    Seller code: s5dbf6 i am the seller on snapdeal.com, they are always in search of charging more money from sellers, on 14 nov 2015 they updated the products weights, on of the my product "Bajaj 25Ltrs New Shakti Glasslined 25Ltr Geyser White" SUPC code: SDL[protected] this product volumetric weight is 22kgs but snapdeal charging logistics cost of double weight 44 kgs. i raised this issue many times but clearly refuse to update the weight . they said we have right to charge high logistics cost. snapdeal is doing unethicall and illegally.

      Thanks a lot ICF, my problem got solved within a day. Snapdeal CC called up and got the product picked up, refund was processed within a day. Thanks Snapdeal for promptly resolving this.

        I didn't got my refund of iBall slide tab my case is handled by social media team on high priority but they are not calling us and they are sndng wrng emails evenafter sndng the product on ware house on 12/10/15 on 9.17am they are saying tht thy are not able to track the prodct .my refund is of 3000rupees and his officer MOHIT SHERMA have also admitted that the product is on warehouse bhiwandi snapdeal just deviates me by saying that give us some time and this is how thy have passed out 2mnths without resolving my case

          I purchased a product from snapdeal on 3rd of october month, i used this product for 2 to 3 days but quality of product is below the level, i call snapdeal department and gave back the product and ask for refund, but almost one and half month passed away i didnt got any response from snapdeal team.before this complain i had placed one more complaint about the same, then i got a call from snapdeal refund team (Mb. [protected]).He told me that on behalf of snapdeal he will refund the amount to my account so i gave my account details for online fund transfer, Intead of refunding the amount that fraud snapdeal representative debited 1700 rupees from my account, Now that person is not reciving my calls andif he recived calls so i do from alternative no which he dont have, he is abusing with me as well as my wife, i am totally disappointed with snapdeal services
          before this cheat i was very fond of online shopping but from today onwards i and i will advise to other also that never belive online shopping because the will not provide you they quality product will also break ur faith from all online shopping partner like snapdeal, flipkart myntra, jabong etc ..

            I had purchased lumber boy t shirts from snapdeal .Com through online transaction on dated 24th oct'2015. Order no :[protected]. I had recd t shirt on dated 29th oct'15. But size found smaller so i had put request for replacement for bigger size but snapdeal refused due to non avaibility of bigger size & agreed for refund. I returned t shirt on dated 30th oct'15 & make refund request. Refund suborder code :[protected]. Almost one month passed but still i had not received payment.

              Dear Concerned I have placed one COD order for 2 pair of shoes for my kid by using Snap Deal APP on 13th October 2015 Wide Order No - [protected] And they have charged total bill of 676 Rs after discount for both the pairs. They have charged me Rs 377 for Kut kut Kids Black Faux Leather Shoes and Rs 299/ for chiku1 red Shoes after discount then i got the delivery of the products on 18th October 2015 and when i open the parcel i was shocked to see that MRP printed inside the Kut Kut Black Faux shoes is Rs 249/ but snap deal has charged Rs Rs 377 after discount on mrp of Rs 499... also In my 2nd product Chiku1 Red Shoes they have charged Rs 299 but the mrp written inside the product is Rs 221 ...And when i approach snapdeal support team by asking who authorized snap deal to charge above the mrp price from the customers and straight away denied for the access amount they have charged and after sending so many emails and posts on their facebook page finally they have agreed their mistake and ready initiate the refund of my payment which they have charged access to me also they have assured me that they will remove both the product from the website immediately or they will update the actual MRP of both the products. Now its been more that month but they are still selling the same products on the same price and looting the hard earned money of the consumers by charging Above the MRP Price which is illegal and comes under harsh section in our country...I have attached the snap shots of the product and their invoices... And If still i've missed to share any relevant information then please let me know..               No doubt that snapdeal has refunded the access amount charged to me. But also they have assured me that they will not continue with such unfair trade practices but still they are selling the same products which is over and above the mrp price printed on the product.

