I purchased Xiaomi Redmi 2 prime on 12 Aug, 2015(Order ID: [protected] ) by snapdeal under offer of 10% cash back on ICICI bank net-banking payment. According to that offer cash bank amount will be directly credited/ bank account on or before 12/­10­/15. But I did not receive any amount from snapdeal and after repeated e-mails and phone calls to customer care they replied that I am not eligible for cashback.

          I have received today about half an hour ago in place of an HP laptop a box filled with papers only. They have fooled me. They had done fraud to me. Pathetic service. I have filed complaints everywhere and contacted the dealer also he said snapdeal will see about this. No one is doing anything. What is this I have paid the courier boy Rs. 28300 It is a very huge amount for middle class people like us. I want my original HP laptop. Please help me. You are our only hope.

            I placed an order on for a Morphy Richards 13Fin OFR13F Oil Filled Radiator on SnapDeal.com on Dec 13th, 2015. Order number: [protected]. I paid for this order using HDFC NetBanking services. The estimated delivery date that was given to me was between Dec 15-18th, 2015. Rest assured SnapDeal never bothered to deliver this product. I subsequently initiated a refund request on 19th and 20th December, I am yet to hear back their pathetic customer service team on my refund status. Please help me resolve this matter with them, in my honest opinion companies like this should be held accountable instead of providing customers with misleading or lack of information. Best, Deepak
            Still no update from SnapDeal on this. First they decided very conveniently to cancel my order. Then they take their own sweet time to process the cancellation (~4 days) without any customer notification about the status. Now my refund for the above stated amount is still stuck with them. Absolutely pathetic service.

              I was cheated yesterday by a fraudster assuming herself as a person from SBI, took all my card details including OTP, swiped it to purchase something from snapdeal at 11:47 am.Immediately following that I could realise the issue(the messsges sent were suspecious) and reported to my bank and blocked the card. I reached to snapdeal customer care and reported the issue.(complaint no[protected], they came back saying the back trxn is not matching. I reached out to PayU who gave me the trxn that is passed to snapdeal, using that I wrote again to customer care (ref. No[protected] and they have responded saying they woulnt be able to track the purchase and hence stop delivery of it . They need bank statement and FIR copy to take any action further. Ufortunately I am at travel on a wedding and cant produce the fir till this sunday. However I have written to cyber crime cell of kerala and also can obtain a statement from bank. I am only asking snapdeal to stop the delivery so that fraudster cannot get away with it. I am willing to provide any credential they want to verify for authenticity of my claim. Very disappointed that they are not willing to help, and in a way allowing the fraudster to get away. They can still stop the delivery and requesting help.

              I escalated the issue to highest level of snap deal and hoped to get some positive response ! but today morning i get a call saying the product has been delivered ! It shows how snapdeal supports the frauds to take place! all they need is money and dont care how they get it !

                I have orderd Yardley Gold deo. Order id: [protected]. I was having the snapdeal coupon of rs 200, from that coupon i have orderd this product. Snapdeal acceted the Coupon code, i have ordered that product, then next day the product was automatically cancelled. and when i called the coustmer care they told me that yo will recieve the refund for that coupon code or snapdeal cash in next 48 hours. And since last 10 days i have not recieved the refund.
                Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                On 14-Dec-2015 i ordered a Casio edifice Ef 550-d from snapdeal. But they send me an another model( Order ID:[protected], seller name : sajim online). The product is used and fake. So I returned the product to snapdeal for replacement. After the replacement request, I called customer care and send email to the customer care many times. And I told to the customer care "please don't send me the fake product again and verify the product before sending me (Complaint Reference number :[protected].

                Today (23-Dec-2015) I got the New product from snapdeal (seller name : Gupta enterprises Jaipur, Sub order Id : [protected]) . This time also snapdeal cheated me. snapdeal send me a fake product. I have been cheated by snapdeal for 2 times. I check the watch and confirm that it's 100% fake (1.No hologram in back cover, 2.Building quality is low, 3. Fading of Casio letter inside watch dial, 4. No proper warranty card issued. (Find the attachments)).I paid 9500rs for this watch. I want to know why you people send me fake product again and again. If I want a fake Casio edifice watch, I can buy it from any other cheap sites at very cheap price (less than 3000rs). I thought snapdeal is a genuine site. That's why I purchased from snapdeal. I am losing my trust in snapdeal.

