With due respect, I would like to bring the following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action : 1) That, I ordered a Lenovo G50-30 Notebook (80G001VNIN) (Intel Pentium Quad Core- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 39.62 cm (15.6)- DOS) (Black) laptop through my order id : [protected] dated Sat, 21 Nov, 2015 And received the same on Sat, 27 Nov, 2015. 2) That, the received item was defective. To be specific, the display was defective viewed from the given image 3) That, I tried to contact with your organization through the 7 days easy replacement service. But, while submitting the details, it asked me to contact the customer care service. 4) That, next I contacted the customer care service and gave all the information which was asked to me. But, finally, it asked me to contact through the 7 days replacement service. 5) For the last 7 days, I was oscillating between the two above services, but to my utter misfortune, I could not contact you as none of the two services accepted my submission. 6) Now, l would like to replace the said item. Please guide me what I should do. 7) This is no fault of mine, that I am contacting you late. Today only, I got your email address. Otherwise I tried through other mail services.               Order Id: [protected] I ordered Macbook Pro on 7th Dec'15, even today on 11th Dec'15 they are not sure about my product. They cancelled it without informing me and I have called 5 times to customer care and everytime they are telling me a new story and lame reason "technical glitch". When I am asking for refund they are saying sorry sir it is not cancelled we will process, then again they are saying it is cancelled. I am done with snapdeal, I just want my money back.

              This is not done with snapdeal, I wanted it urgently and now what happened, Snapdeal has cheated on me.
              Yesterday when I called them, they said we are searching for new vendor and the product is not cancelled.
              In afternoon they said it is cancelled and later in the evening again they were saying that isn't cancelled.
              But today in the morning they said it is cancelled and they initiate the refund process but now when I called they said not cancelled, when I asked again then they said it is cancelled and refund will be processed and concerned department will call u back, but nobody called.
              It's a huge amount and they are eating up my money.

                I purchased 4G tablet from snapdeal.com. It got delivered on 7th Dec. And after usage of few minutes I realized screen goes OFF if you reduce the brightness below 25%(approx). so I stopped using it and same day requested for REFUND because of its quality issues. I suspect that it is refurbished product. Snapdeal guys on 9th dec. called and asked to visit service center to resolve this issue. I barely used that thing for few minutes. I never had this kind of experience with any other items purchased on-line. I always prefer to purchase from snapdeal and flipkart but unfortunately this I have to regret for purchasing on snapdeal. Better not to purchase from snapdeal. EDIT: order ID:[protected] I also got a call from Snapdeal([protected] and [protected]) and told that they will send service engineer to my place who will check for the problem, but nothing happened.

                  Hi: 1. order No. [protected]: Item: Revital man 30 Caps I was charged Rs 430 but when i recd the courier, the MRP printed on the cover was 280/-. Why i was charged more than the MRP? 2. Order No. [protected]; Sub Order No. [protected]; Item: Lemon Squeezer cum Bottle opener. I was charged Rs 172 for it by conveying on the site that it is of Rs 299 and after discount it is for 172. But when I recd the courier i found that the MRP printed on the pack was Rs 100 and the seller has put a temporary sticker of rs 299 on it. I am thoroughly disgruntled to see the kind of cheating tactics has been adopted by a brand like Snapdeal... Please explain and return my money at the earliest else i ll be forced to write to higher authorities it may deem fit.. Please see the attached pictures as evidence to the cheating.

                        I ordered mattresses. But I received not accurate measurements and low quality products. Some bad smell also coming from mattresses.For return pick up I requested after received. But the process for return still it is not completed. No couriers are accepting to return. Same said to snapdeal. They are working to return process.nearly one month completed.

                          I have purchased mobile phone (meizu m2) from Snapdeal. After receiving the delivery I had a look over quality and I was not satisfied. I have register a request to return the product under 7 days return policy. But I got the call from snapdeal customer care saying we can't recall the product due to trust pay policy for electronics items. This is not visible when customer purchase products. Due to their usability issues I was fooled by Snapdeal Services. They were forcing me to keep the product even though I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. This is major key which should be visible at the top while purchasing product. They didn't left me with any solution instead of keeping the product. I'm first time user of snapdeal and all this mess was happen with me. I was dam disappointed with the service.

