    Hi Team,

    I want to launch complaint against the Snapdeal.com. I have ordered Nikon DSLR camera from snapdeal as they offered the least price and additional 2000 rs cash back offer.

    After ordering, I did not get my 2000 rs cash back offer. When I called the Customer care, he promised I will get the amount after 2 months, But its more than 2 months and I havent recieve the amount.

    And now when I mailed them to check the status, they say that the offer was in app only, but while ordering they did not have any condition like this. They made falsh promise in site and their representative also made false promise on call. You can check their Customer care line for the records and confirmation.

    They are a fraud company, and I want to inform all people that no body should buy any product from them.

      An Order ID: [protected], Placed On 10 Feb, 2016 with Snapdeal for Rs 844. The item was a Transcend Jetflash 810 flash drive of capacity 32 GB blue-black in color (photo and order details attached). I promptly received a 32GB Transcend 700 black model on Feb 11, 2016(photo attached as well as Snapdeal price of Rs 796). Upon receiving the courier at about 2:30 in the afternoon I immediately lodged a complaint with Snapdeal as to why I was charged Rs 844 and not given what I had ordered. This is the third instance of same thing happening: Snapdeal advertises an item for a certain price and when it comes to delivery they deliver a lower priced different product. I have already made a complaint in this forum during last year Diwali sale when Snapdeal delivered an inferior variety of Hard Disk. In that instance Snapdeal as usual was very apologetic and refunded my money and I was assured that such a thing will not occur again. Unfortunately it has indeed happened again. Once again the same apologies and assurance of non-recurrence! To be sure I have used Jetflash 700 and it is a good product. Snapdeal agreed to pick up the pendrive on 12 Feb and replace it with model 810 which by the way is today priced at Rs 935. However due to paucity of time and the fact that I had to travel (the reason I ordered OTG pendrive) I did not take up the offer. It is ridiculous to pay the money upfront, then return the item, wait for the courier etc. What a waste of time. The only reason I am lodging this complaint is I want the CEO of Snapdeal Mr. Kunal Bahl to know what is happening inside Snapdeal. Either some of the employees are sabotaging his efforts or the vendors are conspiring against Snapdeal. I hope Mr. Bahl you are listening. We certainly would like you to succeed and prevent a monopoly in e-commerce by your competetors. Finally please learn from the Americans and one of your formidable competetors: You do not take away a customers money and cheat him albeit agree to replace/refund. Good business ethics demand that the item be replaced first or simultaneously with a reverse pick up. The least you can do now is immediately FIRST give me a replacement or refund me Rs 75 for the difference in price.

              i ordered a zyiadan half rim glass frame, and i received by speed post, and it was not suitble, so infomed to them, then they told me send by courier and charges will pay by snapdeal.ok i sent parcel back to thier godown in benglore, but until it was not reached them, so please track the parcel.they said, donot worry, but until now no responce

                  I bought Reebok men's socks one months ago amount of RS 315 and with an additional delivery charge thirty rupees, snapdeal promised to give Rs. 150 for freecharge recharge within 3-5 days of the receipt of the product. Which I have not received till now. Even after repeatedly contacting them asking for the “freebies” they have been since then giving completely ignorant answers and saying it will credit to your account.                         I bought a mixer on 29th Oct and a Kitchen Hood on 2nd Nov, and there was an offer of 10% cashback which was suppose to be credited by 3 months. Its been well over 3 months now and even after raising several complaints and calling the customer care helpline, I don't see my concern heading towards resolution any sooner.