                This is my final attempt to replace the product. Today I talked to the snapdeal customer care (ref no :[protected] in that conversation, he promised me the verification call in 48 hours and replacement in 72 hours. He also promised me delivering the100% original product by snapdeal.

                I already send this complaint to [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. now I waiting to see how snapdeal resolve my problem.

                On 22/11/2016 i ordered Letv le 2 in snapdeal through my debit card . I got it on 28/11/2016. When i opened the pack i got Letv box but inside i got lenevo phone used. I got stunned and i tried to contact snapdeal customer care but direct contact is not available or no live chat is there. Please take and refund my money back otherwise i will take any strict action .

                        It has been a month that the defective product is being taken from my mother, Mrs. Swati Chanda but the money hasn't been refunded into her account. It was delivered to me on 3rd Nov, 2015. It took them 3 and half weeks to take the broken product from me but the money hasn't still been refunded. I have been calling them, mailing at the mail ID given to me by Snapdeal in my previous complaint. But nothing is being done. Kindly help me!

I had received wrong Product Lyra's Ironing Board instead of Ordered Product on 20th Dec. I paid Rs 11, 050/- to Courier service. I immediately lodged compliant to Snapdeal (Ref No[protected].                           How many years Snapdeal want to work on my issue? I had already called more than 15 times (Cost Rs 245) & mailed (Cost Rs 210- Cyber cafe & Photographer).

                          It is shame on Snapdeal team, as your customer executive also using very bad words. I am doing only this mail & followup with Snapdeal since 20th Dec. My working hours hampered.

                          I am suggesting everyone not to deal with Snapdeal as Bad services & Bad words receiving from you.

                          Flipkart & Amazon experience was 100% better than Snapdeal.

Dear Snapdeal.com Since one month everyday I am trying to convey my complaints to you but no one has taken it seriously. Initially 10 days you have ignored my complaints, When I put this on social media then you started calling & ensuring we all working on it. This you are saying since last 20 days with no solution. You suggest me to get DOA letter from Lenovo but for your kind information lenovo does not issue DOA letter after 7 days. Where should I go? Snapdeal.com is denying to call this product back. Lenovo is also not entertaining. I am spending so much of my time in writing complaints. You did not guide me in proper way since first day. And now its about 1 month i cant get my refund amount yet. Your customer executives making fools. And i willl call them atleast 5o times and 4. 5 times i send my bank statment.                                   Dear Sir I placed an order for Fossil ES3003 women's watch on your website on 5th of December (order no. [protected]). The product was delivered on 11th of December to my brother as I was out of station. He did not open the package. I returned yesterday and opened the package and was shocked to find that a wrong product has been delivered to me. The item delivered is Fossil ES2859 women's watch which is not the product I ordered. I raised a complaint on your website regarding this yesterday as the 7days return policy had lapsed. I received a call today from your customer care executive today who talked to me in an unacceptable tone and denied any responsibility on Snapdeal's part as I could not raise a replacement request within 7 days. Sir I ordered a right product and received a wrong one. This kind of service and attitude is not expected from a reputed company like yours. The product is unused and untouched. I have shown a lot of trust in you by ordering an expensive product from an online website. Now it is in your hand to keep my trust intact. I do not expect a return. I only demand a replacement so that I get the product I ordered. Please look into the matter and help me. Your help would be highly appreciated. Expecting a positive support from your end.                                     I purchased a product hindware chimney in a sbi 10% cashback offer and i paid amount rs. 5198 on 22 aug. According to the terms and conditions cashback must be credited to my A/c by 22 oct. But it has not been credited till now. I m calling snapdeal from 1.5 months nd i have spent almost 300rs. In calling to them but still they are not providing me my cashback amount.

                                      Hi, I ordered a Black Berry passport 32 GB Black (order no: [protected]) from Snapdeal in Date.14/12/2015 and return date.17/12/2015 Return reason because this items was damage delivery me . After returning the item through their courier pickup it has been now one week, but money not refunded. I was calling the snapdeal call center, talking to the representatives, manager in Chennai (many times) with Customer Support Case id # 15656769. The issue what they explained is the receipt of item is not confirmed by their Chennai warehouse office. So, I even sent them the tracked courier receipt for confirmation bill me also available Or courier receipt me also available me attach this mail Or snapdeal wale mere sath fraud kr rahe h or jb call krte h wo bolte h 24 hour me solution ho jayega apka but koi problems solve ni hota h I request u sir please solve my problems Thank u sir
