A mobile and case had been ordered on snapdeal by me on 10.08.2016. But till date it is not delivered which was supposed to be delivered before 4 days. Till date on calling on the customer care number it is telling that we will update soon.
Kindly arrange for refund of my money as son as possible.

    I had purchased muscle blaze weight gainer 3 kg today

    and when i opened by purchase item i found the seal was broken .
    I dont think we give you money for the expired product.
    Kindly help me i promise to you i will never ever repeat the sin of purchasing an item on snapdeal.
    'IF you guys can send expired and waste food product then i dont think there is anything left to say.
    I am going to consumer center court to file a complaint against the [censored] that you guys do to customer but regarding official complaint i made it here please do whatever you guys can do to help me .

      I have been calling the team from past 5 days, the agents disconnects the call, kamal, kondli, sagar, shreesha and abhishek were the agents who gave me wrong and different information every time i called.
      Sagar was so rude and said since the quality check did not pass so nothing will be done for your refund and you will also not get any call backs from our team and disconnected the call.
      I received both used shoes which i sent back they picked up and then i am running after for my refund for 1187/- +1385/-

        Hi,
        My name is ashish. i have ordered shoes and shocks (order id: [protected]) from snapdeal. but i was not able to track them that is why i requested to snapdeal many times to give me a call because in snapdeal there is no other way to contact a customer care executive directly. that is strange.
        Inspite of requesting many times, they didn't call me. the product is also not the same as i have ordered. this is the worst thing i have ever seen.

          I was really out of control with the answers given by customer team (Mounika and shyam), as i got damaged product and it has been declared by technical person also.
          Now we request for return and refund the money. Where as customer care center not convinced with that.

          If this continues with the snap deal team. A post will be sent on twitter and facebook on cheating the customers.

              I was confirmed from the snapdeal offers that it would be a set of 9. 3 kadhai, 3 lids, 3 ladles. Only kadhai s and lids have been delivered. No ladles are present. Top button and screw of one lid are absent in the box.

              It is unbelievable to receive such an incomplete delivery from snapdeal.
              Already a request to replace have been placed against order id no :-[protected].

                I purchased a laptop - lenovo g50-80 along with some other items. all been perfect i got all items delivered on separate dates and laptop as well. my laptop was delivered on 13th august 2016. i opened it to my shock, the seal in the box was broken and instead of a lenovo laptop, it had a 2nd hand (sort of damaged) dell machine.


                Trusting the snapdeal, i raised a return request on 13th itself and since then took follow up from the nuvo-ex courier and got the laptop picked up. the courier agency picked up the laptop @ 4:00 pm on 22/08/2016 and went away.

                I received an sms from snapdeal @ 6:01 pm and the same mentioned that the courier and return request has been cancelled as i am no longer interested in the return.!!

                What on earth made snapdeal feel that i was not interested in the return and was interested in keeping that damaged and used dell laptop for rs. 25, 382!!


                I called up the customer care and the agents told me to mail them the courier receipt which i did and they said now the laptop will be sent to the snapdeal warehouse were it will be checked for the quality-check. if it passes, my refund will be made and if it does not qualify for the quality-check, snapdeal will reject my refund request.


                How can you do a quality check, when the laptop box stating “lenovo” contains a broken dell laptop!!!???

                I would like to understand, how a broken, used and different laptop will pass a quality check!!!???.

                I feel i am cheated and harassed to the maximum possible manner by snapdeal and its courier partner.


                I have lost my confidence in snapdeal and i am now waiting for the response from the team regarding my refund.

                Please be assured that i would not be leaving my hard earned money and will reach consumer court if needed as this is not a small amount.

                If the same is denied, i will be left with no option but to turn to the social media websites and consumer court for remedy.

                I will make it a point that the customers henceforth will think 100 times before ordering any expensive item from snapdeal.

                  I have ordered lenovo a2010 a 8gb, black mobile on 13th aug, 2016 via order no. [protected]. It was an prepaid order. Delivery of the same is done on 23rd aug 2016. When the package was opened, it didn't had any mobile in it. Instead it has some crap like plastic material. The cost of the mobile is rs, 5000/- which is already paid by me at the time of placing order.

