Sir I have order (anand India Ltd Imported 3d bedsheets )item from Snapdeal.com. web site and paid through cash on delivery but after some time they cancel my all order. i got a mail that it was web site mistake and error in price. But sir how they can cancel my order even after verification? I ordered around 8 times the same bedsheets, but they cancel again and again . When I called them, they are showing no action and said your orders was...

I got the wrong/duplicate product against the order. Company is not ready to replace it. Even the production is not functionally properly.

Most of the product company are first copy of original product. That's the reason they don't have manufacture warranty policy on seller warranty policy ....

11th feb is the date when it was placed. I got the product on the same day but the product seem to b second hand.
one of the engineer has come to see the product and he verified the same but no response from snapdeal yet.

I have purchased Surya Accent Pressure coocker+ pressure Pan combo for Rs. 1090 with Rs.399 cash back offer in Freecharge account. on 01/2/2016 we requested for the reverse pick of the wrong parcel that we received to snapdeal

but till date 20/02/2016 no reverse pickup by the snap deal company
so please take neccessary action against the company....

10 LED bulbs were purchased online from Snapdeal. Out of 10 bulbs 5 bulbs were installed. One bulb stopped working with in 15 days and another one also stopped working with 18 days of installation. On contacting company refused to entertain the complaint on the pretext of return policy of 7 days. Snapdeal is marketing substandard products and cheating online shoppers. They know for certain that LED bulbs are expected to have a life of over...

This is first time when I am complaining on the same matter and still Snapdeal not done any solution for my complaint.

Every time they are telling "sorry for hear that, we apologies, we do needful and put your request on priority" but after all of that still my problem not short-out. Kindly look into the matter strictly or if not do needful please return my money and pick your product.
