Hello, this is regarding snapdeal order no – [protected] (Product Ambrane P- 1000) I purchased this product on 20th of November and I obtained for return & refund within 7 days because used product delivered to me. But as of now 2 months over. I called more than 10 times but there is no response from Snapdeal. Frequently they are sending an auto generated email stating that I wants to retain that product with me and not ready to return as per updated by courier partner. (But till date I have not receive any communication from courier partner) As per the return policy of snapdeal they should return and refund. So request you please look into this issue.     I purchased Dell USB Optical mouse from snapdeal order id [protected]. After few days back it was stop working. So I contacted with custo mer care and they said its 7 days over you need to contact dell customer care. I contacted with them and they said its duplicate product since there is no serial no back side of the product and they suggested to coordinate with sncapdeal.       Order no - [protected] I ordered for 3 #mufti brand garments for my husband as anniversary gift. And what we received is all used products. More over when I spoke to the customer service person at the help line no. He is not ready to listen to me and is not according that fact that the products what I have received are damaged and used. I'm completely disappointed, and my experience with snapdeal is very bad. #snapdeal sells fake & used products. #snapdeal is a cheat.

The battery pack was unsealed 2. the powerbank is duplicate 3. plastic case carrying powerbank was badly crushed 4. received only one data cable (one data cable and manual is missing) 5. color of product and data cable is different "Trust takes years to build, seconds to break and forever to repair" Order no.               if we consumer would start receiving fake products from such reputed shopping site then, i think we should either stop calling them 'reputed' or we should stop 'shopping' from their website. MUCH DEPRESSED! SHAMELESS ACT!
              Sorry for giving 5 STAR rating . It is not for you snapdeal !!! I thought it is for the consumer's comment.
              70 % the consumer is facing the sample problem in snap deal, this only online cheating company not not line purchase company, as per my knowledge snap-deal should provide the details for the distribute who provide the product and the consumer should send a mail to Samsung company as they are spoiling there name also
              i think samsung should also look onto this matter. By this act snap deal has spoiled its reputation as well as it is ruining samsung's brand name. would think twice before ordering anything on snapdeal.
              i couldnt give negative rating coz there is no option to do so.. so assume me saying these words verbally, "U R A BRAND. AND YOU ARE TREATING CONSUMERS LIKE A CHEAP FOOTPATH SELLER WHO ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE PROFIT BY HURTING CONSUMERS TRUST AT THE END."

                Sir, I purchased a led tv from snapdeal ... There is a offer that is if you would pay through sbi debit card there will be cashback give... I pay through sbi debit card, but snapdeal does not give cashback in my bank account .. I would complaint to snapdeal customer care, they tell amount will be credited in our next 24 hrs but they will not credited . I call to snapdeal 15 times but my problem will not solve ... My cashback amount will not credited by snapdeal due to last 5 months

                        I ordered Prestige Popular 2 Ltr Outer Lid - Aluminium Pressure Cooker for two time. for first time i saw MRP of product on SD site was Rs. 1180/- and 25% of on MRP. so I ordered the product. when I received this product its MRP was Rs. 970/- printed on the product's box by Prestige. for the second time i saw MRP of product on SD site was Rs. 1090/- and 27% of on MRP means Rs. 291/- off. when I received this product its MRP was Rs. 970/- printed on the product's box by Prestige.                               I have bought puma slipper of 9 no. And its not fitting to my feet i have asked for replacement on 1st day itself, they agreed also but no one coming to take product its 1 month passed away still no one coming. I have asked to courier partner he say snapdeal has not given permission to take the product so i m not coming to take..that means snapdeal is cheating with customers and not giving the service as written on site.. dear customer don't buy any product from this site, go with amazon or flipkart they are giving good service. Hope so they replace my product fast..

                                    I have bought a Oplus Xon mobile & its cover from Snapdeal. After 2 months Mobile battery got dead and they have told me that they will refund the money back and they already did few days ago but they said first they will refund the money of mobile phone than they will refund the money of its cover. I have already received the payment of Mobile phone but I haven't received any call from Snapdeal related to mobile cover refund. Kindly solve this problem as earliest.

                                      Since last 3 days i am receiving fake messages and calls from snapdeal that they attempted delivery but i asked them to attempt after 48 hrs. While I did not received any calls regarding the same. I want all my products to be delivered today itself.

                                        Hi I am CH.S.N.REDDY. I was purchased an Infocus M350 4G 16GB mobile in snapdeal on[protected]order id: [protected]) . I got default mobile from snapdeal on[protected]. Than i request snapdeal to returned it and arrange Refund for that rs:7049/- later on[protected] snapdeal team initiated the Refund but due to wrong account number submitted by me i didn't get the Refund. For that when i contacted snapdeal team to provide me the UTR NUMBER to confirm whether it was credited to that wrong account number or not on[protected] they send me the Refund reference number :[protected] &[protected] also i got the same but later i asked for UTR number again they give again on[protected] they gave another number i. e. P[protected]. But later i found that the account number given by me doesnt exsist with our branch as in case of NEFT if the IFSC CODE & ACCOUNT NUMBER doesnt match it will be returned to senders account. So as per this rule the Refund amount was returned to snapdeal account. So they have to initiate the Refund again to correct account but whenever i contacted them they told me they have to get confirmation from their finance team. But they take 45days to get confirmation from finance team that was on[protected]. In meanwhile they request me to Submit correct account details on from[protected] onwards till[protected] and i submitted that account details on[protected] i got mail from snapdeal by confirming that they will initiated the Refund within 24hrs and will be credited in your account within 4 business days. But they didn't give the UTR number also for that later by asking me again and again they give same Refund reference number which was given by them earlier. On[protected] one of their senior manager told that i have to wait for 7 business days to get the resolution. From that day onwards they initiated Refund on[protected],[protected], again on[protected].but in this meanwhile they didn't give the UTR number also. If i asked for UTR number they told me they didn't get it from finance team. But again and again they send the same Refund reference number :"P[protected]". More than 4 times i. e. On 12th october, 18th october, 9th september, 19th september, and even on 9th December also i got Same Refund reference number from them here if they really send NEFT every time eventhough it may returned also they deffnetly get different UTR number for every transaction. But one of their manager told on 3rd December whenever they send NEFT again and again it was returned. In every time snapdeal team is asking to wait for 48hrs, 4 business days, 7business days like that but from last 73days onwards they are postponing the time. Anway i spent more than 15% of Refund amount to followup the snapdeal team but they telling my case was put as highly prioritised case. Even to slove the highly prioritised case they take huge time nearly 90days. Than in case of normal cases can we expect the time taken by snapdeal. By considering all these Please help me to get that amount and charges bear by me.
