    I am receiving spam call from aab telecom mumbai
    I will make sure that snapdeal pays heavily for cheating then making spam calls
    Guys snapdeal called me said that they will not refund...i am going to further authorities ...they are cheats never buy from them.

      I have bought a plastic sealing machine for Rs. 1330/- but the item was damaged.
      informed the company and i was told to send back the item. But the courier company thro which i got the parcel refused to accept it back saying that there is no information from the company. Or else I have to pay around Rs. 1300 as courier charges. It is advisable to pay another 1300 for courier charges for an item costing Rs. 1330 only. The company could have issued me a return voucher which would have been accepted by the courier so that the charges could have been avoided

        I have ordered Hp laptop from snapdeal.com Placed On 05 Feb, 2016 Order ID: [protected] and received product on 9th Feb
        when i received that laptop body was broken from rear top side below touch pad
        I registered refund complaint with in 1 hour after receiving the product
        They took 3 days and on 12th Feb they sent me details( shipping address and ticket id ) for returning the product
        I courier the product to them on 13th Feb
        they received the product on 15th Feb and said that they will investigate but on 16th Feb they said Your Return / Replace request has been declined. Item will be redelivered to you
        i have called them to do not send me product back and pls re-investigate
        their customer care representative said they will not send me product back and i will get my refund
        Still i have hope that they will refund me
        but i was just searching what i can do if they do not refund and i found you website, pls advice me what i can do to resolve this as i have have all recording of phone call and print out of all emails and document
        all answer will be highly appreciable

          I have still not received the refund after 15 days of trying to initiate it. Your customer pays for your mistakes, which happen almost every time. I wish I had never bought this product from Snapdeal. Worst decision ever. It is fitting that I pay for this mistake of mine - choosing Snapdeal.

          First you don't take the product back. Somehow i manage to convince you after 3 days of buying the product. Then you assure me that you will initiate a refund to my CC account. You don't. Then you ask for NEFT details. I give. Then you tell me you can't initiate a refund to this account either and you need a third account. Somehow you initiate a refund to the second account and ask me to wait for 4 business days. I wait. On the 4th day, you tell me the refund has failed. Then you initiate another refund, which is still not there in my account. Please understand that I cannot keep waiting every 4 days for you to initiate and fail the refund. If you want to keep failing on your repayments, can you please ask my bank to extend my credit card payment date by infinity? I won't have a problem then. Oh, you can't. So sad.

          I had only heard that you have a reputation of frustrating your customer to the extent of him leaving you. I am experiencing it first hand now! And, rest assured, I will quit shopping on Snapdeal. Not that it makes any difference to you, but it will certainly cause less frustration to me.

            Bought iPhone 6 on 12th Oct. 2015 received the faulty product from Snapdeal. Contacted Snapdeal Customer Service a lot via mailing to [protected]@snapdeal.com, but they still not responded to my mail from 2.5 months, Its really annoying when I called to SD Customer Support they initiating my return all the time but I havenot received any calls from pickup courier yet.               Got Message alert on 2nd February 2016 form Snapdeal that My FreeCharge wallet has been credited with Rs.100 but when I checked the wallet there is no money added as committed by SnapDeal.

              I have complaint many times to Snapdeal via call and website too but they have not even replied me yet.

              Although one of the representative attended my complaint but have not resolved yet, as he said wait for next 24-48 hours now its more than 48 hours does not get any kind of response that could be said as resolved.
              Still facing the same issue.
              Now they contacted and again said as earlier that amount will be credited in 24 hours.

              The same issue still. Snapdeal is just making money by giving bogus assurances.
              Even they crossed all the limit said that you have received the amount, But in the reality the amount which is in my wallet is another transaction amount.
              I have proof of my transaction history too still they are puzzling because no reason.

                I ordered an Aquaguard Water Purifier from Snapdeal on 23rd January and received parcel with brick in it without any water Purifier. I called Snapdeal immediately and said the same. They said you will get your money back within 48 hours. I sent them the videotape of opening the empty box. But they are saying "we can't refund or replace the product as it there was no issue from our side when we packed". Why should the customer be held responsible if something goes wrong in the process of shipping the product (if indeed what they are telling is true.. when they say they packed it properly).

                  its really horrible i have got the replacement product and this time this product also in defective, i took one month of time to get install water purifier, because there is no service in my city, now i found that the product is in defective.

                  and for the same i have rise the complaint at there Snap deal customer care and they said you will going get full refund money back and but there is no replay from there end,

                  really not expected from them, i have purchased couple of products from them... but his time... its very poor quality product...

                  and i got service no of water purifier from snap deal customer care, when i called on that no they said we will not sell any products on online... they are selling duplicate products on on-line ... she replied ...

                  Lets see what happen, I have raised the complaint again today, waiting for there reply ...

                    I purchased Lumia 540 on dated 28 Sept15, and the order number is [protected] from SnapDeal. I get the offer 10% additionally cashback from SBI Card and this should be credit in my account till 30 Nov 15.

