I had placed order on 11th Dec 2015 snapdeal for Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed. On 30th December 2015 the package which I had received had a defective. So I asked for return to snapdeal on next day morning (31/12/2015).They offered compensation me for Rs. 2000/- within 4 business days on 01/01/2016 for repair Sofa Cum Bed . I am ready to repair that but this sofa. Installation is required for this. I request snapdeal please send Installation manual for Installation Sofa Cum Bed.

Complaint Posted at Consumer Complaint. in site on 1st January, 2016. About the posted complaint has been notified to Snapdeal.com customer support on 4th January 2016 by Consumer Complaint. in Team.Now I have got installation manual. This was not very big issue; it was very simple for Snapdeal.com Team, It should have been resolved within a day. But the policy and approach of a snapdeal.com Team, which is being followed by them lingering-on redresses system process? It was a creating problem .Since long I did not receive any positive response. Whereas I had received many fake calls, fake mails, fake assurance & also fake resolution.There is no any relation, no any coordination each other’s in snapdeal.com Teams It was also most important issue in snapdeal.com.I have so many example, Just see everything happen on same day, within three honour. 1) Snapdeal.com Customer Care Dear jhuma deogharia, Our team is still working on your issue and will update you soon.(assurance) 2) [email protected] wrote Dear jhuma deogharia, Subject: Your request against Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed is closed as we do not have complete details. ( assurance closed) 3) Two Phone calls had been come on my mobile from snapdeal social media team from phone no +911166796500 at 1.12pm &1.18pm (assurance & problem slaved) At this stage I was unwilling to talk to anyone from snapdeal social media team yesterday at 1.12pm &1.18pm for a person who knows how to talk to a human being atheist .They apologize for the inconvenience. I think, This was first member of snapdeal team, Who care about my grievance, and my complaint has been lessened by heart & I had been given a phone no, the owner of manufacturer of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed .I had contracted with him, my problem had been also resolved.This is called cooperation, This is called assurance, This is called resolution, This is called escalation, This is called performance. Everything had been done within 10hours.Whereas several times I was requesting to Snapdeal.com, Please to exercise a little patience my problem and lessen through by heart. I want to have a good relationship with you, And you need to tell me positive things, because I need your help please stand for me . This is not problem salving way by apologies also saying this incident as an exception & assurance continue improving your services. Thank you very much Consumer Complaint. In Team without you it could not be possible . Every customer needs this type of services/cooperation.

            I have placed a prepaid order for mobile phone with snap-deal, as i didn't received order on promised date i have reached out to customer care and complained about the same. On that call also executive told me that product is about to be shipped and will get it in another one day. But later one week they had cancelled the order themselves without intimation, credited amount to their wallet and when i reached out they confirmed that was the process n they couldn't do anything for that. That was rude behavior and never expected from leading brands. When they are working with technology and something goes wrong they couldn't simply say that was a technical glitch to handle the situation.               I have purchased a f&d 2.1 speaker from snap deal 11 Dec, 2015 and it got delivered on 18 Dec, 2015-The product was damaged condition so i have placed the request on 20th of dec for replacement but they sent the pick up team on 22nd and 01:04 PM, 25 Dec, 2015 new order taken. Today it is 31st the replacement item hasn't arrived to me when i checked with the fedex team they are claiming the product is at bangalore and will take 6 more days to deliver me. It will take maximum 8 hours from bangalore to my city even if i travel in government bus.I don't understand why they are cheating the customers like this.                   The package which I had received had a defective AC air pump . So I asked for a replacement to snapdeal . They offered me Rs. 500 instead to buy a new Air pump. Due to the lack of air pump I was not able to inflate the sofa . Yesterday I brought the air pump and I saw that the sofa was different from the one which i have ordered. Not only that I did not received the duffle bag too as mentioned in the specification. I asked for a query and I got a call from consumer executive today . He was very rude and did not gave his ears to what I was saying . Its not our fault that Snapdeal had sent us a different product. All I wanted was a replacement of that product .

                          I had ordered Rico Sordi watches in Snapdeal and received a defective piece. So I asked them for a replacement. GoJavas courier collected and they informed Snapdeal that customer refused to give the item to them. To date I have not received refund of my amount nor the product.                                 i have told snapdeal to replace and send me the lather jacket, but snapdeal return me my money and says that product is out off stock but same product is available at snapdeal website with anoher merchent. sir, i purches this product at very low price from snapdeal and snapdeal send me the wind cheater insted of sending the lather jacket. sir plz help me why snapdeal making fool to customer. plz help as soon as posible.

                                  Snapdeal is cheater and sell the forged products. I think, it manufactures its own products under the brand names and sell on its website, which is illegal. Recently I have purchased one of the Geysers of the brand company with 5 star rating from snapdeal and they have delivered 3 star product. Initially, I have requested for replacement under the impression that they might have sent me the wrong product, but second time also they have delivered the 3 star product. Which means either they are misleading the customers by putting wrong information or they are deliberately harassing customers by sending wrong products. Just for the clarity, I have called the customer care of the geyser brand and they have confirmed that they don't have any 3 star product and further they have confirmed that we do not give warranty for the products purchased from Sanpdeal. To my surprise, I asked the reasons and they informed, you can purchase the products from any other online service provider or vendor whose responsibility, we will take and you will get our warranty. It clarifies that there is something wrong with the snapdeal products, because of which brand is not ready to give the warranty for the product. Further, the snapdeal customer care sleeps over your compaints and does not respond to your complaints. I am following with the snapdeal since last 15 days, but got no firm response. I am shocked because of this behavior and therefore will be filing case in the consumer court. Such company's should be banned as its affecting to the society and snapdeal is making money out of our hard money.

                                  How much time dear? Since you are unnecessarily delaying the process, you should be penalized for the same. Please note, now the amount will be doubled that was mentioned in my email communication to you.

                                  You have cheated me and additionally delaying the resolution. Whats a worst service provider you are?
                                  Oh, so you have escalated it 4th time and your team is still sleeping?

                                  I think, you will just escalate the matter and will not provide the solution, correct? Better, wasting time in escalation, take apt action and compensate me with appropriate money for the cheating, misrepresentation, breaching the trust, mental harassment and so many unresolved escalations. I think Rs. 500, 000/- would be sufficient amount. I know it is very less amount considering the above, but I will accept that customer satisfaction gesture, rather proceeding with legal action where your company may be banned for doing illegal activities.

                                  i orderd one shirt from snapdeal with order id [protected] but quality was too bad so request for return but its more than 30 days still my refund not initiate and they say we dont have pick up facility

                                  the product i received from snapdeal was damaged, so i sand it back for the replacement but now its more then 10 days and they are not giving me the replacement of the product and i done the payment already
                                  This Snapdeal is of no use, even you write to them at teh specified email, they do not resolve it. Boycott Snapdeal and ensure no tranzaction with snapdeal henceforth. In my case the complaint is still pending since last 7 months. They have cheated me by sending wrong product 2 times. Shame on Snapdeal.
