      This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered bagy malone green shoulder bag with snapdeal dated 16th august 2015 order no. [protected] for rs. 1299/- and this bag was physically damage so i raised a complaint (Compaint no.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal arranged for reverse pickup (Tracking no.[protected] and that bag was collected from my official address that is registered – dynamic tours and travels, lourenco apartments, erasmo carvalho street margao – goa by jv express.

      Further to inform you that i had been told that the amount is already refunded on 02nd september and were given the reference no[protected]. I got this checked in my canara bank and the manager said there is no transaction made.

      So i forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to mr. Shiv prasad on 15th september, ms. Priti on 16th september and lot other representatives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to mr. Mobin khan on 22nd september and he said he has forwarded the concern and will get it checked but no revert.

      Snapdeal has only been sending fake refund initiation mails but no refund.

      I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (Can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but it’s useless. I even put this on facebook and twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also ceo mr. Kunal bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they can’t refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused.

      If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they can’t provide refund and also stating my complain is not genuine? Is that every time i only have to call and ask about it or snapdeal also have their responsibilities towards the buyers? Their role is just to sell the product and what about the commitments they have made on the website about trust pay? Why my product is still not sent back to me as i have paid for it? Why snapdeal is cheating the buyers?

      They have blocked my account and are not refunding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got a damaged product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and blacklist a customer? Problem has arisen from their end so how they can refuse my refund?

      I request the assistance to help me get my money back rs.1299/-.

        Instead of apologise it would be great if you stop making people fool by sending them wrong product with low price and cheating them. I received wrong product and now Snapdeal is not even giving reverse pick up and asking for manual pick up even I am not able to send product manually due to no courier services available in my area.
        I am not getting response on complaint I raised.
        That's really cheap thing Snapdeal is doing.
        How many days you people need to address the issues its been more than one and half month already since issue is been raised.

          I had placed an order for curtains on 10/11/2015.The order was delivered in parts and because I had to go out of the town due to an emergency, one of my staff who is illiterate received it on my behalf on two days.When I came back and opened the packages on 28/111/15, to my utter dismay I found the color of one of the curtains was different from the seven other ones.I mailed the website immediately and informed them .I just asked them to exchange the curtain for the right one but they flatly refused to do so saying that the one week time period regarding the exchange/return was over.I tried and requested them but they didn't care to consider my plight.THe fault was theirs but was dissappointed and hurt by their cold response.Now I feel so helpless and cheated by the website.The order no. was [protected].I just want to get the right product so that I won't have to suffer for the mistake committed by the website,

            The Snapdeal.com sell me a damaged Hard Disk. Which is not working. I complaint after 7-day period expire because I am busy in Diwali Festival with family. They not providing me any service center address. where i go and solve my problem. They are either replacing my product or refund me. The company is showing their attitude, arrogance and negligence. Please take Strict action against them.

              Snapdeal has refused my refund worth Rs.7854/- and they have my product and my money also. It has been almost more than 2.5 months but still no refund given.

              How snapdeal can fool the buyers. Snapdeal manager stated that their compliance team is sitting to check the history of the past orders and based on that refund is given.

              As a buyer we pay for the product and if the product is faulty then it is not their right to give refund???

              I will file this in forum along with revordings i have.

              SNAPDEAL has not yet resolved my complain and request your'll please don't deal with snapdeal. They are just fooling the buyers with fake promises. The information that is updated on their official site is all fake.They don't provide refund but if the product is defective then they do arrange reverse pickup but no refund.

                I purchased a kurlon mattress from site and it got delivered on 15th November 2015. i realized the wrong was wrong and immediately placed a return request on 16th November 2015. i received an email confirming about the pick up in two day through Renuka Logistics. two days later i called call center about the pick up, but nothing has happened in spite of repeated calls and follow up. today its 25 days and the pick up has not happened.

                    On 30th April 2015 I had order Dell Inspiron 3543 Laptop from Snapdeal.com Order ID: [protected] There was offer on Credit Card that the interest charged by the Bank would be refunded in terms of SD-CASH. The total SD-Cash I received on 25th May, 2015 was Rs 3038. But I received no email or sms when the sd-cash was deposited. As a loyal consumer I kept the lumsum cash for a Big Purchase on this Christmas. But the Company spoiled my festivals and ruined my joy. They steal the SD-CASH without intimation. I say steal because there was no intimation before debiting the amount. As per Finance norms every Entity has to intimate my call / sms/ letter or email that what is the expiry date. I received when the sd-cash was deposited and no where in the invoice it was mentioned that there it would be expired after sometime. No other point which is very important. I had return a very good review for their product and they gave me Rs 5 as sd-cash which is still showing in the account. Now all of sudden the sd-cash is shown with expiry date. The funny part of it is Rs 5 sd-cash has 1 year validity. This shows they want to retain customers by bonding for Rs 5 and steal their hard earned money by short validity. This is the dirtiest strategy of e-commerce. This depicts the company has no ethics. It takes sweat and blood for every penny earned and stealing the amount is like dealing with the wolves. If there is expiration policy it should be uniform and not variable as per amount. I i had opted for 12 EMIs how come the cashback validity for 6 months ?? This shows the clear intention of company is to loot the funds of customers. It is said that Credit Cards companies have worst interest on Penalty, but they also inform thrice via phone, sms, email and hard post for the last date. I am ready to take Snapdeal, Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal to Supreme Court for the crime under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. Be ready for Legal Consequences.

