I give order a Sunflame 2 Burner-Shakti Gas Cooktop at 11/02/2016 and received this product at 19/02/2016. But product is damage .I request for refund within 2 days. I request many times there customer pick up damage product my house and refund my money.But snapdeal customer care executive tell me thay are unavailable to pickup damage produce in my house. I attach all picture and invoice.

      Then I went to the Bank to update the passbook n share all d transactions to [protected]@snapdeal.com, but they doing late to refund my money, but twice I shared the bank statements, N on 16.06.17 amount 844/- refunded...But on My Mufti jeans, I returned it on 22.05.17..They told me on dt 06.06.17 refund of Rs 1342/- initiated n to reflect in your A/c it will take 10days..Then I was waiting till 19.06.17, but still refund not come..Then they told samething that share your bank statements, so next day on 21.06.17 I went to bank to update my passbook n share the transactions from 17.06.17 to 20.06.17...But till date my refund not come...So please help me...

        i have contacted many time snapdeal customer care and executive told me we will resolve your issue 48 hours but no any responses and ihave received a call by snapdeal Executive and they told me that they are not going to provide me any refund or replacement and i am very unhappy this service

          SNAPDEAL is very very care less, , , , dont ever go for this shopping site, , , plz beware of it.             I ordered an Iball Smartphone online on snapdeal. After 2 months it got some technical problems having 1 year manufacturing warranty, when i reach to their service centre the told me that the dealer from whom I received my phone is not registered. When I contact to their helpdesk they told me that an engineer will visit and repair my phone, still after 1 month I didn't receive any help from them. Totally fraud.

                I ordered a phone named xolo 8x-1000i... first of all I received a phone which outer glass of screen is broken... and also the device is not turning on.. when I try to return that... The Request Cannot Be Processed, Please Contact Our Customer Care...
                now.. when I contact their customer care he told me that he has placed a request for return... I receive a mail where I got a reference number[protected]... it is already 2 days passed

                but they didnt contacted me.. nd even didnt picked my shipment yet...

                    Recently i have experienced a very terrible experience from a online shopping website SNAPDEAL.COM i bought a mobile phone it started showing defects and problems from within 2 hours o[censored]sage i asked for return and refund as their policy says 7 days returns they contacted me after 2 days and asked me to go to service center as the product have 12 months warranty but i can not able to locate a service center i again asked them to take the product back after asking them daily for several days they sent me and email on 25 feb at 11 pm saying a representative from snapdeal will be contacting me to verify the device on 25 feb (yes it is correct on 25 feb same day as i received the email at 11pm) next day a guy called me but was speaking in a language i didnt understand (it is not telugu my mother tongue neither english nor hindi) and another lady called a said the same but in a way that i felt insulted after all this i came to the conclusion that my money is gone and made peace with it but i wanted to delete my account since it has my information that may cause privacy issues in the future as this website is a fraud so i went to website and tried to delete my account but there is not option of doing that all i want now is to delete my account and atleast get my peace of my mind back

                        Hi, My name is Amit Kansal.I ordered a iphone with order id - [protected] on my wife's name and i paid 47, 000 with my debit card but got only charger inside the iphone box.This company is totally fraud as when i made a complain they asked me to wait for 24 hours and called me after 6-7 days and said they can not entertain my complain.This is very rediculous that they are not even trying to contact their courier service to resolve the issue.Please do not purchase anything from Snapdeal.

                                On 22nd, feb'16, I ordered online LG LED MONITOR 20M37D with commitment and information on delivery by 28 Feb to 3 mar'16 and package was coming from Surat, Gujrat. 3days later I was informed that delivery from Surat is cancelled and now fresh order is placed for LG20M37D and will be delivered by 28th feb'16. On 27th, again this order after 6 days of my waiting and aggressive follow up with my complete waste of time, on 27th, Feb, I was informed that this order is also cancelled. How could snapdeal place order, commit dates of delivery, cancel and again place orders and again cancel it with delivery dates changed considering that what affect it will have on customer and if you can't afford to deliver products, then hoe can you place them online for selling.
                                I want the same commited LG LED MONITOR LG20M37D at the earliest from snapdea. and also it is still after cancellation of my order being shown with hiked rates, thereby I feel cheated in a way that snapdeal id forcing me to ordera product at higher price which I otherwise ordered st better discount rates by cancelling my that order.
                                Snapdeal Customer care is also very poor in their approach and behavior to help customers.

                                In continuation to my complaint, I got 2 calls from Snapdeal, wherein one guy told to place order and pay online and my order will be executed thereby hung up my call without taking my response. I told him that when COD is available then I can choose to pay COD. In 2nd call, person clarified me more clearly about the situation and told that my order is not cancelled and showing pending and subsequently will be delivered to me today itself as last promised date of order delivery. Simultaneously, personal told that he will call me after involving his senior in the loop.
                                I am waiting for both I.e. my order and hid call about the proceedings.
                                I have other jobs too apart from making order to snapdeal and been played around by snapdeal by stating that it is not cancelled and will be delivered today itself or by telling that order again by paying debit card and not Cash on delivery or by snapdeal website and customer care where my order is being shown cancelled or receiving order delivery as per your changed schedule and not by customer earlier promised dates.

                                Waiting for my order today as last promised commited date of order deliverance.

