I have brought this dress from snapdeal...but the thing is that wht they have shown written about the dress in real it was nt like that...very cheap quality material dress...my order no is [protected] I brought order the dress on 15/11/2015 worth rupees of 715 & they told me free delivery but it was not...I have return the dress & they told me that your money will return within 24 hours but it was not only 183 rupees was given on free charge account & remaining was nt returned uptil now...plz give back my remaining money...very disappointed with the service

    I have ordered hp tab 7 and still its undelivered .I'm contacting courier company they are telling that product will be delivered today but still it hasn't, since a week im listening such excuses. I would like to give zero as a rating

      With most humbly and respectfully, i want to say that i had buyed a Stefino Red Leather Pvc Flat Sandals on On 05 Nov, 2015 .due its size, i had returned it.but the amount Rs - 450 it not refunded till now from 3 month.
      after process of returning product .a link is forwarded on my mail id for sending
      myself bank A/C no with Ifsc code.then i have sended the A/C no and after some days i have checked my account no and recieved my money .I had called the customer care they said hat according to their information that refund is credited in you account.same process is running for days .then secondly through phone called me due to technically error of sender amount is not reached.

      they said me give your any other account no.again i had given him him detail.
      at lastly compney is not refunded my money Rs 450 so. i request you to refund my Rs from snapdeal I will very thank full to you

        Dont buy products from snapdeal they are the big cheats in the market.

        I ordered a foppish mart key chain from them on 2nd and on 8 they sent me sms stating that the order has been cancelled due to their in ability to send the product. And the amount will be sent to my bank in 7 to 8 days.

        I want to ask snapdeal if i placed an order and after taking the product will snapdeal wait for 1 week time to get the amount.

        Snapdeal does not know their responsibility to send the details about the refund. It has been almost 12 days but no refund has been taken place .

        And their so called executives sudershan and sandeep are totally waste in handeling the queries

        Snapdeal use some brains refer to my complaint my number is there, or contact your so called customer care executive Sudarshan and Sandeep. Don't ever try to give tailor made replies (cut, copy, paste) work. Even a tom dick and harry can do that. I need full details for my cancellation report and you made false promises that my amount has been refunded i need a screenshot for evidence. from tomorrow onwards i would post in all consumer form sites. about ur cheating tactics.           We got call from Manufaacturing company of Jaipur - and they informed us on snapdeal.com their products are listed with our name ; showcasing that our company M/s. Roopal Automation Pvt. Ltd. selling products of M/s. Power India Meters - where as fact is that we are not selling that product. Snap deal have uploaded all the stuff without our consent & informing us before uploading on our name.

          We have made similar complaint to snapdeal earlier - but it has now become routine job of their employee - may be trying to show more sellers on their portal !!

                    I have got this laptop from Snapdeal on 28 Jan, 2016 [order id: [protected]] . For the first week it was working fine after that it was not charging. It is not switching on at all. Why the hell they are cheating like this. They made up something to work for one week at least to meet their return policy[one week]and will give that to you. After that it wont work. I am from middle-class family please don't cheat like this. Please take this laptop and give my money back.

                      Still my problem is not resolved. Snapdeal is not replacing my product also they are not refunding for damaged product. I have to pay for a wrong & damaged product. They are cheating & doing bluff.

                              The Raymond beige as per order was received. I got it stiched by spending another Rs. 55/. After first wash the cloth totally wrinkled & appears like sieving cloth. The material supplied is FAKE Raymond cloth.

                                It's been more than 2 months and these guys could not refund my amount. Whenever i call to check the status of refund they always say that they are working on it and the amount will be refunded soon. Even i have provided my NEFT details still these hopeless guys could not process my request. I placed my request for refund on[protected] and still i am waiting and hoping for my refund. Worst ever experience with this horrible site.

                                        I bought the product of transcend 1tb 25m3 from snapdeal on 5th feb i opened the product on 8th initially was working but same night stopped working. i raised a request for refund. snapdeal people told me that to get jobsheet number for replacement.. the service center took product and gave me a slip..snapdeal people didnt btell me that i have to return product. then y they have to tell me to get a job sheet snapdeal cheaters mother **** people never buy product from snapdeal...they are fooling indians