                    I ordered a redmi note 3 phone from snapdeal on 12 august 2016.They promise me to deliver it before or on 19 august 2016 but till 16 august 2016 they didn't dispatch the product.I want this product for rakhi gift for my sister which is on 18 august but because of late dispatch I cancelled the order on 16 august and till now status on there website shows your order has been confirmed no update about courier status.I was thinking I cancelled the order and I ordered a new phone from flipkart which I received timely.Now after cancellation product has been delivered to my mom on 22nd august 2016, that time I was in college.My mom has received the product and now the product has 3g/4g connectivity issue.Now snapdeal denied to return the product.I did lot of call to them but they have no answer for my qusetion.

                    ​I don't have service centre near me in Allahabad actually no service centre of xiomi located in my city.

                      The follow up is miserable and multiplying the harassment. Though timings for call or visit have been requested and mentioned thoroughly. Even though they have been calling again and again even though I am disconnecting it being in meetings or performing other duties during working hours.
                      After that there are long arguments on telephone. Already the two parts out of the four electronic parts have been changed now they are are saying that they will continue to replace all serviceable parts until its possible for them. Its there service policy irrespective of the fact that some products have technical issues. The service engineer again said due to high or low voltage the motor stops working - the new technology feature of Samsung. I am not able to find a solution to high or low voltage fluctuation as they have not given anything in written and i have no prove for this. Otherwise I may have showed it to The Electricity Department or even requested on PM grievances portal for the solution.
                      The product is getting damaged due to again and again dissembling and reassembling. Ofcourse the company has to do nothing with it as after the body gets damaged it will suggest that the customer should get it changed on paid basis as the body of the product is not covered in warranty.
                      My professional life, my career, my life has also been effected badly due to their calls and arguments. I can't bear it any more.
                      Please spare me as I am left with no stamina to bear any more harassment of calls, visits and arguments.
                      Anybody in this world please get me rid of this product of Samsung and save me from this harassment.
                      I promise that I would never purchase a Samsung washing machine in my life again.
                      Please spare me of this harassment!!!

                        Gud evng sir, im really unhappy to inform you that recently i have purchased one i ball tab from your online portal.. Reference no.28071843 and order no.[protected]. Since it is not connected to wifi, i preferred to return pickup for which your service engineer also visited and given a receipt to me but even after 10 days the courier service didn't approach me for return pick up nor the company didnt even respond me for my series of emails exhibiting their most lethargic attitude there by defame fair name of esteemed company. Kindly do needful to take back the item and replace with new one.

                              I have purchase one bed dated 28 july 2016 for snapdeal online side. The shipment has receive dated 18 aug 16. Then i have send the mail dated 18. Aug 16 for installation of bed, but no one reply. Then second days i have call and raise the issue, snapdeal representative has told me resolve the issue with in 24 hr. And send the respective person for installation the bed, but no one come my address and not contact me, and i am call the snapdeal customer care number and the person is same reply.
                              Yesterday i have call again & again and taking to mr paresh kusha, he is also assured the bed is installation with in 24hr. But no one call and reply.
                              Last five days i am continue follow-up but no one correct response. Kindly take action immediately.

                                I did a purchase of pendrive on snapdeal.com on 7 aug2016 worth of rs.870/-. The order id is[protected] when i received the product it is not actually what i ordered for. Its purely a fake 1.. Specs vary from original 1. Immediately i called the customer care after 7 days and asked for exchange with the product i ordered... They denied... I also went to sony service center.. Hey also told us its a fake product and seller is not a authorised sony dealer

                                    I ordered sony 16gb pendrive last night 22august 2016 but some nettwork problem was arrived and i can't do payment through netbanking but some time later i try again this time payment was done but i can't recieved my order no. Or any thing but balance was succesfully deducted from my account so please provide some information about that or refund my money as soon as possible.                                       I have purchased helmet (steelbird - full face helmet - adonis (dashing back with silver) [size : 60cms]) from snapdeal and they have supplied me a faulty helmet. when i have asked them to return. snapdeal has picked up the helmet (steelbird - full face helmet - adonis (dashing back with silver) [size : 60cms]) but it has not refunded the money. my suborder id: [protected]..

                                      Please help me to get my refund. it is a cheating from online portal and there is no customer care executive to register my complaint and take action.

                                        I had ordered for a perfume (royal mirach, cost taken from me ₹ 646/-) from snapdeal which was delivered to me on time. however the product's mrp on the box was₹195/- and even the product was duplicate. on giving a return request to snapdeal the product was not picked up from them and they are giving a new puckup date each time.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem
