Got Message alert on 2nd February 2016 form Snapdeal that My FreeCharge wallet has been credited with Rs.100 but when I checked the wallet there is no money added as committed by SnapDeal.

I have complaint many times to Snapdeal...

I ordered an Aquaguard Water Purifier from Snapdeal on 23rd January and received parcel with brick in it without any water Purifier. I called Snapdeal immediately and said the same. They said you will get your money back within 48 hours. I sent them the videotape of opening the empty box. But they are saying "we can't refund or replace the product as it there was no issue from our side when we packed". Why should the customer be held responsible...

I have ordered the water purifier from Snap deal, but in fact i have received only part of the product, for the same i have called to customer care and logged the complaint in the month of Nov, till the date no response from them, whenever I call them they will tell will get back to you in next 48 hours time, will resolve the problem but till date nothing happened... I highly not happy with SNAP DEAL

2:i recieved it on 7 or on 8 . on 14 i put those pair on and with in 1 hour of driving the right leg shoe was splitted into two.. the shoe and the sole splitted into two.

and they are compensating with rs.200

Dont buy products from snapdeal they are the big cheats in the market.

I ordered a foppish mart key chain from them on 2nd and on 8 they sent me sms stating that the order has been cancelled due to their in ability to send the product. And the amount will be sent to my bank in 7 to 8 days.

I want to ask snapdeal if i placed an order and after taking the product will snapdeal wait for 1 week time to get the amount....

We got call from Manufaacturing company of Jaipur - and they informed us on snapdeal.com their products are listed with our name ; showcasing that our company M/s. Roopal Automation Pvt. Ltd. selling products of M/s. Power India Meters - where as fact is that we are not selling that product. Snap deal have uploaded all the stuff without our consent & informing us before uploading on our name.