                          I purchased {meizu m2} mobile phone from snapdeal. But when i recieved the product the product qulity was not good . My problem is 101% same from the complaint which is posted here on this page . Same the snapdeal cust. Care representative called me and sayed that it is against their return policy .                               This has been a fully messed up experience with snapdeal. One of those I'll-never-buy-from-snapdeal-again ones. I ordered a titan watch from snapdeal. I received a Reebok watch. Ok [censored] happens. I requested replacement. Request refused, as seller didnt have it in stock anymore. Alright fine. I requested refund. Promptly got a text saying pickup will be done within 3 days (I am feeling proud to be a snapdeal customer. roflmao. read on). Next day courier guy refused pickup saying its not a titan watch (lol). He cant accept it. He said to contact snapdeal. So I did again. They reassured me and asked me to wait (as expected). And so I waited & waited hoping my 6 grand will get 'unflushed' by itself. I was soooo wrong. Not once did anyone attempt a pickup again. Not once did I get any call. If courier had no trouble finding my house for the first time, I cant imagine what happened later. Poor work ethics, I guess. That was the moment, when I realized snapdeal is going to lose the Battle-of-India to Amazon and Flipkart. (The irony is I had my money on snapdeal all this time). I have contacted snapdeal multiple times now. Even requesting them to put me through to the "senior people" with "real authority". All in vain. Either they are in a meeting, or they have gone home, or they will get back to me within 24 hours on "high priority", as "I am their most valued customer." Snapdeal has not just tortured me, they've made a fool out of me. Hope everyone knows their reality.

                              Snapdeal is now creating new lows.
                              What a miserable bunch of people!!
                              COURIER IS LYING & SNAPDEAL IS ACCEPTING THEIR LIES.
                              First the courier refused pickup. I informed snapdeal. They rescheduled and asked me to wait for 2 days.
                              Courier told them I want to keep the product (wrong product). Snapdeal cancelled pickup. I informed snapdeal I have the CCTV recording. Noone has come to my house for pickup. They rescheduled and asked me to wait for 2 days.
                              Nobody came. Courier said unsuccessful attempt. They rescheduled again and asked me to wait for another 2 days.
                              Even now no courier has come, but I have again gotten email saying unsuccessful pickup. Snapdeal has again rescheduled and asked me to wait for 2 days.
                              I am now 100% certain THIS IS DELAY TACTICS in order to prevent the customer from taking any legal action.

                                From snapdeal I ordered for canon powershot SX610 vide order no [protected] on date 14 Nov 2015 . I paid amount 11900/- as against the model of camera i have chosen . On 21 Nov I have received canon IXUS 165, which is priced much lesser than what I have ordered. This is error done by snapdeal and I have communicated the same to their customer care. I have initiated the return/replacement the very next day but till date nothing sincerely done by snapdeal in this regard.                                       This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered bagy malone green shoulder bag with snapdeal dated 16th august 2015 order no. [protected] for rs. 1299/- and this bag was physically damage so i raised a complaint (Compaint no.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal arranged for reverse pickup (Tracking no.[protected] and that bag was collected from my official address that is registered – dynamic tours and travels, lourenco apartments, erasmo carvalho street margao – goa by jv express.

                                      Further to inform you that i had been told that the amount is already refunded on 02nd september and were given the reference no[protected]. I got this checked in my canara bank and the manager said there is no transaction made.

                                      So i forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to mr. Shiv prasad on 15th september, ms. Priti on 16th september and lot other representatives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to mr. Mobin khan on 22nd september and he said he has forwarded the concern and will get it checked but no revert.

                                      Snapdeal has only been sending fake refund initiation mails but no refund.

                                      I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (Can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but it’s useless. I even put this on facebook and twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also ceo mr. Kunal bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they can’t refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused.

                                      If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they can’t provide refund and also stating my complain is not genuine? Is that every time i only have to call and ask about it or snapdeal also have their responsibilities towards the buyers? Their role is just to sell the product and what about the commitments they have made on the website about trust pay? Why my product is still not sent back to me as i have paid for it? Why snapdeal is cheating the buyers?

                                      They have blocked my account and are not refunding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got a damaged product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and blacklist a customer? Problem has arisen from their end so how they can refuse my refund?

                                      I request the assistance to help me get my money back rs.1299/-.

                                        Instead of apologise it would be great if you stop making people fool by sending them wrong product with low price and cheating them. I received wrong product and now Snapdeal is not even giving reverse pick up and asking for manual pick up even I am not able to send product manually due to no courier services available in my area.
                                        I am not getting response on complaint I raised.
                                        That's really cheap thing Snapdeal is doing.
                                        How many days you people need to address the issues its been more than one and half month already since issue is been raised.
