I bought HP Laser jet M1005 printer from Snapdeal on 10th Jan 2016, I received printer on 12th Jan 2016, I initiated return on 15 Jan 2016. In the advert they mention 100% trust pay, no questions asked 7 day return policy, now when i have ignited return well with in 7 days of date i ordered, they are refusing to refund my money citing that I have crossed 7 day period. How is this valid? On the page where they are selling printer they say all this 7 day no questions asked return policy and now they are saying electronics are excluded... please this is cheating this is fraud they must be stopped from duping customers into this.     I am a user of sbi debit card with no[protected] and card no[protected] and by using both of my card from 8/01/2016 to 15/01/2016 a number of pos were done with pos no[protected], of rs 20970/- on 12/1/2016
    Pos no[protected] for rs 19200 on 8/1/16
    Po no[protected] for rs 11900 on 8/1/16
    Pos no[protected] for rs 7102 on 9/1/16
    Pos no[protected] for rs 5869 on 9/1/16
    Pos no[protected] for rs 1569 on 9/1/16

    Kindly block the consignment and refund the same to the account i have also register fir in this regard.

      By looking complaint over this websites "consumercomplaints", it`s look like that snapdeal is one of the biggest Fraud Company. Same thing happened with me, they stopped my payment approx 8.5 Lakh., even if they are not ready to talk . Also they are not ready to show any evidence. My seller code is S83ACD. Please let me know what need to be done by me to recover my hard money from Big Cheater " Snapdeal". If somebody is listing me, request you to share the contact no..         I purchase long look blazer, size 40, of Rs, 3099/- on dated-28.12.2015, is found damaged inside pocket, i already returned the blazer on date-30.12.2015. After several calls on response provided. Never received my call of my registered mobile no.false assurance, no mails regarding problems not resolved. i really wasted my money, time and my work.

          Dear Team, I have ordered Total Versatile Gym Kit on 7th Jan, 2016 and on the prior days i word with executive to know more about the product details and gave me information and given assurance not to worry about the refund. Next day that is on 2th Jan, 2016 i have requested your Executive to replace a product from your end itself. Because i didn't like the bag which you are providing me with the kit. as it was on initial stage so that the dsesire product will reach to my door. But, your executive advised me that you can cancel the order and again place fresh order. I requested a executive will consume a lot of time for this procedure. Then i decided to take this product only therefore i didn't cancelled an order. When it reach to my door i have seen a product but, i felt a quality of the Product is quite poor and i requested a executive to return the product because quality issues but while in conversation with executive that lady was stressing on the one word that is defect in the product i said clearly that i felt the quality issue and it is differ which i saw on the net. Then after putting a hold for 2 min. she replied as per policy we can't take back the product and will not be able to give you refund. I need help from your hand that if you guys are knowing that fintness product buyers are not having option to return then in the priorly your Executive have to informed at once that once you open the sailed will not taken by the Company. then i couldn't have open it. Straight away i could place a request for return. But, you guys have didn't informed me. for the ratings at the end of the call you guys are requesting us but, why you are not intimating the customer for do's and don’ts in the product? We are not well versed with your policies. we just know that product which we are Buying we have a option to initiate return request of the product with a stipulated time bound.               I ordered Lee cooper casual shoe from snapdeal On 09 Jan, 2016. Order ID: [protected] Suborder Id: [protected]. SUPC: SDL[protected] Order got approved and got the message "Your order is being readied for dispatch" at 01:27 AM, 09 Jan, 2016 and the expected delivery date was from 11th to 13th. That was the last update from snapdeal until 14th of Jan at 2.09 pm when i called up to know the status. CC informed me that the order got cancelled due to technical issues. I was amazed to know what kind of technical issue possibility could get an order cancelled but they do not have any answer to that. I was communicated through mail about the cancellation after 8 hours of my phone call and here the reason provided is due to product unavailability with seller. Check the screenshot below. It took 5 days for snapdeal to know that seller is not having the product and that too after the order status reaching the state of ready to dispatch. There is absolutely no way i could believe this. This particular product is snapdeal fulfilled, so it’s the responsibility of snapdeal to get the order delivered once processed. Product is still available on snapdeal and there are color variants too for the same. So even if this variant is not available, snapdeal could have given the option of other variants. It is not about the product but about the unethical practice and I would take it up in all possible forum until I get the product delivered as per promise.

                Hi, I ordered a phone on Snapdeal on the 9th of January. It was important, as i i had to live without a phone until it arrived. I kept checking the tracking details to ensure it would be reaching on time. The guaranteed delivery was from the 14th-18th of January. Today it said it was preparing for dispatch. Two hours later, it said the order had been cancelled, due to unavailability with the seller. Now i have to wait another week for a phone, while i have it shipped from another site.

                  I ordered a garnier fructics shampoo from order which was on discount of 48% after the discount the product would cost me for rs.230 but when i received the order i found that the product mrp was 230 it means i got the product on mrp no discount ... and now thry are denying to return the product.

