Sir, the is problem is with mobile, there is only one service centre in ranchi there are also not providing the service then where i need to go, the mobile is phicomm and am purchased in snapdeal it is warranty, i purchased in feb 2016, it got problem in july 2016 the mobile company unable to provide service and snapdeal unable to provide service also, its completely there are cheating people by selling fraud mobiles, they unable to keep their promises.i suggest please close the snapdeal and phicomm mobiles services because so many people are losing their money, snapdeal is most scam e commerce site.its almost one month i registered complaint in snapdeal one month back till today, i didn't get any solution from snapdeal team . my complaint number :26941164 registered on 26th july 2016.

      Dear members...
      PLEASE Don't buy any product above 10k from Snapdeal...its utter worst eCommerce website.

      I ordered the K4 note mobile on snapdeal but i received brand new k3 note. I returned it through manually as snapdeal said. The returned item was delivered successfully at warehouse on 14th July 2016. But the entire team and also the warehouse peoples is tried to cheated me by saying the "shipment was not received yet".

      When i submitted the drs copy from the couirer company at that time the team says that the pod does not match or we have not received the item say like a radio...Does not hear my word or questions.

      Still I'm waiting such a long time approx. one and half month. ..

      NO refund initiated.

      But i have the clear proof that item recieved the warehouse peoples.
      Scanned copy of drs sheet.
      In the document have,
      i can seen the warehouse seal stamped...

      I asked to the snapdeal team guyz, How to possible to the sign seal on warehouse when the item is not received yet condition.

      But the team is does not give my question's answer.

        I ordered productsfrom snapdeal and delivery is their for my pincode but delivery boy always cancelling my order witjout any information and all my money, time wasted and he is going on cancelling every order i was placing he is non educated i dont know even English and i dont know why snapdeal hire him .i faced so many problems from courier why such a peopleexist in snapdeal . Due to this reputation of snapdeal is lost by such unsatisfactory issues . If snapdeal didn't take immediate action upon them, so many of them will stop buying in snapdeal.

              I have purchased one rack on 08/08/2016.And I cancelled the item on advice of my friend.and the Snapdeal team informed me that I had to wait until the item got returned to the seller.And on 18/08/2016 they sent me a mail saying that they had started the refund on the day and I would get refunded within 4 business days..Now it is 7 days and I haven't received my money back..And I spend around 43 rupees calling this guy's..Two of them had assured me that my complaint will be addressed withing 24 hours.But it is sad that nobody had called me..neither informed me of the status of my fund..One customer associate assured me of giving the Ute number of the transaction on sending him the account statement.I had send the same.but no one did reply to my grievance.kindly do anything possible...

                    Iam extremely extremely disappointed.i have order for nike black sneakers cod 3495 and you guys have cheated me by sending some local cheap quality shoes which is not even worth 200 rs.i have payed 3459 cod.seeing the product I immediately call the delivery guy within 5min and he came back and he said I need to talk to snap deal directly as we r just delivery people. Iam not expecting this kind of cheating from u guys. This product was a gift for my brother and u guys have really upset me.i will never purchase again from snapdeal and will never recommend others.                           I have taken Atlas Tweet bicycle from Snap Deal . They have Mentioned 21 speed Cycle in the specification and also No where mentioned in the specification or no note mentioned like Snap deal is not having responsibilities of assembling the cycle.
                          If you see in the Flipkart It is clearly mentioned a note that it will be 80% assembled . But it is not mentioned in the snap deal site.
                          When i asked SNAP DEAL they are telling it is written in Q& A session.
                          Tell ME customer will buy the product by reading specification or Q& A Session.
                          I have Raised so many complaint since 20th Aug but i got mail on tuesday dated 23rd august 2016 mentioning that we will not refund money as product delivered is in good condition. Even though they didn't do the servay they written it is good condition.
                          But when i assembled the cycle yesterday after so many attempts to call snap deal person to assemble i saw the product is having scratches all over the product and also they mentioned 21 speed cycle i got is 18 speed cycle,
                          When i called Customer care they are not ready to accept the things they are just telling it is multi speed cycle.
                          Even though it is clearly mentioned 21 speed in the portal.
                          I have paid 500 extra for assembly also . I need full justice or else i will highlight it to higher level.
                          pls give me the solution as soon as possible. because iu ahve calling so many times and i got frustrated now with the service which i got by you people.

