hand by my colleague. I got an alert from Snapdeal on August 12 that they were not able to deliver the item and will retry in 48 hours. This was unexpected as I already received the item on previous day. I got another alert on August 17 that my order was cancelled as delivery could not be completed. This is about their inefficient and pathetic tracking system

              As I was off and at home (Kerala) for the week, the product/phone was carried by my colleague to me and I opened the box by August 20 only. I took the phone out of the box, and put it to charge for 5 hours. Everything fine, phone started, set locale and other details. After checking it out for few, minutes, I left it on table. When I took it after few hours, phone was off. I tried to charge it again, no luck and phone was dead.

              I wanted to raise the issue to snapdeal and opened my account, there the order status was cancelled !!. Called support from a non registered number and press something as oer the IVR instructions, order status became 'refund successful'. This shows the inability of the supporting system. Then I raised a complaint ticket with support around August 23, complaint number 28236094. My experience with support team was very bad. I had called them more than 7 times (total talking duration more than 1 hour). All of them asked details of the order repetitively and I was messed up. I sent images of the phone and invoice copy as requested to [protected]@snapdeal.com. They listened care fully, talked politely, regretted for my experience and assured action within 24 hours. No action was taken so far. I dont know if no one is monitoring support team even if they repeatedly fooling a customer for single order ID. This shows their attitude towards consumers.

              The last guy I called yesterday night told me that he has raised a complaint (nr:[protected]from support team to backend team and action will be taken within 24 hours and no action yet - Its been more than 1 week since I opened this case

              update 1: Got a call from escalation team, Snapdeal support

              I was happy to receive a call from support as it was first attempt from their side. No hope, they said the product was not delivered though I received the item. When I raised the concern (I have bill and already shared to Snapdeal support), he just said they will check with delivery partner and will get an update. If you cant even track product delivery, whats the point in running an ecommerce compnay??

              update 3: I was not reachable when they called - I replied to mail from snapdeal after 30 / 40 minutes saying I am reachable now. No response yet

              update 4: One guy called from Snapdeal at 9:05 PM yesterday and said he is looking for Kunal...not me :( another example of inefficient support

              I sent them some more images along with bar codes on phone pack to them as requested. Snapdeal investigation team is looking into this now

              I purchased judwaa560 zebronics usb keyboard usb mouse combo from snapdeal. The seller is sagar the world of fashion. He sent me judwaa525 zebronics ps/2 keyboard and usb mouse. I returned it immediately for replacement. Snapdeal declined replacement because quality check failed. I repeatedly asked for replacement or refund and told them I never used it or broke it but they refused and said they have no other option and sent back me the returned item. I had to spend another Rs 100 to buy ps/2 to usb converter. In the keyboard they have sent back 6 of the multimedia keys remain pressed and are not functional.the keyboard opens up in the center as if the screws are not tight.

                My snapdeal order id is [protected]. I've been delivered a wrong product by seller's mistake and there is no way to directly contact seller and resolve the issue. I raised a replacement request on snapdeal website but it says that no pick up facility available in my area and i've to pack it and return it by myself through courier.

                I suspect that snapdeal or its sellers are running a fraud business. They intentionally send a wrong cheap product and then ask the customer to return it by courier. The returning process is so hectic that the buyer is just going to give up and will never send the product back

                The return process is rather a harassment. Following are the steps to return a snapdeal product:

                [ easy steps to return your snapdeal item

                Step 1. Repack item with invoice, accessories, original labels and tags.
                Step 2. Download, print and paste the return form on the package. Click here for the return form.
                Step 3. Send the package to our warehouse. Don't forget to take the courier receipt from the courier.
                Step 4. Upload a scanned copy of the courier receipt at help center. Go to your relevant order and select an issue under ‘i have a query on returns/refunds/cashback’. Here you can drag and drop the scanned copy.

                * please note that refund/replacement will be initiated only if the original packaging, tags, etc. Are present along with the returned item. ]

                Snapdeal’s customer care executive will further add to your harassment by repeating same thing again and again. “we are sorry for the inconvenience but you’ve to send the product back following few easy (Harassing) steps”.
                I’ve already sent my complaint to snapdeal’s customer case mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com but no statisfactory action taken by them. Now i’m escalating my complaint and hope proper action will be taken as per consumer affair act.

                    I orederd a phone at 28 July via snapdeal.com and it delivers at 8 Aug 2016, but because of some problem i request for return it.But they said that unable to pick up your product send this item according to our given address. I sen it at 12 aug 2016 via Indian Post and it reached at 16 Aug 2016(according to online status), but at 19 aug 2016 they mail thay they need Proof of Delivery for refund(means product is reached at its warehouse or not), i mailed him how can i do this, after next day they update their status that they received and quility check fail and send back the item but still i do not get my item and not my money.I mail several time but they don;t respose. I can not understand what i do?? It take a very long time.

                        I purchased a mobile handset “lenovo vipe k4 note 16gb” vide on 20th august 2016, order id: [protected] which was delivered on 23th aug 2016. Same day i found that there is battery defect issue, some scratches found on phone, quick guide manual not available, and also protective film also not available in the box. Then i placed a replacement request on the same day, and item has been picked on next day.
                        They generated new suborder id: [protected] and committed that replacement item will be delivered on or before 29 aug 2016. But still i didn't get my product, and there is no update on snapdeal site after 26th aug 2016.
                        I have complaint many times on snapdeal customer care number, but they are updating status of courier and every time they told, item will be delivered as soon as possible.

                          Hi, , someone called me from ‪+91 [protected]‬ number, , and said that he is speaking from snapdeal..and want to refund me amount which i spent.half an hour he spoke to me about taking my bank card details, , , but that time nothing was available with me, , , when i dropped the call, , i thought this suspicious...i was suprised that he talked to me for half an hour and asked my debit card detail including last three digits...

                            Their service is so poor that there is no back call from support team.
                            My product (xiaomi redmi note 3) was due to be delivered on 30th aug but still i have rcvd nothing.
                            I even opted for exchange offer for my old phone for which they were supposed to visit and collect the old phone. but for that also there is no intimation till now and when i call there is no response from service team.
                            Eriously fed up from poor service they give, that might be the reason why they are losers when compared to amazon and flipkart.

                            I want that they should pay me compensation amount for not making delivery and harassment which i have to go through after making unnecessary calls to their customer care which do not respond.
