Ordered gym vest for my brother few days back. Had selected the wrong size. Now cancel and return options are not working in website..
Its showing, it's already out for delivery!!
What should I do?? If I return the product when delivery arrives, , , will my money get returned??? Orelse is replace option available??
I hate the fact u ppl don't hv any proper customer care no. Too!! One is showing doesn't exist and other number is robot lol. Plz resolve dis. I vil never order again from snap deal😤😒😒😒

    Am sushmidha s, i recieved the post from snapdeal, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata, pincode-700053.in that post the told i am one of the winner of lucky draw contest and worth of rs.1, 00, 000 cash price and coupon card worth of rs.10lakh. They told me to send my bank details and ifsc code. Is that real or fake? How i believe that post?

      Got a fraud call of winning a tata motors car/cash in a lucky draw by snapdeal.com, mentioning the recent order i had placed with the company. I ignored the call but later got another call in which the caller used a very abusive, dirty language.
      Clearly, the caller used the data from snapdeal company's database. One simply doesn't know the extent to which one's personal data is leaked by snapdeal, how many fraudsters might have access to one's phone number and address simply because a user placed an order on snapdeal.com.

      Never will i ever place any order with this devil of a company!

        I ordered two similar items from snapdeal. But when they delivered, they delivered one package having both the items invoice. But when i saw inside, one product was missing. So requested a return. They pickup up the item. But when they refunded the money, they only refunded the money of one item. The other item was not delivered to me and money was not refunded to me.in the snapdeal app they are showing the products as delivered, but that is not the reality.

        They are asking for the pickup of the missing item. I already told you that I did not receive the item, so how will I return the item. An item not received cannot be returned. Snapdeal you really need to enhance your customer care service and should provide a phone number for direct conversation, not an automated call. The seller did not pack both the items. Why don't you ask the seller regarding that instead of asking me for a pickup which was not delivered??

        Again Snapdeal is asking for pickup. I have told the person who called yesterday very clearly what is my complaint. He understood and told that he will initiate the refund in two days. And then again today an automated message was sent to me asking for pickup. Snapdeal you really need to concentrate here. I am asking for a very simple thing. Why are you doing like this??

A representative from Snapdeal called me yesterday and told that the refund is initiated and I will get the refund within 10 days. But no such message was sent to me yesterday and today you are sending message that the product is delivered. Snapdeal what are you doing?
        Today morning cal your employee to me and he asked cash deposits and he tell all booking information of my order this type employees are there in your snapdeal company ?. you take action against him . he called no[protected]

          I am not using snapdeal for past couple of years, still i got a message saying my order for something has been confirmed, and that it’ll be delivered between 30nov to 2nd dec. When i click on the given link, it is forwarding me to a page where some order is showing for cod and when i try to click on the complete order page, after entering credential, it’s ahowing error. Even when logged in to my account i didn’t find any order. Resolve this.

            I have raised a return request for my order (Wooden coffee table) on 14th Nov. Order ID [protected].
            The return was under process till today and everyday customer support team called/responded saying that we will resolve the issue within 24hrs. But they did not do anything.
            Today when i check in the app it says the return request is closed. I am not getting any response on my messages to the customer care.
            There is no way for me to call and talk to a support representative.
            I am really frustrated.

                  I ordered couple of products from snapdeal... I am a regular customer of snapdeal online shopping. Today morning i received a call from the above number saying they need address to deliver the product... I asked them the address is provided in the account. He replied saying it's not complete and he need the address very fast no time.. I told him can u pls hold i will check my app.. He repeated i am very busy need address fast no time. U ordered products in snapdeal becoz we have lot of time and hanged the phone offf... I tried to call him back he never picked up... He was very harsh.

                      Today i have received a letter with certificate and voucher (Assured prize of 1 lakh) and one scratch card (10 lakh prize amount and sms code). Repeatedly i called customer care help line number but i don't get any help from it, because its very hard to contact customer care executive. Generally i used to send mail to snapdeal but sometimes i didn't get any mail from snapdeal. I know this is a totally fraud case, they are got our address and phone number. It's a matter of security. So, a courteous request to snapdeal please look into this matter and security of the customer service. And please make easier customer care executive communication. Service. Very disappointing service.

                        Sir 3 months completed but not buddy can solve. 11 march 2019 am purchase a watch after 3 months watches damage some parts so watch is on warranty so i decide replace a match so am send a mail snapdeal to replacement. Sir snapdeal send a person to my home and collect a watch 18 august 2019. Sir today 3 completed no one pic my phone and not given me a watch sir this is totally forad. This product are come to patna 10 nov now till date 15 nov product are not delivered by ecom express. Ecom express number-[protected]. 14 nov ecom express executive say bar code scanning is not working. Today 14 nov ecom express say complete your scan process tomorrow your product are delivered. But today ecom express executive is say scanning are not working today scanning is complete. Your product are tomorrow delivered. But every day ecom express executive boy in my area and todays ecom delivery boy delivered the parcel in near my house. And he say no any problem in bar scanning.

                                  Whenever price money is won you don't need to pay anything to anyone. You are getting price money not that you are paying someone. Only the tax is to be paid out of the price money you will receive and may be they will give you the price money after deduction of tax. Yes its a fraud and you are the victim of fraud please go and report to police immediately. Please don't be in any confusion please report to police and snap deal about this fraud.

                                      Hi. I have recently ordered bluetooth earphone from snapdeal online shopping on 3.11.2019 and actual delivery date is 11.11.2019. Its ordered i'd is [protected] and courier tracking id (Bluedart) is [protected]. But still now its not delivered to me. When i trying to track my id in bluedart, it shows status that fake address provided by customer. But i have given valid address in snapdeal website. So please solve this issue by deliver the product to my address.

                                        Dear sir, as you all know snapdeal is not a trustworthy company, but after a long gap i made the mistake of buying from snapdeal. I purchased office 365 two times. Wrongfully i buyed same kind of two product, for which i immediately cancelled one. But they didn't refunded me the amount. Snapdeal is doing clear fraud with customers. For more information i am attaching the screenshot of the same.
