    My order id is [protected]i have palace orde on[protected] their was 629 rs kurta. My order confirmed and packed and sudden they cacelled order when i going to re order this is shows high rate. They only cencelled order because to customer casn reorder and they charge high money. After sending the message "your order is ready shipped" suddenly they say seller is not able to full fill order.
    I have reordered that item they charged me 150 rs extra.

        I had ordered titan raga nk9710ym01 womens watch sku code : titan 9710 ym01order no [protected] sub order no [protected] hsn 9101 in sale for a discounted price of rs.449 including taxes.
        I would like to let u know that i have received a duplicate product which can be clearly seen from the make of the watch and image of reputed company like titan is being tarnished by selling such duplicate products.
        Returning the product is easier option for me but this will not stop the sale of such duplicate products and fooling innocent and loyal customers of the brand.
        Request you to take strict action against such retailers as customers like me have to face unneccesary hassles in chasing them for such duplicate products. I also want my watch to be replaced with genuine titan product

            I feel cheated by snapdeal

            Here's what happened, i had purchased a fossil watch and very next day i placed a return request because of dial size issue.

            I got a message followed by call for pickup of return item by guy named zamir khan. The message from snapdeal had name of this guy and his mobile number.

            He picked an item and after 10 min i got a message saying 'as informed by courier you want to keep a watch' and the mobile number mentioned was incorrect.

            Snaldeal is not responding after this incident.

                I would like to state that i haven't ordered this product and automatically the amount of rs. 2700/- got deducted from my linked wallet.
                All the bookmyshow vouchers i received as per this order were already used.
                Please refund my money of rs. 2700/- as soon as possible.
                Also request you to initiate the fraud case at your end to understand the root cause.

                  I am online ordered throw snapdeal of jbl bluetooth speaker flip 2 order suborder id: [protected] and may be delivery on 18-19th oct 2019.
                  But last date of 19th oct. 2019 i dont have revived the ordered. After the pass the date the confirming the 21th 2019 but same date i dont have recived the order. Now date is showing today 22nd oct. 2019 but still the delivery status was same as on dated of 9th oct. 2019.
                  During the delay reason no customer support by the snapdeal site.
                  They not justifying the order delay reason.
                  I think i am trapped by the online sender need to rectify the issue and i get the order.

                    I order an item from snapdeal, and the package already reach my home city.
                    But the courier never deliver it, nor contact me or try to communicate with me in any way. And i raise a query throught snapdeal help option, and recieve that i will get the package soon, and the delay was some undisclosed matter within the courier service (Xspressbees, aizawl)
                    And last night i receive a message that my order was cancel due to customer refusal, which is false. As the courier never contact me in any form, there is no way i can even refuse the package. I want to know why i was wrongly accuse of this lie, and hope this matter can be clarify from your end.

                      Sir, I had been ordered for 2 mens black color wallet of woodland on 04/10/2019 and i received this parcel on 12/10/2019 where I paid for both the wallet. After opened that parcel i am shocked i found only one wallet in that which I black color. i had been intimated about this issue to the delivered person immediately but he said that he is not responsible for these kind of issues. So I raised several complaints regarding this issue to [protected]@snapdeal.com but I did not get proper response. By 14/10/2019 i returned this product and they refunded only half of the amount which I paid. Again i tried to contact them i didn't received proper response so far. I just decided to move forward with legal steps. Hereby i wish you to refund my remaining amount within a day or else i will move to any extend to get back my money through legal steps. I just decided to file the case against your snap deal . Contact me as soon as possible.

                        This Nitin Kumar Singh who is apparently an employee of Snapdeal contacted us saying that we have won a lucky draw on the pretence of SNAPDEAL' s anniversary. He said that we have won ₹12, 00, 000 or a car whatever we want to choose.
                        He then sent us his Snapdeal ID to show that he was a real employee of Snapdeal.
                        Then he asked us to give our bank details and then asked us to transfer some money so that he can send us the winning amount.
                        A simple Google search showed me that this person has been doing this to a lot of people. Snapdeal should look into this as a lot of people have been complaining against this person.

He told that i won safari car of 12.5 lakh you can get by car or cash by paying 6500 for taking cash and for car you can pay 12500. I have paid 6500 for that.. I didn't get money. He told you have to pay 25000 for further process. I think it's fraud so plz refund my money right now

                                The item which was to be picked up was not picked up on time.
                                It's showing unsuccessful pickup.
                                When i contact to the courier he asked me to reshedule the pickup.
                                But there is no such option that i can reshedule the pickup.

I am a senior citizen and avoid to go market due to corona.But my experience is never make shoping on line from Flipkart as there workers are not serious to their job and are not friendly to the customers I recomend to make online shoping from Amazon from which I never faced a problem Darshan kumar Rattan# 945 sector 41 A Chandigarh.

                                  This is the third time i'm submitting this refund issue complaint. Snapdeal is cheating me again and again. They ask me for 2 days and they didn't refund my money yet.
                                  Why snapdeal.com cheating their customers and wasting customer's time and money. This is the last warning for the snapdeal otherwise they have to face the consequences in the court and i'm going to complaint to the court itself and if i do you have to pay compensation and it will decrease your reputation.
                                  I want my money on or before 21st september 2019 otherwise i will go whatever extend i want. Cheating the consumer again and again is a crime and u have to answer infornt of the court.

                                    The item is scheduled before but does not get scheduled.
                                    So they are asking to reshedule it but there is no such option..
                                    Please help me and get the item reshedules.
                                    And it's very important so take this action immediately as soon as possible.
                                    So please reshedule the pickup.
                                    And i think it is one of the worst experience i have.
