Sir hello! I dont have any bad intention, no such intention to harm
Anyone, but i am cheated most probably by snapdeal!

I am really sad to say that snapdeal is cheating with me! Firstly
Sorry, if i write any wrong english! I read in 10th. Anyway, here is
My story :

I ordered 2 zenfone go from snapdeal @6th feb, one for me and one for my bro.
He didn't convinced to buy at first, he was saying he dont trust
Snapdeal! As there are lots of rumors of snapdeal! But i convinced him
Because i got 4 replacement of my previous phone! So i knew that time,
That, anything could happen but snapdeal will fix my issue!

I got those phones 8th feb. I was happy! I unboxed his phone first
Cause i was scared if anything goes wrong! But i was surprise that
There was no such issue! Both o[censored]s were happy!

Then i unboxed mine, and i was shocked!
1. First, the box is not like what i saw of my bro's one. I meant, that
Was original sealed pack but, it was seemed like, its used already.
Anyway...

2. I noticed, there are some scratches on phone!

3. Cracking noise coming from right side of back cover.

4. Cracked a bit on usb port.

5. Power button works but some time dont.

6. Mic issue, sometime people whom i am talking with cant hear what am
Saying, snapdeal noticed that also tons of times!


After noticing those issues, i called snapdeal within 1 hour and told
Them everything and requested for return. They said ok, engineer would
Visit tomorrow.

However, he came after that day.

He came, and checked everything, he told me there are no such problem
Sir! I was like wtf?! I replied "from too many issues, non of them can
Be seen by your eyes?" he replied "ok sir, what you want then? Refund
Or replacement?" i said " refund" he said "ok"... He was wearing
His shoe, then suddenly i asked him "where is jobsheet" i cant
Remember what actually he told me but he meant to say is i will get
Jobsheet later!

So after so many days without any response from snapdeal, i called my
Self, and after that call i got another call and he told me that i
Wont get refund nor replacement as engineer reported there was no such
Issue with problem! And if i still think there is some problem, i
Should visit service center for doa letter! Why? I mean it! Why? When
I didn't do anything wrong and i didn't damaged those things! And i
Got that damaged/faulty defective used alike phone, and why would i go
Anywhere? Why?? He lied to snapdeal! Thats not my lookout! And am
Fighting from 35 days! Why? Because i have no problem in my phone?
Really?

After that i called snapdeal again and he told me that no worry sir,
You no need to go anywhere am forwarding this to our concern team and
You will get feedback within 24 hours.

But i didn't got any single call from concern team before yesterday!

I was call every day and i was getting same results!

Here are some examples of them :
-you will get call sir within 24-48 or even within 2 hours!
-am forwarding this complaint to high priority!
Etc..

One representative told me that "sir apka problem mein samaj sakta
Hun, aap aisa ki jiye, wait kijiye 24hours k andaar apko mail aayegee
With courier information and pickup time, your pickup will be created
Soon! Etc.." am not describing exactly what he said as i dont remember
Pie to pie, but he said same as this.

So as usually, i got no such mail nor anything.

So after that, when i was ask about that statement that he told me on
That day about courier pickup, no one respond to my question.

Once, i asked snapdeal to arrange another engineer visit, he said ok
Its possible he sending the request. I got no feedback of that. Again
One or more time snapdeal told me the same and i got no feedback about
That!

Surprisingly at 27th and 29th feb, i got official mail from snapdeal
That engineer will come to visit. Both email had same writing. (See
Attachments)

Here is the mail :
We are sending help your way for your asus zenfone go 8gb

Our engineer will visit you to check your asus zenfone go 8gb order
No. [protected]. He will visit you on 27th feb 16 to check your item
And resolve the issues described by you.

And on 29th feb, i got this:
We are sending help your way for your asus zenfone go 8gb

Our engineer will visit you to check your asus zenfone go 8gb order
No. [protected].
He will visit you on[protected] to check your item and resolve the
Issues described by you.

So after these, i got no response for that! No one gave me solution!

From few days ago, i started to writing my problems on social media
And complaints sites.
So after seeing that, i got call from snapdeal again at night. He told
Me that i had wrote complaints on social media, so thats why he was
Called me, i am facing problems from many days and got no solution, i
Asked him whether he know all of my story or not, he said, yes he know
Everything. Then he said, engineer will visit you tomorrow! I was too
Much tooo much happy when i heard that! I repeatedly asked him "sir
Really its possible you sure?" he said, yes sir, kab engineer visit
Kare to apka subidha hoga? I said no its ok he could come anytime! He
Said no sir you can tell me, so i told him some time around 11, he
Said 11 of morning? Ok..!

So after that call, i was sure that this time it wont be false!

But after that i got the same false commitment! No one came!

I started to raise complaints again!

Yesterday i called again about my issue. And he told the same, i will
Get call soon!

Surprisingly i got call from concern team man! Really! And he said i
Have to visit service center for doa letter! Wow great! Great
Solution! After so many days i got that solution! Wow!!

I complaint again after that again i got call from snapdeal last night
And he was saying the same! So i told about those mails and those
False commitments about engineer visit! But he was denying everything!
Every thing!

I just dont know whats wrong with snapdeal!

Today, complaint again and got the same result even after telling
About those engineer visit cases!

Listen, this is why i bought the phone? Where i cant get refund nor
Replacement even if i asked for return within 7 days? This is the
Service? Every day getting same result, wait for 48 hours your issue
Will be resolved! Etc... Same feedbacks! I mean what is my fault!??? What!!???


Engineer reported false report!
If engineer really thought that, then why did he told me that i will
Get refund and jobsheet later!??? Why???

I want another engineer visit at any how as i got 2 official mails
From snapdeal! I need refund! Thats all!

I am not expecting any response from you also, from billions of
Customers why would you care about mine complaint? Really! Thats true!
Any way, i need my money back! Re arrange engineer visit!

And my status of my product is saying (At screen shot) that the
Refund initiated, i will get credit within 24hours on freecharge
Account! Wtf! Please stop routing me! Stop this drama!

    MRP mentioned in the product line is 1499/- then offered a discount of 2% hence selling price is 1475/-

    but when we zoom the image of the shoes, MRP is clearly visible as 1399/-

    Does SNAPDEAL think we the customer are fool.

          Snapdeal, india's no.1 online cheating site,
          Bought a product via snapdeal for 10500 bucks, and recieved a used product, inner and outer packaging was broken including the seal(being more specific), user manual inside the box was for some other product series, Disk cover was also tempered, i filed a complaint on the same day i recieved the product, and called thousand times till today, no response, they keep telling me different rubbish stories everyday, and the funny part is that one of their executives told me that 7 day return policy is not apllicable on electronic products, they are refusing to return my product, and m frustrated now, i will definitely file a case in consumer court, snapdeal is completely a fraudulant E-Commerce organistion, these people dont even know about consumer rights, you peolple will burn in hell

            I had ordered a laser printer from FakeDeal(SnapDeal), on 13thFeb 2016. i paid through credit card of CitiBank, but after few hours i changed my mind and canceled it . but after few weeks, i could not see any refund information for my credit card, and called CC of snapdeal. The CC ppl assured me that it will be refunded in few days, and on 26th Feb they formally sent a mail of confirmation of refund from Snapdeal. on11th March i got my banks statement showing my EMI started for the same transaction thanks to Snapdeal.
            Now, i have to pay EMI, for the thing which is not with me, and SnapDeal is not responding, saying it will take 24-48 hrs. And order status shows canceled, and cancelling both.

              Hello all, please I order Guess watch for ladies, Model no is 15072L2 which is of MRP 13900 but I received model W0161L1 and I also send them pic of watch, which I have received but they continue to said they delivered right watch which is unacceptable and customer care guy name Mayan also not want to listen to client which is very dis respectful as per SNAPDEAL..

                Dear Hemant Narkhede, we all whose complaints are posted against SNAP DEAL should add comments & reach out maxium people we can in our contacts & infrom all that SNAP DEAL is Cheating on products defective, no tie up with service centre, offloading substandard stuff & when customer demands refund or replacement they hide under turst policy or hide asfter not replying for 1st 7 days then saying your product cannot be refunded or replaced as it is beyond 7 days as per our policy.
                this is systematic cheating = fraud, 420, scam, fly by night & white color fooling indian public.

                          Raised return request on 13 Feb, snapdeal executive calls me and ask what problem you are facing. I share my problem.snapdeal send an engineer to check the phone either it is defective or not as engineer came and send report to snapdeal that the product is defective, after that snapdeal arrange a pickup.phone picked up on 20 th feb. And now problem starts
                          Today 12th of March till now my money not even initiated, I have called snapdeal minimum 30 to 40 times but till now they are saying same thing what they told on 1st day i.e Sorry for the inconvenience due to some technical issues Your refund is not been initiated sir please wait for 24 to 48 hrs maximum, our backand team is working on it and within 48 hrs your refund has been initiated. I have escalated the matter to high prority.
                          I just can't understand in a company like snapdeal what technical issues arise that can't solve in 21 days. I have provided all the information that snapdeal require. Now I feel hopeless, 15899 is a big amount for students like me. Please help me I am attaching my screenshot of order.And please don't tell me that right [protected]@snapdeal.com because I already written there 3 times.

                            Bought Infocus M370i through snapdeal, product came defective, sim slot is not working, raised return request for which job card is required from service centre.

                            Because it's hardware problem, they need to open phone and repair it in order to give jobcard.

                            I don't want my new phone to get repaired evn before using it.

                            So, No return without job card,
                            Snapdeal 7day easy return has now become big scam.

                            you are right Mouna snap deal is an organized white collor scam company functioning right under the nose of authorities in delhi who should wake up beofre they swindle the whole of india hiding under 7 day return policy offloading substandard stuff or misleading & giving wrong information. watch out this one will be almost as big as 2G & 3G in online shopping.

                                I received a faulty product (Infocus M810) to be precise... It's headphone jack didn't work since I received it... It's been a almost a year since you guys did anything about it... I mean how long does one have to wait... I better hope it gets replaced in the coming days because if it isn't... I'm going to consumer's forum and screw the crap out of you guys in a lawsuit... It's really serious if you guys think you'll get to play around with someone's hard earned money..

                                  I bought Micromax P290 8GB 3G Through Dongle Black product. The box was open also it did not had OTG cable and Earphone as displayed on the Snapdeal Website. I called six times they offered me Rs 300 then Rs 400 compensation yesterday. Later I got call today they were convincing that go to micromax customer care which is around 15-20 kms and check the device. I told them why should I go. Why should I take open piece, later they told that they will that engineer will come to me. But not ready to refund my money they accepted there mistake said just sorry. Also they told me to buy OTG cable and earphone and send for reimburesment. Why should I waste money and time . Kindly help me.

                                    I purchased a battery shaver agaro wd651 from snap deal, when the box arrived the date of import shows july 2014, i called the customer care no to confirm if warranty will be given for 2 years from date of purchse, they said yes being 2 year old box i had a doubt so i asked them for the authorized servnce centre who will provide warrnty for 2 years. By sms they sent name of a engineering co, with great difficulty i found thier contact nos, when i asked them they said they have nothing to do with shavers & no dealings wahtsoever with snap deal.
                                    I rasied a complaint with snap deal to return the item & refund my money [ i have not opended the pack it is as received in original packing] . After a couple of days they sent a automated mail as under
                                    Your agaro wd651 battery shaver black, order no. [protected] is not covered under our trustpay returns policy
                                    Your item cannot be returned/replaced for the reason you have specified. Please to view our trustpay page. You will find all eligible/ineligible criteria for returns/replacements under the question "what are the trustpay coverage details?"
                                    After several mails & calls after more than a week the reply from them is as under
                                    Our return policy states that a return request must be raised within 7 days after the item is delivered. Hence, your return request cannot be accepted. Your purchase has a manufacturer warranty which requires you to visit brand's service center if you face any issues with your item. Make sure to carry a copy of the invoice with you.
                                    If you require any further assistance, feel free to reply to this email. We’d be glad to help you.

                                    Basically they have sold a 2 year old product even that is fine but they are neither revealing the authorized servnce centre name who will service the product for the next 2 years, nor are they taking the product back nor refunding me my money hiding under come hidden clauses & sending automed mails about trut policy & then that 7 day return date has expired.
                                    Bascialiy they have cheated me by givning wrong info of a compny who is not into service of shavers not they have any dealing with snap deal snap deal is one of the worst online selllers, i have been buying serveal products from other online cos no one has behaved like this cheat snap deal

                                    Standard reply & response from Snap Deal, they are just not bothered once the sale is done & payment is with them unlike most other online sellers who have return, replacement policies they have so many channels open to contact them for any issue difficullty, SNAP DEAL is like make a SNAP DEAL hide under trust pay policiy drang the matter bwyong 7 days & then shed responsibility under pretext of "Our return policy states that a return request must be raised within 7 days after the item is delivered. Hence, your return request cannot be accepted". & they shunn respobsilibity there itself they are here to make a snap deal for themselves once money is in thier pocket. no wonder their competitors have left them far behined, one wonders how VC's are funding such irresponsible comapnies do the know that Snap Deal is here fooling people.

                                    Kindly do not create records by sending mails that you [ snap deal ] tried to contact me for any clarification as per your trailing mail below.
                                    Kindly note on 15 march I was very much available, my phone was working I received 25 calls from various people, I have missed call alert subscription & there is no intimation that I have missed any call from snap deal.
                                    These records that you are trying to create by automated mail are useless baseless, timewasting & not coming to the point.
                                    You do not have an authorised service centre for AGARO Battery Shaver coz this issue is more than 17 days old, you mean are you looking out for an authorized service centre still ?
                                    Which implies that you do not have an authorized service centre in place before you sold the product.
                                    It also implies that now after my complaint to various forums incl. Govt. nominated website for consumer complaints you have now started to communicate with me but you have no authorised service centre to service this product else you would have done it long back.
                                    So the only solution is take this shaver back & refund the money.
                                    I may consider if you replace with Philips Aqua Touch coz they do have authorized service centres in Mumbai.
                                    Cut this long story short by refund or replace with Philips, I assure you if you do not give me what you promised by way of 2 years warranty by authorized service centre in writing I will sure make this a LONG LONG deal with snap deal even if the cost of litigation is more than the cost of the product, you cannot be fooling us after colleting money.

                                      I have purchased a Hitachi 1.5 ton inverter AC from Snapdeal which was delivered to me on 8th February, 2016. After the Hitachi technician(Akram) came for installation of the AC on Feb 12, 2016, he found out that the outdoor unit's entire PCB board is missing! I immediately requested for a replacement. But, apart from few irrelevant calls from Snapdeal, we did not get any resolution till 26th February, 2016. I did also send pictures of the AC as requested by Snapdeal support on 17th February, 2016. Seeing that no communication is coming from Snapdeal even after repeated phone calls, I finally raised one return request on 26th February, 2016 at 11:50am (customer service operator was Jithu). He confirmed that I will get a confirmation with 2 days, which never happened. I have spoken with the backed team, escalation team and help desk during this period only to get false promises everytime. today (11th March, 2016), I am fed up with Snapdeal and have completely lost all trust on this company. Today I spoke with supervisor executive Vijay who told me that they will take another 4 working days to resolve this. Now, this is the 100th time they are giving me false promises. I fear that Snapdeal is with the plan of stealing my money.

                                        I had ordered items form Snapdeal but due to some reasons, the order was cancelled without my confirmation and the amount I paid was transferred freecharge account. Withdraw to back option is not enabled for me in freecharge and I am not able to get my money back.
                                        The only way I am can get my money back is to purchase something from snapdeal again.
                                        There is complete negative response from snapdeal customer care and they are forcing me to get in touch with freechage customer care for issue with money transfer.
