This order had complete address of Pune Maharashtra(including PINCODE). However, due to one additional pincode being mentioned as 110075 the order has been dispatched to Delhi NCR. The correct pincode 411023 was also mentioned. I have been tracking the package and unbelievably after the package was out for delivery it has been realised that it is a miss route. This is inspite of two complaints vide ID numbers 14533847 and 14519439. It had been acknowledged also that corrective action will be taken. You are kindly requested to re route the package to correct PINCODE 411023. Regards Amit Puri

    I parched a Fashion Designer Sarees Green Faux Georgette Saree on 20.10.2015 through Credit card payment get way from www.snapdeal.com web site. It had under 7 days easy Return/ Refund option. I was received it on 29.10.2015. On 01.11.2015 I wrote a complain about the quality and colour of the received product. because it was different colour and quality from the display image. So I caalled for return this product and requested for refund my money. They send me a mail and sms about confirmation of pickup and refund. But Till today no pickup has occurred. I contact snapdeal customer care after every 3 or 5 day through mail any phone call. and they reassuring me every time for pickup with in 2/3 day. when i contact them, they say your pickup will occurred within 2/3 days. but till today no call for pickup.       I have been following up for the refund of two products (order number : [protected]) i.e Ultimate Women Navy Ankle Shoes(refund request ref number[protected] and Life Pink Viscose Shirts(refund request ref number[protected]from past 3+ months. 18th of August 2015 product was return picked up and got a msg telling refund is initiated on 21st of August. From the date till today every 2days i am calling customer care to followup but no proper response. I have shared credit card statement, bank statement from the date of purchase till date but careless customer care after hanging the call will send a mail asking for bank stmt again else they will send some reference number([protected]) to check with bank. I have called my HDFC bank customer care checking for the refund reference number([protected]) and they dont have any records for the same. Everytime i call snapdeal customer care i have been telling every supervisor whom i speak the same story, they say we will escalate this issue i dont understand what "escalate" mean in their dictionary :'( :-( Disgusting experience and i am not finding the way to get back my money, i have even asked to connect to manager so that i will request myself. Not even once they connected nor they keep up the promise of resolving the issue on priority basis. Please help me find the way.

The scheme was 10 % cash back with a maximum of RS.1500 to be credited to my account before 30th November 2015. But as of now 2 months over. I called more than 10 times and but there is no response for Snapdeal. Frequently they are sending an auto generated email stating that I wants to retain that product with me and not ready to return as per updated by courier partner. (But till date I have not receive any communication from courier partner) As per the return policy of snapdeal they should return and refund. So request you please look into this issue.                   This is regarding SnapDeal order id [protected] I got few calls from Sanpdeal and they assured product will pick up within 48 hrs and my refund will credit on my account. But as of now there is no pickup done. Every time I got call regarding this issue and sanpdeal customer representative gave fake commitment, it makes me very frustrated. This is my last and final reminder, if I will not get my refund within 48 hrs I will not by any product from sanpDeal, now I’m going to uninstall apps permanently and also I will bring this disgusting customer support to social media so that they can think before purchasing any product from snapDeal. I will suggest all of my family and friends not to buy any product from Snapdeal.

                      Dear All, Here is a another example, how SNAPDEAL is making customers FOOLS..! I bought InfocusM260 mobile from Snapdeal. From the Box User manual is missing and Light sensor is not available on mobile, they have given Light sensor-Yes. I placed the request for return the product, because, i am not satiesfied with the Camera and Screen quality. I got call from Snapdeal Customer care regarding return request, they said, Snap deal won't accept the retun or refund for electronic items. After few hours, i got another call from snapdeal, and they said, visit the Infocus Service center and bring the retun letter from service center. Because SNAPDEAL is not manufacturer of the mobile. If i didn't brought the letter from Service center they will close the my request..!! And after i got few calls, every one repeating the same lines. I asked about, why user manual is missing from Box, the person said "YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM ONLINE". If INFOCUS sent sealed box to SNAPDEAL how the user manual is missig from the Box...? If I ask about the product quality, they will say need to go to Service center and bring the letter from there, How about the User Manual, and who will responsible for that...? I am wondering, if i am not satisfied with the product, why they are not accepting the return request..? SNAPDEAL people will give a call for 5 Sec and if I didn't answer the call they will drop a mail like "We tried contacting you on your registered number (*******3*1*) but couldn't reach you. If this number is not in use, please share an alternate contact number by replying to this mail". I am requesting to all my friends to don't entertain electronics from SNAPDEAL. They will change the terms and conditions as per their wish, , !! They are simply making customers FOOL..!! Please broadcast this to maximum people to know how the branded company making customers FOOLS..!!

                        I purchased micromax canvas spark 2 on 24 nov 2015 from snapdeal and paid the amount of Rs 4099/- through internet banking, product was delivered on 1 December 2015 but the box I received was tampered, snapdeal seal was broken from the bottom and when I opened the box I found a piece of thermocol wrapped with bunch of pages and bubble wrap and the phone was missing.

