I have purchased sports shoes in snapdeal worth of 2188, order id [protected], since i have used for only 2 runs, the heal gripper is came out, & they are scheduled for the pickup & courier guys not picking up because o[censored]sed shoes. I need this shoes to be replaced, kindly help regarding the same. I am sending messages but they are not responding with proper answers

Updated by Muralikk I need my damaged shoe must be replaced, u people are cheating & not to dare to speak with customers directly to resolve the issues, last one week I am fighting for this issue u r not at all bothered..its a worst customer service ever seen, shame o[censored] people
