    I had one of the worst experiences with Snapdeal. I have been a regular online shopper and have never faced such abrupt, unprofessional, and unethical behavior by any other e-commerce websites.

    On 10th August I received an email from Sapdeal saying that my Order#[protected] has been cancelled and my account is being closed due to some transactions which do not pass their Internal check. ALso, Please note that all other open orders and refund claims on this account have also now been cancelled.Now how abrupt is that. I was not involved in any kind of dispute with Snapdeal and have very much adhered to their 7 days widely proclaimed EASY RETURN policy(which I highly doubt now) to return any product. So I fail to understand on what basis such a decision was taken. Shouldn't the customer be told about the rationale transparently??

    For privacy reasons I don't want to mention my email id or other particulars on this forum. However, using the above mentioned order ID my details can be found.

    Additionally- regarding one more order#[protected] (Tryfa White Crepe Jumpsuits), the product was picked up by Snapdeal from my home after multiple followups from the day return request was placed. Now again they are creating same hassles for me to refund the amount for this product as well.

    This is such a fraud by a company. They have picked up my product and now gulping up my money too. I want my money to be refunded by Snapdeal immediately. This is causing me so many hassles and wasting my time.

    #I would never advise any one to shop with them. They don't even follow the policies which are listed on their website and operate in a very monotonous way. I am really fed up following up with them.

    As assured, I couldn't get any response from your team, except the same re-iterative ones wherein the executives had no idea of the issue itself.

    I would like to follow up on below order(also mentioed in prior complaint)
    Order ID: [protected] ( product name-Tryfa White Crepe Jumpsuits)

    You may refer to the email trail for detailed background. On account of an urgent professional trip, I missed writing to you in between. However, the entire communication ad updates were duly done already way back and refund for the above mentioned item is over due on your side. You have picked up the product which was returned in original packing and all price tags intact. Your courier boy had also checked it before picking it up. And now you have blocked my money(INR 1200) from such long period.

    Please initiate refud to original mode of payment at the earliest as I don't have time to go back and forth on the same topic. It's highly unethical for a consumer service company to pick a product in orginal condition and not return the money as well. I have read and heard of numerous such instances with Snapdeal.

    If I don't get any revert in next 2 days, I am pretty keen to raise it up with the consumer forum as well as well consumer court.

      I hv given request to pick up the lehnga for refund but still no one has been even called and snapdeal is telling that is not our concern... I. E. Courier company duty to pick up... When calling courier company they are telling we hv not received any request... Again when calling snapdeal only answering machine is reachable... Pls do something...

        I had purchased a Fly company's Qik + handset on November from Snapdeal. Now on May mine handset had Display problem, I contacted to its customer care numbers, they gave me a customer service address, where i hand over mine handset. They said that it will take 40 days time, Now when i contacted service center they are saying that the company is not responding to them. I too tried to call to Fly service centers but they are not receiving calls or replying to mails. Then i contacted to snapdeal for help. After giving assurance since two week now snap deal says that the Fly company is also not replying to their mails and calls, and now they are offering me 300 hundred rupees voucher.
        I have felt like cheated.

          I purchased intex 4.1 channel speakers it got delivered on time but when i saw the qwality was low speakers were got damaged and bot working . I insisted for replacement but company denied instead said that they will not replace nor refund the amount. The behaviour of company executive was very rude. They dont even provided me with original, they are selling fake products on the name of brand, a strict action should be taken against the snapdeal.

The company is dening to replace or returning i complaint three times but the nature of company was rude .they are selling fake products on the name of the company .

            Hi,

            I've ordered a mobile from snapdeal (Order ID: [protected], , Suborder Id: [protected]) on 23rd August 2016.

            The reason I ordered from snapdeal is that, they were giving delivery to my address between 25th-27th August. And I had a plan to travel to my hometown (mumbai to kolkata) on 28th August. I got a message from them as well that my order will get delivered by 27th August.

            For last 2 days (25th &26th) I've been trying to track my product on their order page. There my order is shown to be "in transit" and it is in Bhiwandi area.

            Now today (27th August), the status has not yet changed. It's still showing as "in Transit".

            I contacted their facebook support team, but they are saying they will look into the same and revert. I am stuck with their team in facebook, who are constantly saying, they will call me shortly, but even after repeatedly telling them of my issues, they are not even properly responding.

            Now my point is, I've already paid them on credit card, so my money is gone and I'm not able to get my product today. If they have told that they have a delivery issue and couldn't deliver on promised date, then I'd have never bought this item from them.

                Snapdeal is totally unprofessional company with no ethic values. They are taking customer for ride and making fool of them.

                I had made return request on 14th Aug 2016 and next day person visited to check and made the doc for return. After that got a SMS that someone will come and pick the material but till date no one had come. I called up the number more than 50 times and got connected to them in 2 times and same that someone will come.
                Even after number of mails no action is taken. Once got a call that we will help you and within 48 hours some one will come.
                Got the SMS too but still no one came.

                Got a SMS on 24th morning that someone will pick, no one turned up and again on 24th evening go SMS stating that someone will come on 25th to pick the material. To my surprise on 25th morning got SMS, says return request close due to no response from your side.

