Sit i have ordered an iphone6 16GB from snapdeal which i got it and have found a scracth on them.

I immediately raised a complaint against the replacement of the product.

There technian had came to my home and states that they will replace the product within 24hrs.

Now its been 1month my replacement/refund has not done yet.

I called them daily, they always state with one line will do within 24hrs but there is nothing done.

Worst customer service support.

        I have order a product from Snapdeal Order no. [protected], Suborder no. [protected] on date 01/01/2016,

        They delivered the damaged product on 09/01/2016, on the same day I have requested for return pick up but till date the Snapdeal has been avoiding to pick up the product.

        This is total against about their easy return policy and why they are holding my money ? It is matter of serious concern and of-course fraud that the company is holding the money of the costumers who has initiated the return back and the company is not picking up the returned product .

        It is requested to initiate the action against this fraud.

                  My Product Order ID is [protected] (Sajawat Bazaar Gold Plated Rose - 6 inches) which I have been placed on[protected] and supposed to receive by[protected].
                  They have not delivered the product on due time and as soon as I raised a complaint against it, they asked one more week to deliver the product.
                  Later on, I came to know that the product has been cancelled without giving me any prior notice.
                  They have delivered the product by BlueDart Courier Service with AWB no. [protected]. According to BlueDart Tracking system, the product has been reached to the destination on[protected] but they did not have any sense of responsibility to handed the product to the customer. I am attaching the screenshot of the same below.
                  The last Complaint I have raised with the complaint no: 19697606

                  All I want is to get reparation for all my spending and wasting time over rasing complaint and talking to the executive for knowing the status of the product, and finally ended up by not getting the product.

                    I bought a water filter from snap deal last month. I got a duplicate and defective product . I have raise a return pick up. Till now return pick has not done yet. Tried to complain couple of times and email to the customer care as well. Till now i didnt get any reply from the snapdeal team. My money has completely blocked with them.                           O my god, how snapdeal is cheating me. I raised the complaint on 30th january 2016, i. E., the next day when i got the delivery of the weston product, now they mailed me by saying simply that i crossed the 7 days period of return.
                          Dont dont dont trust snapdeal, along with weston

                          I have lot of evidences to prove that i raised the complaint withinn 7 days. I dont know what snapdeal is thinking about customers, am i fool to listen and to keep calm by ur mails and calls???

                          Its a open challenge to u, if i show the evidence that i raised the complaint within 7 days. Will you ready to pay me 1, 00, 000 inr to me, if not i pay u. What are u people thinking about guts of customers??? I wont leave it.

                          They are thinking that i am a fool and leave it simply, by today mail i decided to go and raise a case on snapdeal at consumer forum for wasting my valuable time, energy and mentally disturbed. They tried a lot to cheat me.

                            Hi,

                            I brought a product 10 days ago from Snapdeal and some amount of money got transferred to Freecharge as per the offer on that product.

                            Now I want to transfer that money to my Bank account & I am not able to transfer my Money from my Freecharge account to my bank a/c.

                            I know the procedure to transfer the money. But when I am trying to do so its showing me the below error:

                            "You cannot withdraw any amount as of now"

                            Its more than 9 days my money is in the free charge wallet an I need the amount urgently.

                            I am really pissed off with the service now. Atleast Snapdeal should add a customer care number or Email ID to ask queries. The already added FAQ's in the Help center of Snapdeal website only tells the procedure to follow which is not helpful to me.

                            I am trying to write a mail to Snapdeal but they are sending automatic replies that they dont take complaints on mail.

                            This is really annoying.

                              I ordered a smart phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Max 16GB) from snapdeal.com (Order ID: [protected], Placed On 23 Jul, 2015).

                              I did not received the phone until now, I contacted various times to snapdeal customer care and they are saying that there was some problem on the website so we can not deliver the same.
                              I payed around 62 rs for the phone because I saw that they are solding it on the same amount, I ordered the phone and now they are saying that it was a bug in website,
                              if it was a bug then why they dispatched the phone,
                              phone even reached to the shipping company to deliver to me but I did not get the phone till now,

