    I ordered a projector and it was faulty. So i returned it for a replacement. But nothing received after that. Everytime, when i contacted them, they say it is under investigation wait for 48 hours. If my item does not pass quality check. They should send me the original product back to me. Instead they did nothing. I even requested them to send me the original item but no response. They owe me 9000 rs. Very bad online company. Strategically stealing people's money.

    Snapdeal, i want my original faulty item back to me!!! Or a refund.

      This is regarding order id [protected]. While purchasing the product in snapdeal app, it was mentioned as 7 days return policy. When i tried to return the product customer care is saying product cant be returned, unless defective. There was no mention of any such condition in the app. The app shows return by 1st decent but is not allowing to me return. Screenshot attached.
      This is purely misleading the customer. Please accept my return request of this product.

        I had purchased a product from snap deal (Wechip w1 2.4g mini air mouse smart tv wireless keyboard fly mouse multifunctional remote) with sub order no.[protected] & reference number: 62794699.
        As product is not genuine and found missed accessories i returned that but tlll now inspite of repeated communication i didn't get my refund of rs.1708/-. Also snapdeal is not responding properly and accurately about the refund ststus. So i request you to kindly intervene in this issue to get my amount back. Expecting favourable support and resolution.           I placed an order for kingston a400 m.2 ssd on 21 november 2019 which i received today i. E. 24 november 2019. I only received the product package in the box without the ssd chip that i ordered. I sent s mail a few days ago attached with undertaking form as well as the pictures of the packaging. Today i got mail from snapdeal that the return request cannot be completed. I have been trying to call customer executive but it never gets connected to an executive ever. When the call gets connected, the executive pretends to help but doesn't do a thing. Please take some action.

          Snapdeal calls me every day and tells me that my case have been forwarded and will be resolved in the next 28 to 48 hours and says that they are investigating the case. Its been 15 days but the case is still not resolved.

          Snapdeal got in touch with you to inform me that they have completed their investigation and I have received the product which I have not received. Such a pathetic company with bizarre resolution. They took 15 days and without any investing, they told me that they cannot refund my money and I box was intact. This company is making fool of everyone. I loose my hard earned money of Rs 2999 for just a Rex box names snap deal. I'm gonna sue them for this.

            Snapdeal delivered a faulty and defective ram and on the same day i complaint against it to snapdeal. However, there is problem with snapdeal that it stopped consumer representative service even if you call on the customer care no. Mechanical voice doesn't help therefore, i emailed the complaint and they said that the product will be picked and up and return will be initiated afterwards, but even after several reminder to snapdeal nobody has come to pick the product. It is very frustrating experience for me on snapdeal shopping.
            I need a refund against the delivered hynix laptop ddr2 2gb 667 mhz ram which is defective and not working.
            I also request consumer forum to initiate necessary action against snapdeal and consider it as official complaint into national consumer online forum against snapdeal.
            If i didn't get my refund, i will ask for a huge penalty amount.
            I can't talk to customer care representative as it seems that snapdeal is shutting down. Snapdeal customer care no. Also not working.

                  Snapdeal is having flaw in their system. First they deliver a wrong item and when contacted within 15 minutes of the delivery they promise to return it within 24-48 hours. Again called them back after 48 hours only to take more 48 hours . 48 hours gone again.Again called them and they want the product pictures according to their executive. sent them the pictures and again receive a reply that we will resolve at the earliest.dont worry.my question is when?.all kind of fictitious calls start coming after placing orders with them.                                   I recieved a call from Snapdeal online shopping lucky department Jharkhand and the caller deal with me about money. He also said that me, You pay 3000 rupees and get 12 lac rupees. Than I call after sometimes he rejected my call and I understood he fraud with me.
                                  So I wand to back my money.

                                  Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                    I have received this message in the name of Snapdeal and also i received a call and was told to pay 6500/- Rupess for registration when i ask them why don't you deduct the money from the amount with any further reply he disconnect the phone. Below is the message which i received. And also i have attached the screenshot of whtsapp number.

                                    You are product order SNAPDEAL company .
                                    Your name to open the lucky draw (TATA SAFARI CAR) cost RS=1260000 Rupees.

                                      Ts not that i have not ordered through snapdeal anytime... I really loved the previous orders which i received through snapdeal but i guess the company is closing soon or not in mood to deliver the product customer wants. Previously i ordered for esquire double bucket mop with refill 360 degree magic spin rotating for perfect floor cleaning - pink (Mop set/mop bucket) which was damaged on handle and the colour was also wrong it came in blue. Then i thought it could be the 1time error so returned the same got refund also. But ordered the same product again but i am not just surpised but shocked with the awesome service snapdeal gave me by just dumping the same old damaged mop of blue colour at my home that also so late. I mean how could you guys be so perfect to deliver the same old set to me again?
                                      You guys deserve standing applause for this. Thanks again i am not going to replace my product anymore because i am very much sure that you will give the same old damaged product back to me. So i am keeping this product with me now and saying bye to you guys forever. Also will shortly share this story with my colleague and friends.

                                        I have received a call from Snapdeal that you are the winner of first prize of Snapdeal site.That is Mahindra XUV 500 or 1260000. if you want any one of these you can pay 8500 rupees for money and 12600 rupees for car. I can't understand this is call from Snapdeal site or this is the fraud call . Please resolve my problem.
