Fed up of this snap deal company,, they harrased me mentally.,,, i request all people not to use snap deal for shopping,,,

Updated by ermandy Hi, , someone called me from +91 [protected] number, , and said that he is speaking from snapdeal..and want to refund me amount which i spent.half an hour he spoke to me about taking my bank card details, , , but that time nothing was available with me, , , when i dropped the call, , i thought this suspicious...i was suprised that he talked to me for half an hour and asked my debit card detail including last three digits...

The moment I posted my complaint here, I got a call from support (+12693978152) repeating the same acknowledgement. Now here is the 10 th acknowledgement requesting some more time :(
The complaint was opened on August 22 and not a single action has been taken so far - Also they kept silent on my queries over mail
