I order an item from snapdeal, and the package already reach my home city.
But the courier never deliver it, nor contact me or try to communicate with me in any way. And i raise a query throught snapdeal help option, and recieve that i will get the package soon, and the delay was some undisclosed matter within the courier service (Xspressbees, aizawl)
And last night i receive a message that my order was cancel due to customer refusal, which is false. As the courier never contact me in any form, there is no way i can even refuse the package. I want to know why i was wrongly accuse of this lie, and hope this matter can be clarify from your end.