                    I purchased ultra one touch sugar testing 50 strip box for rs.1291 through online transaction by debit card.The product send was missing and the packet was torn.I immediately informed them about the situation and asked for refund then they assure me for 72 hours for refund but after 72 hours when I inquired about my refund they told me that order has been delivered to you yesterday at 11:30 pm when I asked about the courier service which deliver so late in the night they told that it has been written by mistake and refused to refund the money.They are cheat never make any online transactions with them. BEWARE!!!

                      I have purchased "puma" shoes from snapdeal online site. I got delivery dated 30/12/2015 but i purchsed this product for gift purpose. So i have opened the delivered shoes pack box on 7th and found faulty. The pair height is different, design on shoes pair is different, not as per puma brand quality, . So i want it replaced from snapdeal, now they deny. Saying that we have 7 days return/refund policy, but why they send me faulty product. I want replacement.

                          I have ordered f&d T-180BT Bluetooth Soundbar on[protected] from Snapdeal. The order has been delivered through FedEx on[protected]. On fedex site they mentioned the weight as approximately 11kgs, but when I received the product it weighted like 1-2kgs.. And finally I decided to record a video while unboxing it.. While unboxing it my whole family got shocked by seeing it.. There were BRICKS and THERMOCOL Sheets in it.. Next minute I called to snapdeal customer care & FedEx customer care and raised complaints.. They requested me to wait for 48hrs.. Here are my order details on snapdeal.. Order id: [protected] Sub order id: [protected] fedex awb:[protected] Complaint id's Snapdeal complaint id on Call: 17635233 Complaint id on FedEx: [protected] waiting since 2days and no update from Snapdeal and FedEx. If they fail to respond, I'm gonna file complaints at local police station and will proceed legally according to the law.. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ON SNAPDEAL.. I hope this post gonna help me.. Pls share the news and spread the news..

                                  Hi, I Placed the order on 7th Jan 2016 with order id [protected] and i made the cancellation request on 8th of Jan 2016...Then after that no one called me up for updating about my cancellation so I Bought that product from the market...And after making the cancellation request i told to my Mother that if someone come with the TATA sky parcel and please don't received the parcel from the courier...But on 11th of Jan 2016 someone from courier company came with the envelope and delivered to my mom its not a TATA Sky DTH setup box what i order for so my mother received the delivery of the parcel once it delivered to me i again made the cancellation request from snapdeal website for the picking up the product and refunding my money back to my account my last request no is 17512915 and that was done on 11th Jan 2016...After raising the request i received the call from the snapdeal on 12th jan 2016i guy called me up he confirmed the my request and informed that to me that i will received my refund within next 24 hrs and i will also received the call back from the concern department...after his call i received one more call from the TATA Sky and they told me that sir your received the envelope from the snapdeal you wants to installed the TATA Sky connection i simply informed him that i already made the request for the cancellation refund from the snapdeal and i already bought the product from the market and i wants the refund...He informed me that okay if you don't want to Installation you can get your refund by snapdeal...then i called the snapdeal after waiting for 24 hrs for the refund and call back ...I called the snapdeal customer care i had words with supervisor name Deepali she promised as per my concern she chked with the records someone from snapdeal commit me about the call back and refund and she will arranging the call back in next one hour i waited for 1 hour and i have again received nothing then called the snapdeal customer care had words with anshu he was also from supervisor team i asked him to transfer my call to the manager he put me on hold and came back with the answer sir all the managers are busy on another call and no manager is available on the floor...I asked him how many managers you have in your floor he informed me 4-6 managers and some of the mangers are on other call and some are on break...then after half an hour i received the call from the Darpan he informed that he was manager from the escalation department and i again told him all story and he informed me that will arrange the reverse pick up and refund process for me and for doing the same he need one hour time and he will call me back after one hour for confirming the same...then at 6:19 Pm on 13th jan 2016 i received the call back from the darpan he asked me one question what you received in the envelop o simply told that a document with some subscription no but i never used that subscription no and he can take that envelop back from me he told me by 9 Pm he will send me the mail from which courier service the reverse pick will done...Then he called me after 15 mins again and this time he came up with new answer that we can't refund your money back because you opened the envelop and my request can't me taken care from their end...He also me that its clearly mentioned on the product page that if you opened the envelop we will never refund your money and its also contains on the product page that i will going to received an envelop once i order the product i cross checked with the product page its not mentioned any where that if i am ordering for the TATA sky i will going to received an envelop...and before had the words with darpan i also write the email to [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com...But no one reply me back... Darpan also told me that when i made the cancellation request on 8th jan 2016 of my order online that request can not be entertain by them because my product my at non cancellation stage so i simply asked him that if my product at non cancellation stage so why someone from the snapdeal not called me up and updating the same...but he only provide me the answer that if you make the cancellation request online at non cancellation stage so no one from the snapdeal called to the customer to tell that his order can not be cancelled... I don't want any thing i have checked with the product page its no where mentioned that if order for tata sky connection i will going to received an envelop for the same and if envelop is opened no one can refund my money or if i make cancellation on next day when i placed the order that request can not be taken care...I don 't want any thing from the snapdeal i want my money back...and its my request with CEO of snapdeal Kunal Bahl please look into my matter and provide me resolution over my complaint Thanks & Regards Saurabh Dandriyal [protected]

