Dear Team,
I Booked on 2nd March and got delievered to me on .

I got faulty one, it gets too heat while talking, while charging, while playing games.
I have initiated return for this mobile on[protected] till now i didnt get any update form your team or people. I called n number of times and i spoke to many guys like (Vivek, Anish, Balakrishnan, Moulika, Vivek (Team Leader), Gowtami, Deepak(Manager), Mary(Team Leader), Omang, i forget few other names.

First day your agent was saying like, sorry sir your request was rejected, but they didnt send any email or not even a call. How come they will reject my return request without sending any notification to me. And he was saying like i will reescalate this case and you will get a call back from our technical team within 24 hours but nothing happens.And he request me to visit service Centre.
My question is why should i visit service centre, where i have reported this issue within 7days after the phone delivered.I guess it comes in easy return policy.
Second day i spoke to other agent, he agreed that within 6 business hours service technician will visit, but nothing happens.
I got a call from snap deal team, but i was in driving and i ask them to call back again in 30 minutes. Still i was driving And i called back to snap deal customer service the agent was saying like i will raise a request for your call back within 48 hours you will get a call. Now again i have to wait for 48 hours, do you think i agree for this ?
If i ask them customer care people to transfer call to Team leaders or Manager they simply refusing by saying like all our superiors are busy.
Finally after 5days i spoke to one of your Team Leader his name is (Vivek) he promised me that our technical team will give a call back in 1 hour. But nothing happens.
I called snapdeal after 24hours and i spoke to one of your Manager(Deepak) he agreed that within maximum of 24hours our service technician will visit you.
I got call from snapdeal in one hour by saying like our technician will visit you tomorrow but its fake no one came.
More than 40 hours completed still i didnt get any response from their end. Again i called Snapdeal and i spoke to Teamleader (Mary) she again saying like i will escalate this case to my appropriate team and within 24 hours you will get response.
Later sometime i spoke to one your customer service agent(omang) i ask him to transfer the call to floor supervisor or manager or any other supervisor he kept sometime hold and he said that all our superiors are in meeting so he said like i will escalate this issue.
I request him to call back from manager within 1 to 2 hours but nothing happens.
I want someone to take this issue right now.