Even I received my invoice of LGM37D from snapdeal, wherein when I started the monitor, its screen has angle view, which should not be in LG20M37D otherwise. Then I discovered, it is not my placed order of LG20M37D and I have been delivered wrong product of LG20M38D and not my genuine order of LG20M37D.

                                First I was getting late order delivery, and now when I got delivery, it is wrong completely.

                                Resolve and revert promptly on priority basis and take quick and correct action this time.

                                On 22nd, feb'16, I ordered online LG LED MONITOR 20M37D with commitment and information on delivery by 28 Feb to 3 mar'16 and package was coming from Surat, Gujrat. 3days later I was informed that delivery from Surat is cancelled and now fresh order is placed for LG20M37D and will be delivered by 28th feb'16. On 27th, again this order after 6 days of my waiting and aggressive follow up with my complete waste of time, on 27th, Feb, I was informed that this order is also cancelled. How could snapdeal place order, commit dates of delivery, cancel and again place orders and again cancel it with delivery dates changed considering that what affect it will have on customer and if you can't afford to deliver products, then hoe can you place them online for selling.
                                I want the same commited LG LED MONITOR LG20M37D at the earliest from snapdea. and also it is still after cancellation of my order being shown with hiked rates, thereby I feel cheated in a way that snapdeal id forcing me to ordera product at higher price which I otherwise ordered st better discount rates by cancelling my that order.
                                Snapdeal Customer care is also very poor in their approach and behavior to help customers.

                                In continuation to my complaint, I got 2 calls from Snapdeal, wherein one guy told to place order and pay online and my order will be executed thereby hung up my call without taking my response. I told him that when COD is available then I can choose to pay COD. In 2nd call, person clarified me more clearly about the situation and told that my order is not cancelled and showing pending and subsequently will be delivered to me today itself as last promised date of order delivery. Simultaneously, personal told that he will call me after involving his senior in the loop.
                                I am waiting for both I.e. my order and hid call about the proceedings.
                                I have other jobs too apart from making order to snapdeal and been played around by snapdeal by stating that it is not cancelled and will be delivered today itself or by telling that order again by paying debit card and not Cash on delivery or by snapdeal website and customer care where my order is being shown cancelled or receiving order delivery as per your changed schedule and not by customer earlier promised dates.

                                Waiting for my order today as last promised commited date of order deliverance.

                                I am talking to your executives since yesterday and I was assured yesterday that I will receive my LG20M37D order yesterday itself which again didn't happen. After that I have been reassured that I will get my order pending from 22nd feb'16 will be delivered today I.e. 29th, Feb'16. I am again waiting and looking forward for delivery to certainly take place today.

                                  Snapdeal had a offer on 2nd Dec 2015, the offer stated if you buy items from selected list in their online store, worth 2000 or more you get 400 rupees as cashback through gift card within 2 months.

                                  I filed 3 complaints, last being on 12 Feb, with complain number 19320768

                                  I never got the gift card, have been calling snapdeal support since 2nd Feb 2016. On 19 their floor manager of support guaranteed a resolution by 22 Feb but even after multiple calls they keep asking me to wait 48 hours.

                                  I have recordings of calls, sent emails and valid proof. I have now spent more than what i was suppose to get on calling snapdeal customer service.

                                  Now i want snapdeal to send me my code and also pay for the call charges i had to pay to call them for a resolution. They keep giving a different excuse everytime i call them.

                                  I have filed the complaint on Feb 3rd and then on Feb 12, i am following the complaint number provided on Feb 12, which is 19320768.
                                  I have been waiting like i said for last 22 days to get a resolution and i have call logs, which i recorded and notified the snapdeal support about, still no resolution. you should have all the call logs and duration of calls i made.

                                  i am willing to provide them here too, everytime i call i get a new excuse and last call they told me the offer was suppose to be provided by the affiliates on snapdeal, really!!
                                  all i get is promise and promise, i have provided all the proofs through mails and your support icon on website. yet till date i have no resolution and i spent over 250 INR just to call your support and explain the issue again and again.

                                  Today i got a call from snapdeal, just 1 hour ago. I knew there people wont do anything about any issue. i have faced the same with my Mi 4.

                                  They called me today and said "sir we are calling about your issue, we know that you have filed a complain and our last representative gave you 48 hour time frame and it passed, we are still looking into issue and trying to resolve it. (Note these words) Many people complained about the issue and we will need to check the items in order, so it will take some time and we cannot give you any time frame when it will be resolved but you are covered and secured, blah blah..."

                                  It is now very clear these people wont be giving anything, just wait for a few days as soon as i am back in Delhi, the first thing i do is go to court and file a complain. its clear they are con men and site is cheating many people. seriously, how many days does it take to check the order. i have filed a complain since 2 Feb and its been 1 month. now they say they cannot give a time frame. so well should i wait till 2020 or maybe 2116 to get what i was told.

                                  Todays call made me lose trust faith in SD, i will be sending my complain to NGOs and other help sites. they should not be allowed to con people. these guys are bunch of liars. thank god i now know to stay away from SD. no wonder these people are losing business.

                                  Your representative clearly said that they wont give me the offer, i have recorded the call, i even said its ok if they cant give me offer (i had even said this when i had called on 12 Feb, if you cant give me the offer, pls tell me and i wont call again to waste my money and time, to which your support has assured i would get the offer)
