Dears, I already contacted Puunjab National bank Branch .They credited 5 refund to my account, and it is showing my account statement also. According to bank If snapdeal made transaction it will credit in account. snapdeal made 5 transaction . The sole responsibilities in this matter is to snapdeal not to the bank, this is the replay from bank manager. Here is the cancelled order IDs, from account [protected]@gmail.com - 1 item cancelled - Order ID: [protected] from account [protected]@gmail.com - 5 item cancelled - Order ID [protected], Order ID: [protected] Total 6 nos Micromax canvas spark2 had cancelled. I made payment with snapdeal, in same Punjab national bank account . My question is snapdeal guys pretty sure 6 items had been cancelled in these two snapdeal account and 5 has been refunded to bank, and also payment made in same bank account. I had send my bank statement with them already. I have been waiting for the refund since last 15 days. Every 2 days am making complaint with snapdeal.They just send back an email and a call back to mobile phone mentioning the Reference no, but no action to resolve the issue. No action taken yet.I have been waiting for the refund since 15+days. I made email complaint with snapdeal customer care and also had conversation with snapdeal team several times. Every time am getting snapdeal will come up with resolution and team is working on my issue. I heard these words from last two week. No action from their side. So Am stopping complaining if my issue not resolved within 2days am going to approch consumer court legally.I lost my patients.And also will put the issue in social media and online news channel. Iam tired with writing emails and calling customer care. Feeling angry on snapdeal . Never purchase anything from snapdeal.
Lost trust on snapdeal. Snapdeal is 'untrust pay' policy is following. I will put up the issues in social media, news channels and also in cunsumer court. No way for me at this time.

      I placed my order on 28th November 2015 along with applying a Rs. 100 coupon code which was valid till 30th November 2015. I was regularly checking status of my product and it was showing that product has been dispatched but not delivered. Today, on 5th December 2015, I received a message that my order has been cancelled as delivery could not be completed. So there is not any fault of me in the whole process as and I want my same order with same price as the coupon code which I applied was valid to be used till 30th November 2015 only. Either team snapdeal shold provide me an alternate promocode of same amount which has validity of current month or the same product/order to be sent again.

            I am really sad about the Lenovo laptop because it hangs frequently which is very irritating. Please send any technician from snapdeal and let him examine. I am not getting proper solution yet. Since first day I am posting complaints regarding laptop but no one want to provide solution. Now, Onwards whatever problem I am going to face regarding this laptop I will post to consumer court, Now I came to know snapdeal is not going to help me in this. Snapdeal is not taking return this laptop with issue of poor quality and performance. It hangs frequently for just MSword application, This laptop i5, 8GB RAM, 4 GB graphics and it hangs for MS word and internet explore application. Laptop Screen is loosed, keyboard is having problem. Snapdeal please explain 7 days easy return policy here only. Snapdeal has done fraud in price, Snapdeal deliever me very slow laptop which hangs frequently, keyboard and screen quality is not good. It takes more than 5 minutes to start. Snapdeal please take it return and pay back my money. Thank you.​

                Hello, my name is Sachin.d, i have been buying things from snapdeal, and for any issue, snapdeal has been calling me, and genuine personell used to make a call from snapdeal no. but recently there was an issue about one order, named Burdy sleeveless jacket - Order ID: [protected]. so it was a replacement issue, but on 28th nov, at 3pm, i received a call form [protected], and the person said, i'm from snapdeal, you had an issue about a product, i said yes, he told me that your product is so and so so we will refund you, (but the issue was of replacement and not refund).. and tell me which bank account you have, i told that State bank of india, and Union bank. he said ok, now tell me your sbi bank debit card number, i got a bit hesitative, but he insisted to tell me my card number, i said ok, and told him my sbi card number, then he was asking for the CVV number behind the card. then it struck me, i thought then he might even ask for the card pin number... i said him that its confidential and i can't tell you that. he kept insisting to give him that number, i said i shall myself call snapdeal and if they will ask me then i will give it, for now i can't. so my concern is, is that person and the number really from snapdeal? is the card number, the CVV number required? if the person is not form snapdeal, who is he. and apart form that, my sbi card is also deactivated for e-commerce transaction automatically. I i'm afraid that this person is a bank account hacker. plz help.

                  Hi,

                  I had a very bad experience in getting my compensation from Snapdeal.

                  I brought a product from snapdeal(Worth of RS 24, 000/-).
                  They have delivered the product with broken seal, as the seal is broken they have agreed to pay me a compensation of RS 2400/- on 24 October 2015.
                  I have shared my bank details on the same day and the amount is supposed to be credited in 4 business days.

                  They haven't initiated it until i have called them after 4 business.

                  for the above mistake they have agreed to pay me Rs 4500/- on Nov 5th. They even sent a confirmation mail.

                  From Nov 5th till today I haven't received any amount. The response is very negative and with out any intimation they have place the item for reverse pick up.

                  To install that product, i have spent Rs 10, 000/- from my pocket.

                  I have asked them, if you are taking back the product then pay me my Rs 10000/-

                  They are not responding to me in a proper way.

