    I have gotten call that i had won a tata motor car or 12, 60000 but conditions visit that for car I have to give 6100 andcfor money I have to give 3500.so i deny him but la eant to say be aware of this type of Ford.

        Respected sir/madam,

        I mr bapi roy ordered a product from snap deal on 7th of march 2020. But till now i don't received my item. My order id - [protected] and my contact no is [protected]. I am very worried about this matter. Also they are debeted on the amount. The snapdeal representative person told me that please do not worry we are working on this matter. One of representative told me that in the month of 14th may 2020 they will delivered but i didn't received. 2nd time they told me that on 23rd may 2020 but i did not received 3rd time they told me that on 26th -28th may2020 they will delevered. But i don't believe on that mantioned bellow dated they will delevered or not. They told me on baba express courier services delivered my item but one of executive of baba express call me ([protected]) he told me he is a baba express executive, but on truecaller showing another name. He told me on friday in between 2-3 day's they will delevered. But till now i don't received my item. So many times so many numbers they are calling me and told me i didn't worried they are working. But i don't have any confidence there works. Today i called on baba express content no ([protected]) and told him to please delevered my item as early as possible. The executive told me that today is sunday so that they do not delevered today after 2-3days they will delevered. Also behaving rudely to me. But on sunday i received a product from other company. After that i text a wattsapp on snapdeal watssapp messagers to call back to me. Than after on on snapdeal executive mr. Roshan kumar told me that my item is not reached on my destination that is in agartala. But baba express representative told me that my item was in agartala. So i didn't get any proper clearrefication. I think the snapdeal executive and baba express executive are cheated me.

        So, sir i am requesting you please you are looking into this matter so that i am thankful to you and also i am requesting you please do some needful as early as possible.

          I got a call from snapdeal ([protected]) informing that i had won a tata safari car worth rs.1260000. If car is opted they ask for a 6500 for its registration or the price money is opted it needs a sum of rs.3500 to pay to their account. He send me his aadhar, id and copy of pan card, account details (Mr sabu dhal, a/c no: [protected], ifsc sbin0008271, sbi).
          Then i have searched at google about the offer from there i got a number (Ph: [protected]) ie snapdeals price departments help line no and i called them. They confirms the gift and ask for the 3500 and send me the account details (A/c no: [protected], ifsc sbin0005539, snap deal head branch, sbi). I had just checked at google to know more about the offer. The data shown at google was believable. So i send them my bank details and transfers a sum of rs.3500 through google pay. After that i got another message to my number that is my account is creditted with a sum of rs. 1260000 transfered by snap deal and hold on by noc dept for paying 2 % of tax.

          I lost my 3500, ofcourse it was my mistake. But i just googled about the offer and enquires about the price money and i paid the sum of money to the number shown at web site. After this incident i lost my belief towards snapdeal, google too.

                I would like to raise a lot of concerns i am facing selling on snapdeal.

                1. There are a lot of courier returns on snapdeal and snapdeal
                Charges for them for sellers. No order e commerce
                Operator does that except snapdeal. Their management with
                3rd party courier partners is very poor. Customers get
                Delayed deliveries. Snapdeal does not perform any customer
                Oder verification for cod orders. This is the reason there are
                So many courier returns. Instead they have a # policy as
                Their defense that kindly mention the seller names whom
                You have doubt on so we ll adopt verification procedure
                That too limited to 3 or 4 per day only. This is not at all a
                Practical solution.

                2. Secondly snapdeal has been providing inaccurate reports on
                Gst and sales and commission invoices generated. Their
                Repors do not match with each other at all. Gst report
                Doesnt match with sales report. There are huge variances. I
                Am facing this issue since december 2019. I have incurred a lot
                Of loss doing business on snapdeal. Their customer support
                Does not provide a reasonable solution at all. They do not
                Consider monthly feedback seriously. Its just like a child
                Play responsibility for them. Huge charges are deducted in
                The name of packaging and at time of even courier return as
                Well they deduct it again. I have been underpaid since
                December 2019. I have faced these issues in the past as well.

                3. I would like to raise a complaint against their incompetent
                And unprofessional staff on seller support to handle
                Seller's grievances and queries. I would like to share a
                Recent incident of my query raised and how the staff

                Just look how foolish the staff is or they are extra cunning
                Thinking they can fool the sellers.

