I have seen on snap deal website a huge discount on men & women watches. as per their add a brand CAVALLI wich is copy of an international brand there were a discount of 80 % the MRP was Rs 24, 800 & Rs 18, 600 with discount it was Rs 749 & Rs 649. i have ordered it then and there and when i revived it and checked it up it was a local watch which is available on any street in India by hardly Rs 200. They are make fool of people by showing fake MRP on line and discount on it. every branded watch are made of steel but its made up of some local materiel which is coated with paint.

Snap deal we people are kachra .. you should be in dustbin ... you are thief, what you think you can eat my money .. no not at all . i know you people do this kind of practice and eat money of consumers and earn lakh and crors of rupees ...

    I Requested several times for refund of my payments made, but they are saying that we are resolving your issue and will be resolve in next 48 hrs, but it being more the 30 days till now 01/dec/2105, i am unable to get my refund.

    ITS BEEN SUCH A LONG TIME, and very shameful and un-professional behaviour from such a company. The Snapdeal have a very poor and un-managed system of business and is having very in-efficient dealing with customers .

    I just want my money back in my account with interest and i will not be any more customer with snapdeal.

      I purchased laptop from snapdeal.com and my order number is [protected] on 24th of Nov 2015. Actually this laptop is defective in screen and keyboard. Also there is price difference in MRP written on product and MRP shown on snapdeal.com. ​Snapdeal.com is not giving any kind of support. I did not like the product because of poor quality of keyboard and screen. Same day of delivery, I tried to return to snapdeal.com but I was unable to return it. Snapdeal.com is not willing to resolve this issue. What shall I supposed to do with this poor quality of product ? Thank You

        Yesterday I get delivered with a product from snapdeal which is Ambrane portable charger, I want to return this product back to snapdeal but they are saying that their policy is not covering this for return .but when i check this on their website this is clearly written as:

I have returned my defected mobile on 1st0ct2015 to snapdeal warehouse and i was entitled for a refund of rs7400(approx). snapdeal initiated the refund on 15th oct 2015 and told me to wait for next 4 days to get my refund in bank account. but 10 days passed still no refund in my account. i lodged complain again and again after that and shared my bank passbook statements about 5 times showing my account details that no refund is initiated.In response snapdeal continously provided me fake info and harresed me again n again. its nearly 2 months now i havent got my refund of my mobile. fraud snapdeal took my mobile and money and not giving back. order no.                       The order was placed on[protected]. Returned on[protected]. For that your team initiated Refund on[protected]. But i didn't get the Refund. Than i contacted your team on[protected] and found that the account number given by me is incorrect. Than i inform the matter to your team They told me if NEFT returned to their a/c they send again to correct a/c. Otherwise They cant give the Refund again as the details was provided by customer. Ok i agree with these words immediately i check with my branch for that wrong a/c number given by me. I was confirmed by our the wrong a/c number given by me doesnt exsist with my Branch. Here if NEFT sent by your team definetly you'll get UTR number but you didn't get it. Even your team get UTR number the a/c number & IFSC CODE doesnt match for this reason it returned to senders a/c automatically. But when i request them for UTR number on[protected] they give "[protected]"as a Refund reference number and told to share this number with my Branch to Know the exact status of Refund. Later on[protected] They give another number as Refund reference number" P[protected]" And tell the same. Sir is this Refund reference number usefull to know the status of Refund from our Branch. For that reason i contacted your team again & again but your team tells that you have to wait for 48hrs, 4 business days, 7business days like that. On 30-oct2015.i got a mail from snapdeal to Submit currect a/c details i submitted that on the same day and it shows that sucessfully submitted. Later i got a mails from snapdeal continously on 31oct 1nov than i contacted your team for that he told snapdeal have some Technical problems in that link so you send through another way. I send the correct details and got mail from snapdeal on & 3 Nov 2015 i.e. We received your a/c details and initiated the Refund within 24hrs but i didn't get the Refund. Again i request them for UTR number they send same Refund reference number i.e. P[protected]. The same was Sent me on 12 october, 7nov & 19nov.finally they told they didn't get any responce from your finance team as the NEFT was returned. It may take 48hrs to get that. Finally i got a mail and call from senior manager on 22 Nov (sunday) they told they got infromation from your finance team as the NEFT was returned and they initiated on23rd. On 23-nov 2015 i got a mail as the Refund was initiated and will be credited to my account in 4 business days. But still now i didn't get the Refund. And when i contacted snapdeal team to request for UTR number they told me they didn't get it from the finance team.

