I had ordered a selfistick of green colouron 9 august, 2016 from website of snapdeal. I received it on 13 august, 2016, when i received this stick it was of pink colour and no print was on the buttons of its remote, than i call to customer care of snapdeal and tell them about my problem, than they replace it with a green colour stick but this green selfistick also had a problem, its remote was not working, than i call snap deal customer care...

I have bought the Lenovo Company Mobile, and after 6 Months only it started creating problems.When i reached its service center, I got to know that it is not lenovo company mobile.

Even the bill is also, they said, is fake.They are not ready to accept it as their company mobile.

Is this is service, snap deal is providing to its customer.Any company like Snap Deal is not authorized to give such kind of fake services...

What you have done on the case mention below, (i have brought a mobile handset that was faulty from its 1st day and i have complained to change the product within 4 days, but till now i have not get my judgment) for which i have lost my money. the worst brand name is waiting for you. i have copied replay of your mail but till today (after 3 years 8 months) i have not either get the product replaced or my money return....

I have ordered a redmi note 3with order id-[protected], worth 11999 and its delivered to me on 9th augst and on 10th august i have raised a request for return. After that every day i called snapdeal customer care but they are not arranging the pickup its already 15 days gone but they are not even picked up the product and i am not getting my refund. Its truly irritating and i have just lost all my patience....

I order a watch on 7th august but my order did not deliver to me till now....

This is with reference to my order ID [protected].Under the same, I was supposed to receive 3 no . bottles ie 1 shake, One protein and one energy drink.However, upon opening the delivery box, I noticed that, it contained only 2 (shake and protein) and the third one (energy drink) was missing.I have raised the issue with customer care on the same day. I had ordered weecare cotton shorts set of 3 n I got its delivery on 30th of July 2016.. bt those shorts were small in size so I requested for replacement.. Company said at my area it's not possible to pick my replacement.. So I returned it by courier on 4th of August nd the company refuses to take my replacement and said we don't accept the couriers from Trackon courier services, please resend ur replacement by Bluedart courier service.....

Snapdeal provided very wrost services because they was pickup the ptoduct after that deny to give refund and no information provided. Think is that also product reach to snapdeal office but snapdeal not given me product and refund also atleast return product / refund so i want call back by snap deal senior person and i want refund beacuse already waste of my 6 days regarding this matter...

I paid for this product on 4th August, 2016. Paid by my Rupay Debit Card. But later on the same day, I cancelled the order. PLEASE Don't buy any product above 10k from Snapdeal...its utter worst eCommerce website.

I ordered the K4 note mobile on snapdeal but i received brand new k3 note. I returned it through manually as snapdeal said.
