Snapdeal delivered me a blue star ac on 25 th Feb 2016 as per my order nno [protected], after I got delivery I found that ac have technical fault and its not working I placed refund order on 25 th Feb only after that Snapdeal took my bank details and they told they will reply me within 48 hours but no reply came then I called 10-15 tikes to Snapdeal customar service and every time they r saying me new bull, 2 and Feb 2016 at last I told the customar care guy that I want to talk with your executive he transfered the call tto a guy and that guy gave me a new bull that we need a form filled by blue star than I called to blue star from blue star they told they r not coming for these Snapdeal bull issue they will come only for installation, again I called to Snapdeal customar care these guys told me within today they will inform me about technician but no email came, they r saying they are working as per their policies, but they are big cheaters once they sell a product they r not taking care of customar, I paid 30000, I am planning to complain in consumer court about these guys, totally bad experience and I will not refer any one to buy any product from snapdeal.

    My order no.[protected] was canceled by snapdeal and i was told that refund will me made in 4working days but 8days has passed on i havent got refund of rs16999/- .i called the customer care verey two days they say to checked the bank statement i checked that no amount was credited they are not telling exactly when it will be refund but jst telling ur amount will me refunded..please help and see to it amount is credited as soon as possible...

        Dear SD its been an honour shopping with you, but the one thing that i possibly cannot understand is that your Courrier partner BLUE DART resides right next to my locality thus using a common sense one can see that if an item can be delivered to a location where less then 2 minutes are needed for getting there why is it that BLUEDART claims that less than 2 minutes away is out of delivery area.. its hard to understand, yea you may think that its not far so why complain' the main reason is BLUEDART rented a very small and congested place, where around 150 to 300 people squeezes in there with almost no air to breath, no place to sit and where you have to wait for an hour or so to get your COD amounting to Rs.40/- Gati, they deliver but Bluedart never does..please take heed of this complaint or as i here you might loose a number of custommers to Amazon...

          No response from snapdeal on refund from last one week ticket id is 19964813. I purchased product from snapdeal ... Got used n broken one after replacement agn same issue on third time refund request no revert back nuthing... Im calling then on every 48 hrs but only sweet talk ..dear snapdeal action speaks louder than word..kher no refund no replacement my money has gone wasted time extra money on phone calls n net so toatal waste its not juss 300 rs i already spent more than tat on juss tracking calling surfing qho wil pay tat ...

            Dear Mr. Kunal,

            This is to bring into your kind notice how the bottom subordinates work on pathetic process in snapdeal in terms of operations and service user remain on your mercy to get the product delivered and they have to pay for product, transit chargers and later call charges to be made courier person and your cc. After 7 days of placing order i get call from[protected] asking for product update whether it is delivered or not on asking for more details for not delivery they just ask the answer of their question and helpless to provide any solution instead. That fellow said mere sawal ka jawab dena ha to dijiye nahi to order cancel kar dete hai the worst experience i have ever faced ever.

            Rather than choosing first time snapdeal i must have gone to other ecom atleast they have every detail crystal clear i dont need refund keep this money to make your process more amicable for users i would like to have a charity for snapdeal this amount to educate staff and operations much healhier.

            And yesterday i have received sms that order has been cancelled after following up with courier and snapdeal cc assuring till yesterday that order will be delivered in next 4-5 days..

            This to bring into your kindly notice that how bottom line treat customer and act on complaint there is no such escalation matrix getting followed and no such processes are there run by owners i guess. ON my complaint yesterday i have received 3 calls by given nos and history as below:-

            First call received from [protected] - i have told on my complaint that it will be resolved my refund has been imitated and i have been told that i would get the product delivered too by tomorrow i.e. today on 3-March as a goodwill gesture of company which is getting ruined very badly by your own staff.

            Second call received from[protected] Person told that you complaint has been resolved we have given the refund now i have to place order again to get the product do you expect i would come again on snapdeal but there is lack of co-ordination between the cc team and escalation team.

            Third call received from [protected] - Some lady called up and asked for the update that complaint has been closed or not seems funny that your company asking update of complaint closure from customer instead of giving them solution asap and on asking update that lady aggressively said ki mere pas data aya hai mujhe update karke dena batana ha to batao and hanged up the call on my face. Such and agitated behaviour towards customer where it could have been resolved amicably.

            I have simple question do you really care of customer for such a brand name i have 566 friends on FB and i have putted on my fb wall not to go for snapdeal instead of go to other with amazing services and given their examples too it means you have lost 566 future customers too. I would try to put this longer since i also belongs from Retail service industry so know very well how to take it forward.

            Such a mental harassment given to me instead of product and pathetic responses no responsible person is there to get it resolved. Let c how much you care for the same.

            everything will be presented against legal action.

