I purchased a kurlon mattress from site and it got delivered on 15th November 2015. i realized the wrong was wrong and immediately placed a return request on 16th November 2015. i received an email confirming about the pick up in two day through Renuka Logistics. two days later i called call center about the pick up, but nothing has happened in spite of repeated calls and follow up. today its 25 days and the pick up has not happened....
