              I received a call from one person who was saying that he is a snapdeal agent and he said me that I have won a tata nexon car in Christmas lucky draw and for proof he also sent me his id and I asked him the name of his MD so he said some different name and when I searched in google so google showed me different name then I called the snapdeal customer care and then they helped me very much I rate 10/10 stars t0 snapdeal customer care for this help. I recommend if whenever you receive such calls first inquiry from snapdeal customer care

                  Other info has been shared with me. The person has provided his and his senior's number[protected], [protected]. Along with this he shared pan card, snapdeal id card, adhaar card of a person (Whose wallet they may have stolen). Attached are pics

                      I ordered a nikon d5600 camera and got a pair of shoes delivered instead of that. I made a complain and customer care man asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. It's been 48 hours and still the item is not picked up for return. Please help as i paid a huge amount and i need the refund immediately. I've been calling them since 2 days and now they are again asking me to wait for another 48hours.

                                  This is regarding my snap deal account which is accessed by unauthorized user using login with mobile otp option. My old registered mobile number was not used for long time hence mobile vendor has allocated that number to a new mobile user.

                                  Currently i am using login with email id and password for login to snapdeal account and there is no option to update new mobile number in the snapdeal account.

                                  Currently both the user login (Login with email by myself and login with mobile otp by unauthorized user) landing on my same account. Recently some one has placed order using my snapdeal account as well.

                                  This issue has been addressed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but still no resolution.

                                    I had ordered nike pegasus shoes online on snapdeal.com on 12th november 2019 vide order number [protected] on cod and received product on 15th november 2019 and made cash payment. After opening the product and one look at it, i realised its its a fake product as finishing was bad with threads coming out and rock hard sole. There was no bill with the package and i immediately called snapdeal and requested return. It has been more than a month but return pick up is getting cancelled with message "customer wants to keep the product" and till today return has not been picked up (19/12/2019) inspite of more than 15 return requests. Snapdeal customer service and its courier ecom express are hand in glove and are cheating customers. I would like to approach consumer court and seek refund and compensation for harassement.

                                      talking about this order, i got a call from courier boy Sunday, he is talking abusively he told me you are using political power, but i am not talking like that and he did 't deliver yet. i also recorded what we talk, i got call from this number [protected].

                                        I got a call from [protected] saying I've won first prize in Snapdeal luckydraw and won a car Tata nexon to be specific, and if I don't want the car I can take the amount equivalent to the current car prize. When I requested a mail They can't send a mail they want me to tell me if I've got an OTP via SMS.
