I ordered 'Micromax canvas spark Q380 8GB' at snapdeal.com on 9th Dec 2015. Order was not confirmed though amount of Rs.5099 was deducted from my account. My complaint Id is 15138531. I'm trying to reach and contact SnapDeal ever since and they are just answering me that they will sort this out, they will mail me etc. but there is no initiative from their end. They did asked me for my account statement and I did mail them same many times (initially I mailed passbook copy and mini statement but then I mailed them account statement as they wanted with Name, address, account number etc.) and when I called them back they said they didn’t received same. I mailed them again and asked them to call me back if they didn't receive mail, but again irresponsible people didn't call or mail regarding same. Even on my registered mobile number I get message that they will mail me and not able to perform other steps to reach Snapdeal representatives which is really frustrating. Even now they are not picking phone even i waited 15-20 minutes several times. It only increased my mobile bill. From last 1 month I called many times from my friends and relatives phone numbers to reach them and their representative told me that they are working on it and will mail me in 48 hours which again was not received, even more than 90 hours completed, no body called me from snap deal.     Snapdeal Order # : [protected] Streaming media player worth Rs 850/- was returned by me on 9-Dec-15 (thru Pickingo acknowledgement # 197271). However despite repeated follow ups with Snapdeal Customer care ([protected]), I have yet not recd. the refund for the returned product. Everytime the customer care person would promise action within 24 hours but refund not reced. I have called them atleast a dozen times. It seems Snapdeal makes money from such customers where their margin is 100%!

      Hi myself Ashish Sharma i ordered Red ME 2 Prime worth 7000 on 31 st Dec 2015 and Headset was having some problem in sim card. i raise the issue to snapdeal and ask them to replace it on 3 rd January 2016, from last one week there costumer care executive are saying engineer will visit in 6 working hours and no has come to check the handset yet. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out as soon as possible.

        I had placed an order & made online payment for "Ezcast Wifi Dlna / Airplay Hdmi Media Sharing For Hdtvs & Projectors" against Order ID: [protected] on 25th Dec. 2015 from snapdeal. The courier was in aurangabad according to the online courier tracking of Snapdeals logistic partner Go Javas on 28th December 2015. I also received a message from Go Javas saying your shipment will be delivered today i.e. on 28th Dec but no one arrived for the delivery. Next day i received another message from Go Javas that the courier could not be delivered as i had rejected to the delivery. I was confused as no one came for delivery & no one called me up to ask for the delivery. I had a vacation planned from 1st Jan 2016 so i called up the customer care of Go Javas to provide me the address or contact number of their office in aurangabad so that i can personally collect the shipment. They refused saying their company policy does not allow to provide these details and that the shipment will be delivered to me soon. I went on vacation on 01st Jan 2016 thinking that i will collect the courier after coming back and will inform the same to the courier delivery person when he calls for delivery. I received a message & an e-mail from snapdeal that the shipment has been delivered. I called up our society watchman & he confirmed he has received some courier of my name. Firstly, how can the courier person deliver the product to someone without taking my consent? When i came back on 08th Jan 2016 i took the parcel just to find that it was completely empty. It was a properly sealed bag with invoice sticked to it & no tampering of any kind. Immediately i called up snapdeals customer care & logged a complaint against Ticket Id: 17267188. I had not opened the sealed bag as i could feel there was nothing in it. I took a picture of the sealed shipment bag & sent it to snapdeal for investigation. I even received a call from their customer care team saying i need not to worry my request is under process. They also asked me for my Photo ID & Address proof which i did sent to them by e-mail. Yesterday on 10th January 2016 i received from Snapdeal Customer Care executive Mr Sunil saying that they have investigated & checked from their end & the product was delivered to me and that they cannot help me in this matter. They refused to entertain my complaint. I repeatedly am saying the same thing that i still have the sealed empty bag with me. How can they say the product is delivered if i have the empty & sealed bag with me till now. I also logged a complaint with Snapdeals logistic partner Go Javas for this issue against complaint number 664393. Request you to help me in the matter & process my refund.

          I bought Datamini TWG10 2 in 1 about 3 weeks before from Snapdeal but its Android OS is not booting, its restarting and finally it goes to recovery mood . touch on LCD is not working properly on windows 10 in the left-down corner of LCD, I dont know what should i do ? please follow up my complaint thank you

                  I ordered a Pillow from snapdeal for rs.299 (Order ID: [protected]) i used Rs. 100 from freecharge, Rs. 99 from bank and Rs.100 voucher which i received from Bigg boss promotion(It was as good as cash as there was no minimum balance required). After a few days my order was cancelled by snapdeal. Since it was cancelled from snapdeal's end i should get back my voucher too, but i only received the freecharge balance and bank money back. I called customer care and told them the above thing, he agreed and said i will get an email in 24 hours, i didn't get any mail. Called again this time again i was told that they are sorry and stuff and will mail me surely this time, again no mail. I contacted snapdeal via a feedback page but no reply was given. Called for the 3rd time and was told this time i will surely get a call back but no response received. Its going to be a month now since this incident, i don't know how a e-commerce giant like snapdeal has such a customer service.