                        My mother bought a mirror from Elegant Arts and frames through Snapdeal with the order number:[protected] which was delivered at her place on 3rd Nov in a broken state. I filed for a refund on 3rd Nov itself. I was told to wait for 48 hours and the product would be picked from my place, on the 6th day after the complaint was registered, a courier man came to collect it and said that the product was too big and he would send a tempo to collect it. We received a message on the next day saying that the product has to be couriered manually by us but my mother is a 50 year old lady living alone so it wasn't feasible for her to send it back. Thus, we called the customer care and requested to send someone to take the product back. They asked us to wait for another 48 hours, since then my mother has been waiting for them sometimes 48 hours, sometimes 72 hours as whenever we call them its the same statement that is shared with us. Today is 30th Nov and still neither the amount got refunded to my account nor the product has been taken from my place. Please help us to take an action against them.

                        Now, although the mirror has been taken, it has been a month the money hasn't been refunded to my mother's account. I do not know how Snapdeal is working on this complaint.

                          Hi, I have very bad experience with moto & snap-deal, found defective mobile for my purchase, after that i have filled complain for my order no. [protected] for my compain # 13153636. snapdeal first told that they will not replace or refund the same they told to get jobsheet form moto service center, but for that i have wasted my valuable time to do the same by travelling very long distance. but still after getting jobsheet, snapdeal is asking now for mobile handset which i have already submitted in service center. i have really no time to & collect the mobile. very bad service from snapdeal first they telling to get job sheet after sending faulty mobile & then harresing customer to get the ok product. i request the moto to look in to the same personally & resolve the same, as i m very big fan of moto. dont give other to spoil the reputation of moto in market becouse of snapdeal. i suggest the quit the deal with snapdeal.                             I was a seller at snapdeal. I unregistered myself as a seller on Aug 19, 2015. I got a confirmation regarding the same on Aug 20, 2015. with my seller code: Sac554. Since then i'm receiving sms from TD-SNAPDL regarding some stupid trainings on youtube. I get around 5-10 sms per day. I have been sending them emails regarding removal of my number from all of their database. They used to reply me back saying they've removed my number from all of their database. Even after sending 14 emails and 2 call center talks, i'm still getting sms from from them. I would like to raise a complaint against snapdeal and request to get a compensation for their nuisance.

                              I made a order of pendant set in October mid, when after 15 days, parcel was not delivered. Then I cancel my order no. [protected]. And talked to there customer care executive. I was assured of my money back. My payment was thru my credit card RS. 279. But after that they updated delivered status. No delivery man of snap deal regarding this parcel never contacted me. Now from one month I m calling and mailing for this refund. But they have no answer.

                                I ordered Dhs Badminton Feather Shuttle Cock (6 Pcs.) on 19th of October 2015 from Snapdeal.com through a Debit card at Rs-362/-Only. On 25th of October they cancelled the order of their own. They told that they would refund the money to me within 4 to 5 days. But till date they have not refunded the money. Snapdeal customer reference no is[protected]. As per their requirement I gave them the PDF format of my bank passbook to prove my case.                                     Thanks, at last for contacting, but support I got is poor. The terms and policies on site are not aligned with what customers get. The customer support directly says we no longer provide such service, then why do you have it in the first place. I was preferring to get the SD cash as refund instead of bank transfer as I wanted to purchase from snapdeal only, but now I no longer want to do that.
