I purchased ICE ULTIMA 4 G plus tablet on 8/3/16. i recieved the defective tablet. my order ID is [protected]. i purchased this tablet under 7 days easy return policy. i immediately request the snapdeal team to return the tablet .my return ticket ID is 20702024. they mentioned within 48 hrs they refund the amount.but they did not refund the amount . i immediately talk to the customer care team of snap deal. they saying something else, go to the service center . but i refused . i many times requesting them to refund my amount and pick the product. but they refusing to refund my amount. and not responsing . i need judgement. i having all the evidence. if they are not refund my amount, i definetly move towards consumer court and launch it the problem.

    Hi,

    I ordered a Micromax 50C3600 FHD / 50C7550 FHD 127 cm (50) Full HD LED Television With 1 + 2 Year Extended Warranty which they delivered a Damaged product, after that i returned back on 1st week of March and asked for the Refund but till now Refund is not credited to my account and when ever i call the customer care they will tell that it will be resolved and refund will be credited soon.

    Never buy products in Snapdeal. they are fake.

        I had returned the 3 Nos. of curtains in single courier. But got refunded for only one. Near one month I am asking for my refund for other 2 curtains. No response from that side. Simply answering the same thing. Till date they had not refunded my money. What action I have to take on them I don't know !

          I bought mobile(Infocus 370i) on 22-Feb-2016 and
          I have raised request for return my mobile because the quality is not good and other reasons too and color also.
          I have sent an email to snapdeal and calling every day for solution for the same. but I didn't get any response for this request from snapdeal apart from the formal mail.
          Till now(15-Mar-2016) they didn't call me for understanding the customer problem. I am only calling to them getting status.

          Called on 7-Mar, 8-mar, 9-mar, 15-March.

          Below responses I got from snapdeal whenever I call or mailed to them:
          1. formal mail : as per the trust policy we cannt take return
          2. We will call you within 24/48 hours but I didn't get single call ya ya:) I got call for collecting snapdeal feedback not on this issue.
          3. We will update the status of the issue within 24/48 hours but I didn't get mails as per their(snapdeal customers).

          Is it cheating or not?
          Your team supposed to drop an email to me about yesterday call(15-Mar, time:12:30) and conversation which I had for more than 1 hr on my issue.
          Your team statement in yesterday call after long discussion(more than 1 hr):
          "Sir, My snapdeal person will come and pick your mobile from you and you will get a confirmation mail within 24 hours for the same!!!"

          As of now I have not received single call or mail even!!!
          Same thing happened to me more than 4 times on this issue...
          I hope this is enough proof to go to consumer court...
          This is last attempt I am doing here for solution later my solution is consumer court!!

            I purchased online Mobile Phone OTG Connet Kit (Model S-K07) vide Invoice No S110F9/15-16/1481 Dated : 22.02.2016.

            From the date of receipt of above the same item was defective and i was coordinate with Snapdeal so many times thru phone calls as welll as i was also sent a mail but till date they are not giving proper response and not replying about the defective product hence please help me and oblige.

                I recently purchased an expensive phone from Snapdeal. The phone did arrive quickly, but didn't meet my expectations. That's when my ordeal started! I realized two problems - a) The phone was available cheaper somewhere else b) The cash back offer advertised by Snapdeal was nothing but a cheat tactics where a 5% cash back on almost Rs. 50000 was limited to just 500 rupees. Snap deal simply refused to take back the phone and plainly denied to refund the excess money charged. Is this customer friendliness? The experience of speaking to customer care was horrible to say the least. My advice friends - stay away from Snapdeal; they simply steal your money. Experience with competitors have been much better.

                I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:

                      I had ordered a mobile phone from snapdeal -Samsung Galaxy J5 4G 8 GB through order ID-[protected] on[protected]. It was delivered to me on[protected]. I paid Rs. 12, 390 to snapdeal through my credit card.
                      Due to some firmware & hardware issues, I filed a return/replace request of the phone on[protected] i.e. the very next day.
                      The snapdeal reference number for the return request is 18893158.
                      Since 3rd of February 2016, I have been calling snapdeal on their customer care number [protected] everyday to pursue this return request.
                      Since then for 25-30 times, several customer care executives including their supervisors like Sonu Verma, made false promises to me that they are arranging an engineer for checking the mobile phone & arranging return & refund upon satisfactory report from the engineer.
                      On[protected], I sent a detailed email to snapdeal on '[protected]@snapdeal.com' & 'kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com' requesting them to give me some solution on this matter & stop this harassment. This email has been completely & deliberately ignored by snapdeal. I also sent 1 reminder mail to them on[protected], which has been ignored by them again.
                      Snapdeal is a fraudulent company which has made intentionally false commitments to me, several times & cheated me. They have kept my hard earned hefty amount of Rs. 12, 390 while shamelessly touting their 'secure pay' policies here & there.

                      Please help me out with this situation.

