          I ordered rene - maurice instant hair remover recently. But it's not working.. The machine has to rotate once you switch it on.. But it's not happening. When i put battery, it's not rotating at all.
          Very bad experience with snapdeal.. Even battery was missed in the product.. I only put the battery.. But still its not working... The machine of that product itself is not rotating.

          First time i ordered it.. Never expected. Please provide me the working product i ordered..

              I'm very sorry to say that the products which i received wasn't a real company product.. They are fake products. The kajals are not smudge proof and its of low quality and maybelline lip balm which i received wasn't a real company product... I never expected this kind of service from a online site like this... I regret to inform this complaint of mine.

                Hello, i am ria kar, i have purchased a ladies wrist watch on 21st october, 2019 through online delivery at my home address, its baruipur, kolkata 700144 from snapdeal. But the watch quality is not good as per my expectation. So i sent a request to snapdeal to return that watch and they have accepted that request. You can see the attachment their acceptance procedure. But on 24th october, 2019 their delivery boy called me and told me that my home location is not is in his working area, he told me to come their office with that watch. He completely denied to pick that product in my location. Suborder id : [protected], snapdeal. After that i have called snapdel customer care, but didn't received my phone calls. Please take a step against snapdeal, so that i can smoothly return my product and succesfully refund my money (Rs. 398/-)

                When i purchased that product they can smoothly delivered that item at my location, but when i want to return that same product from my same location they denied to return it.

                  Yesterday i got a call from a guy named nitin kumar singh. He said i won the 1st prize, i will either get a car or an amount of 12, 60, 000. I paid him 6, 500 as registration fee and 15, 000 more as noc clearance charge. And when i asked him to give a refund he said it would take 30 days for a refund. I want a refund of my total amount as my details where leaked from snapdeal.

                            The delivery boy who delivered me my boots was very rude and harsh. Address was competely mentioned on the product but he wanted to know bldr name when it was mentioned B wing.

                            He said B wing is there in every sub society name when I clearly said thrice we have only one B wing.

                            Is this the courier service or the delaivery ppl handled in snapdeal.

                                I was ordered fastrack watch from snapdeal. After recieved i was check it is fake product so return it after 2 days the status is pick up cancell. The pick up boy not comming. And also message from snapdeal reschedule pick up. But there are no such option on website and mobile app. After thet i was call customer care but there are also not resolving my problem.

                                  I orderered a hard 2 tb disk seagate back plus hardisk from snap deal sub order id [protected] from my account registered with number [protected], it was delivered to me on 17 oct 19 with return period 7 days upto 24 oct 19. I did not receive the product with hard disk case which was free with it. For which they offered refund of 400 to which i agreed but later on after checking, the hard disk also found to be defective. I again raised a complained for returing the faulty product as return period is not over.. But to my surprise they insist me to visit a service centre... As per their policy if within the return period product is faulty and unused, i am supposed to get the replacement.in this case even if i go to the service centre and they would repair it, why i should get a refurbished product? Once i have paid for the new one... So many times i have complained to their customer care.. To ms chandni, mr chirag (Excutive supervisor), mr. Rajeev (Senior executive). The last one assured me that one of his senior will call me within 2 hours but no one called... Poor response

                                    I choose some electronics items from your site. And thanks to you for shipped the items to my address. But game start from here. I got messages from you and ready to receive the items but my waiting becomes unsuccessful.
                                    And when i also contact with the currier services they also not response me.
                                    I bought /ordered the items need based. So when this happens i feel bad. I think it is also problematic for snapdeal also because of shipment charges.

And in after noon i got a call from the person rakesh kumar to send me the money is it true or fake please take necessary action these types of fake peoples coz they hv cheated many peoples. He also provide me his id and adhar card..

                                        I have got a letter which was posted on my address yesterday it was having my number and in that pocket there was a foam to be filled for a price and a scratch card in it, and i got 1 price that is car of maruti and they are asking about bank details and adhar card details and to pay 1.5%of the amount that is 9000. So i want to know is this fraud and if it is please take care about how did they got my address and number and other details...