              It is appalling to discover that a reputed and supposed to be reliable website like SNAPDEAL can play such a game with customers.

              how on the earth can you cross the MRP and still have the audacity to show that you are offering a ‘discount’ on the shoe pair!!.. Worse, even the discounted price is far above the MRP!

              Can i have an answer to this mal practice with customers and expect a fair resolution??!!

              I got a call from snapdeal a day before yesterday. Just to inform me that they will immediate remove such product from their portal...today i have again visit their website and surprised to see they have removed only single product which i have purchased and to my utter surprise still there are many more live products of the same brand (Kut Kut). Where you can see that they are still charging over and above the Mrp price printed inside the product and still have the audacity to show that they are offering a ‘discount’ on the shoe pair!!...i have attached the snap shots for your reference which clearly shows that snapdeal is still looting the hard earned money of the consumers even after reporting such big crime to them.

              I should give 5 star rating for such TRAP. Also i would like to inform to snapdeal and i will soon file the PI Against SNAPDEAL for such illegal ACT if they will not provide the fair resolution of my complaint asap...
              Below mentioned snap shots of snapdeal website has captured today at 3:35 pm ... Snap deal again live the same product on same price...And still they have the audacity to sell it on over and above the mrp price ...Which you can see in the images attached...

              Snapdeal Team - Your hope is good for nothing as my complaint has not resolved till yet...Even after assured by your customer care that they will call me...not received any call since 26th Nov...And to my utter surprise you guys still have the audacity to say that "HOPE YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

              Let me clear one thing to you that if you guys are testing my patience...then you have no idea of the power of the consumer.
              Also you guys are still looting consumers by charging over and above the MRP Price...

                I bought LG Washing Machine worth Rs. 23, 221 from which I was eligible to redeem 500 rs cashback by using SBI Credit Card. As per terms & conditions, my 500 rs cashback was suppose to be deposited by 22nd oct but till date there is no money deposited in my account. Also Snapdeal is really cheater company. Even there is no reply from snapdeal even. I called thousands time, I followed everything but still no solution. I faced same payment related issue before even. Snapdeal blocked my 60, 000 refund and I received too late. I request you to all of customer, not to buy anything from snapdeal.

                        Recently, I ordered a Mobile Handset (iBall MultiSim Tarang 2.8J Coffee Brown) from Snapdeal.
                        They delivered the item on 23rd nov 2015. so after using the handset I found out that it's charging port is Defective or Damaged.
                        so I submitted a complaint regarding the defective Handset & ask them for a full refund from snapdeal but the customer executive said that he will not refund the amount and will not replace the item, don't know why?? he was acting up all weird & was not able to provide me any help.
                        so kindly help me regarding this serious matter ASAP !!!

                          I had ordered LG 24X OEM SATA DVD Writer (GH24NS95) via snapdeal order No. [protected] on[protected] from Mangalore.

                          The product was delivered on[protected]. It was already late for my use.
                          Since one of my relative expired in Mysore, I had to go to Mysore without delay.
                          I was not able to check the product. I returned on[protected] and connected the product to my computer. But unfortunately it was a faulty / defective piece. None of the CD or DVD was reading. I was disappointed.

                          So immediately I raised a complaint to return the product and refund my amount.
                          But the snapdeal executive told me that the it is not eligible for refund or replacement as it does not come under their policy. (In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply). They said that I have to take it to LG Service Center only. (It may take another 10-15 days for that as I had already experienced earlier with my another LG DVD Writer).

                          It will be too late for me.

                          But how fair is it?
                          I trusted SNAPDEAL and purchased the product. I didn't use it even once. They have sent me a faulty product and now giving an excuse that it is not under return or replacement policy. I feel it is a technique to to put a burden on the consumer and play safe on their side.
                          I request the concerned person to take back the product and to refund my amount immediately.

