I purchased Aqua Grand water purifier order no. [protected]. There is no manual no prefilter. As I called the manufacturer i.e. AquaGrand, they are saying we are not selling on snapdeal, amazon or ebay.com. They sold you used or duplicate product purchased last month when i was in india. Now I am in Uganda and i opened my product here. Now what should I do ?

    Sir on jul 28 2015 i purchased a laptop from snapdeal hp15-r244tx laptop from snapdeal there was an option of 10% cashback on purchase through sbi debit card
    and condition was that cashback will be credited within 3 month .i.e on or before 30 september 2015

    but untill i have no receive my cashback i have also mailed them regarding this

    also complined on call through customer care 2 times but untill i have not receive any response mail through snapdeal neither cashback

    please i will request to forward my complian to snapdeal as sson as possible
    and help me regarding this problem very thanks to u

          I have ordered a Yoko Height Increaser and place a return request on 9th Feb 16.After it snapdeal customer support told me that they will not picked upthat item but refund will be credited in my freecharge account in 24 hr. After again and again complaints about not receiving amount, always they said amount will be credited in 1-2 days.But now it is more than 15 days, i am not received refund and now they are not answering my mail.

            I ordered a Puma Brown Leather Wallet on 24.01.2016 from Snapdeal. ( I am sharing the product id:[protected]) The product was duly received on 30.01.2016. Unfortunately, the product received was not of good and upright quality. Thus, I placed an online return request with the Snapdeal. After few days, I received a mail from the Snapdeal team that we are not in a position to come and collect the product. It is pertinent to mention here that neither the content of the mail nor any telephonic conversation, thereafter, mentioned the correct reason for not collecting the product.

            Since then, I have placed numerous fresh requests and also had conversations with different team members of Snapdeal, but to my utter surprise the product has not yet been collected from my place.

            The conduct of the Snapdeal and its employees is not acceptable at all. This incident also shows that Snapdeal is cheating with its customers by providing them inferior quality products and when customer request to return the product and refund the amount, Snapdeal deliberately gave false assurances to keep waiting till the customer left the hope to get its product returned.

            I reserved my legal right and after one week from hereafter, I would initiate legal proceedings against Snapdeal. I am completely fed up to what has happened with me and I strongly condemn to buy any product from Snapdeal in future.

            I would also request to other customers who are looking forward to buy products online, that Snapdeal is providing fake and false products. Create awareness among different people so that Snapdeal shall understand the emotions and feelings of customers.

              I have placed an #Order ID: [protected] date Placed on: Sat, 20 Feb, 2016 for Micromax 50C3600 FHD / 50C7550 FHD 127 cm (50) Full HD LED Television With 1 + 2 Year Extended Warranty and after successful a payment I also received notification that order has been shipped and also received tracking number as well.

              However after 2 days when I have inquired about order status I received email from them that your order has been cancelled and we will process with refund. The reason they ware showing is Currier company returned product.

              While I have asked to ship another product they told me to order once again with higher price so in short they are looking to attract users with big advertisement and also accepting orders but after that they are cancelling and cheating to customers.

              My only concern is to have product I have ordered.

              Because of their big advertisement I have lost an opportunity to buy another LED from flipkart and I have trusted to snapdeal and they are just replying with this reasons.

              Another issue, I have places another order to TV remote and they delivered duplicate remote and when I have asked they said its not something they can return and refund.

              They are really sick ppl guys dont buy from them ever else you will be in trouble. Focus on flipkart or amazon

                            Their was a scheme on snap deal buy a Motorola mobile and a Motorola earbuds at the same time (add both products to the cart and buy them ), and after receiving the products 10 days later you will get the earbuds amount rs 499, as cashback in your freecharge account balance .

                            now it more than 2 months no cash back received tried many times to contact customer support every time they say WE UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN AND OUR TEAM WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU IN NEXT 24 hrs
                            customer center no is also chargeable spended more than 100 rs while contracting them .
                            its a total case of fraud with customers .
                            they ended my 499 rs cashback + more than 100 rs to contract them

                            NOW HOPE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS WILL HELP TO END THIS TYPES OF FRAUD

                              I purchased a jeans of mufti brand on 12th Dec 2015 from snapdeal. I used this item only 7-8 days till now and I washed it only three times.
                              Now the condition of the jeans is very bad. It's colour gone. My blue jeans is now converting in white colour even it's fabric also getting damage. And the tailor work is also getting out.

                              So I totally received a duplicate item from snapdeal.

                                The handset zenfone 2 ze551ml mobile phone I had buye from Snapdeal.
                                it is giving problem. it switch off automatically when the battery discharge about 30%.

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    My name Marshal Pawar. I ordered a Mobile Zenfone Laser 2 5.5 inch screen with 3 gb Ram and 16 gb inbuilt Memory on 4th of December 2015. But Snapdeal sent wrong product which was Asus Zenfone 2 5 inch screen with 2 gb Ram.
                                    When Asked for replacement they sent the same wrong product again. Therefore second time I asked Them for Refund. So they took their product back and told me they will refund Money In 5-7 days.
                                    But after 2 days their Customer Representative called and said that they can't refund my money and they can't give me the product.
                                    After Months Of trying they are saying the same thing. I gave them 12, 999 Rupees as Cash On Delivery and haven't received refund.
                                    I am adding both Receipts given during the transaction and Return receipt.
