Last month had ordered a 4 burner gas stove from snapdeal. On 2nd dec. 2019 received a message stating customer cancelled the order, when i wrote back to them stating i had not cancelled the order, they said delivery would be tried the next day.
On 3rd december 2019, i received a message declaring that the item has been delivered. I was surprised and when i tracked the docket no.[protected] gati courier) sent by them it clearly showed that the item was delivered to the vendor apex in mumbai, whereas am in hyderabad.
From that day till now it's been an horrible experience with this company, mails and phone calls have not helped in anyway. Had even sent them the screenshots of the item delivery details, but no use. The complaint no. Was 62944628..
Have never seen an irresponsible company such as this. Even wondering if they are trying to dupe the customers by such tricks.
