    This is in respect with the order number #[protected] (5 Seater Sofa Set (3+1+1) in Black) which was delivered on the 28/11/2015. We found that the leg of one of the single seater sofa has been completely broken on delivery and considerable damage on the three seater sofa. I paid a hefty amount to get the sofa carried to the third floor and would not like to return the product and incur carriage charges again. I raised a complaint and snapdeal.com agreed to refund me Rs 2000 as repair amount to be done locally by me. Now that I have done repairs from my pocket, the said refund is yet to realize in my bank account. On questioning they say refund is initiated and has been completed on the 6th December, 2015. Now I get a mail that return request is raised (whereas I didn't raise anything). After incurring carriage and repair expenses, I am at a loss now. Please assist.

      I have purchased a mattress in August on which i was assured 10% cash back if I make payment through ICICI Bank . I did accordingly. In sept. When I asked for cash back, they told me by October end you will be getting the same.. In Nov when I did not receive any, I further contacted them and this time they said by Nov.end. Finally in Dec when again I contacted them on not receiving cash back they said we have escalated your complaintband gave me "14820598" as complaint reference number and assured that within 48hours my issue will be resolved. They followed up themselves and updated me twice that this will be resolved by EOD. But till date neither did I receive any cash back nor any revert. It feels like snapdeal fooled me around . highly disappointed.

        Hi, This is with reference to your email, we have already raised more than 100requests from nov5th till date stating clearly that we have closed our HDFC bank account( purchased thro hdfc debit card) and so we have asked the snapdeal team to refund the amount to ICICI bank account. Please refer the below details that we have sent to snapdeal team on[protected]. The mail is below: Hi, We have placed an order for Voltas AC on 16th October. Please find the details below: Order ID: [protected]. Product : Voltas AC. Ordered on : 16th Oct. Mobile number: [protected]. Amount Paid: 23, 990 INR through debit card. We didnt receive the product till 5th Nov and as we were out of town after 6th nov we have requested for cancellation of this product. As we have closed our account through which the payment was made, we have talked to your executives for transferring the amount to different account. By your executives' advice we had placed an req for changing the account details. But till date we don't have any update about the refund. We are regularly following up with the customer care support team. But there is proper information given by any of them even store managers. Kindly help us in this regard.               Sir, I had booked a dining tabel + chairs at your site on 31.10.15. the same was delivered deffective & hence returned back to u. I fail to understand why I have not recived the replacement for the same till date -- despite of my regular followup at your site / booking a complaint also at your site & at your helpdesk. what is my fault . I request u to ensure that : 1. to get it delivered in max. 2-3 days. 2. I should be compensated for the delays as it is almost 3 months now since booked. 4.               not much. they finally delivered the product which was also not all ok. since i had urgent need for the same i accepted the same. they did not still got the assembled nor had they paid any penal interest for the delays. i think one should desist from buying online from Snapdeal in future.                 I placed a mobile phone order and received it it stated that it is 4000 mah nut it turns out to be less than 3000 mah the box features and the snapdeal advertise also said that it is 4000 mah and it will last 2 days but it does not last 1 day also i charge it full night till it has reached 100 percent but the battery drains out in 16-20 hours and do not also have any battery draining apps i am satisfied with all other features but the battery...

                This is in reference 14052484 against Order number [protected] My name is satyashil and my contact no.is [protected] ​ Snapdeal.com called me and informed that they are going to close my complaint without resolving. They are only talking about warranty ​issues, they are not discussing about return of the product. Even they have not registered any complaint regarding return which I am telling them I have to return this product from the first day. And they are very rude in talking. Its mental harassment for me, because I spend so much money for this defective product. and Now, I will not accept any replacement from snapdeal.com I want refund only. Snapdeal.com has done fraud with me and disturb my life mentally and economically. Please suggest me in this regard. I am spending so much time in this case. Now again they are suggesting me to go to Lenovo service center. They are not arranging any kind of service. I have already visited service center last week but they did not entertain me. I spend my whole on that and daily spending so much of time in writing complaints but these fraud snapdeal.com is not taking any strong action. Please suggest me or guide me in this regard. because product is clearly defective I told them send your technician to examine from first day of delievery. Now I will not visit to any service center and because I already visited once & they have not entertained me because of warranty issues which snapdeal.com did not registered in time and did not inform me about this.                   This is with regard to the order no. [protected] of In-focus M810 4G 16 GB Gold order placed by me on 11 Nov 2015(Date). I have received same on 17 Nov 2015. We would like to bring to your attention that in the subsequent weeks the mobile initially Day by day battery performance is going down and now since last week while speaking on phone automatically get switched of and i have keep it for charging for more than half an hour and this thing started happening frequently and automatically get struck.

                  along with that receiver problem : while speaking sound is quit low not audible for that i have on external speak.speaker order has been cancelled by us.

