This is regarding my snap deal account which is accessed by unauthorized user using login with mobile otp option. My old registered mobile number was not used for long time hence mobile vendor has allocated that number to a new mobile user.

Currently i am using login with email id and password for login to snapdeal account and there is no option to update new mobile number in the snapdeal account.

Currently both the user login (Login with email by myself and login with mobile otp by unauthorized user) landing on my same account. Recently some one has placed order using my snapdeal account as well.

This issue has been addressed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but still no resolution.

    I had ordered nike pegasus shoes online on snapdeal.com on 12th november 2019 vide order number [protected] on cod and received product on 15th november 2019 and made cash payment. After opening the product and one look at it, i realised its its a fake product as finishing was bad with threads coming out and rock hard sole. There was no bill with the package and i immediately called snapdeal and requested return. It has been more than a month but return pick up is getting cancelled with message "customer wants to keep the product" and till today return has not been picked up (19/12/2019) inspite of more than 15 return requests. Snapdeal customer service and its courier ecom express are hand in glove and are cheating customers. I would like to approach consumer court and seek refund and compensation for harassement.

        I got a call from [protected] saying I've won first prize in Snapdeal luckydraw and won a car Tata nexon to be specific, and if I don't want the car I can take the amount equivalent to the current car prize. When I requested a mail They can't send a mail they want me to tell me if I've got an OTP via SMS.

          On 26/11/2019, I received a call from Mr. Sanjay Sharma and told that I won a lucky draw on the first number and a car or Rs. 12 lakh will be credited to me if I made registration of Rs. 5999/- I refused the offer but that person shown me all his aadhar card, snapdeal icard and many so I deposited money, Then he again called me and told that SBI branch manager is talking with me then the manager Mr. Nitin told me that please pay 1 % of 12 lakh then amount will be transferred on account. I dounted and denied to pay this amount then they stopped to receive call and also now they are not responding. I have all details of whatsapp communication with me. Please give me Rs. 12 lakh as they shown snapdeal logo also which is presently with me. My number is [protected]

              Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
              Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal. Please take necessary action.

                  Hi,

                  I am kavitha from bangalore,
                  I recieved a call from one mr kunal sharma who said that i won first prize mahindra xuv 500 and for the same to be shipped from delhi, i have to deposit rs 14000 or so to mr nitinkumar who claims to be in snap deal as is the owner of the company.

                  Mr sharma also asked me to deposit the money with in 10 min, into nitin's sbi account.
                  I questioned that snap deal should have sent a mail tk me if i had won the prize for which he gave some lame reason.

                  This is completely fake kindly make note of this incident and take some serious action against these fraudsters otherwise the co's image would be at stake.

                  I am also sharing the mobile number from which i recieved the call, ‭+ ‭+[protected]‬

                  He was asking me to send my aadhaar card and passport details as well to claim the prize.
                  This is when i grew more suspicious.

                          Last month had ordered a 4 burner gas stove from snapdeal. On 2nd dec. 2019 received a message stating customer cancelled the order, when i wrote back to them stating i had not cancelled the order, they said delivery would be tried the next day.

                          On 3rd december 2019, i received a message declaring that the item has been delivered. I was surprised and when i tracked the docket no.[protected] gati courier) sent by them it clearly showed that the item was delivered to the vendor apex in mumbai, whereas am in hyderabad.

                          From that day till now it's been an horrible experience with this company, mails and phone calls have not helped in anyway. Had even sent them the screenshots of the item delivery details, but no use. The complaint no. Was 62944628..

                          Have never seen an irresponsible company such as this. Even wondering if they are trying to dupe the customers by such tricks.

                            I have been trying to reach Snapdeal for a 4 month now.. but they still have not refunded me an amount of Rs. 1237/- .
                            They told me that I can return the courier personally and they would refund my account.but they not refund my amount customer care daily call and tell me your amount refund in 48 hours but amount is not coming why. Am telling customer care service i want writen. My money will be refund 48 hours but nobody send me in writen your amount will be refund.

                              I shabana, purchased a titan watch from snapdeal on 18 october, the order was delivered to me within couple of days. I received the order. I received the watch of fasttrack instead of titan. Then i raised a return request. A boy from shadowfax came who only delivered my order.                                   Get message from snapdeal that i win tata safari car in 9th anniversary of snapdeal. And one person call me and told me he is from snapdeal. Told the same thing and given two options to get car or money of 1260000. I selected money and he told registration fees of 4500. To get 1260000. I paid. Then he told 18900 as tax. I paid. He told 12600 gst i rejected. Totally i lost 23400.

                                        I have requested for return of book which i have taken from snapdeal because this not book which i wanted.. But they cancelled my request though it fullfill all policy of return. I dont know why they have rejected my request... Book is unused.. Packaging is not effected. And they are too late to giving reply on help center.. I have raised a question and they gave me reply after 24 hour.