                    Thanks to Consumer Complaints, the issue has been resolved. Taking the complaint down. Got call from Social Media Marketing Executives and after escalating issues over and over again got back my hard earned money in form of Freecharge Cash.
                    Snapdeal has to be boycotted. So many people are struggling for refund.

                      Since 15 days I'm waiting reply from Snapdeal. As I complained, "Right after receiving this product I complained and asked for the return because of the quality. But they denied by saying electronic product is not returnable for the reason of quality. Then I tried to use that product, but as they described about that, that doesn't work as according to their saying, and also I came to know that the product is faulty. And then again I informed Snapdeal about the return of the product because of the defects with in 3-4 days of receiving. Now they saying at your first complain you ask about the quality, so we don't take any second complain against the same product. Is this fair, Snapdeal doing business or cheating the innocent Indians by taking the money with their new rules and conditions. please tell me how to lodge the FIR against Snapdeal for cheating me Rupees 995." After this complain I received a call saying they will send the service center address where I have to get a written statement about the faulty and useless product Snapdeal sold me. And now they remain silent as if I made the mistake of buying from Snapdeal. I'm complaining from the day I received the product, but why Snapdeal is trying to cheat my Rs. 995, or is this the way Snapdeal cheating other customers.

                            I bought a backpack from Snapdeal.com . When i proceed for the payment the window showed me an amount of Rs.795. When i completed the payment, The amount deducted was Rs.1, 295 . Even the payment gateway showed 795. Obviously i returned the article and got my money back, When i asked snapdeal why this happened, they gave me an explanation saying its because of change in pin code . The problem with this answer is, The payment window opens after you submit your address. these guys are clearly cheating.

                              I have ordered a Home Town Wardrobe (Order ID: ). However, the product has not been delivered. I have called the customer care so many times, every time they say, there would be a followup call, but no one calls back. They clearly know they have not delivered the product, still they are siting ideal. Its an expensive product, and they are neither giving my money back not delivering the product. There are no tracking details as well. Do not every buy from Snapdeal.com as they are thugs, prefer Amazon.in and Flipkart. I have never faced such issues from these companies, but Snapdeal.com has betrayed me many times. The image proves it well. No delivery as of 8 December 2015.

                                I have order Kingston 8gb Hyperx Fury 1866mhz Desktop Ram - Blue from snapdeal but I have revived Faulty product and I have return the product by myself and the product was reached to snapdeal head quarter and snapdeal was initiated my refund also but One month completed but still the refund has been not credit in my bank account I called to snapdeal about this issue they are telling it was still in process and I have shared my bank statement with snapdeal so many times but still the refund has been not credit in my bank account.                                   I have ordered Genius Multi Chopper Plus Nicer Dicer Vegetable Cutter Fruit Slicer, SM coconut scrapper with beater- multicolor on Dec 1, 2015. I received partial order on Dec 7, 2015. when i checked the item, beater was missing. I am totally disappointed with snapdeal and no intimation details of remaining missing item. Please resolve this issue.

                                    I have received the product on 13th november but it was a gift for my cushion.When he open it on 30th november we found that the display is broken and its a scrap product. We have ordered a black one they gave us grey one .One of the customer care executive told me to visit at service center and ask them if they are not working then snapdead will refund me .After i have started this process servicenter authority rejected the handset a told me why you purchase from online its too bad .Now i felt it why he said to me like this .
                                    Then snapdeal cc executive told me we cant refund you because already 7 day policy is completed .What a policy .So as per my decision..
                                    Snapdeal is a fraud company ..I have purchased a phone karbon k22+ on diwali offer .And the parcel contain a piece of that handset with display cracked ... So i never recommend any one to purchase from snapdeal...

                                      The watch u have deliverd to me is not in a working condition the problem is touch... its not working and it is already used by some other people i can see the scratches on watch display its not in proper working condition im completely not satisfied with the apple digital touch watch so, kindly refund me as soon as possible

                                        Hello Admin/ I am a part-time martial arts instructor working for CRIME CHECK INDIA and full time Network Engineer working in Dell Services. I, along with my instructor give free martial art classes/self defense classes to all the girls, especially to the girls belonging to remote areas.These work shops are covered under the supervision of SDM's/DM's and Police Station of the respective area. Coming to my point - I have ordered two USI head guards recently of which one of the box's had scrap. I believed in your company and never had a second thought that your delivered order would have scrap in it. I kept it as it, packed for 10 days as I had to gift it to my instructor. On 11th Day I gave it to my instructor in front of 10 odd people and the first box itself had a complete scrap in it and even the box in which it was delivered was of another company. We have 10's of such guards which we provide to our students free of cost, it was just an unfortunate decision to order it from your website. Again I believed in the customer service so much but again had face rejection which I took very calmly and professionally as I also understand all the policies about the company. Everytime I was only and only told about the 7 days return policy. 1500 odd buck does not matter at all, it all about the embarrassment that I had to face in front of 10 people and about the gift that I had to present to my instructor. Most of all the pathetic customer service the agents gave me made me more unhappy. THIS COMPANY IS A CHEATER AND FRAUD. I am giving the details of my order below.
