I ordered One clothing accessory from snapdeal on 26.10.2015 and returned it the next day but still waiting for my refund everyday i call their customer care even i had 3-4 chats with their supervisor Pawan and i dnt remember their name and once i also spoke with their IT departmnt they all said that they will revert to me in 2 days but nobody replies i am very sad and angry at snapdeal. Everytime they just say we are doiung it but its been 55 days and i still havent got anything. my order id is [protected] and product name is SAI SARA VOL pink stiched material. Their customer crae no. is [protected] please help me out here i am totally frustated from snapdeal.

    Dear sir, I have purchased micromax yu yunique mobile phone from snapdeal.com seller name : Vikalp ventures-BIJ New Delhi 110061. The mobile phone that I have got is not detecting the sim cards when inserted in sim card slots. I have gone to M/s Shri Ganpati computers micromax service center 444601 in amravati maharashtra they are refusing to give service bill on mobile phones purchased online. I want refund of rupees 5999 from snapdeal.com. attaching the jpeg image of Retail Invoice.

      REVERSE PICKUP RECEIVED Sir, i have ordered one UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON BLUE REGULAR FIT SHIRT from snap deal vide order no [protected] on 14 Oct 2015. I had returned the item to the company due to not a regular size. the courier receipt and invoice were sent to them on mail. Again the company asked me to send bank statement to confirm paymet ( what the use f of it I do not know) However company not repeat not refund the cost of the returned shirt of Rs 1000/ & courier charge of Rs 260/- yet. Their site shown that reverse pick up received.

        I have bought this product from snapdeal on 14th of dec2015. Now after their 7days return policy i found the product is faulty. The customer care told me to contact the Sony for warranty. when i contacted them they said the seller from whom i bought this product is not authorized. well I didnt know that Snapdeal will sell an unauthorized product. I am very diappointed with the fear of loosing 11000 Rs.

                Our company parnika scrap traders registered as a seller on snapdeal...First company not make the payment of broken item which was send to snapdeal customer but snapdeal detect payment as a return penalty for this item..after this snapdeal again detect payment for same item but this time detect full payment as a penalty...we have send many mails on customer care of snapdeal but not a single response till yet and we have already make the calls on care but they are also unable to provide the solution...we send first mail on 4 dec 2015 as a complaint but no reply till date...So kindly registered our complaint against snapdeal for payment refund issue & harassment of customer.                     Order ID - [protected] Reference No[protected] I had initiated the return process for the above order on November 19th. First of all i wasn't given a return pickup due to some problem with system and courier which showed my product status as not delivered as told by your team. Then, i was told to send the courier by myself and was assured that once on sharing the receipt and delivery of product i will get my amount back. I did the same on 1st December. On 9th December i got a mail that "we have initiated your refund and it will be credited to you in 4 working days", unfortunately after that there was no refund and nor any contact from snapdeal end. Then on 21st December i called for the status whereby they told that refund has been processed and i was asked to share my bank statement to prove that i did not get the refund yet, which i did immediately. Now today on 28th December i get a call that please share the proof that you received the product as the system shows undelivered. Eventually system problem was the starting point after which i was compelled to send product myself. 1) If i have sent the product and packed invoice with it, shared courier receipt - isn't it a proof that i had received the product? 2) If that was the case why i was told that refund is already given and give bank statement to prove that it is not?

                                      Order ID - [protected] | Ticket ID[protected] | Return Request Placed On - 10th Dec 2015 I placed a return request for Apple iPod 6th Generation as the product I received was damaged (Screen touch not responding properly and few scratches on back panel). I placed a return request on website and I immediately got a call from customer care asking about the damage after the conversation they accepted the return request and informed me that the product will be picked by next day. But no one contacted me for 4-5 day. Then I called customer care and asked them to look in to the matter and they assured me that the product will be picked within 2-3 days and my money is covered under Trustpay Policy and this time also no one came to pick the product. So, I posted my complaint on twitter. I got a call next day morning from an executive (Rahul Gupta - Social Media Department), he said that the product will not be returned due to some internal issues. I told him that why should I keep a damaged product due to there internal issue, He said "you have to keep the product now”. The amount which is they owe me now is not small which I can just leave and let them enjoy. It is Rs 22, 700. This is complete cheating from snapdeal. They are looting people in the name of advertising and Trustpay policy. Why should I keep a damaged product with me? This is ridiculous!