                          On 2nd nov 2015 i place an order for a red faux georgette saree with order no [protected] on snapdeal . I received that product on 7th Nov 2015. Not so happy with the quality decided to replace it.(Idea of replacement being that i can buy any other product against the product replcaed) My product was picked up on 12th November and i received mail stating that your product has been replaced and your red faux georgette saree will be deliver within 48 hours(i.e. same product). Unhappy with the product itslef i decided to call the customer care on 13th and asked to cancel the replacement request and refund my amount. On which they agreed. I also made it clar I want refund in my freecharge wallet so that i can use it for my further shopping. He noted it down. Next day i received mail from snapdeal asking my NEFT details. I called customer care again and asked if i want refund in my freecharge wallet why is my neft details required. On which executive tells me your request was not taken Il take it and you will get within 48 hours. Thats it from that day onwards I am only getting false committment, mis-communication and no reverts on mails or calls. Moreover even if i try to visit link for providing neft details(thinking that atleast by this source Il get my money) it does not work. I want to know what is happening on this from SnapDeal. I have been writing several mails on [protected]@snapdeal .com and making calls on [protected]. It has only added to my trouble nothing else. My refund amount is Rs.499 and I have spent additional 500 behind calling these guys. I have already raised one complain in NCH but they are not taking it seriously I suppose. I also have all relevant mails from Sanp Deal collated by me.

                          They have refunded me the account in my free charge wallet itself. Strange they were giving reason for delay in refund as I had requested to refund in my free charge wallet. Finally they asked me to provide bank details for neft. But after ultimately they did it in free charge account. I dont understand this.

                          Can I expect a revert call from snapdeal, who can help me understand the refund procedure to incorporate using my neft details. I received mail from snapdeal. There was one link in it. After visiting it I had to enter my NEFT details after I click on Submit button there is an error displayed that details cannot be submitted since my refund is under process.
                          Wow..what kind of help I have received from Snapdeal. Confirming me after 20 days that they cannot credit it in my freecharge account due to technical issue. Then requesting me to accept it via NEFT mode. Link which they send for neft doesnt work. I have to do it manually by visiting their website and raising the request again by providing details. Received mail on 5th Dec15 ref ID12279721, that i will receive my refund in next 4 business days. Today being the 4th nusiness day, I was expecting my refund which i didnt receive. So again i have to take a pain by calling customer care. and to get get surprised about their response they are telling me that it will take another 2 days since due to technical issue the refund was initiated again 2 days ago (which was also not informed/communicated to me). I sriously have no further trust on Snapdeal. Already i have wasted my time/efforts/money(against product and calling customer care) moreover torture and frustration. I would want take a serious legal action against Snapdeal now. Need support & guidance from @IndianConsumerComplaintForum. I want to make sure that snapdeal is charged with all kind of penalties applicable as per consumer protection act.

I got a call that my area is not a serviceable area and I 've to send the item through any national courier but it's very difficult for me to do so. If it's not a serviceable area then how could you deliver any products here? I am sure Snapdeal can not continue for long with this kind of cheap business strategies. This will definitely impact your growth as you lack business ethics.

                                I have order sweat Tshirt from Snapdeal on 2 Nov Vide Order No [protected].They sent defective piece. The same is returned on 7 Nov 2015. I paid cash on delivery. I requested for refund of the same to Snapdeal. I contacted several times to their customer care for refund of the same. . Till date no refund received.Please do needful for the refund.

                                  I have seen on snap deal website a huge discount on men & women watches. as per their add a brand CAVALLI wich is copy of an international brand there were a discount of 80 % the MRP was Rs 24, 800 & Rs 18, 600 with discount it was Rs 749 & Rs 649. i have ordered it then and there and when i revived it and checked it up it was a local watch which is available on any street in India by hardly Rs 200. They are make fool of people by showing fake MRP on line and discount on it. every branded watch are made of steel but its made up of some local materiel which is coated with paint.

                                    I Requested several times for refund of my payments made, but they are saying that we are resolving your issue and will be resolve in next 48 hrs, but it being more the 30 days till now 01/dec/2105, i am unable to get my refund.

                                    ITS BEEN SUCH A LONG TIME, and very shameful and un-professional behaviour from such a company. The Snapdeal have a very poor and un-managed system of business and is having very in-efficient dealing with customers .

                                    I just want my money back in my account with interest and i will not be any more customer with snapdeal.

                                      I purchased laptop from snapdeal.com and my order number is [protected] on 24th of Nov 2015. Actually this laptop is defective in screen and keyboard. Also there is price difference in MRP written on product and MRP shown on snapdeal.com. ​Snapdeal.com is not giving any kind of support. I did not like the product because of poor quality of keyboard and screen. Same day of delivery, I tried to return to snapdeal.com but I was unable to return it. Snapdeal.com is not willing to resolve this issue. What shall I supposed to do with this poor quality of product ? Thank You

                                        Yesterday I get delivered with a product from snapdeal which is Ambrane portable charger, I want to return this product back to snapdeal but they are saying that their policy is not covering this for return .but when i check this on their website this is clearly written as:
