Hello I am Narayan Bhandari This is ref. to my Order ID: [protected] Placed on: Mon, 14 Dec, 2015, my product is still not delivered and status displayed is Delivered I am call snapdeal customer care around 100 times and they said we will check from our courier partner I am followup daily but there is no any resolution yet .I request you please do needful other wise i will take necessary legal action against Snapdeal you guys is making fool customer .       I have received a faulty LED TV against Order ID: [protected] and I requested to return that product but snapdeal is not taking it return and refund my money. I have also shared images of the defects in the LED TV but they are guiding to go to service center of the manufacturing company and get the defect repaired, why should I get my new product repaired if I have paid the full amount.       Faulty LED TV not taking return

      I have received a faulty LED TV against Order ID: [protected] and I requested to return that product but snapdeal is
      not taking it return and refund my money.

      I'm got a call just after registering my complaint to this forum from these numbers [protected], [protected] which are fake calls and must got debited my account with Rs 21000 in favor of Victor e-Commerce as they were asking the details of my credit card and told that your refund from snapdeal will be credited if you tell or enter the OTP on IVR.

      They are just Fraud.

              I had ordered a lenovo g50-80 laptop from snapdeal on 26 october 2015. I had availed a cash back offer for this product which was 10% cashback on orders above rs.5000 (max cashback:rs.1250).my order total was rs.29990 and hence i was eligible for this offer.the offer details stated that i would get the cashback on or before 30 december 2015.till now, ie 5 january 2016, i have not received the cashback.I have called their help centre for 3 or 4 times in the past week .every time, they told the same thing that the cashback amount would be credited to my account by the end of that day.But i still have not received it. please look into this matter. order no: [protected]

It's been more than one month, no update regarding the product or its refund. I'm tired of sending multiple mails n calling snapdeal's customer care. No response till now. Shipment reached in Guwahati on 30-12-15 at12:46 PM. It could have been delivered on next day by afternoon. It is not replying to any en queries which was made twice by me.                     This is regarding 10% SBI cashback against order no. - [protected]. As last time also you people have not transfereed my cashback at the assured time against the order id - [protected] .Last date was 30 Dec, 15 & its today but still i haven't received my money. What is going on ? Last time also you did the same thing as last date for cashback was 30 Sep but i got my cashback on 9 Nov after wasting my so much balance on you. I am very dissatisfied with your service. One should learn by their mistake but you People & you are saying that coordinate with your bank. Why I should coordinate with my bank its your responsibility or mine?                           Refund problem I bought mobile from snap deal order no..[protected] it's got problem I asked customer care they said send back I sent it.They told me refund will credit in account within 4working days.Few days later they say we credited amount, But i did not get money. They asked share bank statement i shared it. Till now I didn't get when ever I call the customer Care they say only single word it will take 4 working days. Really hell with snap deal to get money back.Even I didn't get SMS or mail.Very irresponsible. Really bad experience with snap deal.time wast, they are behaving very roundly.

                                I purchased a thermal billing printer from snapdeal. Before purchase i called the customer care and asked about the printer and they answered all the questions with YES. Based on this i ordered the same keeping in mind that if the product does not suits my business requirement it will be returned as per there policy. After i received the product i went through the instruction manual and found that it does not satisfy my need due to small paper size and poor print quality and no option to connect and print through POS system. There is neither an option to change the configuration for billing currency and other things.

I had placed order vide Order ID: 10725460793 Suborder Id: 13564884973 Placed on 22 Dec, 2015. for Buy 1 High Back Executive Chair Get 1 Free . But sorry to say that i received defective, damaged & used product as well as incomplete accessories. As soon as received the product I want replacement, so online request to Snapdeal. My request registered vide reference no 16938207 & Sanpdeal were confirmed replace request were being processed (Ticket Id: 16938207) as well as my package will be picked up within 3-4 business days by NUVOEX courier. But sorry to say that on 6th, 7th January 2016 Snapdeal courier company SMS me “Hi! Your buy 1 High Back Exec… from SNAPDEAL is out for pickup by Mantosh Show, Mob 8961262778. Please keep the item ready. NUVOEX.” In this connection on 6th January 2016 I contract over phone with Mantosh Show & asked when will you come for pickup ? He answered me today is not possible because vehicle was not ready. On 7th January 2016 same answered. On 8th January 2016 after several reminder NUVOEX courier pickup Defective, Damage & used product. Today 18th January I have received my product. snapdea..coml says If anybody not satisfied with item quality, size or delivery they have 7 Days Easy Return Policies. I am Asking you where is It ? Thank you very much consumer complaints. in & also thank you Jasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd. What a great surprising performance by your courier ?

