    My item lamizor ethinic wear kurthi patiala stitched set already picked up and i'm not having that item in my hand. But they updated for return pickup again and again for same order item. What nonsense is this? Then they asked me i've have to do for cancellation for my return request. I no longer going to shop anything from snapdeal. My final request is let them try to get my refund from xpress bees courier person girish as per dated on 23rd october 2019 shcedule return pickup. All confusions, loss everything occured by that person only.

        I've updated my address so many times but still they are saying updated my address. And also my product has been sent already. I received the confirmation of my return order from snapdeal. Mad people not even understand my quarries avoid refunding my money they are saying my address is not correct. My return order already picked up then why they worry about my address. My address is same there is no change at all orders are delivering in same address only. Receiving and pickup from same address only .finally they want to say silly reason for avoid refunding my money. Totally cheating. I lost my money and product. I'm not at all use this Snapdeal app and in future I'm going to share my bitter experience with all my friends not recommend and alert people how they cheated both courier service and their fake email message of picked up confirmation. I want my money back either from courier person or from snapdeal. After picking up my return item what happened i want to know the reason who has stolen in between transit or they should find with cctv camera. I've again attached with the return item and invoice of this item delivered in my address and their pickedup confirmation email message.

            Hi customer care,

            It is very sad to see that snapdeal customer care have no intention to hear concerns raised by customers and ignoring the issue.
            I purchased 6 titan watches from snapdeal (Orderid=[protected]). It is showing the product is delivered but it i didn't received any product. I raised this concern long back and there is no any action taken till today.
            No doubt why amazon is leading from front as they take care of all user's concerns.

            I am looking forward to see an action from snapdeal on this matter.

              My product has not been delivered but my delivery status says delivered.
              The delivery guy had called for directions and did not turn up and soon the status was changed to delivered. I have written queries on the app and ask tried numerous times via customer care and emails.
              The product is a gift and i need it as soon as possible.
              Either refund the amount or deliver the product.

                My watch was delivered by 19 october and it was broken. My replacement was confirmed on 21 october and my estimate replacement was 31 october. But they are now extending the estimate date and still it is not delivered and i am still waiting for it. It not shipped yet. Firstly they extended to 4 november and now is 6 november. So please help me. They are not listening me as i emailed them. They are only saying that my watch will reach soon. I contacted to their courier but they told me that there is a delay from the snapdeal not from their side.

                    My issue is not yet resolved. The courier person girish sent another person to collect my product. But the person who collected my return product has missed to hand over the company. I lost all my hopes, time, money, and energy. People are not responsible and honest in their duties. Overall this is a lesson to me not to buy anything thru online shopping.

                    Hopefully I'm waiting for positive response from Snapdeal support they gave me assurances to resolve my issue in 48 hours. I never faced such kind of experience in any other online shopping. This is my first and worst experience. In such cases Other online shopping such as Amazon and Flipkart they immediately taking action within 24hours and refund the amount back.

What is the meaning o[censored]pdating email confirm message for Lamizor cotton ethinic wear kurthi Patiala stitched suit has been picked up successfully on26th October 2019 then why are you making delay. What is goin on in between the courier person and Snapdeal. Which side fault I do not understand. I'm sure they simply finding silly reasons to refund the amount. I want my item back or issue the refund. I don't know how to deal this matter in between the courier person and snap deal I've already given the person name and his contact details regarding the confirmation of my returned product i request the Snapdeal to contact the person who is responsible for all this and give me the solution for this problem. Try to check with cctv camera what happened after they handover the item to the company.

                      I've ordered lamizor cotton ethinic wear kurthi patiala stitched suit on 9th october 2019 received on 16th october 2019 i immediately placed return request on same day but my pickup was done on 24th october. I got confirmation mail from snapdeal that my return pickup has been done successfully on 26th october 2019. I've attached herewith the copy of my lamizor ethinic cotton wear kurthi patiala stitched suit picked up details. My refund amount of rs. 3051/- still not credited to my bank.

                      They are simply saying the same dialogue for past three weeks . There is no concern and not even take any action and solved my issue till now (13/11/2019) I have already sent my item but they did not believe my words. I've given the concerned courier agent no who picked up my item. Still not getting any result from snap deal. They simply wasting my time and pickup updating for my returned item. Why they are sending return update for my already sent the item. I don't understand. Then they are telling could not reach my call and address for pick up I have attended the calls and updating my address and phone no. This is my final complaint.

                        They offer products at very cheap rate but quality is so worst. They are freely selling duplicate fake products openly in market by fake advertisement. Customer have to raise voice against them. I ordered smudge free kajal in 5minutes only it creates smudge. I[censored] cant sell your product by making true advertisement plz dont sell it.

                            I have order an item order i'd is [protected].
                            Firstly the item was not getting resheduled pickup and after lot of efforts when it happens.
                            I am not getting the refund amount in my bank.
                            And they are saying that it is being refunded.
                            But as the policy says it is credit within 7 to 10 days.
                            But then also nothing happen.
                            And i did not get the money.
                            Kindly look into this.

Courier boy told that plz tell snap deal to gmail me and update the request of different item but snap deal not responding me. So plz update new return request regarding different item.                                 I had ordered 1 item (Order id - [protected]) on 13th oct. 2019. At the time of order they confirm that material will delivered within 30th oct. 2019. Courier confirm that, they waiting from 24th Oct to receive the material. So it is clear that till Snapdeal not shipped the said material.

                                    I have ordered for 15 15-da0388tu laptop. I made the payment through online on 18th oct 2019. But to my dismay, i received alltogether different model hp245g7 on 25th oct 2019.

                                    I immediatedly asked for return. But they are just saying reveieing the return request and will get back to you within 48hours. Today is 29th oct 2019.

                                    Snapdeal kindly take customers concerns seriously. I am really frustrated, i have made 30, 590 payment. When shall the review be complete and return taken and refund be made.

                                    Horrible experience.

                                      On 18th October I have purchased a Titan Stainless Steel Round Womens Watch (1152sm02) from Snapdeal. But within 10 days the watch stopped working. The stainless steel band is also in deteriorating condition. I purchased this product on seeing the brand name titan.but felt cheated on receiving such a worst quality product. Please go through this complaint seriously.

                                        I had purchased one adidas flipflop feom snapdeal, the second day itself item was broken. That was not original adidas and the took from me 715 rs. I requested for replacement. After 15 days still they didnt take the product from me. Totally frustrated with the customer dealing of snapdeal. They are not even reply to my email. This is a kind of cheating
