Hi Kunal My name is Omkar Pathak, i purchased a mobile through snap deal I am mentioning Order ID below Order ID-[protected] I was facing some kind of software issues with mobile and my device was under warranty so i contacted to my nearest service center of Microsoft . Representative of service center said that the IMEI no. of device is not registered with Microsoft so we cant help and no any warranty card was given to me at the time of delivery After this i contacted to customer support of snap-deal they said that we need a proof that product is fake in the written form I contacted to service center again but they refused to provide any proof in written form After this i waited for a long time and got a followup call from snap deal but your executive was very rude and rudely he said me that sorry sir we cant do anything in that case you will have to bring a written proof from service center Now question is that how can a customer bring a proof that product is fake I know that i don't have any authority to contact you like this but i am still expecting resolution from your side

    Got poor quality sofa set for Rs 23000/- with rotten wood structure inside which is impossible to check as we can't tear the leather. I bought it 6 months back for office meeting room which is hardly used & now it is only left for dumping. It was fraud with 7 days return policy because in seven days we can only check visible things from outside but not inner structure.

      Now SNAPDEAL started to steal people by charging 30 RUPEES as shipping for all products irrespective of any number of products. This clearly shows how they are misusing people's trust for their personal benefit. While flipkart earned millions through the "Big billion day" scam, this is snapdeal's way of cheating people by charging 30 rupees as delivery for all products. Online shopping is getting worse each day and sites like snapdeal and flipkart have become more MONEY MINDED than genuinely serving the customers.

        I bought sofa set for Rs.23000/- 6 months back from snapdeal now I got to know that inside wood is completely rotten & it was very bad quality sofa which is completely useless now & no one is responding now as per their return policy period I.e. 7 days in which it was impossible to know about the inside material. A complete fraud it was. HELP

          Hi Team, Worst experience with snapdeal I had received a faulty mobile phone which I had returned by courier which they told to send it through, later they were complaining that they have received empty parcel, then fortunately they got the phn in parcel don't know from where on 31st dec. But later today is 12 Dec and I have not received any of my refund accept for courier charges. Worst thing is no response to any mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com, and fake promises by customer care representative every day have to spend 10 or more rs for calling snapdeal since the no is not toll free. every day have to follow up with no response and progress over it. I really don't think I will ever again deal with "snap deal" And the updates on application is also fake with all fake dates Today on 12 they are updating as to update bank details wheras courier refund was successful, weird but true.           This is to update/inform that I had received a call from snapdeal stating that the return parcel received was empty. This was a big shock, as till now the track updates shows/suggest me that the parcel is received on 31st and was proceeded for quality check and later states to update the bank details as refund NEFT transaction has failed have shared the screenshot as well for reference.. As till now the concern was with refund now suddenly went on empty parcel. I think something is wrong between 31st 2015 to 13 jan 2016

          Even I have received a mail asking for 1 month bank statement for investigation of refund (that means this request was proceeded for refund), but due to security reason I was asking them to share transaction reference number so will check with bank.
          Also note this was a cash on delivery order, so can't see any correlation for 1 month bank statement.

          Please look into this and do the needfull earliest.

            Dear sir, My order no. [protected] placed with snapdeal on Nov 30, 2015 for an amount of Rs. 770, for ordering a fashion core pink cotton lehenga. Due to nondelivery of the same within the stipulated time, the order has been cancelled on dec 18, 2015(sub order id [protected]). Despite of our repeated reminders & vigorous follow up with snapdeal the funds have not been credited in my bank a/c till date. Therefore you are requested to do needful at the earliest and Also request you to credit the aforesaid amount into my a/c without any further reminders from my end. Thanks and regards.

                I had purchased 2 wardrobes from snapdeal. They showed it has free installation at site and there would be free mirrors along with it. I received compensation of Rs500 for installation and I was promised Rs1000 compensation for mirrors. Its been more than 2 months now and I'm still waiting for my compensation. I have complained more than 10 times.

