I am online ordered throw snapdeal of jbl bluetooth speaker flip 2 order suborder id: [protected] and may be delivery on 18-19th oct 2019.
But last date of 19th oct. 2019 i dont have revived the ordered. After the pass the date the confirming the 21th 2019 but same date i dont have recived the order. Now date is showing today 22nd oct. 2019 but still the delivery status was same as on dated of 9th oct. 2019.

I order an item from snapdeal, and the package already reach my home city.
But the courier never deliver it, nor contact me or try to communicate with me in any way. And i raise a query throught snapdeal help option, and recieve that i will get the package soon, and the delay was some undisclosed matter within the courier service (Xspressbees, aizawl)
And last night i receive a message that my order was cancel due to customer...

Sir, I had been ordered for 2 mens black color wallet of woodland on 04/10/2019 and i received this parcel on 12/10/2019 where I paid for both the wallet. This Nitin Kumar Singh who is apparently an employee of Snapdeal contacted us saying that we have won a lucky draw on the pretence of SNAPDEAL' s anniversary. He said that we have won ₹12, 00, 000 or a car whatever we want to choose.
He then sent us his Snapdeal ID to show that he was a real employee of Snapdeal.
Then he asked us to give our bank details and then asked us to transfer some money so that he can send us the...

Today i received call from senior executive of snapdeal company. He told that i won safari car of 12.5 lakh you can get by car or cash by paying 6500 for taking cash and for car you can pay 12500. I have paid 6500 for that.. I didn't get money. He told you have to pay 25000 for further process. I think it's fraud so plz refund my money right now...

I have paid rs 458 on refund also money but i got a notification by Snapdeal on (8oct )that we would like to inform you that refund of security deposit for your jio number [protected] has been processed. Within 30 working days, refund amount will be processed in your bank account.
But till now i didn’t get any refund...

The item which was to be picked up was not picked up on time.
It's showing unsuccessful pickup.
When i contact to the courier he asked me to reshedule the pickup.
But there is no such option that i can reshedule the pickup.
Please get it resheduled so that i get the refund.

This is the third time i'm submitting this refund issue complaint. Snapdeal is cheating me again and again. They ask me for 2 days and they didn't refund my money yet.
Why snapdeal.com cheating their customers and wasting customer's time and money. This is the last warning for the snapdeal otherwise they have to face the consequences in the court and i'm going to complaint to the court itself and if i do you have to pay compensation...

The item is scheduled before but does not get scheduled.
So they are asking to reshedule it but there is no such option..
Please help me and get the item reshedules.
And it's very important so take this action immediately as soon as possible.
So please reshedule the pickup.
And i think it is one of the worst experience i have....

I had ordered das mahavidya brass yantras. They have sent different plastic foils. I am unable to upload bank details in their website because of some error or trick by the company to avoid return and refund process. None of the phone numbers given are existing. Meanwhile given time for return-refund will be lost. I have sent emails to the company and the replies are helpless. Hope consumer complaints will solve the issue....

A vans old skool sneakers was ordered ([protected]) and delivered on 19th-20th september 2019 (Not sure of the date). Due to bad fit a return was requested. Item was picked by a dehlivery.com person on 21.09.2019.in spite of repeated reminers on mail my refund is yet to be proceesed. The item was cod and paid at the time of delivery. As vendor your mail to me that you delivered my item.But you not give me the delivery of my Titan Analog Watch. How this can be possible. I warned you and your sister companies if you were dealing with your coustmer in this way you will be shut your firm end of the year.

I ordered a watch from snapdeal and I got a fake wrong product and I asked for return and refund. They take product from me and I didn't get my money back. This is the second time I was cheated by snapdeal. I want my money back. I contact customer care so many times and they said to me it will refunded within 2 days. But I waited for more than 7 days now. I want to complain in customer court for cheating me....

My order was to be picked up but the pickup was unsuccessful for no reason, the courier boy had not called me. And i’m not able to reschedule my pick up, i’m trying this from last four days but they are not responding because they don’t want to back the order, i want compensation for this kind of harassment. Even they don’t share their contact numbers so that we can call them, please look into it...