                There is no system to contact the seller support to raise

                Please take action against all my issues i am facing, i want

                      I received a note sometime last year that an account has been created on my snapdeal.

                      When i checked with them and asked them to delete the account. They said they don't have provisions to delete the account. They have provisions to create and when it comes to deleting the account. They don't have that.

                      I am not sure who used my email id to create the account or snapdeal created account on their website using my emaild. After a long mail communication, they said they will delete the account. But i was still able to login and even i was getting a ton load o[censored]nnecessary emails.

                      This thing is happening from last 6 months. I ask them, they reply, the account has been deleted. After few days. I start getting mails and i check account is still active. They say same thing. Its is happening from last 6 months.

                      God what kind of website is this? What kind of pathetic staff they have hired.

                      I had a similar issue with another site. I made it worth their while by ordering COD and then cancelling. I did everything that their policy said would result in termination of the account. But nothing took. Snapdeal is worst of these. I would just suggest. unsubscribing or blocking Snapdeal or creating a dummy email and changing it in your account if possible.

                          I got a message from snapdeal lucky draw that i won first prize rs 126000 or tata safari. I tried calling all the numbers given in the google luckydraw complaint/enquirers. But all are saying the same that is real. To claim the prize registration fee they are asking are different amount and they even whatsapp me their i'd, office photos. I even told them to file fir if it scam nd they say yes. But i am afraid to trust them

                              I purchased windows 10 professional software license key on snapdeal.com on 04-mar-2020. License key was sent via email within an hour post order placed. I immediately tried to activate using the key provided, unfortunately it was failing and hence contacted seller with screenshot. As per the response received from the seller, i did the clean installation and when tried to activate, it was not working. Hence, contacted microsoft as per the response received from the seller.
                              Microsoft clearly stated that this license cannot be used for retail user as it has been sold to some business as a part of business license volume program.
                              I had daily email follow ups with the snapdeal from last 2 months. Each time they are replying with one of the standard responses such as
                              1. Get email confirmation from brand that they cannot activate the license to assist me
                              2. This product cannot be refunded or replaced as has been delivered to me in good & working conditioner
                              3. Share the error message what i am getting when activating
                              The support team is very well trained to handle such cases and standard responses. They are not providing support asking microsoft to activate the license key sold by them or not giving email confirmation that they have sold valid retail license key.
                              Now they have stopped replying my emails from last 3 days. These are emails with whom i was interacting aman bhatnagar, ankit ranga, snapdeal.

And told me to give bank account, ifsc code along with two passport photo size, aadhar card and also tld me to pay registration fee of 12600.

                                    Every time i request snapdeal to deactivate my account for privacy concerns.
                                    They reply:

                                    We are unable to change/delete the email address associated with your snapdeal account. We value our customer's security and privacy. Keeping this in mind, we do not allow any change/delete in the email address associated with an account.

                                    What is freaking wrong with you, bots?
                                    Can you not afford humans in your customer service anymore?

                                    I am not asking you to delete my email id.
                                    I am requesting you to delete my whole snapdeal account.

                                    Deleting my account details from your database is my basic consumer rights. (Privacy, it rights)

                                    And it is also a breach of your own policy.

                                    "you have an option not to provide or permit snapdeal to collect your personal information or later on withdraw your consent with respect to such personal information so provided herein by sending an email to the grievance officer or such other electronic address of the respective snapdeal entity as may be notified to you.in such case, you should neither visit any website nor use any services provided by snapdeal entities nor shall contact any of snapdeal entities. Further, snapdeal may not deliver products to you, upon your order, or snapdeal may deny you access from using certain services offered on the website.

                                    You can add or update your personal information on regular basis. Kindly note that snapdeal would retain your previous personal information in its records."

                                    So...

                                    Delete my snapdeal account immediately.

                                      I received empty parcel so I contacted them multiple times but till not refunded my money. Now 3 week after. I request you to please close the complaint so I will send you legal notice after lockdown because no more fool. You think I'm fool. Now 3 week after

                                        I have received the product ordered from snapdeal.. It is a prepaid order the courier agent has kept this product for himself as the payment is already done... The order status on snapdeal website shows product delivered.
                                        E com express is i think a fraud company.
                                        The courier boy contacted me about the delivery but didn't deliver the product.
                                        When i contacted him again he didn't attend the call despite frequent calls.
