Dear all,
I am sorry, I am troubling you people very much, but I do not know what to do ? please suggest me in this. Here is reply and solution from snapdeal.com and reply from Lenovo.
Snapdeal.com forcing me to call Lenovo customer care, but Lenovo customer has been replied, they are not going to issue DOA letter because its more than 7 days.
Snapdeal.com is trying to avoid my problems. I would like to mention here, I have purchased this laptop from Snapdeal.com not from Lenovo. So snapdeal.com
must solve this issue. I am already frustrated and these snapdeal.com is not helping me out. They are trying run from this issue. They are clearly saying we can not take laptop back.
I told them I am spending so much of time in writing complaints and its mental harassment for me but they are very rude and least bother.
I request you to take this issue seriously.
