This is the worst service ever i have experienced
i have ordered sparx foot wear on snapdeal
but the product doesnt fit me (size problem)
so i returned it
team snapdeal refunded my money
but they promised me that they will return the courier charges too
i have called the customer care thrice but it was of no use
i have registered complaint for nearly 10 times in snapdeal

      I ordered Aquagrand plus 12 stage water purifier from Snapdeal having INVOICE NUMBER:SF6CBB/15-16/3128.

      I received it within 3 days of ordering on 14th of Jan. Completely Happy with the service.

      Then the waiting game begins. I trusted the Brand Snapdeal and didn't checked the product.

      As it was a water purifier I waited for the executive to come and install. However it happened that the company sent the executive on 24th Jan i.e. 10 days of receiving the product.

      As the executive unpacked the thing, to my dismay I found the platform of the purifier to be broken and Paper Box containing the other parts soiled.

      I immediately called up the snapdeal customer care and informed about the issue. Simultaneously I uploaded the pics of the damaged product.

      Although their company policy says that the query wi be resolved in 48 working hrs, nobody responded till 27th Jan.

      Then on 31st they wrote back to me that according to company refund / return policy the customer should report incident with in 7 days.

      They advised me to contact Company directly.

      I understand it for other materials such as clothes/ watches or even mobile, water purifier is a product which needs expert hep to be installed.

      When I called up Aquagrand.in directly, they said something which shocked me.

      The executive said they don't sell their product in association with Any online partner and the product which you have received might be a fraud product.

      Then I called up the third party for any resolution but they told me to contact with Snapdeal.

      Baseline is even after 18 days, I am not able to drink pure water for which I bought the water purifier.

      Where is my fault over here. I need Justice. I need a complete refund for this product as it is definitely a fraud product assembled and sod it by some third party.

          Dear Sir,
          I had ordered the mobile from SNAPDEAL, which was delivered to me with no handset in the parcel, i.e. empty package was delivered to me with piece of marble stone of mobile size packed in the packet. I had intimated the same to snapdeal within an hour with images & my ID proof(6th Feb Saturday), which was well acknowledged by the team. However they are not ready to provide a replacement of product after even a several written & verbal communication. You are requested to please help us, I just want my package delivered to me that''s it.           Thanks for you reply, it was better if you are serving the customer what you are advertising & saying.

          I would like to inform you that there are several mails communicated to you on your provided mail ID, all your executives from escalation department, investigation department, customer care department & lot of other depaartments, they are saying 100 times & polite, but while giving ressults & updates they are useless, saying we are not authorized to give you any timelimit.

          I asked to accept the mistake - answer is - we are not authorized, our team is working
          I asked to give any time limit - answer is - generally it takes 24-48 hours, however we can not give you any dead line as we are not authorized as per co policy, our team is working on it.
          I asked for replacement of product - answer is - we can not replace (as per co policy), we can not refund (as per co policy), we can give it through freecharge acc(as per co policy),

          Then I asked at least give it up I am ready, when you will give through frecharge? then the anser is - our team is working on it we can not promice you a date.

          This is what you are caring you customer mydear freind.

          On advertise you are saying seven days return, when you are delivering empty parcel & not refunding/replacing then can you serve easy return? Dont make peoples fool.

          If anybody want to veryfy contact me, I will tell you how snapdeal troubled me against my money.

          The delivery was attended to me today & as per external condition the parcel when I checked shaking of the parcel, something is playing in it like stone, and handsets are generally dont have such spece insite packing.

          Hence I intimated your team & asked for open delivery, which was denied by your team.

          I once again like to request you that please consider my request, as in previous case I bared with snapdeal for more than 3 weeks for my money & against your fault. Then why you are not accepting my request for open delivery in presence of your curiers representative? I had faced last delivery problem against this curier only.

          If you can not accept the request please revert with reason, so that I can connect this mail to my last case filed with consumer forum.

          Please ensure that you not keep it delaying & give time to your curier partner (ECOM) to return the parcel.

          I have discussed with curier representative Mr.Ananta & Mr.Sachin ([protected]) or open delivery they are saying they need your instruction & they can allow for open delivery.

          Now it is solely depend on interest of SNAPDEAL.

          Now if snapdeal not allowing it, that means snapdeal is supporting the team who is doing the fraud.

            I have a small issue with Snapdeal's site about a month ago and I had complained about it here with no resolution.

            Now during a conversation with their rep, I asked them to unsubscribe from their services coz I am not going to use it & dont need to be bothered by their promotional emails, and also asked Freecharge's rep to remove me from their database as they had misguided me which he said he cant do but will unsubscribe me.

            So as much helpless that I feel that my information is sitting in Freecharge's servers against my wishes I digressed.

            But now today I received a promotional email from Snapdeal.

            I seriously dont know what to do.

            I am looking forward for some assistance from anyone who can help.

            Please let me know in the comments, would really appreciate it.

            Hoping Snapdeal either betters themselves or goes out of business.

              Respected sir, i Aishwarya kansal who purchased a coolpad dazen1 mobile phone through snapdeal.com.
              After receiving the same due to my mistake it was fell down from my hand and its touch display was broken. Then i made a request to snapdeal for returning the same but they told it should not return. Later i had gone to its service centre at nehru place (Guru amar das building, 78, 2nd floor) but they told the cost of display & including service tax its cost will be about 4100 / - .
              Its better for me to purchase a new one. Then they replied its your matter and again he was repeating this cost is 4100 / - and the parts of this phone is more costly than its cost.
              Hence i requested you kindly resolve my problem and provide me a better service according to the warranty of phone.

