I had ordered Bantia Queen Bed Set with 2 Door Wardrobe bearing order no. [protected] on 28.10.2015 and Queen Size Hydraulic Storage Bed with Free Foam Mattress bearing order no. [protected] on 31.10.2015. No installation support was provided and even made to wait for more than 2 weeks and on Diwali the product was lying packed in my house, which hurted me a lot. As agreed Rs 1000/- an Rs 1200/- was provided for installation of Bantia and Hydraulic bed. But upon installation of Bantia Qeen Bed set, it was found that the whole hardware set of wardrobe was missing and due to this the wardrobe could not be installed. When I lodged my complaint for the same, it was assured to me the same will be sourced from the Dealer and will be provided to me. But nothing happened even waiting for days and my request for cancellation of the order was also rejected. At last they agreed to compensate me the same on purchasing the wardrobe hardware from the market and the bill will be reimbursed by the Snapdeal. On 26.11.2015, I attached the bill of Rs 1000/- which was charged by the authorised carpenter of the dealer who called me and provided the hardware and installation after taking Rs1000/- from me. But till date only false assurances are being made by quoting fake bank reference no of the refund amount. I need now Rs 2000/- as refund or want to cancel the whole order but before receving the full payment as I have waited for too long and have nil trust on Snapdeal of making my payment.

    Snapdeal put unnecessary penalty on sold products and hold back your payments unnecessarily, our 200 products worth Rs 500000/- five lakh rupees is hold with them, for last 3 months, we are following up with them but no responce from rude seller help. Snapdeal is a real cheater website.

      Hi, I ordered a water closet (order no: [protected]) from Snapdeal in September 2015 and returned after a week because the items was damaged in the delivery time. After returning the item through their courier pickup it has been now three months, but money not refunded. I was calling the snapdeal call center, talking to the representatives, manager in Chennai (many times) with Customer Support Case # 07218459. The issue what they explained is the receipt of item is not confirmed by their Chennai warehouse office. So, I even sent them the tracked courier receipt for confirmation (as attached here), two months ago. Still they have not initiated refund process. I sent so many emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com, there is no response. So, don't tell me to write again to some other email ID. Instead call me [protected].

      Hi Snapdeal,
      Finally got a call from Snapdeal today and told wrong information. Then he said he will raise the issue to head and it will take more time. This has been already more than three months and now he is saying it will take further time.

      The issue is not resolved yet. Can you elaborate the status of the refund process here in the forum?

      Still the issue is same, the Snapdeal customer care is so irresponsible... They try to call me around 5:30 pm, i answered the call, but they ended immediately. After that they send email that my mobile is not reachable. Strange?????

      Are they working to strengthen the company profile or they will demolish the Snapdeal company soon. Unreliable persons sitting on call center to deal all such issues...

My complaint is not resolved yet, My complaint is about return the defective product which cost around 53065 Rs. and not about warranty issues.                   Order ID: [protected] (2 Items) DETAILS Placed on 12 Dec, 2015 Item 1 Ecorp HBS730 In-the-ear Bluetooth Headset - Black I had ordered and paid it via my credit card. I found that the order was incomplete and asked for a refund. They sent me a replacement. I found the item was again not the one I ordered and asked them a refund. On 17th Dec 2015 they issued me a Ticket Id: 15714819 for my refund and have not yet contacted me. Yesterday I called up their Customer Service number and was kept on hold for 16 minutes and then I disconnected. All they say is that the refund process will take 28 hours and someone from Snapdeal will get in touch with me within that period. No one has contacted me nor have I received my refund until today.

                    I have placed a order for American Swan Brown Casuals Chinos on 12 Oct, 2015 Order ID: [protected]. due to some issue with size i have return this raise a complain (Ticket Id:[protected]. snapdeal arrange a reverce pickup with his courier partner nuvo ex. the courier partner came to me and take this order on 14 oct. till now snapdeal didnot return my money in my bank acount. i have cal snapdeal many time regarding for this problem. all the time they say me this order is not reach to our ware house when this order will reach to me i will refund your money in your given acount. sir reverse pickup is done from ghaziabad and snapdeal ware house is in delhi. more than 3 month pased till now they didnot refund my money, for this i have raise a several complain no 15910727, 09242343. all the time they say me that i have arrange a call back from my backend team they will call you and cordinate on the same but no any cal came to me from last 2 month all the time i call to snapdeal and waste my money. in this i spend 715 rs on purching this product and by calling i lost Rs 250. now snapdeal says me that snapdeal didnot arrange a reverse pickup you have to send mannually, but sir i have a msg and mail in which they mention that our courier partner nuvo ex will take the reverse pickup. when i say your courier partner take this order they ask me for courier recipt, unfortunately i lost my courier recipt, we all knw that it is not a atm card that we care all the time. at that time they didnot ask for this, at that time they say your order is recived by our courier onece the order will recived to our ware house we will initiate your money. now they ask me for courier recipt but i unable to send the courier recipet. plz sir do somethings and say him to return me my money. snapdeal arrange a reverse pickup by nuvoex. and now he is saying that i haven't recived your return order. plz sir say snapdeal to reurn my money. plz help me sir.

                            Hi Team, I Purchased Mobile phone on Snapdeal.com which is not working properly and in informed snapdeal that i don't what this product anymore and placed a refund request for the same. According to their policy if a customer don't want the product they just take it back and refund the money withen 7 days its just that simple and i did they same. Now they are asking me to get a job sheet from YU (Mobile phone co.) but when tried YU's customer care no.[protected] it is always busy so i am not at fault then also snapdeal is not ready to listen anything from customer.                                 Hi, I had placed an order for an HP pavillion laptop ob 18th December and recieved it today barely half and hour ago. The order no. is [protected] and it was delivered by Ecom Express tracking id[protected]. Instead of a laptop all I recieved in the box was STONES. I am really disappointed at this point with Snap Deal. This is not what a customer expects. I have already done the full payment as well. I have raised a complaint via customer service of Snap Deal as well as the Courier service. I would preferably want a full refund.

                                There is so much about snapdeal. I bought a Titan watch from Snapdeal and got a local roadside Chianies watch instead. The seller is Shivam Time, Kirti Nagar. I rang them also and they asked to me get it replaced. I called snapdeal customer care and they reassured me that either I will get my money back or a replacement.

                                  Hi, There is difference in MRP shown on websites Snapdeal.com which is 60000Rs. and on actual product it is 57290 Rs. Actually snapdeal.com is not giving off at all. They are showing more than MRP price on websites and giving few % off on that to attract customer. I am a victim of this. I have attached image of proof with this complaint. When I asked Snapdeal.com regarding this they said MRP varies daily. How ? How ? Branded product MRP vary daily? Please take this issue as serious issue!!

Dear all, I am sorry, I am troubling you people very much, but I do not know what to do ? please suggest me in this. Here is reply and solution from snapdeal.com and reply from Lenovo. Snapdeal.com forcing me to call Lenovo customer care, but Lenovo customer has been replied, they are not going to issue DOA letter because its more than 7 days. Snapdeal.com is trying to avoid my problems. I would like to mention here, I have purchased this laptop from Snapdeal.com not from Lenovo. So snapdeal.com must solve this issue. I am already frustrated and these snapdeal.com is not helping me out. They are trying run from this issue. They are clearly saying we can not take laptop back. I told them I am spending so much of time in writing complaints and its mental harassment for me but they are very rude and least bother. I request you to take this issue seriously. Below is reply from Lenovo in which they are saying they are not going to issue DOA letter because its more than 7 days.