                            On 13 oct 2015 i placed a order on snapdeal, my order id.no.[protected] when i got the phone mi4 16gb on 24 oct 2015, the camera problem was there, so i made a request for replacement, replacement made on 3 nov 2015, the product is given to courier go javas from snapdeal on 5 nov 2015, but still today 24 nov 2015 i dont get the product.i have made a cancelation request on 07 nov 2015 the customer executive told me to refund within 10 days but nothing happen.daily i track my order on snapdeal app it shows that given for courier its out for delivery when you refuse the product the product will come back and after that we will refund in 10days, when i contact to go javas corier customer care they told me that they didnt get the physical delivery of product only they get the details plz contact snapdeal. go javas request no is UNISNPP4899237.the snapdeal is not giving the product to go javas courier then how will i refuse to it how it go back how will i get the refund, daily i complaint via phone and mail but they only say that plz wait for 48 hours after then also no solution.plz help me i watch your show then i know that u can help me plz i just frustate from this i want my refund of rs.12999.i talk to supervisors of snapdeal also they also gives the same reply that our team is working on your request.no.12204939.its too late i didnt get my phone or refund.plz help

                              Please return my money which was with you as SD Cash. Snapdeal credited it to my account when I returned a Damaged product sent by Snapdeal. I was told that I can use that cash at anytime whenever I require. But now you stole it from me stating that it got expired. I didnt get any intimation that my SD cash is going to expire. Simply for advertising you can send many mails. For expiry you did not send any mail and during refund you people told that till 1 year you can use that SD cash. You people have lot of time in sending advertisement mail but not a single mail to inform that we have changed SD cash expiry to 6 months.

                                Hi,

                                I had a very bad experience in getting my compensation from Snapdeal.

                                I brought a product from snapdeal(Worth of RS 24, 000/-).
                                They have delivered the product with broken seal, as the seal is broken they have agreed to pay me a compensation of RS 2400/- on 24 October 2015.
                                I have shared my bank details on the same day and the amount is supposed to be credited in 4 business days.

                                They haven't initiated it until i have called them after 4 business.

                                for the above mistake they have agreed to pay me Rs 4500/- on Nov 5th. They even sent a confirmation mail.

                                From Nov 5th till today I haven't received any amount. The response is very negative and with out any intimation they have place the item for reverse pick up.

                                To install that product, i have spent Rs 10, 000/- from my pocket.

                                I have asked them, if you are taking back the product then pay me my Rs 10000/-

                                They are not responding to me in a proper way.

                                Can anyone help me on this

                                I have received a call from Lal Thomas(Snap deal on Nov 26 2015), requested to wait and i have waited for couple more days due to the complaint which i have raised in consumer complaints.
                                I really dont understand why snap deal is not providing me an update

                                I spoke with SD customer care person, they told that they should be able to credit in to my SD wallet by EOD.

                                No one is looking into this.

                                I doubt that, even complaining in the consumer complaint there is no response from Snapdeal.

                                Is consumer complaint is the right portal to complain of can some one suggest me some.
                                I didnt got any update from snapdeal team.

                                It recklessness from snapdeal, and consumer complaints is not even bothered .

                                    Failed order for an Artifact Royal Wooden Easel on the 31st of October. While the order failed, an amount of Rs. 2499 was debited from my account.
                                    Numerous calls to their 'customer care' over three weeks have yielded no results but lots of false assurances.

                                    The complaint number issued to me is this[protected].

                                    Each call I make I am asked to wait for 48 hours more. Snapdeal must respond and refund my money immediately.

                                    I had a call from your social media team today, the 29th of November at around 2.30 in the afternoon, from someone named Shiv who informs me that the bank statement that I downloaded in a pdf format from my netbanking account is invalid. From this he implies that I have cooked it up.

                                    I suggest you get a person knowledgeable in the field of reading bank statements to deal with it, not some ignorant person who is only concerned about making Snapdeal look helpful and good on social media.

                                    FYI, this has been going on for a month now. The transaction was made on the 31st of October and between then and now there have been nothing but frustrating interactions by phone and email with Snapdeal.