              And there is no other centre . what should I do kindly Help.

                  I bought a product from snapdeal on 07.01.2016 and I received it also which I then gifted it to my friend. But when my friend wanted to use it, that didnt get burnt infact it started leaking. I complaint about the same to snapdeal and they said that since it has exceeded 7 days of period we cant exchange it and then I said thats OK but please atleast provide me a solution for that and they said that they will give the solution in the next 48 working hrs. I followed them more than 4 times and they kept on saying the same thing that they will provide me a solution in the next 48 working hours. One fine day one fellow calls me from snapdeal calls me on 09.02.2016 and he said that we cannot provide the service engineer from our side you please check the internet get the details about customer and go ahead. I couldn't find any details about the customer in net and that's the reason I was following snapdeal and finally they don't provide me a solution. Its been one month and yet I havnt received any solution or mail from snapdeal. They also provided me fake details of customer say they gave me details of surya instead of surya dharshan. This is not what we expect from a so called snapdeal. Please do the needful.

                  Thanks to social network that this got solved finally by refunding the amount. It took 1 month for them to solve this. Before I used to call them and after me going to the consumer they called me everyday till the problem was resolved. The mail ID from which they mailed me was [email protected]

                  Every time they say that we have registered the complaint and it will be solved within the next 48 working hours. But they didn't even bother to call me in fact I used to call them every time. And finally what do I get in the name of solution "do the needful by yourself". This is not what we customers expect from a big brand like snapdeal. If they don't provide a solution for such a small thing I don''t know how will they provide solutions for bigger products.

                    I am complaining about that this company have a 7 days easy return policy. I had bought a lehenga from this site. But the quality of the product is so bad. Thats why i want to reverse it and i want the refund my money. I had registered complaint for reverse pickup on 20 jan. but till day there is no action is taken by snapdeal.                       I had ordered a red banarasi silk saree but instead of it im getting a blue colour saree which is defective also its not for the 1st time but it is happening again and again im frustated of all these bcoz i have to replace the order again and again which has become an headache, every time i order something the object is either defective or is in another colour etc.

                              I have bought a mobile phone from Snapdeal. Xolo1x black. Phone is not good. It did not contained headphones, battry back up is pathetic. The phone heats up whever u use the phone for a long time. Cannot play games as the phone heats very quickly. I was promised that an engineer will visit my home within 6hrs, noboby came & 7 days return is fake. Waste of time & money all I want before 15th feb i want this product to be back with u & my refund back on my card so that i can buy another product from other provider. Pathetic experience with Snapdeal again

                                I just bought 8 Eprilla T Shirt from Snapdeal, Order Number are mentioned at below. But it's size unfit for me so i have asked them to replace it with small size. They have register My Complaint 10th January 2016. And after 3 days when i call them they replied me that they are arranging my returns. so i thought may be sometime it's delayed. After 15 days again i call them they have replied me same answer. and again given me a time for 3 days. this loops being continued 15 times. And today it's above a month they have not picked my clothes yet. and just replying same answer.

                                So Be Aware of this Shopping site, (Snapdeal.com), they are just to make fool all customer. Total Irrisponsible, Complete fake promises, Don't Buy from them please. It's better to buy from local shop and pay more then them.

                                  I purchased the above mobile through snapdeal in December 2015 and within one month the mobile started heating and battery was draining fast. Yesterday I submitted the same to their service centre Deccan mobiles ([protected]) and today they informed me that it cannot be rectified here and have to send it to their HO which means it is a major problem. I asked the service centre people to give me in writing that the same cannot be repaired over here so that I can deal with snapdeal but were reluctant to do so. I called up xolo customer care and they assured to give me a call back which also did not happen. It seems both snapdeal and xolo are hand to hand in fleecing the customers. Horrible

                                    I have ordered being human blue slim fit jeans from snapdeal on order id - [protected], 27th jan 2016 and on 30th jan it's delivered. I have ordered for 32 size when i opened the parcel i found 30 size..and i regesterd a complain in snapdeal.com. They call me and asking for the images of product and invoice and i have shared all the details after 2 days they call me back and they directly denied that they will not take return back the product..

                                        I placed order KEYOCERA TASKALFA 1800 BLACK - XEROX MACHINE on 17th November 2015 in SNAPDEAL and it supposed to deliver on December 30th. I paid the money (Rs. 31899) using my credit card.

                                        I received that product damaged by that time i am send to complaint to snapdeal about the damaged product and using the refund option, But there is no respose, So i call them everyday different Customer care executive agent is picking up and telling that they need 24 - 48 Hrs of time for checking status.

                                        Its been repeating since last 7 days..
                                        finaly they were send on the pickup order number and address details.
                                        Immidetaly i sent my product to the given address and there was receving on 13 jan 2016. My shipping reference Number in Blue dart is [protected]

                                        Till now i lost almost Rs 900 of money for mobile bill and lot of time waste and mental torture.

                                        And I orderd the xerox machine for my businees purpose but i lost my business and money.

                                        I call them everyday different cs agent is picking up and telling that they need 24 - 48 Hrs of time for checking status. Its beeb repeating since 27 days.
                                        Customer support of Snapdeal never bothering and simply telling that they need more time and waiting for status from Refund team. And they will put call on hold for long time.

                                        I have been waiting for a refund status, since 30 th December 2015, Even that hasn't been done.

                                        I call them every day and sent so many mails but no use.

                                        Very Bad Customer service indeed !!! Finaly I decided to go consume, Please advice me how can i apply in consumer court. my contact number-+[protected] myself sathishkumar.
