I ordered a product from snapdeal after which i started getting fake calls regarding winning tata safaari from two nos. [protected] and [protected].
After i asked them few questions about how and why, believe they couldnt understand and started abusing me.
I also informed snapdeal customer care and their ceo about it by sending them an email... I dont know what the heck is going on!!!
Our personal info is not safe at all......

Snap deal company not issued my refund yet i placed the order on 9th october received the products on 16th i placed the return request for the item.. Because did not match with the description and moreover size issue. I gave return request 16th october. But the courier person came on 24th and picked up my item. I received the email confirmation from snap deal that my return item was picked up successfully on 26th october. Almost one month...

And they told all about me my purchased products details and my address etc

I ordered a titan watch in snapdeal, which was offered with 79% off. Order no : [protected].
What i received was a fake one. The glass and dial case joining areas has slight damages visible. Straps were different from the photos displayed on the website. Straps looked very cheap. Gums and glues of the strap was left here and there. The backside case was dirty and old.. I have 2 other titan watches, by seeing this one, it's clearly...

Hi, I ordered a Titan watch one month and is still not delivered to me. I see status as 'Customer Refusal'. The Courier guys didn't even try attempting the delivery. And now I see that the product is returned back to the seller. I see fraud at both Snapdeal and their Courier....

I've updated my address so many times but still they are saying updated my address. And also my product has been sent already. I received the confirmation of my return order from snapdeal. Mad people not even understand my quarries avoid refunding my money they are saying my address is not correct. My return order already picked up then why they worry about my address. My address is same there is no change at all orders are delivering in...

Received sms from qp-sndeal on 06/11/2019 as below:

"congratulation you are winner of snapdeal company online shopping you won 1st prize tata nexon car or amount rs 7, 50, 000/- plz you have pay government services tax rs 7, 500/-) in state bank of india date 06/11/2019 deposit details helpline number - (Protected)"

Please intimate me whether this is real or fake.

Hi customer care,

It is very sad to see that snapdeal customer care have no intention to hear concerns raised by customers and ignoring the issue.
I purchased 6 titan watches from snapdeal (Orderid=[protected]). It is showing the product is delivered but it i didn't received any product. I raised this concern long back and there is no any action taken till today.
No doubt why amazon is leading from front as...

My product has not been delivered but my delivery status says delivered.
The delivery guy had called for directions and did not turn up and soon the status was changed to delivered. I have written queries on the app and ask tried numerous times via customer care and emails.
The product is a gift and i need it as soon as possible.
Either refund the amount or deliver the product....
