Yesterday ( 25th August) in the evening (06:26pm) I have got a call from the snapdeal where the customer care executive wanted to be sure if I have returned back that laptop or not. And again started to teach me the company policy. I have many times humbly requested him to make sure that I can get the laptop by 28th. My flight is on 29th from New Delhi and earlier I had plan to leave Rishikesh on 27th and to meet my sister in New Delhi as I didn't go to her on Rakshabandhan. But because of this laptop issue I have decided to go on 28th . For that he said i can't promise you but I ( he ) have mentioned my team to solve your problem on priority basis.
Last night at 08:07pm I have got an SMS that " Replacement Confirmed and will ship the replacement soon. Once we ship it, we will send you the delivery dates and a link to track your order ".
Now today (26th August) at 06:31pm I have got this email
" Hi Manish
Your Dell Inspiron 3558 Notebook (Z565106HIN9) (5th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 39.62 cm(15.6)- Windows 10) (Black) is on its way!
We've packed it with care and shipped it through our courier. It will reach you on or before 01 Sep, 2016.

I mean what is this and why I am suffering? What and where is my fault ? Estimated Delivery : On or before 01 Sep, 2016 . What I am going to do with this laptop if it comes to me after 28th? On 29th I am going to fly to Moscow for 3 years.
This is too much now. Till now I have been very nice with snapdeal but they taking advantage of my politeness.
Sir now I want the compensation for :
1. The fraud snapdeal has done with me
2. All the mental stress I am getting because of them . This time I should do my preparations but I am writing a complaint about them.
3. My laptop by 28th August. They have express service in which they can deliver in One day . But even I have asked them thousands of time for it they don't listen because their intenintentions are only to cheat people.
Team Consumer complaints I request you to please take a necessary action against the snapdeal.com
P.S. in case if they say " on or before 01 September " means it could reach to me on 28th then please let me show you what the courier tracking is saying . Its saying " they have booked the courier ( laptop) from Gwalior ". Now how could it reach to me all the way from Gwalior to Rishikesh by 28th ?

Updated by Manish23051980 Today ( just now) I have received a laptop BUT maintaining the legacy of cheating Snapdeal has sent me Dell Inspiron 3543 with Ubuntu OS and 500GB HDD ... it's price is 26999 .. i have ordered Dell inspiron 3558 with Windows 10 and 1TB HDD and I have paid 31100 .
Still it need something to prove their Fraud ? What other proof Consumercomplaints.in needs to take action against Snapdeal ?

Updated by Manish23051980 What your team going to update me? I have already asked for the Refund on 30th August. What I got busy all this - Only STRESS . And who is responsible for it - snapdeal and what I have now? Nothing...
Shame on you guys, You have no moral values and business ethics. You are just a shameless and fraud company.
Now if still you have some shameless left then process my refund as soon as possible
I have order the prodict vlcc heena 100gm 14th aug 2016. Till date i have not recived.