                This is really disgusting and Snapdeal thinks customer are fool. Did any check with customer the issue,

                I will take the case to CONSUMER COURT, as I have all the call details and SMS's if nothing moves now on priority.

                    I had ordered a selfistick of green colouron 9 august, 2016 from website of snapdeal. I received it on 13 august, 2016, when i received this stick it was of pink colour and no print was on the buttons of its remote, than i call to customer care of snapdeal and tell them about my problem, than they replace it with a green colour stick but this green selfistick also had a problem, its remote was not working, than i call snap deal customer care in just a moment and told them to send me a new selfi stick with a working remote than they agree to send a new selfistick but they do not send it to me till the date 27/8/2016.

                      I have bought the Lenovo Company Mobile, and after 6 Months only it started creating problems.When i reached its service center, I got to know that it is not lenovo company mobile.

                      Even the bill is also, they said, is fake.They are not ready to accept it as their company mobile.

                      Is this is service, snap deal is providing to its customer.Any company like Snap Deal is not authorized to give such kind of fake services to their customers.

                      I met with one of the Familiar after too much struggle for this mobile and argued to its service center, he helped to get the mobile issue resolved. Finally They replaced the touch screen of the phone and resolved the issue in mobile. But really this is not acceptable. I struggled a lot to get the mobile issue resolved. And after 6-8 months, it started creating problem. Any way problem has been resolved. But this issue should not occur next time. Specially from a recognizable company like Snapdeal

                        I Mr.Sayantan Nag book 2nos of bedsheet with pillowcover and the order num is Order ID: [protected] on[protected] one of the bedsheet of suborder num-[protected](Optimistic Home furnishing-3D print bedsheet with 2 pillow cover) which i have received on[protected] found defective and just within an hour i logged a complain to them that the material found defective and i need refund of 449.00rs so they have picked the material on[protected] and on[protected] they confirmed me that the payment have done by IMPS:[protected], but when i have checked with my bank i found that the payment is not reflecting on my account so again i called them and now every day a new customer care call me and ask to give 24-48hrs to get my money back.As a customer im getting a lotss of problem so please do the needful.

                          What you have done on the case mention below, (i have brought a mobile handset that was faulty from its 1st day and i have complained to change the product within 4 days, but till now i have not get my judgment) for which i have lost my money. the worst brand name is waiting for you. i have copied replay of your mail but till today (after 3 years 8 months) i have not either get the product replaced or my money return. now i have no option except to relay this to all forums, newspaper, social media, online media, and news channel, national consumer affairs cell …etc.

                              I bought a TV cost around 60K from snapdeal. They delivered it on time but the product was defective.It was tested by SONY employee who came to install it.The same day i ordered for replacement.It was initiated on 11th August and was picked upon 12th August evening.Till now i didn't got the replacement or a refund.I called them more than 10 times but they say we didn't receive the product yet.I am attaching the screenshot of snapdeal app where it say's it was picked up on 13th August. My trust on snapdeal has gone down.Can any one tell me what I can do in case i don't get the refund/replacement?

                              Still the problem didn't got resolved now they are telling that we will not refund we will only replace but i don't want replacement now as its already too late. Snapdeal is a cheater

                                I put one order [protected] on 12 august 2016 under which suborders [protected] and [protected], I put return request on 17th august and 23rd august. Till now no one picked the product and now customer care called me stating that it can't be done as my account is defaulter, I put the request using the same account and used debit card for the purchase. If my account having transaction issue then why order was accepted and delivered. It should have been cancelled and my money should have returned back.

                                For return, my account has been mentioned as having issues. This is really a cheat. I want these products to be returned and my money should be given back.

                                I put another order [protected] on 14 august 2016 under which suborders [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] I put return request on 23rd august. Till now no one picked the product and now customer care called me stating that it cant be done as your account is defaulter, Same thing they are saying for this as well that account is having transaction issues. If there is a issue then why accepting the orders and processing them. Why not rejected the order and returning the money. For return request my account has been mentioned as having problems. I want these product to be returned and my money should be given back.

                                  My name is ravindra parihar. Reliance jio back cover is defective and Return request approved on 15 aug and now is 26 aug. They are not picking up my product till now. And on every call after long hold they said product will up my product tommarow but nevar pick up my product. They have not come for pick up. Wrost experience with snapdeal. One thing i have learned from this is that snapdeal has wrost return policy and pick up. You are acting as this is only rs 399 product and you don't want to pick up. probably my last shopping with snapdeal. I will continue flipkart, amazon but with you this is my last shopping. Guys This is only 399 product thing what will happened when you purchase costly product and snapdeal behave like this. Be aware

                                        This is with reference to my order ID [protected].Under the same, I was supposed to receive 3 no . bottles ie 1 shake, One protein and one energy drink.However, upon opening the delivery box, I noticed that, it contained only 2 (shake and protein) and the third one (energy drink) was missing.I have raised the issue with customer care on the same day. However, they are reluctant to change /complete the order.This is absolutely pathetic service on part of Snapdeal and has created an impression of online fraud .I would request the top management of snapdeal to initiate the necessary corrective action regarding my order on priority. I shall be constrained to escalate my case to the legal and consumer protection forums if snapdeal fails to do so.

                                        Kindly treat this as a litigator notification from my side .
