I had ordered a mobile phone from snapdeal -Samsung Galaxy J5 4G 8 GB through order ID-[protected] on[protected]. It was delivered to me on[protected]. I paid Rs. 12, 390 to snapdeal through my credit card.
Due to some firmware & hardware issues, I filed a return/replace request of the phone on[protected] i.e. the very next day.
The snapdeal reference number for the return request is 18893158.
Since 3rd of February 2016, I have been calling snapdeal on their customer care number [protected] everyday to pursue this return request.
Since then for 25-30 times, several customer care executives including their supervisors like Sonu Verma, made false promises to me that they are arranging an engineer for checking the mobile phone & arranging return & refund upon satisfactory report from the engineer.
On[protected], I sent a detailed email to snapdeal on '[protected]@snapdeal.com' & 'kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com' requesting them to give me some solution on this matter & stop this harassment. This email has been completely & deliberately ignored by snapdeal. I also sent 1 reminder mail to them on[protected], which has been ignored by them again.
Snapdeal is a fraudulent company which has made intentionally false commitments to me, several times & cheated me. They have kept my hard earned hefty amount of Rs. 12, 390 while shamelessly touting their 'secure pay' policies here & there.
Please help me out with this situation.