                            Nokia 105 Dual SIM Black Mobile phone, But i rec'd a Single sim phone instead of Dual sim and also there is a small crack on the edge of the phone Plus the Box was Looking like resealed By some guy, Snapdeal cheated me by supplying me a Forfeit item and Now They are not listening to me and daily making some excuses saying that service engineer will visit and all instead they should contact courier people they are the thieves they stole the original itme And Put some other Item in it this is not being properly handled by snapdeal and daily they are giving mental torchure by calling me, I will take this to higher level if i dint get refund for the product plus you will be forced to penaled against the mental harassment, so dont think this will jot go far I tell you this will go far and and lemme get this straight you bear the consequences for sure if i dont get my refund

                              Snapdeal- a big fraud online shopping website.
                              First i ordered unboxed xiaomi mi4 16gb which was already used and defective. Had problems with battery, screen, camera and heating problem. I experienced many difficulties while returning the product because i was routed to customer care then website and then again customer care. Well, after so many calls and mails finally my product returned and got my refund too late. Then i purchased unboxed xiaomi mi4 64gb thinking snapdeal will not repeat its mistake again. But this time snapdeal did fraud with me, snapdeal said they are sending me unboxed mi4 64gb but when i received my product, the mobile was used again this time too. And due to so much use of cellphone the backside sticker which reflects imei number has gone dirty and it determines that mobile has been used for many months. Then i checked the invoices and the story unfolded, seller's invoice says refurbished mi4 64gb but snapdeal's invoice says unboxed mi464gb. After looking at the invoices i was about to fall on the ground. How can snapdeal do this to me. I have never seen such a fraud e-commerce company like snapdeal. I am also attaching the invoices so that you can see them, i am going to send a chain-email to all of my friends and post it on facebook, google+ and tweet on twitter about this. Also i am going to put a complaint on all consumer forums and websites. I am literally regretting what i did. I burnt my fingers once again. I would recommend everyone not to buy from snapdeal.

I am also attaching the invoices so that you can see them, I am going to send a chain-email to all of my friends and post it on facebook, google+ and tweet on twitter about this. Also I am going to put a complaint on all consumer forums and websites. I AM LITERALLY REGRETTING WHAT I DID. I BURNT MY FINGERS ONCE AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM SNAPDEAL.

                              And now, I get two calls from Snapdeal and they explain me that it is unboxed phone so minor scratch may be on the phone then I teach them about the difference between the REFURBISHED AND UNBOXED which I found out later that they didn't know the difference between REFURBISHED AND UNBOXED and they had just called to CONVINCE me to keep the mobile and shut my mouth. Above all, after two days I get a call from the seller itself and the lady tells me there was technical error in the bill hence mobile needs no replacement but after making her understand that I can see that mobile has been used for many days and later she checks the images which I had sent earlier then she realises that I am correct and forwards my complaint further. Today I got a call from snapdeal and they directly told me that "complaint cannot be taken because investigation did not found any error and mobile is fine". Now I am forwarding my complaint to consumer court.
                              I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERY ONE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING FRAUDS WITH YOU

                              Now, snapdeal calls me and tells me that their team has investigated the product and it is fine but i dont understand what is fine because seller says refurbished mobile and snapdeal says unboxed mobile. It means that snapdeal is selling refurbished mobile but telling people that they are selling refurbished which is a fraud. I want snapdeal to refund my money and stop doing fraud with customers. And customers please dont buy anything from snapdeal because they are doing frauds with you

                                Snapdeal cancelled my order itself after giving two dates total 15 of days they cancelled my order. And after making complaints and email to help desk of Snapdeal till date no one responded. They had neither delivered delivered my product nor money. customer care cell had no credibility towards customers complaints no one reverting, do needful

                                    I had bought Mahavir 6 Pcs Non Stick Induction Cookware Set, bearing order id [protected] on 26th Jan 2016 by Rs. 1, 245/- and got it delivered on 29th Jan 2016. I could not open and check the product as I was out of station that time. When I was able to go through the product was quite surprise as I was never expected this kind of fake information from Snapdeal and could not return also as the return period has ended.

                                    It had clearly mentioned there that the product is induction cookware while there is no induction base at all. the color quote had burnt and the pan became swelling when it had been put on the induction. The smoke were all around the room.

                                    I am very much disappointed with Snapdeal, would really appreciate if any action will be taken. Otherwise I would recommend everybody not to purchase or trust SnapDeal products ever. I hope you would replace the products from me.

                                      I placed an order for a prestige pressure cooker (cost Rs. 1315). When we opened the box in front of delivery boy, it had one STONE instead of a pressure cooker. We have refused the consignment and given it back to delivery boy. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