                                    Hi Team, I have ordered KULT 10 mobile from snap deal on Jan 1, 2016 at 3 pm and received that product on Jan 5, 2016. As I was not having phone, I have given my friend number to get the product for delivery. After using that product for 2 days by checking many things came to know that I have received faulty product so I raised a complaint on Thursday to return the product. As per snap deal policy, we can return the product if we find fault and raise complaint within 7 days from the day when we received the product. So I have done that, from Jan 7 onwards snap deal people said that they will send Technician to check the product, if its not good they will process for return but still now I didn't get any update on that. I have spoken with them more than 7-8 times but still there is no response from them. As I bought this mobile through EMI option, coming 16th first month of the amount will be deducted from my account so I cannot do anything with that so please help me with this. Moreover, I have waited for snapdeal people from last saturda y (Jan 9, 2016) to come and check the product & gave them the deadline that I am going for vacation from Thursday afternoon so requested them to come before Thursday Afternoon and call me on my mob # [protected] but still no response from their end. Every time If I call them, they are giving false commitment by saying something. In India, people used to say that use and buy indian products like that I bought this indian product but now I am in trouble. Like these things, make indian product are not worthy to use it. So we can conclude that no people are not making cause to the country.. only product owner / indian manufacture causing harm to the countries by selling false product. You may feel funny by seeing my comment by thinking why this guy is doing this for 8000rs but things are starting from the little point. Kindly take action on this. I am not sure how far you help me but however I am gonna post this until unless I get my money or someone will ban this indian product Kult

                                      I bought the NOVA NKT 272 kettle(1.5L) from snapdeal and I was delivered NOVA NKT 2729(1.2L) I don't had problem with that until defects started to develop in the kettle that its steel started breaking from mouth. When I asked for warranty the snapdeal said that warranty is an issue of company and owner But the company said that the product is fake and is from grey market and their models don't start with NKT series. I tried several times and sent plenty of email but there was no reply instead they send the invoice. I am not be able to understand how can a renowned ecommerce site can do this.

                                      some more details:
                                      Cracks are developed on the edges of kettle in the same manner as they are developed in some low quality stainless steel products which became very sharp pointed edges and caused harm to one of my friend.

                                      I made plenty of calls with my numbers [protected] & [protected]
                                      First I was asked to contact company for the issue as they said after period of 30 days no solution can be provided for the defects which arise.
                                      When I contacted the company several times first they refused to listen anything after seeing my model they said its not from NOVA its fake and they cant say anything about it they also told me they have informed all the e-commerce sites about it, and may be the various e-commerce are going to refund for it.

                                      Then again I contacted the snapdeal via their chargeable numbers and each time after the long wait the whole same story gets repeated they said that the snapdeal has liability only up-till 30 days or so no matter the warranty has left or not. Then my calls were not received, I made it with different numbers.

                                      I am really very very disappointed because my whole effort seems going in vain, a large time is spent in putting my whole problem in the hands of authorities.
                                      Snapdeal was just like a family shop for me, I also came to know that TATA and snapdeal is going to have some deal
                                      I thought there is connection of reliability and faith commen in between the companies.
                                      I still believe that there is no fault of snapdeal but the seller because of whom this whole incident happened it is not possible for such a large firm to put check on such a large inventory.
                                      But after this incident its very difficult for me to put faith on e-commerce

                                      Issue is not yet resolved Snapdeal team is in touch with me I have provided recent contact email to nova sales department.
                                      Now it is confirmed that it was not their product (NOVA) hopefully issue is going to get resolved soon.
                                      It is proved that the product is fake, now they are giving the replacement of fake product with another fake product.
                                      Looks like everybody is trying to hide their mistake.
                                      I think I should move further with my problem.

                                        I had ordered 3 suits from snapdeal via Order ID: [protected] and received two of them on 13 January 2015. But when i opened the packet to check it to my utter dismay the suits were completely sub standard from what was shown on website. From what i could get was the suits were substandard and cheap quality suits and i requested the delivery boy there and then only to take the suits back and cancel my order but unfortunately GOJAVA delivery boy behaved unrealistically and completely refused to take them back. After words the same delivery boy lodged a false complaint with police station nearby that we thew him out of house. After sometime he came back to our home with police force and we all home mates were shocked to see this. we have millions of times ordered online products and a thing like this has never happened. we were so frightened that we threw the money to him and took the faulty suits. All this incidence made me say we are seeing a goonda raaj from snapdeal that if you dont take there faulty cheap products they will lodge a false complaint and by police force take money from you.

                                        I request your goodself to kindly take action against your courier partner for such unethical behaviour and to that seller as well for making fraud on snapdeal website and sending below standard products which is maligning your snapdeal image.As otherwise i assure you i will neither myself nor any of my family members will ever shop on you website .
