I received the watch and made following complaints and requested to return the product.
1. Watch at first look was old.
2. User manual was for analogue/different watch
3. In the warranty card did not carry item information
4. Above all, the date setting nob was not working.
I made this complaint on 11th mar. Its still open. Sad state of snapdeal.

    I have use promo code- fcsd50 and also apply successfully but not receive cashback.I have also call two times customer care and submit request 2 times in snapdeal customer support but never they give me feedback or any call from snapdeal after that i have also request for return product in 7 days return policy but they also reject my request. I am totally disappoint from snapdeal.

        I had ordered AC wrong product is delivered.
        I thought that Snapdeal is a good e-commerce website but I was wrong my hope was breaking .I was breaking too.
        I am trying for 2 days . did you know how much effort I have putted for replacement?

        I want to tell you have lost the trust of honour customers.
        The Impression created by Snapdeal is weak as cutted rope. That never connect as first it was.

          This is very disgusting to inform you that i bought a watch from snapdeal on october 2015. But as the watch is not working properly i have raised a complaint last month but not receiving any proper response in solving the matter.
          I was suggested to contact the seller real marketing but when i contacted them i was said that they cannot do anything about it and so snapdeal has to deal with it.

The consignment should have been delivered by the next week from Snapdeal via Go Javas courier service. But unfortunately no product was delivered to my address from Snapdeal. I actually got nothing!
            I raised lot of complaint at Snapdeal Customer service, they assured me that the issue would be investigated properly and I would be updated with a prompt resolution. I have been waiting since 10th of January, but I have received neither any response from Snapdeal nor the refund of money.
            I want a full refund from Snapdeal at this point.

                I have placed a return request against below mentioned order id on 4th feb. But till now this product has not been yet received.

                Suborder Id: [protected], Deliverd on 1 feb, 2016.

                I have registered and send at least 10 request to pick this product. I have discussed the same with Branch Supervisor too.

                Every time i was told that they had been rearranging the reverse pick up. But till today i have not get any response on this issue.

                Worse Part is that after involving Branch supervisor and his assurance i did not get any response. which i feel shameful and need to be checked this issue on processing level.

                I asked few below mentioned questions from snapdeal but i didnot get any response.

                What is the maximum time Snapdeal will take to pick up the return Request Item?
                What is the maximum time Snapdeal will take to resolve any issue?
                How long i have wait for return on it?

                I have already spend at least 300-400 rs to explain the scenario to customer care officers. which enhance my irritation.

                  I received iball tablet on 27th february 2016. The product was a faulty one( display is flickering and display becomes blank). The very next day (28th february 2016) i raised a complaint for refund my amount. In your site you have mentioned that 7 day easy returns policy, 3 weeks are over now and nothing happens. I called customer care many times and they told me that technician will come to you home and pickup your tablet. No one called me or picked up my product yet. When i call customer care executives they will told issue will resolve within 24 hours, they made a complaint to higher authority etc. Actually i really fed up with all these kind of stuffs.I just wanted to know how long it will take to get my refund.

                        My order no is [protected] ls2 - helmet - ff 350 atmos matt black red [size: large 58 cms] which clearly say the color is matt black red, i received white red helmet from #snapdeal. The helmet which was already returned by previous customer of #snapdeal pls find return request receipt in the images attached.

                        My question is when your customer care guy called me to close previous complaint they assured i will receive new and good condition product which i have not received, why do you make false promises.

                        What about the time and money i spent on calling you.

                        Once is mistake not second time right?

                          I Booked on 2nd March and got delievered to me on .

                          I got faulty one, it gets too heat while talking, while charging, while playing games.

                          I have initiated return for this mobile on[protected] till now i didnt get any update form your team or people. I called n number of times and i spoke to many guys like (Vivek, Anish, Balakrishnan, Moulika, Vivek (Team Leader), Gowtami, Deepak(Manager), Mary(Team Leader), Omang, i forget few other names.

                          My Refund Request number[protected]

                          First day your agent was saying like, sorry sir your request was rejected, but they didnt send any email or not even a call. How come they will reject my return request without sending any notification to me. And he was saying like i will reescalate this case and you will get a call back from our technical team within 24 hours but nothing happens.And he request me to visit service Centre.

                          My question is why should i visit service centre, where i have reported this issue within 7days after the phone delivered.I guess it comes in easy return policy.

                          Second day i spoke to other agent, he agreed that within 6 business hours service technician will visit, but nothing happens.

                          I got a call from snap deal team, but i was in driving and i ask them to call back again in 30 minutes. Still i was driving And i called back to snap deal customer service the agent was saying like i will raise a request for your call back within 48 hours you will get a call. Now again i have to wait for 48 hours, do you think i agree for this ?

