I ordered Victoria's perfume with order id-Order ID: [protected] but they delivered defective product and one product is not what I ordered. I tried to cancel through Mobile app-showed error and to contact customer care. I contacted customer care, they asked for registering complaint in "Any other queries". I tried to do that, there too showed "Error in generating ticket, please contact customer care". I again contacted and they said to mail to Snapdeal Customer Support. I mailed and they said, we are unable to process request. Its about 5 times I have contacted, they are neither refunding nor cancelling.

    I have ordered stella king size bed of rupees 14000. The initial delivery date of the bed was 18th nov 2015. I have raised a ticket about the same on 19th which is supposed to get resolved in 7 days. It's 28th today still the bed is not delivered to me.

      I purchased a queen size bed from Snapdeal on 19th Oct and the product was received on 4th Nov. Since the product received was damaged completely, I placed the return request on the same day. Since then it is more than 20 days but they haven't taken any action. Calling customer care or writing complaint is just waste of time. They just apologize and ask for more time. I am frustrated with Snapdeal. My hard earned money is blocked for more than a month. I am planning to take some legal action. Order id- [protected] Amount- 12, 999/-

        Snapdeal just called once and promise to resolve said complaint with in half-n-hour, but they didn't.
        I am just amazed how much they give fraudulent calls to their customers. As I have said before today is my last attempt of complaint through this portal, tomorrow I'll lodge legal notice from Meerut Court because it seams they people are also disrespecting your portal.

My name is Sachin M.D, Snapdeal Order No. [protected]. i got a mail from Snapdeal that the product was not sent, but i have aready sent the product handling it over to the Fedex office, Osmanabad, opp to balaji mandir. I called them twice for confirmation, he assured me the he has sent it already. his number is - [protected], [protected]. (Professional courier) fedex partner. It has been more than a month now already.. i have done my job, what i had to do i did... what else should i do more? i took the printout for replacement, packed the product pretty well, handed it over to fedex partner, Order ID: [protected] Placed on 28 Oct, 2015, requested for replace and size change on 8th nov, received the return printout through mail, stuck it to the product, and handed it over to the fedex on 12th. what else should i do..? been calling both snapdeal as well as the fedex person, but no output yet..!

After 27 days the product still with me, it hasnt reversed picked up yet. please make the reverse pick up as soon as possible and refund me back my money. Order Number ---- [protected] Issue with ___Placed On 01 Nov, 2015 by snapdeal and 09 nov by their courier partner BLUEDART. I have to gift this product on the occasion on Diwali. But on 13 november i get to know the bluedart courier guy has updated at their site that they have attempted the delivery on 11 th november but their is no one to receive the product. the truth is i was present whole day at my home at that same day, nobody has came to deliver the product. and the product has been canceled. i just wanted to ask snapdeal if this kind of courier partners playing with snapdeal reputation why don't you guys do something about that? and, what is my fault in between this? as a customer i got the product on a cheap rate, now i wont got the same price or the product, now is this my fault? i escalated the issue with snapdeal but still didn't get any resolution . . Hi, I would like to raise a complaint on the recent hassles and mental torture I had to go through during my transactions with snapdeal.com. Even after raising a red flag and a verbal complaint against the atrocities, with the customer center reps of snapdeal.com, no service recovery process has been initiated from their end. It's really sad, that after remaining a loyal and faithful customer of snapdeal for so many years, I have to bad mouth them now, and raise awareness against them through eWOM and WOM. I will make sure, these issues get highlighted in the media. To throw light upon my latest issue with Snapdeal : Order Number --- Order ID: [protected]- Ticket Id: 11357525. ive asked for a return and refund of the product on 1st november. after 2o days the product still with me, it hasnt reversed picked up yet. please make the reverse pick up as soon as possible and refund me back my money. thinking that little things as these don't matter, but for some consumers, little things matter much more. This is total service failure on the part of snapdeal, and they should apologize and pay a penalty for what I have gone through, during my transactions with them with no fault of mine.

                I have been committed by snapdeal sell portal that if I purchase in cash then I will be offered FCOFFER of voucher Rs500. Same was not provided within 2day of placing order.Then I communicate the snapdeal through mail and got a telephonic call that within next 24 hr I will be offered.Again two days surpassed I posted complaint here earlier and got comment that to write to writous...snapdeal.com. I did same but no reply. I have recording of telephonic.I applied RTI and waiting for same as already 22days gone.I have only option after RTI query.

I ordered "iBall Claro TV 18 Tuner / AV / FM Radio" through Snap-deal on 13th oct. Order ID [protected]. But they delivered wrong product. So I returned the product to Snap-deal and they promised me as soon as they receive the product, will initiate the refund to my bank account. The pickup was held by snap-deal and manual pickup was not needed.

                  The product has been already received at Kolkata Warehouse on November 6th 2015 and shared all the required details to Snap-deal. But still the refund process has not bee initiated to me till this time. My last complaint reference number is 13930866.

                  So I get in touch with you. I hope you will accept my request and be kind enough to help me get the refund as soon as possible.

                  I attached all the statesman hare to verify my complaint accurately. Please see the attachments I shared.

                        The complaint number for your future reference is 12388682. I have bought 4 Michelin Tires from Snapdeal during an offer. There was an offer during Diwali time, for any order customers were supposed to get 500 INR promocodes. I gave enough no. of calls to Snapdeal Executives, there was no response from them and every time they ask me to wait for 48 to 72 hours. It has been almost 20 long days, I have not received even a proper mail from Snapdeal. Its a kinda awareness people, please do not buy from Snapdeal as they won't stand on their words. Snapdeal must learn from Flipkart. Why the hell Snapdeal attracts people with such FAKE offers. I demand an explanation and Snapdeal should compensate me for the delay and for not treating its customers properly. Snapdeal please stop giving false words, and FAKE promises.

                              I have purchased online CITY SHOP BLUE & BEIGE NET GOWN for women Rs. 1888/- Order no.[protected] Suborder No. [protected] as on dated 07.09.2015 from Snap deal with mobile No. [protected], but I am not satisfy for that product so I have decided to return them, Finally I have call to Snapdeal they will arranged to pick up the product from my home as on dated 15.09.2015. As per FEDEX courier tracking record[protected] it is delivered as on dated 17.09.2015.
                              I have also provided to snap deal scan copy of courier details & bank details.
                              This communication I have discussed long time on daily basis I have spend approx Rs. 1000/-.
                              Every time they were hold and check the details and asked same details on daily basis.
                              There is not any Toll free No.
                              I have complaint many times to snap deal, they didn't take any strong action just give me the assurance every time.

                              Still I am awaiting to refund my money since last 2 and Half month.

                                        I didn't got my refund of iBall slide tab my case is handled by social media team on high priority but they are not calling us and they are sndng wrng emails evenafter sndng the product on ware house on 12/10/15 on 9.17am they are saying tht thy are not able to track the prodct .my refund is of 3000rupees and his officer MOHIT SHERMA have also admitted that the product is on warehouse bhiwandi snapdeal just deviates me by saying that give us some time and this is how thy have passed out 2mnths without resolving my case
