I received a wrong product from snapdeal so i asked for replacement in replacement i got damaged product i complained the same day but no responce from snapdeal help please...

I purchased a jeans of mufti brand on 12th Dec 2015 from snapdeal. I used this item only 7-8 days till now and I washed it only three times.
Now the condition of the jeans is very bad. It's colour gone. My blue jeans is now converting in white colour even it's fabric also getting damage. And the tailor work is also getting out.

So I totally received a duplicate item from snapdeal....

it is giving problem. it switch off automatically when the battery discharge about 30%.
and please replace my mobile phone it's a humble request for Snapdeal. and also it's in 7 day replacement guaranty....

I buy Ansh fashion wearing Chinas pack of 3, but received 2. I complain this and repick up but amount not refund in my credit card and 2 other order are cancelled already and not received me but not refund why???? If you late I want my money with interest because you not provide me any of facility against mony...

My name Marshal Pawar. I ordered a Mobile Zenfone Laser 2 5.5 inch screen with 3 gb Ram and 16 gb inbuilt Memory on 4th of December 2015. But Snapdeal sent wrong product which was Asus Zenfone 2 5 inch screen with 2 gb Ram.
When Asked for replacement they sent the same wrong product again. Therefore second time I asked Them for Refund. So they took their product back and told me they will refund Money In 5-7...

My name is Sudarsan I am from chennai .I had bought a HP laptop through snap deal on 14 feb order number [protected] order number...I paid cash on delivery ...unfortunately when I opened the laptop I got shocked to see that windows os was not installed and display was flickering USB ...and I had to install os locally...and even after installing battery dries faster and USB port not working and system restarting automatically...I feel so cheated...snap...

I received damage n faulty product. i waste my money n time.
snapdeal was not checked product before deliver.

Its been 8 days since I received a mobile phone from snapdeal. The box looks very old and dirty. I saw the original seal is broken and cello tape is applied over the original seal. I didn't open it and immediately asked for a return. After 1 day of my return request, I got call from snapdeal and someone was challenging me about my truthfulness, as if I'm telling lie. I purchased Parachute advansed ayurvedic hair oil (300ml), Order Number - [protected], placed on 10 Feb, 2016 from Snapdeal.com. It was mentioned there that I ll be getting Rs 95 cashback in my freecharge account for this order. But I didn't got that till now. In 24th November 2015 i had ordered MotoE2nd Gen(RS5499)& Moto E buds(Rs 499), so total i had paid RS5998 and there was offer that if i but both together than i have to pay 5998, but i will get 499rs of moto e buds refund to my freecharge account within 10 days.