                  - Order Number: #[protected] - Order Date:[protected] - Promised Delivery Date:[protected] - Current Status: Ready For Dispatch (This has been the status since order was placed) - Raised the issue with Snapdeal through mobile app on: 1.[protected]ref.[protected] 2.[protected]ref.[protected] 3.[protected]ref.[protected] 4.[protected]ref.[protected] The only response that I received expect the automailer stating a 48 hr resolution guarantee was on[protected] stating that the order will has been delayed but will be shipped by Jan 6 (image attached). This also hasn't happened and I am still waiting for a status update. The case is currently with Snapdeal "Social Media" Team which is merely stating one thing. Seller wants more time to respond. The product is an executive chair which I purchased for my new office whose rent has begun since[protected]. I am awaiting the same so that I can move into the new office. Resolution: The product is available with multiple sellers but Snapdeal chose to stick with the one who is procrastinating the shipment on purpose. They could have expedited the order by shipping it through some other vendor. I expect Snapdeal to either compensate for the rent while the seller takes his own time to respond or they can provide alternative products of same or higher value than the current price of the product I purchased (image attached)

                      I had received a refund for my order [protected] in the form of sd cash, which first of all I'm not okay with. Now after one year of this refund it has got expired. This is not bonus amount which snapdeal has given me but my own money. If it is getting expired they have to transfer to my account or at least notify me on that. I get n number of notifications about products and promotions from snapdeal through email, sms and app notifications but not even a single notification for my sd cash expiry. THIS IS JUST NOTHING BUT LOOT! I just want my money back.

                              I have ordered Lava Pixel V2 from Snapdeal with order Number [protected]. I got this product on 2nd January. I found it faulty & i raised a request for replacement on the same day(2nd January). I had to wait for 5 days for engeneer Visit. An engineer from snapdeal came to check my phon on 7th January. And He gave me a Job Sheet & told me that we will arrange a reverse-pick up of this mobile within 24 Hours. But I did not get any intimate from snapdeal in next 24 hours. So I again Write to snapdeal & sent them a job sheet for reverse Pick Up for My faulty Mobile. But i did not get any Response again. After 3 Days, I again mailed to snapdeal, But they did not Tried to resolve my problem. After the engineer visit, Neither they tried to intimate me the status of my problem nor they called me. I have called their customer care 25-30 Time & requested them to arrange a call back or a mail for the intimation. But they failed to do so. Now i am not going to replace my mobile. I want my money back. This is the worst Experience from Snapdeal. I have no choice except taking strong action against Snapdeal. I hope they will resolve my problem & refund my money ASAP.I am attaching my job sheet for reverse Pick up of faulty Mobile.

                              Refund Issue
                              I had placed order for Intex cloud scan mobile on 24/10/16 my Order id:[protected] and i made my payment through online. It has been delivered on 28/10/16. The device has problem in rear camera where focus is not working properly and giving very bad images. So, i requested for refund on 1/11/16. I got the mail stating service engineer will visit my place to check abt this issue. The service engineer called me on 2/11/16 but i was at college at that time so i asked to reshedule it after 3 pm on the same day. He said he will reshedule for next day after 3pm. But when i called him on next day he said snapdeal has closed my request so he cant come to my place to check the device and he also told to raise the complaint again. I called snapdeal customer care and spoke to executives nearly 7 different persons explaining about my issue. They are processing my request but i didnt get any message regarding it. The executives are not responding properly and not doing their work. I have spent nearly 200rs of my talk time speaking to them. I request to make the process as soon as possible. I used to buy things in snapdeal but i never expected this cheaper grade of response. Very disappointing. I already mailed about my issue to [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com i m getting computer assisted message and [protected]@snapdeal.com id is of no use. I need a response immediately. Ur regular means of procedure for 48 hrs is exceeded. i want my refund very faster.

                                I ordered 2 micromax canvas spark ORDER ID [protected].But due to some technical issue my order was not completed and the amount deducted from my freecharge wallet Rs 5201.after three days i receive 2600 but i DID NOT RECEIVE REMAINING AMOUNT Rs2601.I complaint many times regarding this.but no solution have been provided yet.I CALLED AROUND 20 TIMES ON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. AND when i say to transfer my call to senior executive THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD FOR AROUND 30 TO 35 MINUTES around 3 times this happen.I WASTED AROUND AROUND 200 JUST TO COMPLAIN REGARDIND THIS ON THEIR NO.[protected]. which is not a toll free No...they are fraud..now tommorow I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT AGAINST SNAPDEAL IN MY NEAREST POLICE STATION AND THEN I WILL SEND ALL THE INFORMATION TO MEDIA ALSO