                            I have ordered the Loreal lipstick of shade Pure Ruby. But the shade they delivered is called Pure Fire. The shade of the lipstick which i ordered is totally different from the one I received and it was also unsealed. So I immediately called the Snapdeal customer care for delivering wrong and unsealed product and asked for replacement. They asked me to send the pictures of the lipstick which was delivered. I sent them the pictures and waited for their response. Since there was no response i called them again. they told me that the product cant be replaced as it is through something called SD plus. I told them the product is wrong how can i keep it. But there was no positive response. After that I called around 8 times but still they didnt pay attention to my complaint. Snapdeal is playimg with the sentiments and money of the customers in the name of their non replacement policy called SD Plus. I told them to show out of stock if the shade of lipstick is not present. They can't just send anything in the name of SD Plus and say it to be non replaceable. I just want the shade which I ordered and thays it.

                                I think it became a policy of snapdeal to cheat people and to suck the mental peace and hard earned money of people. I have also became an victim of this policy. I have placed an order of Dell Inspiron 3558 Notebook (Z565106HIN9) (5th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 39.62 cm(15.6)- Windows 10) (Black) on 20th august Order ID: [protected] . it was saying the product will come to me by 25-27th Aug 2016 . Today (24th Aug 2016) I have received the laptop and was happy and excited (actually I was not expecting it before time ). but as I have opened and started the laptop all my happiness turned into sorrow and the final nail in the coffin was that when I have contacted the online technical support of Dell. they told the OS (windows 10 ) which came to me is not genuine and that's why that's why a lots of features ( especially store ) is not accessing in the laptop. They ( Dell ) asked me to contact the snapdeal because Dell's laptops comes with Ubuntu OS . at snapdeal Dell Inspiron 3558 Notebook (5th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 39.62 cm(15.6)- Ubuntu) (Black) is available at Rs. 26499 and I have paid Rs. 31100 only for Windows 10 (and they have sent me a pirated version ).

                                after that I have contacted with snapdeal and being a native Hindi speaking person every time I was selecting the language of communication as Hindi and every time after that my phone call gets disconnected. about 5 times I have tried it and then I have chosen the language English miraculously it transferred to the Customer care executive. and the executive forced me to speak in English though I dont wanted to. I am science graduate and can very well speak English but I prefer to speak Hindi as much as possible... anyways... I have told him how they have betrayed me and got an answer of Apology. and then he start telling me his companies replacement policy . I have my flight on 27th August and don't have time for replacement or etc . I asked him to book an order (this time with a genuine Windows 10 ) and send it to me by express service . For that he said he can't do it and asked me to talk with his supervisor . I was shocked by the words of the supervisor, he said and I quote " sir you have booked your order on 20th August and the expected date of delivery was 25-27th Aug but you got it today ( 20th Aug ) . why don't you consider this " ...
                                how irresponsible answer is this ? to give an early delivery you sent me a pirated version ? did I say I am in hurry so send me anything that you want ? I wanted to ask these question but unfortunately the phone call got disconnected ( or maybe he did it intentionally ). Since that time I am trying to contact snapdeal but couldn't get so because when I enter my telephone number the phone is getting disconnected.


                                now what ? what do I do now ? on my account at the Snapdeal website it is showing that I have asked for refund ( actually I didn't ask that )


                                Can you help me in it because I really need the laptop on or before 27th August .

