But sorry to say that i received the product just now after paying the amount of Rs. 7499/- through Valcun courier service. i was shocked to discover that i had ordered was defective, damaged & used product as well as incomplete accessories. i want a replacement of my product as soon as possible...

I had placed order vide Order ID: 10725460793 Suborder Id: 13564884973 Placed on 22 Dec, 2015. for Buy 1 High Back Executive Chair Get 1 Free . But sorry to say that i received defective, damaged & used product as well as incomplete accessories. As soon as received the product I want replacement, so online request to Snapdeal. My request registered vide reference no 16938207 & Sanpdeal were confirmed replace request were being processed (Ticket Id: 16938207) as well as my package will be picked up within 3-4 business days by NUVOEX courier. But sorry to say that on 6th, 7th January 2016 Snapdeal courier company SMS me “Hi! Your buy 1 High Back Exec… from SNAPDEAL is out for pickup by Mantosh Show, Mob 8961262778. Please keep the item ready. NUVOEX.” In this connection on 6th January 2016 I contract over phone with Mantosh Show & asked when will you come for pickup ? He answered me today is not possible because vehicle was not ready. On 7th January 2016 same answered. On 8th January 2016 after several reminder NUVOEX courier pickup Defective, Damage & used product. Today 18th January I have received my product. snapdea..coml says If anybody not satisfied with item quality, size or delivery they have 7 Days Easy Return Policies. I am Asking you where is It ?