                                Fake assurances from Snapdeal customer executives. On 5th March 2015 (05/03/2015) I bought a Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus from snapdeal which was delivered on 12th March 2015 (12.03.2015). Now on 24th February 2016 (24.02.2016) my mobile lcd was damaged & my warranty will expire on 5th March 2016 (05/03.2016). Now when I logged into my email to download the invoice receipt, I found out that Snapdeal did not send me any invoice receipt email. So I logged into my Snapdeal account to download the invoice which unfortunately started showing me error in download of invoice. It would say another account was used to purchase the product, but I have only one account of Snapdeal & the order is well listed in MY ORDERS page. Right then i contacted Snapdeal Customer Care who registered my complaint reference no[protected] & my order id - [protected]. The lady assured me that I will get my invoice within 48 hours. But still after 48 hours I did not receive any invoice regarding my product. Today when I called Snapdeal customer care & told about the invoice complaint, she put me on hold for more than 10 minutes & i had to disconnect the call after being frustated of receiving no reply & being charged 25rs for that call. Then when i called again nobody were answering my call. After trying for about 6 to 7 times when a lady finally answered the call, she started giving me the same fake assurance in the exact same words like others before her. When I told of complaining about them she told me I will receive the invoice or a call from Snapdeal with in 1 hour. It has been more than 5 hours after her fake assurance, I received no emails & calls, with my warranty on the verge of running out, I am writing this complaint regarding Snapdeal & hopefully get my Invoice as quickly as possible before my warranty runs out. I have recorded their calls for proof & if I dont get my invoice today, I shall be forced to publicise all the proofs & take proper actions regarding this fraud. It is quite astonishing that in the era of fierce Indian market competitions, this type of gamekilling fraud is being done by a respectable company .

                                    I have ordered a tv 32" weston company in SNAPDEAL and delivered on 29th january 2016. It was not good and its not reached the description what they kept in that. So i was not happy then same day i raised complaint on it and the customer cares are calling me sinc jan 30tj to till day by saying will be solved solved. Its been 1 month as today is feb 26th 2016, today one customer care lady called and talked very aggressively and sid it wont be taken back or exchanged, we are closing the complaint. How simply they are saying it. I felt very bad and i was asking and requesting her to give some solution and i given other option also that i will take 40" tv which is more cost than this but plz exchange it as its not at all good but they are simply helpless.
                                    With my experience i suggest u people that do not go for any electronics products in SNAPDEAL, , , , they will not solve ur problem.
                                    Even Weston company they wont listen to u, , they are v v v helplesss people. They dont evn contact u.

[protected]" Thanks for ur reply, , , u people should understand ur customer in a way that why they are raising the complaint. if we dont have any issue with the product why should we raise this?? As we are suffering with a particular problem with the product then only we do it right. Me and my husband suffering since 1 MONTH and we had lot of conversations with snapdeal customer care people...simply they are saying ITS THERE IN POLICY POLICY POLICY that we wont take return or exchanged the electronic products., , , , simply.
                                    U people mention these matters in one line which we can see only with double spects, , , or which is not visible and highlighted. if problem comes in picture, , , u people simply tell us to check that in TERMS AND POLICY. See how ur treating the customers, , and how we are loosing our valuable money. i am not the one suffering like this, there are many customers like me suffering with the same. So i[censored] cannot do the service to the customers who are buying the electronic products like me, , , then please dont sell in ur site. Dont take it wrong way take it as a suggestion.i was a prospective customer to u as i bought lot of products from snapdeal and i referred to many relatives and friends ..but nw m felng too bad.
                                    Customer's who takes electronics also face the problems, so u should be in a position to give the solution.Anyhow i dont want to extend the conversation more than this, , and i dont want to mail u also, , , coz i already sent plenty of mails to ur team, , , for that i got nothing.

                                    I WILL WRITE DOWN THE DATE I.e., TODAY (FEBRUARY 26TH 2016), , AND I WILL SEE HOW QUICKLY YOU solve my problem.

                                      And they collected 449 + 49(delivery) = 498 Rs. After payment I was not able to see my order details in my account and also i didn't get any email confirmation. Payment was done at 20th February 2016 at 11:04 am.

                                        Customer name Ritesh Donald Sah. Oder id [protected] sub oder no.[protected]/ product names kult 10 mobile 16 GB. Purchase from Snapdeal. I ordered mobile phone but received one kids hand video game & two Mobile battery's. I received a wrong item from Snapdeal. They are investigat but one sided investigation. Sir mujhe Jo box PE item code Mila hai DE4895741 hai aur Jo invoice Maine Snapdeal ki website se download kiya hai deferent hai DB4895741. Snapdeal ki Trust pay policy failed ho hai hai. Kyoki mera refund abhi tak nahi huwa hai. Customer's faith is broken. Mai nahi janta ki galti mistake kaha PE huwa. Sir please refund my money
