Yesterday i got a call from a guy named nitin kumar singh. He said i won the 1st prize, i will either get a car or an amount of 12, 60, 000. I paid him 6, 500 as registration fee and 15, 000 more as noc clearance charge. And when i asked him to give a refund he said it would take 30 days for a refund. I want a refund of my total amount as my details where leaked from snapdeal....

I have ordered products from snapdeal my order id: [protected]. I have experienced similar issues before with ecom express services. First they didn't make any attempt to call me and second no attempt was made at the delivery address. The most irritating part is you applying they are not responding to my queries. Please take action against them. Please do something to refund my cash....

I ordered my watches on 12 oct. And the estimated delivery was 18 to 21 oct but daily they r changing my estemated delivery date today it is showing 28 oct.. When will i receive my package exactly.. On 20 one mail came that my parcel has reach to hyderabad and blue dart. Will bring my parcel will it take 8 days to bring my parcel.. This is so wrong something wrong is going on...

Been complaining for a month but no sunabai is happening. My prepaid order was not delivered to us but did not reach the site. I think this site is fake site.
How many times have i been complained, but each time it is said that it will be solved in 48 hours. My order was sent to 25 sep but merre did not come

I placed two orders for maybelline colossal and super black + loreal. The price was 280each and i got one order and the company collected payment for both orders but i hv not rcvd my second order as i hv already paid for that too.

Send my order otherwose ill stop purchasing from ur site.

Or refund my money... We re not here to give free money...

The delivery boy who delivered me my boots was very rude and harsh. Address was competely mentioned on the product but he wanted to know bldr name when it was mentioned B wing.

He said B wing is there in every sub society name when I clearly said thrice we have only one B wing.

Is this the courier service or the delaivery ppl handled in snapdeal.

I have had a message from snapdeal company, and call me he says that I have won Tata safari 1st prize .I would to know that is that true or fake.he ask me for my BANK details and says prize money transfer to my given account number, but first of all registrations fee Rs. 3500 send to snapdeal company.i want to know the truth...

I was ordered fastrack watch from snapdeal. After recieved i was check it is fake product so return it after 2 days the status is pick up cancell. The pick up boy not comming. And also message from snapdeal reschedule pick up. But there are no such option on website and mobile app. After thet i was call customer care but there are also not resolving my problem....

I orderered a hard 2 tb disk seagate back plus hardisk from snap deal sub order id [protected] from my account registered with number [protected], it was delivered to me on 17 oct 19 with return period 7 days upto 24 oct 19. I did not receive the product with hard disk case which was free with it. For which they offered refund of 400 to which i agreed but later on after checking, the hard disk also found to be defective. I again raised a complained...

I choose some electronics items from your site. And thanks to you for shipped the items to my address. But game start from here. I got messages from you and ready to receive the items but my waiting becomes unsuccessful.

I have got a letter which was posted on my address yesterday it was having my number and in that pocket there was a foam to be filled for a price and a scratch card in it, and i got 1 price that is car of maruti and they are asking about bank details and adhar card details and to pay 1.5%of the amount that is 9000. So i want to know is this fraud and if it is please take care about how did they got my address and number and other details...

I hace recieved a call from the person rakesh kumar who informed me that i have won the first prize of 12, 80000 rs which is thae car safari if i want to recieved my parcle they have ask me to send the 6600 rs plz tell me it is fake or true... My order id is [protected]i have palace orde on[protected] their was 629 rs kurta. My order confirmed and packed and sudden they cacelled order when i going to re order this is shows high rate. They only cencelled order because to customer casn reorder and they charge high money. After sending the message "your order is ready shipped" suddenly they say seller is not able to full fill order.
I have reordered that item they charged...

I feel cheated by snapdeal

Here's what happened, i had purchased a fossil watch and very next day i placed a return request because of dial size issue.

I got a message followed by call for pickup of return item by guy named zamir khan. The message from snapdeal had name of this guy and his mobile number.

He picked an item and after 10 min i got a message saying 'as informed by courier you want...

I recived a call claiming its from snapdeal company. They were these two person sayinf that they are nitil and dayashankar mishra asking for my ac no and ifsc code acknowledging that i have won lucky the lucky draw n as such to claim my prize they asked for deposition of 6000 as such which i gave. Please punish these guilty fake person at the earliest....

I would like to state that i haven't ordered this product and automatically the amount of rs. 2700/- got deducted from my linked wallet.
All the bookmyshow vouchers i received as per this order were already used.
Please refund my money of rs. 2700/- as soon as possible.
Also request you to initiate the fraud case at your end to understand the root cause.
