Sir, I ordered the product zebronics Fly wireless mouse [protected] and paid the amount Rs 335/- via SBI Net Banking. But the company cancelled it on: Mon, 7 Dec, 2015. But they have not yet refunded the amount. Many a letters sent them but no refund they remitted so far

    Hi, This is with reference to your email, we have already raised more than 100requests from nov5th till date stating clearly that we have closed our HDFC bank account( purchased thro hdfc debit card) and so we have asked the snapdeal team to refund the amount to ICICI bank account. Please refer the below details that we have sent to snapdeal team on[protected]. The mail is below: Hi, We have placed an order for Voltas AC on 16th October. Please find the details below: Order ID: [protected]. Product : Voltas AC. Ordered on : 16th Oct. Mobile number: [protected]. Amount Paid: 23, 990 INR through debit card. We didnt receive the product till 5th Nov and as we were out of town after 6th nov we have requested for cancellation of this product. As we have closed our account through which the payment was made, we have talked to your executives for transferring the amount to different account. By your executives' advice we had placed an req for changing the account details. But till date we don't have any update about the refund. We are regularly following up with the customer care support team. But there is proper information given by any of them even store managers. Kindly help us in this regard. For any clarifications or any suggestions kindly revert back to this email id([protected]@gmail.com) or mob no- [protected]. Now I don't understand why you have sent this mail, because we have communications later on asking details about hdfc account closure statement (To confirm that the refund initiated on[protected] was not reflected in my account) the and icici bank details.               Order no. [protected] Date of order: 12 oct 2015 Dear sir, I had ordered on 12 Oct 2015 a Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm Lens for a Rs. 21, 660 to Snapdeal online shopping website, on the next day of the order I cancelled the order as the same product got by Rs. 2000 less from amazon. The snapdeal team confirmed the order cancellation and receipt the product as I had rejected to received it from courier service. They got their product returned on 19 Oct 2015. I am trying from last two months for refunding but Snapdeal not refunding it to me. Whenever me call to customer care of Snapdeal they assured to refund in next 48 hours, this is happening from last two months. They are cheating with the customers. They always says that, our refund team is working on it, your money is safe with Snapdeal, but its totally fake.

                    I orderd my shoes for me which was waiting since 2 months since they was not avilable online. After so long waiting when i ordered the shoes then the courier come at my home but i was not there... he left without delivering. I do called the person which bought my shoes and get the response that he will come back next day. But i wont get the shoes even after 2 days. And when i called him back on the same nos. Then he cut they call saying that it is wrong number... and when i chek my status at the website then they was showing that my order is cancelled... Now how fare is this even he should come atleast once befors sending product back ...how improfessional??...

                        This is in reference 14052484 against Order number [protected] ​ Dear Snapdeal As per our telephonic conversation and suggest by you to take a laptop to Lenovo service centre and take a DOA letter but when I came to service centre the Service centre executive told me that the product is not registered with the Lenovo Site so we can not give a DOA or any kind of letter as product is showing out of warranty. And also service person told me that after 7 days of purchase the laptop is entitled for only part replacement. But I am raising this issue from day 1 of product delivery to my home. Now I am getting really frustrated . Provide me a proper solution. or else I will take this matter to social media and NEWS channels​

                          I received a defective laptop from Snapdeal, and since they assured 7 day replacement guarantee, I tried to put a request for replacement on their website. But I repeatedly got the notification that the request could not be processed at the moment. Also, when I tried to email from the website, again I got repeated notification that complaint ticket could not be generated. It seems Snapdeal has deliberately disabled these contact options to make it difficult for consumer to request replacement. I had to call Snapdeal, at my expense - the contact number is not toll free - to seek solution to the problem. From the phone conversation it turns out that the process of replacement turns out to be far more complicated than the impression given. So it is clear that Snapdeal is deliberately misleading the public about the assurance and convenience of the 7 day replacement guarantee.

                              I have order for 2 door wardrobe and get another free. Before placing the order I confirmed with Snapdeal that whether the product will be delivered as per Image or as per Technical Specification because both the dimensions are different. They confirm me that it will be as per technical specification I received order after 1 month which was per image (wrong dimension). I again called up for the replacement and they again confirmed me that It will be as per technical specification. I again received the product after 1 month with wrong dimension. I am really frustrated with this. From past 10 days 75 kg product is lying at my home, packed and I am now they are stating that it was their error. What I want now, either I should receive the same product with dimension as per technical specification or refund me double the amount what I have paid.

                                The sand disks 32 gb pen drive was ordered by me on 28 th nov. and was supposed to be delivered on 5 dec. but i did not get product till 12 of dec. i have waited for all most for a week even than i did not get my product. its really shameful after all the courier had come near by city and did not deliver . it only shoes how careless you are about someones product.and when we contact the courier the only answer is we dont know... i have never seen the courier like go javas who only give excuses to avoid the situation. thats all i want to say and its really disgusting . it heards when we are eagerly waiting for it.

                                    Snapdeal contains one of the most worst payment transactions mechanism built in. During my purchase my transaction is failed and from failure page I opted for another payment gateway. Amount is deducted from both account(Debit/Credit) any they don't have any records even for the first payment. Is this the way payments are handled without even keeping a track failed payments and refunds. highly un-recommended! ECommerce portal

                                      The company did not refund to my order while they cancelled it. They promised me that they would refund to me within 3-4 working days since a long days back.                                         #Snapdeal #1stExperience It's been very bad experience with snapdeal for the very first order I booked.. Below r the list of issues.. 1. My placed order (Order # [protected])is not visible in "My orders" section so I am not able to track that particular order 2. I need to change the ordered Kurti as it was having issues with fitting/size 3. Thus, I dropped an email and also called the customer executive for the same as I am unable to do with my own due to not displayed on "My Orders" list 4. After repetitive emails of getting it exchange from my side, I was not getting any response from your end 5. Finally on Facebook messenger, I dropped all my issues and got a call from you for the pickup of return order 6. I already informed and given my NEFT details on email as well on call for the amount to be credited back which I already paid 7. It's been more than 3 days I returned my placed Kurti to you and still I not got my money back 8. When I called customer care they said amount is credited on Freecharge amount, and when I checked the same it was not credited 9. I again follow up with executive to explain the issue, she was saying that she is able to see amount credited and when I checked my Freecharge balance it is still showing me zero... Do let me know where you have credited.. And also want snapshots of the same as I don't trust Snapdeal anymore...

                                        Still the issue is not resolved and The same reply I am getting from last 20 days. ..I need resolution and want my money back immediately. ..

                                        Already send you NEFT details..then what's the problem with you guys in transferring the amount..

                                        I need confirmation and want screenshot of the same that you done the payment coz I don't trust #Snapdeal anymore..its fraud site to purchase anything

                                        The tag line should change from "easy returns" TO
                                        "easy returns and forget your money"

                                        I need my money back else need to claim ten times of my money for this daily harassment and frustration which you guys are creating in our life...
