    I have brought a shoe from snapdeal.com on cash on delivery, and later when i got delivery i checked the product before making payment and i saw that product quality was not good so i wanted to return it. but the delivery boy said that i have to pay cash first later the return can be made and i will get refund of my money in bank. so i paid the amount and when i called for return of product the company executive said that i have to courier the item in their address upon which courier charges will be refunded. so i returned the item by courier and occurred 350 rupees as courier charges taken by first flight couriers pvt ltd. since more than a year has been lapsed i dint get the refund amount of courier charges though i got refund of item returned. despite of several talks with the compnay executives they till now dint refund my money. so i want your goodself to take appropriate action against the company.

      I bought mobile from snap deal order no..[protected] it's got problem I asked customer care they said send back I sent it.They told me refund will credit in account within 4working days.Few days later they say we credited amount, But i did not get money. They asked share bank statement i shared it. Till now I didn't get whene ever I call the customer Care they say only single word it will take 4 working days. Really hell with snap deal to get money back.Even I did get SMS or mail.Very irresponsible. Really bad experience with snap deal. Lot of time wast, they are behaving very dourly.

        Hi Team, I have placed an order [protected] for Micromax Tabby on Dec23 and I have received the tablet on Dec26, However we didnt receive the bumper case which is part of my order, I have raised a complaint 16314451 regarding the missing bumper case on d same days of delivery, We havent received an realistic solution from snapdeal so far, I am open for following options 1. Send us the missing bumper case 2. The cost of similar Kids bumper case is 899 and cost or leather case is 349, Send us anyof these case. Kindly do the needfull at the earliest.

          Dear Concern, I had purchased one LED tv from snapdeal against order no [protected]. At the time of ordering they offered 10% cashback on SBI cards and it will be credited on or before 28.12.2015 to the same account. I had purchased through SBI card and expected the cash back but still not received the same. I have talked so many times to there customer care and emailed them but not getting any answer from them.             I am a very regular customer of Snapdeal.com and on tuesday 29/12/2015, i had ordered for a set of Prestige ceramic coated non-stick cookware. (order no. [protected]). i received the product just now after paying the amount of Rs. 1932 through courier service Ecom Express. i was shocked to discover that the lid of the kadai that i had ordered was completely broken into pieces. i immediately contacted the courier person (phn no.[protected] and he denied any knowledge about the damage. i want a replacement of my product as soon as possible.

                    I ordered an APC 850va UPS on SNAPDEAL (order id : [protected]) for Rs.4999. But, I received a FAKE UPS from them on[protected]. I immediately informed their customer care. A lady spoke to me. First, she refused to recall this fake product. Then, she told me to return it by myself, at my own cost. It would cost more than 2000 rupees. Further, she said that the refund of the product cost (Rs. 4999) and courier cost (Rs.2000) is not guaranteed. She kept repeating that point, as if, she is planning to decline refund. This is outright cheating by Snapdeal. Guys, Avoid Snapdeal at all costs. I'm going to lodge an FIR with the police on the grounds of cheating and Criminal Breach of Trust. I also made a negative review of that product on snapdeal to alert new customers. But, it was removed by Snapdeal. Guys, never go by the reviews of an e-commerce website. Snapdeal has refined the fine art of cheating customers.

                        It is really unacceptable service on your side.I ordered Mi4i From your site at a discounted price of 9, 999/- I also got a message to confirm that the order has indeed been placed and i would get my order under 4-5 days. Now, this is the responsibility of your organisation to complete the processing of order after you have confirmed that it was available. Today, I got a message saying that and i quote "seller was unable to provide your item" and now the item has been out of stock. I didn't expected this type of service from your site as i have been previously ordering from your sit item worth over 20, 000/- Now as acting as a responsible medium in the delivery process, Please make arrangements so that i get my product on time or i would be forced to buy products from other sites which i am sure that you also don't want to happen.                           I ordered a samsung galaxy tab A worth 18k from the 'MOST TRUSTED' online shopping website "SNAPDEAL.COM" What i really got is cheap bloody yellowish tablet(original) with fake accessories in the box. Fake data cable(so cheap that they don't even look like the original) and fake adapter..i even got them checked at a samsung service centre. This is Snapdeal dil ki deal n blah blah..! They ruined my sisters birthday gift. Moreover i even mailed them what i got back is 'unable to proceed your request. Wow Snapdeal.com seriously wow..!! Moreover, even a replacement will cost me ₹1500.(tempered glass which I installed on this tablet)

                            I purchase a mobile LG Tribute (order Id:[protected]) from Snapdeal in 7th dec 2015. But snapdeal delivered a faulty mobile with wrong IMEI number. When i go LG service center for repair mobile, It says we can not repair mobile without IMEI number. Than i call(13th december 2015) to snapdeal customer support for refund But support says that you will received invoice with IMEI number. And than i call regularly customer support but none of listen my complain. what i do now, please help me.

                              Purchased an aquaguard classic product, order number : [protected]. I have been unable to get it install the machine either through snapdeal or through Eureka Forbes. Have called Eureka Forbes support line as given by Snapdeal atleast 30 times. Everytime I have promised that the issue will be resolved quickly. Date of product delivery is 08 Dec, 2015.

                                I ordered an APC 850VA home Ups at http://m.snapdeal.com/product/apc-apc850va-inverters/[protected] from Snapdeal for Rs. 4999. It was delivered to me on[protected]. When I opened the package, I found that it was a fake UPS imitating APC 850VA UPS. I knew this because, I own two genuine APC 850VA Home UPS - Same model as I ordered. The quality of this fake UPS was very poor - sub standard. I immediately lodged a complaint with Snapdeal. But, their Customer care refused to acknowledge my request, saying that they don't recall fake products. I explained them the situation, but they didn't comply. Therefore, I'm escalating the issue in this portal, so Snapdeal BUYERS BEWARE. I have also informed APC India about this fake product. They confirmed that this product is fake. I'm planning to make a case against Snapdeal in Consumer Court. Because, they didn't oblige their 7-day Trust Pay money back guarantee. I have attached the images of fake and original APC 850VA home ups with this message.

                                  I had placed order on 11th Dec 2015 snapdeal for Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed. On 30th December 2015 the package which I had received had a defective. So I asked for return to snapdeal on next day morning (31/12/2015).They offered compensation me for Rs. 2000/- within 4 business days on 01/01/2016 for repair Sofa Cum Bed . I am ready to repair that but this sofa. Installation is required for this. I request snapdeal please send Installation manual for Installation Sofa Cum Bed.

This was not very big issue; it was very simple for Snapdeal.com Team, It should have been resolved within a day. But the policy and approach of a snapdeal.com Team, which is being followed by them lingering-on redresses system process? It was a creating problem .Since long I did not receive any positive response. Whereas I had received many fake calls, fake mails, fake assurance & also fake resolution.There is no any relation, no any coordination each other’s in snapdeal.com Teams It was also most important issue in snapdeal.com.I have so many example, Just see everything happen on same day, within three honour. 1) Snapdeal.com Customer Care Dear jhuma deogharia, Our team is still working on your issue and will update you soon.(assurance) 2) [email protected] wrote Dear jhuma deogharia, Subject: Your request against Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed is closed as we do not have complete details.                                       On date 4 dec.2015 I was complaint regarding 10% cash back & generate reference no. 14777443, 14777677. 16 dec. 2015 telephonic conversation snap deal said to me my cash back request already given to bank and its will credit in account 3 or 4 days. But no result