                      I placed two orders of Amira Guru basmati rice at Snapdeal. Order numbers are- Order ID: [protected] and another one [protected] . The quality of rice is very poor. Grains are small and smelling. Such food item can not be eaten, Snapdeal is refusing to take back the item, I wonder why snapdeal sell such bad items at its website.                           Fraudsters unethical This is the worst places where you want buy products, They will fool you like they are professionals, they have displayed a water Purifier for half a price showing 50% Discount, Even I was stunned after the discounted price but guess what these people are Master of deception.. I am sure they hold some masters education in cheating and fooling around customers. We ordered that product and guess what as expected the product was wrecked, so we asked for the Replacement and its been 45 days now and we have complained around 4-5 time and all they told ur pick up will be done in 24-48 hrs, and as expected no one came and no one even bothered to call us as well, Product name: aqua guard water purifier : 91-[protected] Order Number: [protected] Sub order number: [protected] So I strongly recommend all not order anything form this online store as they deliver faulty products which are not sellable upfront to face to face customers … Hope if they have some customer ethics I will receive replacement or money back on my product

                            Sir, This is my Order ID [protected]. Under this I have purchase 2 item out of which one item (Transcent StoreJet 1 TB External Hard-disk) is cancelled by Snapdeal. For this I have already paid Rs.3605 (Through Debit Card). This order is Booked on 19th Dec, 2015, accepted delivery was 25-30 of Dec15 but the product was not deliver and reschedule to 1-5 Jan2016 and again product is not delivered to me. On 5th January snapdeal accepted my refund proposal but still they have not refunded money. It is my kind request to you to please take some action against snapdeal Thanking You Jhabal Mal

                              I was purchased shoos 1 year before through snapdeal.com but that shoes not fitted to me and also that very low quality. I returned it as per the snapdeal customer suggestion through BLUE DART. I payed around Rs.600 for that courier. than i called to customer care that to chargable each call 60ps. they told to send NEFT detail i sent to them my sbm account details. they told neft detail is wrong than i send again but than also than also they replied that is wrong. for every incident I have to call them but they dont send any information on that. again I sent karnataka bank Neft details but they dint accept that also. I have proof of each email conversation. like that many months spent, I am calling and sending the same but they dont accept. after many month they said for that they initiated the amount to the same neft details I have to wait for 7 business days or something but not. If called to them they will reply Neft detail is wrong. I sent again but same reply from their end. Like that many time happened but still I haven't received refund. I paid Rs.600 for shoos and around Rs.600 for courier. but I spent more than that for calling Snapdeal customer care. I have that courier receipt. I can shoe any time. Well this is what business snapdeal do

                                I received wrong jacket which i ordered (Order id - [protected]) from Snap deal on 30th October and raise the return request and till date i didn't receive my refund, daily am following up with the executives and supervisor and everyone is saying 24 hrs or 48 hrs, it has been already 2 months passed i didnt receive any refund confirmation from snapdeal even i shared my bank statement 2 times but there is no such response, and noone is there to help me out in this, product amount was 2199/-, I want resolution and that is my refund, Please help me out as this money is very important for me.

                                Didn't get any response from snapdeal end, I think snapdeal don't want to return the money, but this is totally cheating with the customer, please revert me ASAP with the positive response.
                                Worst experience ever, Waiting for my refund from past 2 month and noone is there to help me out for getting my refund.

                                  I got a stone tile instead of the laptop I ordered at Bangalore. The courier guy who delivered was careless and asked me to go ahead and book the complaint. As for the Snapdeal customer Care, they have promised to take action ASAP.                                     Snapdeal has not taken any step they only told me to go to Micromax service center for DO or service report mentioning the mobile problem but I went there 5 times but service center cant provide any DO or written document for online purchase.At first Snapdeal sent a defective product and when i want to return it and refund my money they are showing drama only.

                                        Dear Sir, I am regular & certified buyer of Snapdeal. I have placed order for Crystal CR005G 3 vide ID no.[protected] for Rs.2200/- & delivery address was of my native place Amritsar. The package delivered to me was of Surya make which I have not ordered so I returned the same just as I received without even opening the packing as make was visible through packing & asked for replacement. The same was delivered to me but after just opening & looking into quality of product I returned the product without using it in original packing on Dec.23 to your courier partner Vulcan Xpress Private Ltd. ( AWB R[protected]. Your site is also showing the successful collection of material. Now I am waiting for the refund of Rs.2200/- from so many days but not getting any update regarding refund. Suddenly I have received call from Snapdeal that refund will not be made without giving any valid reason & saying that it is our internal policy. If this type of dealing is done to a regular buyer how one can trust your site. I request your immediate action on the issue. Refund can be done in form of SD cash or free-charge balance. Regards.