                  I have received a call from Lal Thomas(Snap deal on Nov 26 2015), requested to wait and i have waited for couple more days due to the complaint which i have raised in consumer complaints.
                  I really dont understand why snap deal is not providing me an update


                  Some one help them...
                  Or Snap deal do you want me to help in your technical issues ???????

Found damaged during opening infront of BAJAJ service technician on dtd. 22.11.2015. seams to be in transit. Booked for reverse pick up on same day i.e. 22.11.2015. Booked for replacement also. Complained aroung 5 times with their help desk. No response. complained to their reverse pick up point also. But it is as it is with me. Please advice the solution.

                    Complain on their SnapDeal site is seams to be impossible. Every time it is bouncing back and message shows that "please submit the sub order code correctly".
                    Tried with all the order number and ticket id etc. but no gain.
                    No toll free number is present.
                    It takes minimum 10 to 15 minutes for complaining on their [protected] number.
                    At least they should resolve the issue after complain.

                      I bought a product from snap deal .They delivered both the product in same color .The product was on COD so I paid for the same .I requested for the return and exchange .Again the product which they have shipped is wrong .This has happened second time I believe in a process and customer oriented organization repeated error is not possible several times .Its shows their working style and commitment towards their work .The customer care executive also shared the wrong information, when I complained about wrong size after receiving the acknowledgement mail. Am really annoyed by this and asked them today to refund my money without any replacement.

                          I bought a Kent 22 Ltr Gold Star Water Purifier from your snapdeal by my mobile number [protected]. My order Id is [protected].                           This is worst return policy I have ever come accross and then you write "EASY RETURNS" on your promotional banner and that too in capital letters.

                            Product: Micromax 32C6150 FHD 81 cm (32) Full HD LED Television Reference number 13706111 Order no [protected] Ordered Product on 9th Nov and received item 15th Nov, Late Evening. Raised complaint on 15th Nov as LED Panel was had fault/Broken Internally due to which sound was not working. Then I tried to contact snapdeal they started playing with me they asked me to contact the Micromax and provide then the Jobsheet. Whatever snapdeal requested I provided them all those thing. Called again on 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26 Nov and so on.. but only standard answer "Escalated issue, will revert back in 48 hours" Till date no reverse pickup or refund process started. It has been more than 1 month, and they are saying we are not able to do anything as your order was cancelled and courier company also dont have any record of product actual delivered. . im really frustrated now with snapdeal they dont have any post sale service, or customer retention policy Don't Trust Snapdeal Trustpay policy. Your team is working on the issue.. but no result yet and finally i hear from your customer support that we cant help as vendor recieved the product already, Vulcan Express have record of Cancel where the order is recieved by me through COD and Faulty LED is with me... Very bad experience, just lost money.

                            #Snapdeal is a totally fraud company.. Sells users to faulty / duplicate products and when users complaint about it then suggest to repair it by company as its manfacture defect... I also want to tell everyone their logistics company Vulcan Express is a fraud company and theifs are there.. I ordered a LED from snapdeal even the product is delievered.. Both of the company are saying that product is cancelled and delieverd to vendor and we dont have records of your..

                                  We get an Intex cloud swift phone through snapdeal. The device has some problem. We are not able to call in the contact list, so we planned to return the phone, but snapdeal did not take back the phone, so I dono what to do. Then why the snapdeal told that with in 7 days, they will get back the product if the people not like that or any problem in the product. One main thing, when we tried to call the customer care, it asks press 3 for tamil, but when we press 3, it continue in english only, some peoples dono tamil, how they explain their problem without knowing English or Hindi. Just I want to submit the product and hereafter I will not purchase anything in the snapdeal. I am very much frustrated.

                                    On 4th sep i placed an order vide SD order No. [protected] for supply of mini silai machine of Anand India make but they supplied that of ming-hut one which is of inferior quality on 9th. On my request, they arranged reverse pick-up and supplied the same one that already refused. Again they arranged replacement with the same machine. Thus they sent the same refused machine of inferior quality machine four times. due to various reasons, I could not contact them in time. On the same groung that I could not contact in time, they turned down my request to replace with the machine which I ordered.

                                    I request thet my order may be complied with.

                                      I returned a product to snapdeal on 2nd november and as claim by snapdeal they have refunded the amount back on 5th november. But it has been one month now but money has not been credited to my bank account. I even shared my bank statement couple of times at "[protected]@snapdeal.com" and also at "[protected]@snapdeal.com" but i did not get any resolution from Snapdeal team.Even I called customer care many a times but no response. I also raised query through "any other query section" on their website but still no response. I requested for ARN number ( Or Refund Reference Number ) so that my bank can track it but i did not even get that from Snapdeal. ARN number is 23 digits but the number they are giving me is 12 digits only. I am following for the last one month but no resolution from snapdeal. Very much disappointed with them.                                       I wrote to "[protected]@snapdeal.com" numerous times but i did not get resolution. And every time i ask for ARN number then either you are providing incorrect ARN number or ARN number of different refund.

                                      I am asking your for the ARN number of "Remanika green stripped dress" ( order# [protected] and SubOrderId # [protected] ) and you are providing me the ARN of "Remanika Maroon Dress "

                                      Provide me the ARN of "Remanika Green Stripped dress", if you have refunded the amount. And ARN would be of 23 digits.
