I ordered a watch (Titan Stainless steel Round Women’s watch, Order ID: [protected]) on 25-Sep-2019. The order came to deliver on 1-oct 2019 morning. Without opening I rejected the product and given with delivery boy. After 2-3 min when I checked the status in Snapdeal app it was showing - PRODUCT DELIVERED. Hence, I called the delivery boy and said that the wrong status is been updated Please change it accordingly. The delivery boy said “Mam, I’m riding now, Will change the status in half an hour once I reach the office”. I said, “Ok, But Please do it Don’t forget”.
After that I was keep checking the status and it didn’t change at all. I started calling him again and again, but he didn’t respond to my calls.
On 1-oct-2019 night I raised a complaint in Snapdeal mobile app and started a conversation. People from Snapdeal started calling me and asked me a set of questions. Everyone asked the same set of questions and No proper action is been taken from anyone.
One day I had a conference call with Snapdeal customer person and delivery boy. That time delivery boy said that unknowingly he changes the status and the product is with him. At the end Snapdeal customer person asked me whether I want a replacement product or a refund of money. I said REFUND of money.
Till today the refund money is not credited. I’m tired of sending follow up messages. Please help me in getting my money back.

Updated by Sowmyashree J S Almost 5 days over and still I didnt get any call from Snapdeal customer care people.
After I ordered this product I'm spending lot of my time in followup you guy. Many a times your customer care people replied me saying that "will contact you in 48 hrs" in my Snapdeal app conversation.
You already got to know what happened exactly during the conference call. Still you people are not ready to refund the money.
