Complaint Posted at Consumer Complaint. in site on 1st January, 2016. About the posted complaint has been notified to Snapdeal.com customer support on 4th January 2016 by Consumer Complaint. in Team.Now I have got installation manual. This was not very big issue; it was very simple for Snapdeal.com Team, It should have been resolved within a day. But the policy and approach of a snapdeal.com Team, which is being followed by them lingering-on redresses system process? It was a creating problem .Since long I did not receive any positive response. Whereas I had received many fake calls, fake mails, fake assurance & also fake resolution.There is no any relation, no any coordination each other’s in snapdeal.com Teams It was also most important issue in snapdeal.com.I have so many example, Just see everything happen on same day, within three honour.

3) Two Phone calls had been come on my mobile from snapdeal social media team from phone no +911166796500 at 1.12pm &1.18pm (assurance & problem slaved)
At this stage I was unwilling to talk to anyone from snapdeal social media team yesterday at 1.12pm &1.18pm for a person who knows how to talk to a human being atheist .They apologize for the inconvenience. I think, This was first member of snapdeal team, Who care about my grievance, and my complaint has been lessened by heart & I had been given a phone no, the owner of manufacturer of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed .I had contracted with him, my problem had been also resolved.This is called cooperation, This is called assurance, This is called resolution, This is called escalation, This is called performance. Everything had been done within 10hours.Whereas several times I was requesting to Snapdeal.com, Please to exercise a little patience my problem and lessen through by heart. I want to have a good relationship with you, And you need to tell me positive things, because I need your help please stand for me . This is not problem salving way by apologies also saying this incident as an exception & assurance continue improving your services. Thank you very much Consumer Complaint. In Team without you it could not be possible . Every customer needs this type of services/cooperation.