                                    I hate to think what an unprivileged customer is treated like, if, as I was told, I am a privileged customer!

                                      U all have nothing to do except trouble to customers.. Again u do a ridiculous behavior with me which can not be tolerable. My product eco 3 door wardrobe which I purchased on 2nd November 2015 in rs 9999/-.and it's delivery due between 1st December 2015. It is automatically canceled by snapdeal without any prior information me. This product is mine coz I already pay for it how you cancel without asking me. Reason is outside service area whether my colleagues get this on same pincode. Suddenly after 25 days u realize this because I am aware all media actions so u cancelled my order and surprised 1st time u give refund at the time. That is my product n u mail me after all done. I case on you for theft cheat fraud or so much. Anyhow I need my product same on time in same price. Otherwise I take action step by step. Surprisingly Maggie k delivery charges ka refund jo without any information lagaya wo abhi tk refund ni Hua. Snapdeal is cheater it is a local website where you can buy only cheap things and you can take risks of low prices.. It is not for exclusive items. Still they don't cancel my mixer. But automatically canceled my wardrobe. Bcoz u know that wat I did last tym and this tym u can't bare installation vendor charges or give services to customers.. I need my product back.. How dare you to touch my product without asking me... After so many messages still there is no reply or no response, no co-ordination.. I call on customer care but ms tiji George floor supervisor has no solution n asking me for professional behavior. So I clear that m not ur vendor or partner so I will talk u in professional behavior. M customer even frustrated customer so how a frustrated customer talking with you. You know very much better than me.. So have senses all customers are not fool and unknown about actions.

                                        I am balaji I have ordered Elgi Ultra Grind + Gold (Order ID is [protected]) on 3rd Nov 2015 from Snapdeal and its supposed to get delivered on 4th Nov 2015 by fedex india ( Tracking No :[protected] because its local shipment with in the city. Now drama from snapdeal and fedex starts from here. Fedex – They misplaced the shipment and after lots of calls and complaint raised by me finally the they came to my home for delivery on 13th nov 2015 but I have rejected to take the shipment and I clearly told them to return it to snapdeal, but what they did is something which will blow my head they put remarks that shipment is delivered to customer without taking my sign on the delivery paper.when I asked fedex to send me the proof of the delivery documents they rejected to give then I asked them to give the delivery boy name and mobile no so that I can take this case to local police then they disconnected the call. Snapdeal – Because of poor response from snapdeal I have canceled the product on 8th nov 2015 itself and they told me my refund (7150/-) will be initiated once the product is returned to seller from fedex.On 14th nov 2015 snapdeal called me and told me as your product is delivery by fedex so we can't refund the money then I told them what exactly happen on 13th nov 2015.After that I have again called snapdeal and raised complaint no :12596166 for refund and investigation on to whom fedex delivered the product. Finally snapdeal agreed to refund money on 17th Nov 2015 by sending a email to me about we have initiated the refund which will take 4 working days after few days snapdeal sent me another email on 19th Nov 2015 that we have again initiating the refund which will take 4 working days.I have waited till 23rd nov 2015 then I have contacted snapdeal they responded that they have sent the money to my bank but in true case they have not done anything from there side simply they put email to fool customer I contacted my bank they clearly told me that there system is not showing any money which came to your account by snapdeal form last 6 days.Again I have contacted the snapdeal about my refund on 23th nov 2015 they told me amount will reflect in your account in next 48hrs and today ie 24th Nov 2015 snapdeal service team called me and now they are again fooling customer saying that we have initiated the refund today so it will reflect in your account in next 4 working days.Hope this time snapdeal is telling truth. Attached are the emails send to me by snapdeal to mislead the customer about refund. I don’t understand after sending emails and calls also they are simply fooling customers by keeping the money with them. Snapdeal should be punished for these activity. I personally requesting everyone who is buying from online don’t buy anything from snapdeal.