                                    I had orderd Stefino Red Leather Pvc Flat Sandal with order id Order ID: [protected]( with Suborder Id: [protected]) Placed On 05 Nov, 2015.and Delivered On: 13 Nov, 2015 but, i tried it was not proper size for me.so i had return it through THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE. on 14 november 2015. with courier amount Rs - 150.but, amount is not return till now in my freecharge account. Acoording to snapdeal company request i had also sent him scanned copy of courier reciept of Rs- 150 at least 4 time but, they had not sent me RS 150. being as honest conumer, i am requesting you to solve my problem as fast as possible i will very thankfull to you.

                                      Dear Mam/ Sir Regarding On the date 12/11/2015, I have Placed order for InFocus M810 4G 16 GB, Order ID: [protected] & INVOICE NUMBER S43384/15-16/ 1332 in the name of Gurunathsa Rangarej. Which I have received on 17 Nov 2015 afternoon by Courier. I have paid amount of 10999 rupees by online banking of 12/11/2015 while placing order. I have repeated so many times (11 time as on today) it is not possible for me to go the service center In spite of that i called service center regarding DOA. He can't give DOA letter. Please try to understand am fed up of this fake promise and response from your end. Please arrange recovery of mobile as you do in case of 7 day return policy or else you directly speak to In Focus regarding such defective product and i have purchase mobile not repairing it. Otherwise am seriously take other action and register complaint with consumer court. The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and we will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services. and my both numbers are ([protected], [protected]) always ON. I spoke to customer care yesterday and day before yesterday. She told ll receive call from you for more details. there is no single call from snapdeal and you simply you have sent the email that you have tried and its not connected.                                         This is in reference to the order id [protected] placed on 20 Dec 2015 and Quality of the service that your providing to our costumer. I made an order for Simmtronics 1 GB RAM, but uniformity i received a KINGSTON RAM 1 GB that was defective too then i made a return request (Ticket id 16153882 dated 24 Dec 2015) by selecting "defective product" (as i can't select multiple reasons like "wrong product"). But pick up boy(NUVOEX) refused to pick up this(Kingston) product as it is mentioned as simmtronics. Moreover pick up boy cant reach to my address as i mentioned for picking my order as other courier person can reach. then i made a complain via calling to customer care against pick up courier team and to reschedule the pickup. Unfortunately they have reschedule with the pickup by the same pick up team (NUVOEX) and no pick up is made so far, as courier person keep on cancelling the pickup order without notification to me . I made a lot of calls to customer care and mails regarding this but i haven't received and satisfactory feedback from your company side and no pick up is made, since customer care keep on requesting 72 hours and hours . From internet, i read a lot of complain againt "SNAPDEAL.COM" like this and too experience it a lot of time(Order ids. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) that's why i want to ask you some the questions :- First of all i want to ask you something, Does your retailer are that much illiterate so that they can't read order name . Secondly, Why your dealing with the courier team who can reached the mentioned address Thirdly, when you will arrange pick from some other courier team as NUVOEX team keep on cancelling the pickup without consulting me .

                                        They have resolve my complain number 10687399313 within a 24 hours .Thank you ConsumerComplaints.in Team. I received a call from Snapdeal.com and they have listen to all my complain, they asked for maximum 48 hours to resolve it . After that i received call from Courier Office, then they send another guy to pick up my product within 6 hours of pickup i got my money back.
