I bought lava pixel v1 white mobile from Snapdeal.In that time that had a offer of 15% cashback if I use my SBI debit card.So I bought that one but I can't get my cashback. Please help me as soon as possible....

My redmi 2 8gb version has been broken and is not working so i given to the service centre inj thanjaavoor for service, but they r asking imei number, each and every mobile number has imei number at the back of mobile when we open the battery, but they saying that this imei number does not matching with the original imei number of snapdeal which is from the snapdeal, so for fast service they need imei number so i am confused with this problem...
