I purchased A mobile Swipe Konnect from your side but it is defective There us no sound in videos or audios
I complaint to replace my product but there is no response from your site.
It reached me at 8 of march and till today I continuously complaining I daily call and mailing to snapdeal site and help line number.

My Complaint number is 20535978.

My registered number has been blocked.
I can't contact to the help line number I contact their number from another number.
There is consumer harassment as so far concern of me.

I want any solution or any response from you as soon as this time not possible but to right now take action of mystery complain.
Today I talk to Mr Amrit from the customer service number.


But no rresponse .

So again I requested to resolve my problem of replace or refund my payment.

    Sir, i return my Order (ID: [protected]) on Snapdeal on that day when it was dlevired because product quality is very worst. but till now it did not picked up yet. Even i complained 2 times snapdeal coustmer care within 7 days but he will not reply anymore. And when i complained again today to costmer care, he reply that it does not come under return policy. (Snapdeal provides 7 days Return Policy)

        I had ordered a Mi4i 16 GB which was heating up too much and I had requested for a refund. An engineer from snapdeal came and confirmed the issue and gave a sheet to me. He did not even give me any instructions - he just said i'll get a call from snapdeal. After waiting for 2 days i called SD myself and an operator instructed me to upload the sheet on the portal. After uploading, withing 24 hrs i would get a call to schedule reverse pick up. Its been 10 days since and I am calling SD everyday. They say they've escalated the issue and I should wait another 24 hours for a call from the SD backend team to schedule the reverse pick up, but i never do. When I ask them to talk to their supervisor, they disconnect the call. This is horrendous and a very bad experience.

So I told courier boy to deliver it to given address after seeing valid ID proof with the same name. But after few days I got to know that it was delivered to the wrong person. Who is that person is I don't know. I complaint about it but no one is bothered till now. I got mail today from your help desk that we deliver it on proper address.. I know snapdeal you deliver it on proper address but u deliver it to wrong person.. U sent me a scan copy where receiver name and sign is totally different. Means the mistake is from your side. How can you deliver it to the wrong person without seeing ID proof. It is totally irresponsibility o[censored]rs towards ur customer. You are playing with customers emotions. I was a very satisfied customer of yours but from now I have to think twice before purchasing anything from snapdeal.. Worst service l have ever seen from snapdeal. Just look into the matter if you care your customers.
                  Also I am attaching a scanned copy which was send to me by snapdeal in which it is clearly mentioned that product was delivered to wrong person.

                    My name is Gaurav Rai and I am one of the trapped customer of yours who unfortunately bought a product (Phone Meizu M2 ) on 2th Mar'16 and after using the phone for couple of days, I launched a complaint on 5th Mar'16 as it was not working properly.Since then i am getting no response from anyone. Every time i call customer care of try to connect by anyone in Snapdeal, they give me a TAT of 48hrs, From last 1 week they are promising a technician visit in 48hrs and they themselves dont know why technician did not visit. First time i spoke to agent name Sagar, he confirmed that you will get callback from backhend team within 12 hrs. NO CALLBACK. Then i called back again and spoke to the floor supervisor VIGNESH, he also committed me issue resolution within 48 hrs. nothing happend. Then i spoke to someone from social media department, She confirmed the same. Still nothing happend. When i called ccare after all that joke, they said as per our records techniciam already visited at ur place wherein i didnt even recieve a callback from anyone.


                    Now you gave me no choice except that i will do something in public forum and i will file a case of mental harrasment, fake committments, fraud in consumer court.. Now its just not about my money, i want to teach you a lesson that next you should take things seriously and i will make sure you will pay much more ..I will spread this to your competitors, to media, to news channels to all my friends and relatives by which they should see your services, how to tackle your customers once you get money in your pocket and you dont have anything ownership and ethics.

                    With your own company officials, i have marked this email to news channels, media people and your competitors as well.I have already shared these details with my legal team as well. See you guys in court

                      I had order LS2 White & Red Helmet of 4950 RS on snapdeal order id [protected], This is the second order as the previous placed order for ls2 helmet was damaged when received. I was assured by snapdeal team i will be receiving the goods before 15th March 2016. I called them couple of time and they assured me it will be delivered. Today on 16th i called them where heir customer executive said they have closed the order due to technical error. My Question is

                      1. What sort of technical error you have?
                      2. You have charged me for the product and assured me i will receive the product in time as promised, where was the technical error that time.
                      3. You are cheating people like me by using our money to support your operations.
                      4. Why do you process the order if you cant deliver?
                      6. Who will pay for the time i had to wait for more than 15 days since the first order was placed on 2nd of March 2016 & the phone calls i have been making to your support.
                      7. I tried to post this on your FB wall unfortunately your moderator did accepted to post my review, why are you running the FB page where you guys dont have courage to face customer reviews..

                          I bought 2 Voltas split ac from snapdeal. Unfortunately, one of them was damaged and required replacement as per the authorized voltas technician, so I complained to snapdeal about it for replacement. They said that in 24 hours it will be replaced but no action was taken. I have been complaining everyday since 24th but no action has been taken. I have been a regular customer of snapdeal didn't expect such poor service from snapdeal.
                          They don't even have a toll free number.
                          They say that "karo apni dil ki deal"

                          Never ever buy anything expensive from snapdeal.

                            this is my first purchase from snapdeal .i ordered an iphone 5s, but
                            when i got the product i saw that it was not well packed and box was not
                            looking good.
                            it was 25220 i paid for that.i opened it and saw there some not quality
                            earphone and charger.
                            i totally upset then and place for a return .
                            as per your policy there is very easy policy for 7days to return it.
                            But the customer care guys are not coping with me.
                            they are very irritating and told what ever they liked.

                              i return 2 pair shoes in snap-deal @15 may 2015
                              but till date not a refund money.

                              i registered complaint in snap-deal customer care @9th march 2016 he told me our back-end team call you within 24 hours. but after 7 days i didn't get any call from snap-deal.

                              i call @snap-deal customer care 3 times between 9th march to 16 march, but still no solution from snap-deal.

                                I have oredered Snapshopee Tk-25 Home Hand Tool Kit(23 Tools) order no [protected] on 9th March 2016 but after successfully order placed the snapdeal cancelled my order I wrote so many times to customer care but no reply from them yet. I tried to call them up and customer care person told me that the server was updating that time when I ordered the product and that time the price was little bit low so we cancelled the product and you have to place order again.

                                but this is not a good answer I don't know about server was updating or not I order the product and order was successfully placed than how come you guys cancelled the product I am your old customer but now I will never buy anything from snapdeal.

                                    I have orded a combo of mens perfume by chicago 100ml each x 3 perfume bottles for 295rs/- after receiving the parcei i saw only one chicago perfume ant two 5ml of demo bottles...

                                      i have ordered infocus bingo 21 mobile from snapdeal, ordered id is[protected] when product delivered on 18th feb2016, in box only contain charger, headphone and battery not contain mobile in box

                                      Same has happened with me too. I ordered for an iPod touch and got box with the accessories. No iPod inside. It was for RS 19000. And now everytime I call. They tell me to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