                    I start to complain from 3 Dec 2015 .I get assurance from SnapDeal customer executive the issue will resolve within 4-5 days but after 20 days I am not get any resolution then I request to customer care if you are unable to provide cashback then cancel the order and refund my money back but they neither provide cashback and nor cancel the order. Till today 16 Feb 2016, I am not getting any kind of the solution.
                    I already shared all my card statement from September 2015 to January 2016 and Feb 2016 unbilled statement also to thire customer care. I fulfill the entire requirement which was asking by your customer care executive, but result could not come.
                    I am making more then 25 time call roughly by my phone and more than 10 time mail to your customer care. Already I loosing lot of money via my mobile bill but still I am not get my cashback Rs 827/- only.
                    Please look into the matter.

                      Hello I had purchased "YU Yunique " Mobile product through " Snapdeal". After 2 month the mobile is get switch off automatically even charging 60% are remaining. I had handed over mobile to service centre and they are send that faulty model to company. The mobile is fully in under warranty .as per the rule company is providing phone but not received after 18day, without mobile I did not able to do my work. I had called Yu they are received my mobile at 27/1/2016 and after that they are said that replacement phone is will be send to me vai courier but after completing 21days I had not receive any product from yu. they are westing my time even I had requested them to deliver my phone to me but they always tell that replacement period is 40days.Now a day who is waiting for 40days? even I had did not imagine 1 day without phone.                         I was happy that you delivered it the next day I placed my order.
                        But only after wearing it for 2 days the soul of the shoe is peeled off from front .
                        As it was urgent, I fixed it using "Faviquick".
                        I tried to contact them but they rejected to help.

                          I recieved a numero uno shoe.
                          defects:
                          1:color was suppose to be dry muddish brown. however i recieved a choco brown
                          2:i recieved it on 7 or on 8 . on 14 i put those pair on and with in 1 hour of driving the right leg shoe was splitted into two.. the shoe and the sole splitted into two.

                            I was return the prouduct, but not return the amount 1049/-.it is total above 60 days, and i send lyail above 4 times and contact 3 or more time but they are not responding proper

                              I have bought Eveready led bulb from snapdeal on 24-12-15.it has stopped working just after use of one month.at their description box it was written it comes with 2 years of warranty. They have also removed the seller TNM telecare and Now they are refusing to help me.please help they are cheating me

                                Few days before I had order for curtains nd I cancelled the order of curtains. I had place the order on 21 Jan 16 bt today is 16 Feb 16 Its near to complete 1 month till nw I didn't get my refund amount so when I'll get my refund.plz just try to refund my amount as early possible. I can't wait any more

                                  I have brought this dress from snapdeal...but the thing is that wht they have shown written about the dress in real it was nt like that...very cheap quality material dress...my order no is [protected] I brought order the dress on 15/11/2015 worth rupees of 715 & they told me free delivery but it was not...I have return the dress & they told me that your money will return within 24 hours but it was not only 183 rupees was given on free charge account & remaining was nt returned uptil now...plz give back my remaining money...very disappointed with the service

                                    I have ordered hp tab 7 and still its undelivered .I'm contacting courier company they are telling that product will be delivered today but still it hasn't, since a week im listening such excuses. I would like to give zero as a rating

                                      With most humbly and respectfully, i want to say that i had buyed a Stefino Red Leather Pvc Flat Sandals on On 05 Nov, 2015 .due its size, i had returned it.but the amount Rs - 450 it not refunded till now from 3 month.
                                      after process of returning product .a link is forwarded on my mail id for sending
                                      myself bank A/C no with Ifsc code.then i have sended the A/C no and after some days i have checked my account no and recieved my money .I had called the customer care they said hat according to their information that refund is credited in you account.same process is running for days .then secondly through phone called me due to technically error of sender amount is not reached.

                                      they said me give your any other account no.again i had given him him detail.
                                      at lastly compney is not refunded my money Rs 450 so. i request you to refund my Rs from snapdeal I will very thank full to you

                                        Dont buy products from snapdeal they are the big cheats in the market.

                                        I ordered a foppish mart key chain from them on 2nd and on 8 they sent me sms stating that the order has been cancelled due to their in ability to send the product. And the amount will be sent to my bank in 7 to 8 days.

                                        I want to ask snapdeal if i placed an order and after taking the product will snapdeal wait for 1 week time to get the amount.

                                        Snapdeal does not know their responsibility to send the details about the refund. It has been almost 12 days but no refund has been taken place .

                                        And their so called executives sudershan and sandeep are totally waste in handeling the queries

                                        Snapdeal use some brains refer to my complaint my number is there, or contact your so called customer care executive Sudarshan and Sandeep. Don't ever try to give tailor made replies (cut, copy, paste) work. Even a tom dick and harry can do that. I need full details for my cancellation report and you made false promises that my amount has been refunded i need a screenshot for evidence. from tomorrow onwards i would post in all consumer form sites. about ur cheating tactics.
