    I ordered sony vaio laptop this year on 3 rd February2015 from snapdeal as a birthday gift for my mom now from 2 months i got lots of problem in laptop i ask sony guys to come and check my laptop . And they said there is some display problem in laptop so they took the laptop in there service centre On 8/11/2015 . Now they said from where i buy this laptop they are not authorized dealer and they said there is no warranty . And snap deal customer care people said that there is 1 yr warranty . Please i want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am already very pissed up either i want my laptop in good condition or if its not possible then please return my money .           Hello, this is regarding snapdeal order no – [protected] (Product Ambrane P- 1000) I purchased this product on 20th of November and I obtained for return & refund within 7 days because used product delivered to me. But as of now 2 months over. I called more than 10 times but there is no response from Snapdeal. Frequently they are sending an auto generated email stating that I wants to retain that product with me and not ready to return as per updated by courier partner. (But till date I have not receive any communication from courier partner) As per the return policy of snapdeal they should return and refund. So request you please look into this issue. More over when I spoke to the customer service person at the help line no. He is not ready to listen to me and is not according that fact that the products what I have received are damaged and used. I'm completely disappointed, and my experience with snapdeal is very bad. #snapdeal sells fake & used products. #snapdeal is a cheat.

The battery pack was unsealed 2. the powerbank is duplicate 3. plastic case carrying powerbank was badly crushed 4. received only one data cable (one data cable and manual is missing) 5. color of product and data cable is different "Trust takes years to build, seconds to break and forever to repair" Order no.                       if we consumer would start receiving fake products from such reputed shopping site then, i think we should either stop calling them 'reputed' or we should stop 'shopping' from their website. MUCH DEPRESSED! SHAMELESS ACT!

                      70 % the consumer is facing the sample problem in snap deal, this only online cheating company not not line purchase company, as per my knowledge snap-deal should provide the details for the distribute who provide the product and the consumer should send a mail to Samsung company as they are spoiling there name also
                      i think samsung should also look onto this matter. By this act snap deal has spoiled its reputation as well as it is ruining samsung's brand name. would think twice before ordering anything on snapdeal.

                                I ordered Prestige Popular 2 Ltr Outer Lid - Aluminium Pressure Cooker for two time. for first time i saw MRP of product on SD site was Rs. 1180/- and 25% of on MRP. so I ordered the product. when I received this product its MRP was Rs. 970/- printed on the product's box by Prestige. for the second time i saw MRP of product on SD site was Rs. 1090/- and 27% of on MRP means Rs. 291/- off. when I received this product its MRP was Rs. 970/- printed on the product's box by Prestige.                                       I have bought puma slipper of 9 no. And its not fitting to my feet i have asked for replacement on 1st day itself, they agreed also but no one coming to take product its 1 month passed away still no one coming. I have asked to courier partner he say snapdeal has not given permission to take the product so i m not coming to take..that means snapdeal is cheating with customers and not giving the service as written on site.. dear customer don't buy any product from this site, go with amazon or flipkart they are giving good service. Hope so they replace my product fast..

                                      My problem is still not resolved they are giving me half of the money and not giving full payment they have told to replace the product that i have agreed then they are telling we are sorry for inconvenience we can not replace it... i suggest that don't ever think of buying from snapdeal. worst site go for good reputed site like flipkart or amazon they are best in all way..

                                        I had ordered a speaker from Snapdeal worth around Rs.2300.It was faulty and I sent them back via courier. On 2/11/15.It is going to be nearly 2 months. They have stopped replying to mails not answering calld .The product is also with them and my money is also with them. They used a lot of lies and mislead me. They really don't care.
