Hello, i am ria kar, i have purchased a ladies wrist watch on 21st october, 2019 through online delivery at my home address, its baruipur, kolkata 700144 from snapdeal. But the watch quality is not good as per my expectation. So i sent a request to snapdeal to return that watch and they have accepted that request. You can see the attachment their acceptance procedure. But on 24th october, 2019 their delivery boy called me and told me that my home location is not is in his working area, he told me to come their office with that watch. He completely denied to pick that product in my location. Suborder id : [protected], snapdeal. After that i have called snapdel customer care, but didn't received my phone calls. Please take a step against snapdeal, so that i can smoothly return my product and succesfully refund my money (Rs. 398/-)
When i purchased that product they can smoothly delivered that item at my location, but when i want to return that same product from my same location they denied to return it.
