I am Tsea Degala, I bought a Philips SHE1405 earphones on 9th August, 2016 on snapdeal and I received on 14th.
I have noticed that the received product is not same as image shown and I believed those are duplicate one. So, I initiated a return request on 14th august, they picked up on 23rd august.
I have paid Rs 24 from freecharge wallet and remaining Rs 224 from my bank account. I have received my freecharge balance of Rs 24.
But yesterday I got a message that my product failed quality check so no refund will be processed.

I have received a fake item and I sent what I have got everything also with the package, not only that the pickup person also checked the product while picking up (amazon never did). How come my refund is failed?
You sent me duplicate one without checking, when I returned the product you made a quality check. Also there is no specific email to contact with snapdeal.
I will prove that the received item is fake. See the attached pictures
First picture is the snapdeal website picture and second one is that I received.
See the difference, the picture from snapdeal is having straight heads and the received ones are curvy, not only that I have seen many difference from the YouTube videos, that it is also not having R L indications also not provided extra buds, the 3.5 mm pin is different from the original unboxing videos of the earphone.
Refund my amount. Problem is with you not me