                                  Hi I Neha panchal has ordered one philips HP6548/00 Epiliator, ikni Trimmer combo pack for women beauty and care worth of Rs.2890. Which Should be delivered by the above company on or befor 7/1/2016 but they coudn.t able to do so and i tried to make complain on their website which is totally useless system they are not doing anything with that complaint even though i tried to call them thrice and on the third call they are saying that they have changed my delivery dates between 8/1/2016 and 13/1/2016. then i asked them to give me some compensation because i needed that product by 7/1/2016 and they are offering me just RS. 100. and their customer care staff is saying me that i am taking non sense and they said me that whatever i want to do i can do they can not anything more than that and they are saying that they do not have any compensation policy for not satisfying their customer's needs. So my humble request to the consumer forum to please take this issue in serious and provide me some guidance what shall i do next to get compensation plus product from them. Thanks in advance

                                  In pertinent to the subject order number, I ordered an " Easy Mop Genius Multifunctional Dicer Plus" worth Rs. 464 on 16 August 2016. The same product was delivered to me on 20th August 2016, but the product was received by my cousin as I was not at my home. On 22nd August, I collected it and opened it and shocked to see it in broken condition and I immediately initiated a return request. On 24th August I received a message that the courier boy will pick it up today, but none of your courier boy came. I called your customer care and they told me that your return request has been closed by mistake and they will send the courier boy again, then also no one came to pick up, I repeatedly called on 28th and 30th, but every time I was assured that courier boy will come to pick the product up, but as expected from the esteemed organisation like you, no one came. Then on 5th September 2016, I again called your call centre but this time they showed very bad behaviour and told me that the request has been closed by me and they will not get it picked up. This type of behaviour is not acceptable at all and it clearly shows that how much you people value your customers. Under consumer protection act 1986, it is a clear case of deficiency in service. And It is the last time I am requesting you to refund my money and get this broken article picked up from my premises.

I return in November and start using kettle again and it get leaked. I contacted snapdeal customer care and they provide me the Skyline Service in Delhi. I spend again Rs.350/- for courior and send it to Delhi. But Skyline Customer Care call me and ask that leakage is not in warranty. It is grave cheating.                                         I bought xiaomi mi4i mobile from snapdeal on 5th December, after few days mobile signal starting disappear i thought this type of thing happen in cheap mobile but after few days again network gone completely. first this dont ever buy any product from snapdeal i will tell reason because flipkart give us 30days return policy and snapdeal only 7 days so better to buy from flipkart. and the behaviour of excutive are very bad they are not ready to compromise with customer selleng and defected peace. i called customer service inform about mobile problem so they said sir provide us jobsheet will replace the phone but when i provide job sheet then they start asking for DOA letter from service center. service center are not ready to give DOA letter so discussion is over and they are not ready to replace mi4i peace. and have not given any solution this i lost 12k just because of Xiaomi and snapdeal joint operation.

                                        i dont think you guys care about customer, once you sold the product you guys dont care, my new Mi4i hadset is lying in dadar ( mumbai ) mi service center. you take my no. lets see within how many days you will solve the issue . my order id is [protected] and my mobile no. is [protected] and the service center job no. is VCD001188, i have given the mobile in dadar(Mumbai) service center. i dont have any complaint no in snapdeal because your excutive promiss me to replace the piece but after i submitted job sheet one lady called me she said we require DOA other wise we cant do anything. if you guys cant do anything why selling defected piece or why you selling such kind of mibile through snapdeal.
                                        if snapdeal unable to deal with vendor or mobile co. such as xiomi either stop selling such co. product through snapdeal platform or if snapdeal i planned to cheat customer they should shut down operation and thier website. if my mobile stop working withing 10 days of delivery what worse more then this and top of this snapdeal cant help customer, they just took the money their work is over.

                                        i got call from your team and she was asking same thing DOA letter, if you wanted DOA letter then why you guys ask for job sheet. and MI service center doesn't have part to repair my mobile. my mobile is lying in MI service center. i dint got any solution from your side. i lost my 12k, snapdeal and xiaomi have distributed their profit but customer lost his hard earn money . why you are misleading people and why you dont talk to xiaomi co. that customer facing such problem. i am regretting that i bought the product from snapdeal, i wish i could bought from flipkart they are giving 30days return offer.
