Dear team, This is in regards to the order which i have mistakenly accepted. I have paid in cash of 870rs for order number [protected] on 16th December. I was expecting my order for room heater. Due to address mismatch courier team delivered that product to my address and i accepted that thinking that its my order. I am chasing from 16th December to get this sorted. I have called multiple times to resolve this, nothing positive happened so far. I have full faith in snapdeal, request you to kindly resolve this on priorty basis.         May I ask What is your "Easy Returns - No Questions Asked Policy -
        Snapdeal.com" says?

        My order is covered under "7 Days - Easy Return Policy"
        I received a faulty product as it's sim tray is not poping out.

        I'm continuously in touch via Mail and Call with Snapdeal customer care.
        This is your bull policy that you people suggests the customer
        to visit service center for repairing a brand new product in place of
        refund/replacement?
        And now making a lots of non sense excuses like technician visit, system error, blah blah...

        You think customer is Dumb? I had invest Rs 10999 for purchasing a crap? Really Snapdeal is the real CROOK.

        Now tell me what is the issue with you people, Shall I have to tell you about your Return/Replacement policy and about your Duty?
        I wants my Money Back, I'm not Requesting, I'm Ordering you to Initiate Refund.
        I know my Rights well. So, don't try to Manipulate me.

          2. It is second time snapdeal cancelled my orderwithout reason. seller name :- Serving Nation-Hyd-Mandal-Voi Is Doing Mischief With Us.

            Hi my name is bubli singh. I cancelled 3 orders of snapdeal on 11/12/15 and on 12/12/15 it was picked up by their courior the order numbers are as follows item 1. Order no [protected] n k faishion green faux georgette unstiched dress marerial. Cost rs 630 item 2. Order no [protected] free spirit combo gray melange sweat shirt & blue polo t shirt (size :xl-44) cost rs 799 item 3. Order no [protected] free spirit combo gray melange sweat shirt & blue polo t shirt (size :xxl-46) cost rs 799 snapdeal credited rs 1429 which seems they refunded for item no 1 and 2.On 12/12/15 on the same date i tried contacting them for 2- 3 times to refund for the 3rd item rs 799 they said they were confused because i orded 2 itemes for the same product. From 12/12/15 i am constantly in touch with them calling them thrice a day but the customer service associates are trying to get rid of the call an giving false promises every day. I had word with gagandeep, shama, siddhesh, hemant, sunil, zafar, priscilla and so on every body promised to resove my issue but no one did till date 19/12/15. I am damn frustrated with these people there is no way they can resolve my issue

                Snapdeal.com - Lenovo laptop z50-70 order id: [protected]


                Hi,


                ​ Snapdeal.com is not giving any kind of solutions they are telling you call to the Lenovo service centre. Regarding your issue. I told them I have purchased from snapdeal.com not directly from Lenovo. Snapdeal.com must find solutions at their end.


                But they are not helping in this at all.


                They are telling customer can only speak to them and all these they are not giving me in writen.


                I got email from Lenovo as below​

                      I have ordered mobile thru snapdeal vide order no. [protected] on 12/10/15, it was delivered on 16/12/15. It was in damaged condition hence i put request to return. On 18th person from fedex, who only delivered the product came for return pick up. I give the product to him and provided me courier receipt which is attached herewith. Now snapdeal want me to talk to fedex as they have not received the product and after inquiring with fedex, they are telling that the said shipment was refused by snapdeal, gurgaon and it is not available with them now. Both are playing me as football. My refund was pending due to that. I am unable to understand what sort of action to be taken against both (snapdeal and or fedex) of them so that i can get my refund.

                        I have received a different Sofa set from snapdeal from which i have placed an order. The size difference is also mentioned by me as per the attached images. The Snapdeal customer support team daily gives me a call and update the same dialogue of escalating the issue to their concerned department. Now the snap deal team has come with a resolution of 1000rs compensation against the hassle caused or if i have not agreed, they will recall the item and refund the money. Now the fault is totally from their side as i have received the product in a lesser size from the actual description given on Snapdeal website. I demanded one separate piece of sofa also to be delivered, so that i can match it with the exact size. If not i will have to make the sofa set from any nearby local sofa makers. It will cost around 8 to 9500 for a single piece of sofa. I need to get the amount from SNAPDEAL, if not they have send the sofa to my address. I will be going ahead with he legal proceedings for sure.

                                Respected I orderd intex combo air chair, hit me n pool worth rs 788 order no. [protected] on 6/12/15. It was supposed to be deliver on 12 dec... But when on 12dec i contact courier service they said dat they havent get any courier from snapdeal... And on courier site also it was shown dat physically pending.. Now i request you to cancel my order and refund my amount... For Which your coustomer executive is saying that we will not refund you till we get our product.. Sir why should i suffer for the product which i havent get yet or you are forcing us to feel that we made a big mistake while shoping with you. Sir please refund our amount...                                   I ordered a laptop on Snapdeal . but I received a used laptop . scratches on the screen, broken charger pin, unstable sim network in android mode . I called snapdeal to replace this product as per their 7 days " no question asked " easy return policy . But they told me to visit service center.                                     I orderd Sony CP-V10/WHITE 10000 mAh Power Bank and snapdeal send me fake power bank ... and after complaining snapdeal customer executive commit me that your replacement request is generated after that automatic refund request is create from sandeal end. after that sandeal offer me to take 200 and forget order now again they offer me 300 for forgetting.so instead of giving the product ... he give me offer to forget

                                      Hello, I am complainting about Snapdeal service..at the date of 10/11/2015 I was select the product for purchase mr. Polo blue flip flop slipper and I paid online payment method with visa debit card of rupees 202 but unfortunately payment was failed and order id not given in Snapdeal log in I'd and after some days of payment failed. I am called to the Snapdeal care for help on that issue, but they can not solved my problem, I am trying to asked Snapdeal care for help at least 6 times call but they don't solved that issue, so please give me my money back in my a/c. So please help me as soon as possible.
