I had ordered das mahavidya brass yantras. They have sent different plastic foils. I am unable to upload bank details in their website because of some error or trick by the company to avoid return and refund process. None of the phone numbers given are existing. Meanwhile given time for return-refund will be lost. I have sent emails to the company and the replies are helpless. Hope consumer complaints will solve the issue.

    A vans old skool sneakers was ordered ([protected]) and delivered on 19th-20th september 2019 (Not sure of the date). Due to bad fit a return was requested. Item was picked by a dehlivery.com person on 21.09.2019.in spite of repeated reminers on mail my refund is yet to be proceesed. The item was cod and paid at the time of delivery. Total amount charged was rs 1398/-

        I ordered a watch from snapdeal and I got a fake wrong product and I asked for return and refund. They take product from me and I didn't get my money back. This is the second time I was cheated by snapdeal. I want my money back. I contact customer care so many times and they said to me it will refunded within 2 days. But I waited for more than 7 days now. I want to complain in customer court for cheating me.

          My order was to be picked up but the pickup was unsuccessful for no reason, the courier boy had not called me. And i’m not able to reschedule my pick up, i’m trying this from last four days but they are not responding because they don’t want to back the order, i want compensation for this kind of harassment. Even they don’t share their contact numbers so that we can call them, please look into it

          They messaged me that your pick up has been re- scheduled, today at 11:00 am they message me that keep your item ready it will be picked up today but they Provide a false contact number of pick up person, when I dials the number, the response was number is incorrect and neither I got any call for pick up . Straight way they are fooling us . Moreover they want to cancel my return process in a bad manner . If they don’t do this return I will go to consumer court . This is the msg I got

              श्रीमान जी अतुल्य दिव्यांग सेवा समिति ने brother कंपनी का प्रिंटर ख़रीदा 6 मई 2019 को उसके बाद उसकी इंक खत्म होने के बाद स्नैपडील कंपनी से brother कंपनी की इंक मंगवा कर डाला गए उसके बाद कुछ दिन प्रिंटर ठीक चल रहा था उसके बाद प्रिंट ख़राब आने लगा तो इसकी कम्पलेंट की गई कंप्लेंट न.               तो उनका इंजीनयर आया और उसने उसने प्रिंटर को खोले बिना ही देखा और बोला आपने इंक लोकल डाली है brother कंपनी की नहीं है मैंने उससे कहा जिस कमपनी ने मुझे इंक दिया है 100 % ओरिजनल
              स्नैपडील कंपनी जिम्मेदारी लेने से माना कर रही है
              इसकी वजह से मेरा नया प्रिंटर ख़राब हो गया ओरिजनल के नाम पर कस्टमर को ठगते है और फिर कहते है हमारी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं है
              ये फ्रॉड कंपनी है
              इन्हे ये प्रिंटर ठीक करवाना होगा और जो नुकसान हो रहा है उसकी भरपाई भी करनी होगी

                I purchased a on whey protein from snapdeal, they delivered the product, and i scanned the code and after scanning the code it didn't seem the original product. It didn't match the authentication of the valid product. They are saying now i can't return it. This product cost me ₹5139 only. I have checked all the parameters of the product, but it didn't match the original quality of product, so please i'm requesting u to please resolve my case. Either exchange the product or i want full refund of this product

                    I recently ordered a Titan Analog Watch through Snap deal. But I received a fake Titan product. I reached out to Snap deal Support and they told me to get a written confirmation from the Titan Showroom.

                    I went to Titan Showroom and they confirmed its fake, but they are not ready to give any written statement as they already have a case registered Snap deal.

                    Above link gives the details about the ongoing case.

                    Snap deal had assured in their statement that all the fake products have been taken down from the website, but they are still selling it!!.
                    Hence I want to file a complaint against them to either replace it with a Original product or refund the money.

                      This is the worst online shopping app ever. Snapdeal cheating me again and again and I have worst experience with snapdeal.
                      They neither take the product back which is a fake product or refund my money.
                      The government should ban this worst app for the sake of customers who trust online shopping apps.
                      First they give me a fake fastrack watch and then they give me a worst watch for my little sister. I'm going to raise a complaint on consumer court for this kind of cheating. I will wait for 1 more day else I'm going to complaint a petition on consumer court.

                        I have received defective watch from snapdeal on 3rd september 2019 and requested for replacement on the same day. On 5th september courier person came and taken the product but it was not updated from snapdeal nor i did not get any message.

                        I have contacted customercare for my product or requested to return my money back but every time they telling that they need 48 hours to resolve the issue.

                        Its been more than a month now, but now also they are telling they need 48 hours to resolve the issue.
                        Please be cautious while shopping in snapdeal. One of the wrost online shopping site in india is snapdeal.

                              I placed a refund request but the pick up was unsuccessful. I wanted to reschedule the pickup but am unable to do so. They are even not contactable through call. Please help me place the refund request for my product as the product was different from what was mentioned on the website and was a copy of the original product. Please help me.

                                  Some one called us from your department sir, they said that you won 1500000/-cash prize, we didn't believe but they continuously called us and we asked what's the matter they said that we are from mumbai snap deal prize department you have to pay 16500/-to get your amount but we didn't believe in that and said that we are not interested but they didn't listened they continuously called us and finally we tried lot to customer care of snap deal we submit mail also but there is no response, they called continuously finally we paid 16500/-through phone pay which named seema and they just forwarded a message that you have received 1500000/- in ur account but i didn't get any again we asked them that i didn't get money they said that your account is not commercial account you should pay 320000/- i. E 2%charges included to pass the amount in your account and just given 24 hours time, we didn't understand anything better to seal the snap deal service very worst customer service they also forwarded id card and also pan card and also adhar

                                    Hi i am amith, i received a call from snapdeal prize department. They said that i have received 690000rs as prize and they asked me to pay some sort of taxes.. I paid them again and again till 78000rs
                                    You snapdeal people should be shameful for letting them use your name to fraud your costumers. I received the and from this number[protected]

                                    This is the second time i'm cheated by snapdeal. I ordered a watch for my sister and i got a watch which is absolutely useless and fake product. Why snapdeal continuously cheating their customers like this? I want my money back immediately or i will surely complaint about this in customer court and u need to pay compensations for this kind of things