            I have received the refund but why dont you revert according to my complaint i have registered through mail who was that fellow who called me after 10 mins i logged complaint here and told that my refund has been initiated but due to the inconveniences and lack of coordination between your team as an goodwill gesture of company he will arrange the product delivery on foc next day and refund too in my account although i have told him that get the product delivered on cost basis but get the product delivered as this was selected by my child... since due to poor services and worst experience faced you guys were failed to deliver and i have been made fool by snapdeal for 10 days since i placed the order.. complaint logged in this platform can only be seen by employee of escalation desk so i am sure the person who called first is an employee and he committed beyond his limits.

            and most surprisingly today again i have received sms that my order has been cancelled screen shot is attached herewith why this sms again ???? i will put on this to legal action keep on sending the funny replies.

            you only make customer fool nothing else...and this is only your escalation matrix non of your team is do care to respond on mail sent various time even to your ceo it might have been responded by bottom subordinated it was not expected from such brand you are far behind giving services to customer in such competitive market Amazon is far better than you ... you guys not able to track it down even after 2 weeks that who called me first and given such foolish resolution on complaint ...

            Refund shouldn't be initiated as i had refused for than this could helped snapdeal for making a process towards customer centricity so that issues resolved amicably... dont call i dont want to hear anything from such loosers..

                9th feb i was trying to order Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL 16GB 4G from my debit because that time cash on delivery not available order was not placed was canceled from company side bt amt of 10096rs. was deducted from my account throgh debit i was send all necessary document (bank statement) regarding from refund order id no.                     My cash back is pending for Aug 2015 (reference number 11921839, 11921962 &[protected] and more then 50 calls received from support team the assured me our team working for the same ... but there is no resolution.

                    My issue is escalated at high level priority from more then 6 months ... & support team confirmed me every time my money is safe with our company ...

                    customer support taken bank details various times and confirmed 3 – 4 times your account is credit but money not received …

                    there is a list of apologies & commitments for future but no resolution ….

                        I had placed an order for a Microwave oven on 10th Feb from Snapdeal for 4790/- as per displayed on the site. Then on the same day I got a call from the seller directly asking me to cancel the order from my end as he won't be able to process it because of the less pricing of the item than they were trying to put. They said by mistake they put less price.He said if he'll cancel the order then he will have to pay 10% fine to Snapdeal plus his rating will be lowered and also the case will not be highlighted. He also told me not to inform anything to Snapdeal fearing he might get blocked by them.He wanted to be on clear side and wanted the customer to baer the loss.I told him it's not a customer's fault if he placed the order for less.The customer only orders on what he/she sees on the site, as simple as that. They should have checked twice or thrice before quoting any price but he did not pay any heed to it. He himself confessed that his own employee had quoted the price as 4790/- by mistake and he clearly refused to take any action against him. He also asked me to do with whatever I want to do in a harsh tone. His behavior was not at all genuine and the seller calling the customer directly(without the mediator party SNAPDEAL being informed about it ) is totally in-ethical and is the violation of policy of e-commerce trade.

                        I had called SNAPDEAL customer care many times since then and everytime I was given an assurance that the order will be processed because it's clearly the seller's fault and the order should be processed. But unfortunately my order was cancelled by SNAPDEAL(not by me) in the end, amount was refunded in a surprisingly within just 1 day and then in the end asked me to place the same item for 6660/-. I told them that I believe before flashing any price in the website for customers, the price goes through some round of cross-checks by both sides' (seller and snapdeal)website maintainance team.The case is as clear as water that if the seller himself is confessing the mistake then why the customer is being forced to suffer the loss and on top of that SNAPDEAL did not take any action against the seller in these 20days.I have co-operated and trusted SNAPDEAL customer care people everyday they asked me to wait for the next 2 days but in the end they finally said no.Yesterday they said they cant do anything for me as it was an human error blah blah. I told them that I will go to consumer court then also they did not do anything. I'm ready to place a new order but I will pay only the amount I had ordered earlier i.e 4790/- with no extra amount since it was not at all my fault. I believe they (snapdeal and seller)will pay half-half of the extra amount but I want my order back.it was a marriage gift to a close friend. Even the marriage is also happened on 15thFeb, my gift is totally ruined and plus my image too.

                        Sorry but now I don't want any help.. Thanks...I really patiently waited for approx. 2 months and did not get even a minute help...Yes, the only thing I always heard is this only "Give us some time, our team is working on your request". I' sorry but customers are not fools that they can't make out what is happening. If something is not happening from your side then atleast say that clearly to the customer. Atleast they will go forward with other plans nd options, but you keep on giving them the false promises that you are looking on the request etc etc, that is what wastes your time nd customer's time as well...I already have ordered the product from some other site. Thanks a lot. Close the request now. I will never buy anything from snapdeal again and will ask others also, for their benefit . otherwise they will also be fooled.

                            I have received a product from Snap deal on 12th Feb 2016 .The order was for Gala Quick spin mop(Snap deal order no :[protected], Seller :M/s Cleanmart, Invoice No & Date : S9E1FB/15-16/37.(Bill attached for kind reference ).

                            The courier was returned to Sanpdeal after seeing that one big bundle of papers were stuffed inside (Picture attached for kind reference )and no product was provided in the packing. Even after repeated requests, the vendor do not refund the amount back and request you kind intervention to solve this case.

                                        First time they delivered me the damaged power bank and I return it because I got an damaged piece but then again I got an damaged piece of ambrane power bank from snapdeal. And I'm complaining to customer care they were not attending my phone also.