                      On[protected], I received a call from snapdeal. 'Sakshi' from 'snapdeal social media team' called me from number '[protected]' in evening & arranged the engineer visit for date[protected].
                      But as usual snapdeal has made this call only to lie once more, in addition to their dozens of lies told earlier.
                      No engineer turned up yesterday.
                      Snapdeal is displaying pathetically irresponsible & fraudulent behavior.
                      I don't know what is the need to call customers to make fraudulent promise.
                      They can rather straight away accept that they are a fraud company operating with an intention to fool customers till they can.
                      From[protected] to[protected], i.e. for 45 days, I called snapdeal for approximately 30-40 times to solve the matter. Snapdeal deliberately ignored the matter.
                      After showcasing the issue in social media on public platform, snapdeal made a showoff of arranging an engineer's visit & surprisingly, within 5 minutes of engineer's visit, called me to tell me that the hardware & firmware issues of the phone - Samsung Galaxy J5 are handset's inherent problems & snapdeal has nothing to do with it.
                      They told me very low sound of handset was every model's problem which they are not supposed to mention on their website.
                      Their approach was rude as well as adamant.
                      Snapdeal kept fooling me for 45 days by making false promises of arranging engineer's visit within next 24, 48 & even 96 hours.
                      If they would have given me the feedback immediately after I raised return/replacement request, I could have received help from Samsung.
                      Visited engineer also told me that snapdeal fools customers by giving them false future dates & ignores complaints if they do not have an office in customer's city..specially in case of electronics.
                      This is unethical & unprofessional business practice being followed by snapdeal, which seems to harm only customers in short term but its harmful for snapdeal as well..in long term.

                        I paid nearly Rs400 in Dec2015 and bought coupons from snapdeal fromPizzahut Cheese burst Festive

                        I didnt realize that there is a validity for the coupon which ends in Jan16. I contacted snapdeal checking if I will get the money in return. The snapdeal agent said that the validity is over and hence my money is lost.
                        I asked him how the unused money is utlized., if it is moved to some charity as unclaimed. But snapdeal guy it is already moved to Pizzahut and I should check with them.
                        I want to understand if this is a sort of money making spree. The companies coolly keep the money for the service that they never rendered. Do we have a forum to register complaint. How to reach pizzahut to check if they will show some mercy towards the con\

                        Further I got a call from snapdeal. As expected, I didn't get a proper answer on how the money was used while I didn't use the coupon. The coupon code delivered to my mail doesn't have any expiry date mentioned. Even their offer in website also doesn't have an year of expiry. I was searching in the coupon delivered and there is no mention of expiry date. Smart guys!!! If coupons are not used as clients anyhow will forget snapdeal makes money. Kudos to snapdeal!!!
                        Also if you see the review of the coupon in snapdeal website 125 rated this 1 star because they could not use it easily. Beware fiends of such coupons which can swallow our hard earned money.

                          I bought intex cloud flash form there store and after few days o[censored]sing i find major heat issue on just using Internet the phones got heated upto 45 degree and on playing games its automatically turns off now its cant be charged properly becasuse of heating issue after few days i send request to replace my phone they call me and said if your battery temperature is above 45 degree and we will replace the phone i take screen shot send to them and next day they call me that the phone cannot be replaced only becasue heating issue they told me that engineer come at your house with in few days and slove promblem engineer almost a week ago and i call them they say you trouble is solved and case closed. This is how they respond to customer why they said they will replace it if battery temperature reach above 45 degree ( finally suggestions is not to by smartphones form snapdeal must prfer flipkart and amzon if you need to give more money please perffer it beasue have policy called (bhlko pakka) even i send many images to snapdeal they wouldn't respond

                            I purchased samsung monitor in snapdeal online shopping.Order date:16.02.2016, delivered date:23.02.2016, return request date:29.02.2016.
                            The monitor is defective monitor like ( automatic on/off, some times only display comes and white shadow comes from left side of monitor). So i sent return request to snapdeal company within 7 days. But snapdeal company ask job sheet and doa letter from samsung company. Then i asked samsung company service center and samsung company customercare for job sheet and doa letter.But samsung company denied and they was told me dealer only claim the job sheet and doa letter. We dont given to customers. I immediately informed to snapdeal company.06.03.2016 i received email from snapdeal company i apology to your problem we will resolve soon please wait. Daily i m calling to snapdeal customercare persons. They was told me we are processing your return request and please wait. And your money is covered by 100% trust pay policy. So dont worry. Today (13.03.2016) morning also i called to snapdeal customercare they was told me we are processing dont worry. Afternoon i received email from snapdeal company sorry you cant return/replace your monitor so you go to repair your monitor.***(But 07.03.2016 i received message from samsung company. Your complaint is cancelled and the monitor is replaced by dealer.Then i called to samsung customercare they was told me snapdeal company got job sheet and they replaced your monitor. Complaint no:[protected])***. The snapdeal company clearly cheating me. Please consider my problem and i dont like to repair my monitor because it is new monitor. Please return/replace my monitor and please take actions against snapdeal company cheating... Thank you..

                                I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:

                                  I have ordered "robotuch" leg massager from snapdeal and i have been delivered a wrong product which is "leg beautician" which is not robotouch brand. I have raised a return request the immediate next after i have received the product and have followed up a lot but they have rejected my refund. It is very clear from the images that it is not robotouch product. I have confirmed the same with robotouchauthorised seller.
                                  Also, the seller "rishab sports" who has sent me the wrong product through snapdeal is readytoaccept the return but snapdeal is not processing it. I have never seen such a worst customer service with any other website.