                                What's the drama the snapdeal is doing ? I can't understand . Yesterday ( 25th August) in the evening (06:26pm) I have got a call from the snapdeal where the customer care executive wanted to be sure if I have returned back that laptop or not. And again started to teach me the company policy. I have many times humbly requested him to make sure that I can get the laptop by 28th. My flight is on 29th from New Delhi and earlier I had plan to leave Rishikesh on 27th and to meet my sister in New Delhi as I didn't go to her on Rakshabandhan. But because of this laptop issue I have decided to go on 28th . For that he said i can't promise you but I ( he ) have mentioned my team to solve your problem on priority basis.

                                We've packed it with care and shipped it through our courier. It will reach you on or before 01 Sep, 2016.

                                I mean what is this and why I am suffering? What and where is my fault ? Estimated Delivery : On or before 01 Sep, 2016 . What I am going to do with this laptop if it comes to me after 28th? On 29th I am going to fly to Moscow for 3 years.

                                This is too much now. Till now I have been very nice with snapdeal but they taking advantage of my politeness.

                                Sir now I want the compensation for :
                                1. The fraud snapdeal has done with me
                                2. All the mental stress I am getting because of them . This time I should do my preparations but I am writing a complaint about them.
                                3. My laptop by 28th August. They have express service in which they can deliver in One day . But even I have asked them thousands of time for it they don't listen because their intenintentions are only to cheat people.

                                Team Consumer complaints I request you to please take a necessary action against the snapdeal.com

                                P.S. in case if they say " on or before 01 September " means it could reach to me on 28th then please let me show you what the courier tracking is saying . Its saying " they have booked the courier ( laptop) from Gwalior ". Now how could it reach to me all the way from Gwalior to Rishikesh by 28th ?

                                Today ( just now) I have received a laptop BUT maintaining the legacy of cheating Snapdeal has sent me Dell Inspiron 3543 with Ubuntu OS and 500GB HDD ... it's price is 26999 .. i have ordered Dell inspiron 3558 with Windows 10 and 1TB HDD and I have paid 31100 .

                                Still it need something to prove their Fraud ? What other proof Consumercomplaints.in needs to take action against Snapdeal ?

                                  I ordered sennheiser cx 180 from snapdeal they send me the product in good packaging but when i open the parcel the packaging of the product is sealed by the cello tape it means the packet is already opened by the seller and then sealed.
                                  Then i returned the product and the staff of the snapdeal called me and said that the quality check team has checked he product and its original and they sent me the product back which is again fake.
                                  Also there is no vat or tin no provided by the seller.

                                      I ordered a wardrobe on 31st july.
                                      It was delivered on 18th aug.
                                      Carpenter told that wardrobe is missing holes for screws on middle runner. Hence, the wardrobe cannot be assembled and needs to be replaced.
                                      I raised case to snapdeal on 21st july.

                                        I am Tsea Degala, I bought a Philips SHE1405 earphones on 9th August, 2016 on snapdeal and I received on 14th.
                                        I have noticed that the received product is not same as image shown and I believed those are duplicate one. So, I initiated a return request on 14th august, they picked up on 23rd august.

                                        I have paid Rs 24 from freecharge wallet and remaining Rs 224 from my bank account. I have received my freecharge balance of Rs 24.
                                        But yesterday I got a message that my product failed quality check so no refund will be processed.

                                        I have received a fake item and I sent what I have got everything also with the package, not only that the pickup person also checked the product while picking up (amazon never did). How come my refund is failed?

                                        You sent me duplicate one without checking, when I returned the product you made a quality check. Also there is no specific email to contact with snapdeal.

                                        I will prove that the received item is fake. See the attached pictures

                                        First picture is the snapdeal website picture and second one is that I received.
                                        See the difference, the picture from snapdeal is having straight heads and the received ones are curvy, not only that I have seen many difference from the YouTube videos, that it is also not having R L indications also not provided extra buds, the 3.5 mm pin is different from the original unboxing videos of the earphone.
