Mere pas ek call aaya tha ki mere name se ek kupan nikala hai tata naxon car. So iske liye hame 6500rs ka registration karwana hoga ialiye maine wo paisa unke account me bhej diya. Iske bad unhone phir phone kiya ki gst wale apka car ka paisa hold kar diye hai uskeliye apko 15200rs dena hoga maine wo bhi de diya. Phir unhone kaha ki ap pisa dene me late kar diye so late fine 3200 dena hoga maine wo bhi de diya. Phir unhone kaha ki apka paisa incomtax wale rok liya hai so apko 15000rs or dene honge maine wo bhi de diya uske bad unhone kaha ki 17500 or lagenge cm ke po ka stamp ke liye maine wo bhi de diya uske bad bole ki 11900rs or lagenge maine wo bhi de diya uske bad unhone kaha aajtak ke advertising ke liye 9700rs lagenge lekin abhi tak wo paisa mere account me nahi aaya.

This app is totally fraud...
I have received an message that I've win 1st prize on 9th anniversary of snapdeal on my mobile text message on 30 December
I call the given number they told me to pay first 6500 to registration for my gift
Then they say to pay 16800 for insurance of car ...
And today they are saying to pay 25000 to get car at our home
... but no we want help and our money back !!!
Please help us!!

I purchased 3 milton thermos from snapdeal on 22 dec and i paid the amount of rs. 3784/- through my credit card no. Xxx9182 and my order id is [protected] but the delivery time i received only 01 milton thermos. Whenever i call to snapdeal customer care there is no any satisfactory reply or resolution received so please resolve my case immediately

I received a call from one person who was saying that he is a snapdeal agent and he said me that I have won a tata nexon car in Christmas lucky draw and for proof he also sent me his id and I asked him the name of his MD so he said some different name and when I searched in google so google showed me different name then I called the snapdeal customer care and then they helped me very much I rate 10/10 stars t0 snapdeal customer care for this help. I recommend if whenever you receive such calls first inquiry from snapdeal customer care

Hi, my family member recently received a message from snapdeal -

Dear (Sir /madam) you are winner of snapdeal shopping bumper dhamaka you win -1st prize (Mahindra xuv 500) prize of rs-13, 50, 000 /- registration charges rs -12, 800 /- and winner charge rs.6, 500 /- pay in bank account helpline no.[protected]

Other info has been shared with me. The person has provided his and his senior's number[protected], [protected]. Along with this he shared pan card, snapdeal id card, adhaar card of a person (Whose wallet they may have stolen). Attached are pics
Also the person knows about my brother's recent purchase on snapdeal, based on which this deal was being offered.

I want to return my money because they delivered totaly wrong product i ordered asics gel-kayano 23 blue running shoes. They delivered very bad condition shoes of other local company shoes. I will try many times return complaint but they said return the same product you ordered. I will gave same product but they do not satisfied. They said this is not the same product but reality is i will show same product the company delivered to me. I opened the delivered product in front of delivery boy i have recordings of the conversations with dilevery boy

I ordered a nikon d5600 camera and got a pair of shoes delivered instead of that. I made a complain and customer care man asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. It's been 48 hours and still the item is not picked up for return. Please help as i paid a huge amount and i need the refund immediately. I got a call from someone. He told me that i have won a lucky draw of maruti suzuki alto. If i want the cash 4, 20, 000 in my account i have to give my account details or else my home address as the car will be delivered there. Please do something about this. It is very risky. How can our personal number and order details reach in a frauds hands? Please solve this problem and make our shopping experience safe.

I receive a msg from snapdeal that i won 1st prize tata safari in snapdeal 9th anniversery.in msg a no also given and contact on that no for registration. I connect on that no. The person told me that i won 1st prize. He also told me that our company contact to you for this. After 1 hour i received a call from a no [protected] and he told me that i won tata safari. Now i have choice to select car and it's basic price what i want to take they give me as per my choice. But for that i have give him 6500/- rs for registration. Now i want to know that it's it true or false that there are any lucky draw for snapdeal 9th anniversery

This is regarding my snap deal account which is accessed by unauthorized user using login with mobile otp option. My old registered mobile number was not used for long time hence mobile vendor has allocated that number to a new mobile user.

Currently i am using login with email id and password for login to snapdeal account and there is no option to update new mobile number in the snapdeal account.

Currently both the user login (Login with email by myself and login with mobile otp by unauthorized user) landing on my same account. Recently some one has placed order using my snapdeal account as well.

This issue has been addressed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but still no resolution.