                          If i ask them customer care people to transfer call to Team leaders or Manager they simply refusing by saying like all our superiors are busy.

                          Finally after 5days i spoke to one of your Team Leader his name is (Vivek) he promised me that our technical team will give a call back in 1 hour. But nothing happens.

                          I called snapdeal after 24hours and i spoke to one of your Manager(Deepak) he agreed that within maximum of 24hours our service technician will visit you.

                          I got call from snapdeal in one hour by saying like our technician will visit you tomorrow but its fake no one came.

                          More than 40 hours completed still i didnt get any response from their end. Again i called Snapdeal and i spoke to Teamleader (Mary) she again saying like i will escalate this case to my appropriate team and within 24 hours you will get response.

                          Later sometime i spoke to one your customer service agent(omang) i ask him to transfer the call to floor supervisor or manager or any other supervisor he kept sometime hold and he said that all our superiors are in meeting so he said like i will escalate this issue.

                          I request him to call back from manager within 1 to 2 hours but nothing happens.

                          I want someone to take this issue right now.

                            I bought assembled desktop pc (Intel core2duo e7300-g31-4gb-1tb-aoc 46.99 cm (18.5)-km-no dvd) from snapdeal few weeks back. They delivered the product, however, i was given 3 gb ram instead of 4 and instead of aoc monitor i was given hp. The order id was [protected]. When i contacted the support they replied after one week asking to send the pictures. I sent them the pictures of the wrong product after which they did not take any action.

                              Hi,

                              my order id is [protected]. I ordered HP 15- AF143AU Notebook on 29 feb which was delivered to me on 10 March. When i started the notebook, the 2 USB ports were not working. Due to this i filed a return request of this notebook on 12/3. The request# is 20703645. From then i am getting same reply on calls that the product will be picked up but still it is not picked up. The executives just keep postponing the date

                              Now they are not picking up the faulty notebook and also not talking about refund. I am really disappointed.

                              I am a regular customer of online retail chain and have purchased many products like 5 mobile phones, philips ready shaver, amazon kindle, many dresses, soft toys & workout products. This is my first and the last product from snapdeal. I just need my money. Refund it as soon as possible.

                              I have no choice left other that going to public forum to file a complaint of false commitment & faulty product at consumer forum.

                                I have baught a mobile phone in the month of nov. on snapdeal with a 10% cashback offer via HDFC Bank. But I am still waiting for my cashback. Snapdeal has cheated. I have also lodged several complaints against this but they have still not replied.

                                    What the hell wrong with you guys?
                                    Have you gone maid or what? Haven't
                                    you have money to make refund of customer.
                                    Yours supervisors are making wrong promise
                                    on calls. Ono of yours supervisor have given
                                    me assurance to solve my problem today till
                                    6.30pm. Where is that? Yours
                                    executives are not attending my calls and
                                    hanging calls without my permission. Every
                                    day yours executive are forwarding complaint
                                    for my refunds. All the complains are getting
                                    engulfed by dragon. I am writing lot of mails
                                    to you and you guys are not replying any mail.
                                    Snapdeal is biggest fraud I have experienced in
                                    my life. You guys are lairs. You guys have picked
                                    the product from my place. After that you guys was
                                    refusing from yours act and saying me to ship product
                                    to you. Just make my refund. Else i will register complaint
                                    with police.

                                      Hi Snapdeal
                                      This is regarding my order id # [protected] for Accu check Active glucometer placed on 13th Mar 2016.
                                      I cancelled this order on 14th Mar 2016, i got a confirmation saying that cancellation is in progress.
                                      But in spite of cancelling the product well in advance, it was delivered to one of my family member and i didn't get any call from the delivery person for this.
                                      on 16th March i called up Snapdeal customer care and explained the issue, they assured that i would be getting a call within 2 days and reverse pick up would be arranged.
                                      on 17th march i got an email saying that return is not possible, when i called the customer care even they are denying to pick back the product.

                                      Snap deal - please let me know why I am being penalised for your mistakes.
                                      I have cancelled the product well in advance but still you got this delivered without my knowlege and refusing to accept return of the product.

                                      The product is un-touched, the packing is intact and has not been opened. Kindly get the product picked up and issue refund of Rs 1346 to the orignal payment mode.

                                      Hello,
                                      No one tried to reach me but i got a fake email from your helpdesk stating that they are unable to reach me. This is annoying, each and every stage u'r exectives have been trained to lie.
                                      Please resolve this asap.
                                      For me also same thing happened today.. We should something against the snapdeal.. cheating customers.. We should escalate to the National level through by Media..

                                      Snapdeal one of the very worst services... Govt should close this company.. sending fake product and cheating the customers.
