Snapdeal have leaked my personal details like my name and my address. .Now I'm getting fraud calls.
In last 3 days I have got like 10 calls from Unknown Numbers claiming they are from snapdeal and i have been picked as lucky winner or stuff.

      It's been 20 days i have ordered my fashion kurta and i don't get my order yet due to wrong address i have written but talk to customer care and update my address but still i didn't get any update about my order. They are not trying to contacting me and this is really disgusting. Bad service ever. I have done payment also but they are not responding. It would be my last shopping with snapdeal, i get really disappointed by snapdeal service. I didn't cancel my order because i am hoping to get my order soon.

          I ordered a product from snapdeal after which i started getting fake calls regarding winning tata safaari from two nos. [protected] and [protected].
          After i asked them few questions about how and why, believe they couldnt understand and started abusing me.
          I also informed snapdeal customer care and their ceo about it by sending them an email... I dont know what the heck is going on!!!

            Snap deal company not issued my refund yet i placed the order on 9th october received the products on 16th i placed the return request for the item.. Because did not match with the description and moreover size issue. I gave return request 16th october. But the courier person came on 24th and picked up my item. I received the email confirmation from snap deal that my return item was picked up successfully on 26th october. Almost one month over. They keep on updating my return pick up for the same item lamizor cotton ethnic wear kurti partiala set it's already been sent i do not have that item. I do not know who is cheating in between with my returnd product. I neither get any compensation from courier service nor from. Snap deal.                   I ordered a titan watch in snapdeal, which was offered with 79% off. Order no : [protected].
                  What i received was a fake one. The glass and dial case joining areas has slight damages visible. Straps were different from the photos displayed on the website. Straps looked very cheap. Gums and glues of the strap was left here and there. The backside case was dirty and old.. I have 2 other titan watches, by seeing this one, it's clearly visible in the naked eyes that it's a fake.

                      I have ordered a chair have order id [protected] from my pin-code area 713212 which is shown available in snapdeal website but their courier partner bludart refused to deliver in my address showing the cause of remote area. After informing snapdeal, it is repeatedly giving computerized message to correct address. Even i cannot communicate them over phone.                         I have purchased a product from snapdeal with order id "[protected]".
                        This product is not received at the given address but the application shows "delivered".
                        I have raised several complaints but i do not receive any response.
                        I tried to call customer care but the ivr options does not connect to any personnel to discuss.

                        To connect to some one, i have raised return request but i still did not get any contact of customer care who can investigate the issue whether it is delivered to wrong place or not delivered at all.

                          I placed an order on snapdeal. I received a call claiming that they are from snapdeal. They informed that while i placed an order i won a lucky draw through which i won a tata safari car. I was asked to pay 6000 as registration charges. When i enquired about the genuinity of the call, i was abused and the caller used unprofessional language and they hung up. The number i received the call is [protected]. This number is identified as spam fraud by true caller. The location of the call is from bihar india.

                            Hi, I ordered a Titan watch one month and is still not delivered to me. I see status as 'Customer Refusal'. The Courier guys didn't even try attempting the delivery. And now I see that the product is returned back to the seller. I see fraud at both Snapdeal and their Courier.

                              I ordered 5 in one beauty massager on 3 nov on 8 november i got delivered but when i opened the pack and tried to use it's not working snap deal has send me defective product again previously i had ordered mc purple vaporiser that was also not working and was defective now this order is also defective i want a good working product or else my money back otherwise i have to file complaint in consumer court for fraud case and cheating snap deal has wasted my money

                                    My item lamizor ethinic wear kurthi patiala stitched set already picked up and i'm not having that item in my hand. But they updated for return pickup again and again for same order item. What nonsense is this? Then they asked me i've have to do for cancellation for my return request. I no longer going to shop anything from snapdeal. My final request is let them try to get my refund from xpress bees courier person girish as per dated on 23rd october 2019 shcedule return pickup. All confusions, loss everything occured by that person only.
