I made a request to return order [protected]. But nobody from courier contacted me and changed the status item package was not able to collect. When i call the delivery partner they told me that they don't change the status and ask to snapdeal. I purchased redmi note 3 back cover. The cover contains manufacturing defect. Item delivered on 23/08/2016 and within seconds i made request for refund and return but still always rescheduling. The pickup days are going. I want my money back. Its not my fault in return delay. From the first day on wards the packet was ready to return. So please do the needful.

Not yet resolved my problem. i return the order [protected] product to snapdeal on 08/09/2016 as per the instructions given via phone call. but still now not yet received my courier charge and purchase amount. Courier receipt attached below. please make the refund process as soon as possible

    Got item in good condition but without guarantee card. Snapdeal asked to intimate this within 48 hours. I searched for mail id but i couldn't get. Finally got one mail id from website and mailed them ([protected]@snapdeal.com). But there is no reply from snapdeal till now. Why don you add a mailing option on ur help centre online website.

                        I have raised several complaints from your mobile app but I am not getting any responses for the same. I wanted 2 return both yellow and orange capris from this order, however there is something wrong and I am not able 2 raise return for the orange capris, they show return request closed. However yesterday 27th August 2016, the blue dart person came to pick up yellow capris and I have sent orange capris along with the yellow, as i have size issue with both.                             I ordered sony memory card with 70mbps they delivered me 40mbps. Then i request for return and replace and this product to snapdeal warehouse after that online shows product is quality failure then i called customer care so many times they told me on my all calls. In 48 hours you called our quality team but yet they not call me. And they declared my product quality failure as on 20th August and today is 27th August no response from snapdeal. And online shows product is delivered to me.i called every day to customer care but they didn't respond well

                              Hello,

                              I had ordered my 1st order of pony cycle Brown ride-on Horse set of 6 with Rs 34990 with payment mode cash on delivery.

                              then after 6 days just before 2 days of delivery it was cancelled by seller

                              Again i booked the same order but then it was set of 5 & also i paid through net banking as CoD was unavailable,

                              Again same thing, order cancelled after few days just before the day of delivery.

                              N now these orders are above 1lakh rs.
                              hence you are cheating to consumers &
                              this way i wasted approx 10 days & more going on untill you resolve it, already till date its approx 75000Inr loss for me.

                              So i anyhow need the same order in same price, its snapdeal's responsibilty to confirm & fulfil order of customers from sellers.

                              If i wont get this i will go to consumer court & also write letter to Finance ministry & consumer affair ministry, Government of India
                              as a cheating done to me.

                                I had placed my order with order ID [protected] on 18-Aug-2016 & on 19-Aug-2016 the order status was "Order Placed and Dispatching Soon". Order was supposed to be delivered by 26-Aug-2016.

                                On 24-Aug-2016, there was no change in the order status. It was same as of 19-Aug-2016 ("Order placed, Dispatching soon"). I was worried about the on time delivery & hence called snapdeal customer care & they assured me that they will deliver on time.

                                On 25-Aug-2016 mid-day, there was no change in the status again & called customer care & got unsatisfactory replies. Then after some time received a mail saying "Order Cancelled". Also the order status was like this - "Placed - Dispatched - Cancelled". So funny it was. With in 10 minutes order was Dispatched & Cancelled too.

                                They cancelled my order without my permission & any prior intimation. Now they are saying, they will refund the amount as they are not able to deliver my order on time. Never expected such behaviour from Snapdeal.

                                That was a surprised gift to someone & they just screwed.

                                    I had one of the worst experiences with Snapdeal. I have been a regular online shopper and have never faced such abrupt, unprofessional, and unethical behavior by any other e-commerce websites.

                                    On 10th August I received an email from Sapdeal saying that my Order#[protected] has been cancelled and my account is being closed due to some transactions which do not pass their Internal check. ALso, Please note that all other open orders and refund claims on this account have also now been cancelled.Now how abrupt is that. I was not involved in any kind of dispute with Snapdeal and have very much adhered to their 7 days widely proclaimed EASY RETURN policy(which I highly doubt now) to return any product. So I fail to understand on what basis such a decision was taken. Shouldn't the customer be told about the rationale transparently??

                                    For privacy reasons I don't want to mention my email id or other particulars on this forum. However, using the above mentioned order ID my details can be found.

                                    Additionally- regarding one more order#[protected] (Tryfa White Crepe Jumpsuits), the product was picked up by Snapdeal from my home after multiple followups from the day return request was placed. Now again they are creating same hassles for me to refund the amount for this product as well.

                                    This is such a fraud by a company. They have picked up my product and now gulping up my money too. I want my money to be refunded by Snapdeal immediately. This is causing me so many hassles and wasting my time.

                                    #I would never advise any one to shop with them. They don't even follow the policies which are listed on their website and operate in a very monotonous way. I am really fed up following up with them.

                                    I would like to follow up on below order(also mentioed in prior complaint)

                                    You may refer to the email trail for detailed background. On account of an urgent professional trip, I missed writing to you in between. However, the entire communication ad updates were duly done already way back and refund for the above mentioned item is over due on your side. You have picked up the product which was returned in original packing and all price tags intact. Your courier boy had also checked it before picking it up. And now you have blocked my money(INR 1200) from such long period.

                                    Please initiate refud to original mode of payment at the earliest as I don't have time to go back and forth on the same topic. It's highly unethical for a consumer service company to pick a product in orginal condition and not return the money as well. I have read and heard of numerous such instances with Snapdeal.

                                    If I don't get any revert in next 2 days, I am pretty keen to raise it up with the consumer forum as well as well consumer court.

                                      I hv given request to pick up the lehnga for refund but still no one has been even called and snapdeal is telling that is not our concern... I. E. Courier company duty to pick up... When calling courier company they are telling we hv not received any request... Again when calling snapdeal only answering machine is reachable... Pls do something...

                                        I had purchased a Fly company's Qik + handset on November from Snapdeal. Now on May mine handset had Display problem, I contacted to its customer care numbers, they gave me a customer service address, where i hand over mine handset. They said that it will take 40 days time, Now when i contacted service center they are saying that the company is not responding to them. I too tried to call to Fly service centers but they are not receiving calls or replying to mails. Then i contacted to snapdeal for help. After giving assurance since two week now snap deal says that the Fly company is also not replying to their mails and calls, and now they are offering me 300 hundred rupees voucher.
                                        I have felt like cheated.