                  Since from last 4-5 days i was searching for raising complaint same i called snap deal customer care and some friends suggested to above email id. kindly address the same immediately and take necessary action for refund same.

                  overall mobile aesthetically good but not working properly. user interface slow response and while using its not good. i have tried to reach customer care center but its not possible for me to reach since im at above said address.

                    Xolo x8 1000i was delivered by Snapdeal on step 18 th and I used it for two days .on the tied day there was no display.I took the phone to xolo service centre.they said that there is hard wear problem with the phone.tried to send it back but Snapdeal rejected my request because 7 day return period was over.I m helpless now .plz help me thanks

                      I purchased mobile from snap deal in 28 July. 2015, as always. I prefer snap deal amongst other online sales portal, unlike my previous buys this product turned out to be below. Satisfaction, three times my mobile has visited. Its customer care office for major. Repairs such are called, manufacturing defects and latest one was for 1 month. Complete, with customer service counter, and 15 days. Earlier, once and for 7 days, throughout. I have reported late for repair, a months time, sum total out of 4 months purchase I.                           Order id [protected] Hey, After waiting 6 days for my order, I get a mail stating the courier company lost my package and I ll need to wait another 4 Business days for my refund. So instead of sending me an apology and another hard disk you ppl have just increased the time it will take for me to get a new hard drive since I will have to re place the order and wait for 5 more days for ti to be delivered when I get the refund ( IF at all that happens in next 4 business days). In short I am losing 15 days of my time because of an error on ur part.Please find me an alternative solution more suitable for me so I expect a call back from you guys soon regarding this

                            I purchased ‘’Autowheel wheel cover for Maruti Baleno - Set of 4” under Order no. [protected], Suborder no. [protected]. The same was delivered to me on 12th December 2015 under cover of Invoice no. S94963/15-16/51 dated 7th December 2015 by seller Hindustan Enterprises, NW-111, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi 110018. I took the wheel covers to a trye shop where the mechanic attempted to install them on my car. However, as these are over-dimensioned, two of the covers cracked immediately upon insertion. The balance two covers were not attempted. I registered a request no 15429896 for return on the grounds of defect in product design / quality immediately on 12th December 2015. I received a call from snapdeal representative on 13th December 2015, who upon hearing that two of the covers had cracked on installation, refused the return request. I am aggrieved by this response as the reason for the covers cracking on installation in spite of being done by a professional mechanic is that these are over-dimensioned for the application i.e. Maruti Baleno due to faulty design and / or workmanship and / or quality control. I am attaching pictures that substantiate this claim. I once again request Snapdeal to arrange to have the covers collected and refund my payment.

                              I am ram kumar kushwaha my moblie no [protected] i booking mobile microsoft lumina 9.11.15 through snap deal and moblie amount 7827 payment advance through my debit card (bank of baroda ) than due to my personal reason cancelled 15.11.15 .but now till date i am not received my payment .they are every time say contact your bank and our bank says contact snep deal. as per required bank statement already two time summit but they are return my payment.

                                Hi, I have order a geyser on 5/11/15 with oder no:[protected] which i had cancelled on the next day. and reorder it again on 06/11/15 with order no.[protected] with the second order there was a issue with supplier, the supplier had dispatched and again call the product back which was very clearly shown in the blue dart couriers site with way bill provided by snapdeal :[protected]. After checking the status in blue dart web site and informing to snapdeals cus care i have cancelled the second order. The very next second i cancelled my order the status which was showing in transit changed into delivered and pickup requested taked in web site of snap deals which i have again conveyed to cus care with a complain no 12783885. this was done on 12/11/15. On 25/11/15 i have got a mail from the back end support team saying my refund has initiated but the amount did not reflect in my CC. for the issue when ever i call the cus care i get a answer to wait for 48 hrs we will resolve it. But today when i call cus care i have got a answer that snapdeals legal team has resided not to pay any refund my order as they state i have made multiple booking and cancellations. Now this is very unfair, when i tried to ask for explanation the representative said " i am unaware of correct reason but your refund has been stopped" that it. I tried to explain him that i have got refund for my first order but the refund is still pending for second order, he was not understanding it my case. I would like to inform that i got refund for order no:[protected] on 10/11/15. but there was no refund for order no.[protected]. The legal team has misunderstood the payment of Ist oder as second one. Request snapdeal legal team to please check the order no also before blacklisting or stopping refunds. And also request the team to provide my refund as soon as possible. Iam enclosing all the back up data for reference where blue dart couriers data show the product is back to supplier and snapdeal puts mail to me for sending the product back and invoice for undelivered product.                                     I ordered sony vaio laptop this year on 3 rd February2015 from snapdeal as a birthday gift for my mom now from 2 months i got lots of problem in laptop i ask sony guys to come and check my laptop . And they said there is some display problem in laptop so they took the laptop in there service centre On 8/11/2015 . Now they said from where i buy this laptop they are not authorized dealer and they said there is no warranty . And snap deal customer care people said that there is 1 yr warranty . Please i want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am already very pissed up either i want my laptop in good condition or if its not possible then please return my money .
