    I ordered a watch (Titan Stainless steel Round Women’s watch, Order ID: [protected]) on 25-Sep-2019. The order came to deliver on 1-oct 2019 morning. Without opening I rejected the product and given with delivery boy. After 2-3 min when I checked the status in Snapdeal app it was showing - PRODUCT DELIVERED. Hence, I called the delivery boy and said that the wrong status is been updated Please change it accordingly. The delivery boy said “Mam, I’m riding now, Will change the status in half an hour once I reach the office”. I said, “Ok, But Please do it Don’t forget”.
    After that I was keep checking the status and it didn’t change at all. I started calling him again and again, but he didn’t respond to my calls.
    On 1-oct-2019 night I raised a complaint in Snapdeal mobile app and started a conversation. People from Snapdeal started calling me and asked me a set of questions. Everyone asked the same set of questions and No proper action is been taken from anyone.
    One day I had a conference call with Snapdeal customer person and delivery boy. That time delivery boy said that unknowingly he changes the status and the product is with him. At the end Snapdeal customer person asked me whether I want a replacement product or a refund of money. I said REFUND of money.
    Till today the refund money is not credited. I’m tired of sending follow up messages. Please help me in getting my money back.

    Almost 5 days over and still I didnt get any call from Snapdeal customer care people.

    After I ordered this product I'm spending lot of my time in followup you guy. Many a times your customer care people replied me saying that "will contact you in 48 hrs" in my Snapdeal app conversation.

    You already got to know what happened exactly during the conference call. Still you people are not ready to refund the money.

      We returned pair of shoes on 11th December 2019 for which we haven't received our refund till date.
      It's been 1 month and amount of refund is Rs. 5067.
      If Snapdeal will keep cheating customers, it will be a great jerk to company.
      After this experience, I don't think I would ever rely on Snapdeal for any product or service.
      If Snapdeal is not able to refund my money in one month, I expect some courtesy from customer care executives, but they talk rudely and threaten customers to cut the call. It's really disappointing.

      You people are extreme Frauds. I must not use such words but Snapdeal has provoked me to use this words. Snapdeal has sent me mail that refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my account by 13th January, 2020. However no refund is credited to my account till date i.e 17th January, 2020, 10.13 pm. Snapdeal is going to suffer a huge ### for sure as it has developed such kind of policies and given CUSTOMER CARE department in the hand of BPOs which can't even employ responsible crowd.

      I have called number of times on your customer care number and they ask for 24 to 48 hours everyday and they are not doing anything in those hours since last 45 days.

      Snapdeal is really fraud concern and noone should trust it and never enter into any transaction with it.

      I don't have any expectation from your side and I think I should forget my money and totally discard Snapdeal.

        Hi, we made some purchase from snapdeal after somedays we start getting calls for unknown numbers ([protected]) saying beacouse we have purchased the products we have won an lottery and for the prize we have to pay the registeration fee of approx 7k and we have denied clearly after that tthey start abusing very badly and start giving threats please take imedate action on this.

            I got message and call from dinesha kt behalf of snapdeal and he says you winning tata stormo or 1260000, and i transfer some amount her account number [protected] ifsc - SBIN[protected] against of TDS charge and another charge and he calls 4 days continiously, and i did not recieve any amount till date then i call sanpdeal lucky draw number [protected] and he says yes you got prize and i told her all story of dinesha kt/ dhyashankar mishra and he says those are agent not employee, i am employee of snapdeal and he also says please pay some charge 15000 on deduction process i transfered those amount his account number [protected], IFSC AIRP0000001 but they did not give any prize till date so i confused those are true, i request i do not want any prize please refund my amount 42000+15000 as soon as please.

                I have ordered loreal xtenso shampoo and masque combo, packaging is original might be but it was a duplicate product inside definitely. I have checked snapdeal product with original loreal product, it was totally different, as loreal never gives a seal on masque plastic box, but you can see in my image it is sealed with silver packing.
                Also shampoo in bottels is smelling very bad and different from original product fragrance.

                  I have ordered a loreal paris shampoo few days back. Yesterday it was showing product delivered but i did not recieved the product. I was in home entire day and i did not get any call from courier. Even none of my family members got the product. If they want to deliver the product they should call me. Snapdeal is totally fraud. Their business is going to end soon. Please refund my money back if you cannot deliver the product to me, if you cheat other people's money like this, you will be nowhere oneday. Pleasw refund my money.

And i don't understand how they come to know my address, phone number, pin code, and other identity like what i have order.                               Fraud site.. No return... No refund.. Don't trust on snapdeal

                              Don't buy anything from sanpdeal because at the time of return they will just making you fool...

                              I have initiated return 10 days before and they daily send me msgs regarding pick up but know one is coming for pickup and when call customer service they also making you fool..

                              And if you ask for refund they said we will pick up in next 24 hours and then proceed with refund but the pickup was not happened yet...

                              Now it's 240 hours but still product not picked and they not refund my money..

                              Very very bad service and fraud site...

                                  Address: Shri HAP Chemical Ent. Pvt. Ltd., Valsad, Gujarat, 396195

                                  I had ordered two bottle of the same and had received only one bottle physically against your Invoice No. SA8CB1/19/929 DTD. 28.11.2019. one bottle is missing in your package.
                                  Had Open the same in present of Courer Blue Dart Delivery boy and confirmed the short receipt.
                                  Had received complaint No. 62978449 Dtd. 05.12.2019 and had asked to send back the same as it is received and had sent it back through BD AWB# [protected] dtd. 05.12.2019.
                                  Instead of giving full refund of two bottles @Rs. 768.00 had given the refund of one bottle only @Rs. 384.00.
                                  Please give me refund of short bottle and resolve the issue.

                                  I am frequently complaints in this regards and received call/SMS from your CS team but you people are not interested to close this fraud transaction.

So iske liye hame 6500rs ka registration karwana hoga ialiye maine wo paisa unke account me bhej diya. Iske bad unhone phir phone kiya ki gst wale apka car ka paisa hold kar diye hai uskeliye apko 15200rs dena hoga maine wo bhi de diya. Phir unhone kaha ki ap pisa dene me late kar diye so late fine 3200 dena hoga maine wo bhi de diya. Phir unhone kaha ki apka paisa incomtax wale rok liya hai so apko 15000rs or dene honge maine wo bhi de diya uske bad unhone kaha ki 17500 or lagenge cm ke po ka stamp ke liye maine wo bhi de diya uske bad bole ki 11900rs or lagenge maine wo bhi de diya uske bad unhone kaha aajtak ke advertising ke liye 9700rs lagenge lekin abhi tak wo paisa mere account me nahi aaya.

                                      This app is totally fraud...
                                      I have received an message that I've win 1st prize on 9th anniversary of snapdeal on my mobile text message on 30 December
                                      I call the given number they told me to pay first 6500 to registration for my gift
                                      Then they say to pay 16800 for insurance of car ...
                                      And today they are saying to pay 25000 to get car at our home
                                      ... but no we want help and our money back !!!
