I purchased intex aqua desire mobile handset of 6549 but that was not good in camera and also heat problem. I contact to Snapdeal for return of that phone. I returned it after a week of purchase time. And since now after 8 days of returned i still didn't get my balance refund. I contact again and again to Snapdeal but didn't get promising response. Now a days they pickup phone but doesn't talk . I m in trouble. Please do something for my balance refund.

    Dear snapdeal You claim the best but you guys give the worst service to customer. I had ordered 4 items on 08th oct 2015(Order ID: [protected]), though i recieved 3 items in time, the 4th item which was shipped on 09th oct has not been delivered by now, in spite the fact that its due delivery date was 19th oct and the irony is that you and ur service partner r updated the tracking status as "not delivered due to out of pincode area" and then gave modified post dated delivery date. On mailing the same to snapdeal, i was instructed to collect the item from courier hub and even though i was ready to collect it from courier service, no one responded from the courier and when i contacted the snapdeal, i was given assurance that i would get product by next day and on the next day i got a call from snapdeal stating that product could not be delivered due to some issues with courier service and simply saying sorry for all the harassment and ordeal caused to me.       On 18/07/2015 & 19/07/2015, a offer was going "if someone buy any product above Rs. 5000/- from snapdeal.com trough icici bank debit card, then the customer will get 10% cash back from snapdeal.com .But till now not got the cash back amount.I have registered a complaint on snapdeal, about one month ago, but no respone from snapdeal( snapdeal complaint no. #[protected]& order no.         I ordered Samsung Galaxy grand max from snap deal on[protected].the product reached my home but as I was out of station I said that I would pick up after 1 day, but go assured courier cancelled my order and not giving proper response to me.many times I contacted snap deal and courier service also but they are saying that we will resolve your issue in 48 hours and after 5 days also I haven't got my order..

              We have placed an Order for 1.5 TON AC window 3 star on 16th February, 2015, . We were trying to send mail id. The email id they provided in website: [protected]@snapdeal.com is getting bounced back and When we contacte customer care no. [protected], they said snapdeal have no email id for correspondence which is absolutely unfair. If customer have any problem, they will not be able to get any written information about the orders placed. When everycompany has the emai id for correspondence, snapdeal not having the email id create doubt in minds of every customer. Your authority has to do something about it. We are unable to track the situation of our order for the last one week nor they are willing to give the name of the supplier from where the material is getting shipped.

                I have been ordered Intex it-digi plus os 4.1 system from snapdeal.com vide order no [protected] as cash on delivery basis I have paid the amount at the delivery time but company wrongly placed Intex it-digi os 4.1 so I called to company's online call center & return the product my complaint was register vide reg.no.6395537. Company mailed me several times for their inconvenience on date 1.09.15 I have been ricived mail from company where they state all the necessary document & procedure for refund of money has been completed & also verified by company & refund will be initiate with next 4 working days but still today i cant get my money back
                So I requesting you to please look into matter & refund my money from company & also charge fine for make troubles to consumer

                  I Was send a wrong and used product. When I asked for a replacement they processed a refund for the same stating that product is not available with us. I bought the product on a sale period of Rs 280 and not the day refund was processed the same product was available for Rs 594 and compnay said the product is not available. I registered a compaint with snapdeal and they said you can place another order but we can't process this order. ([protected]) to inquire about my order than Mr. FAHIM (cust. care executive) said mE VERY EASILY that my all orders got cancelled without informing me . as all that orders are medicines and i am very much required it, but thanks to snapdeal people i left without it. and delay of taking that medicines ( due to you peoples) will affect my health. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH SNAPDEAL. so i would like to make complaints against snapdeal and want to file a suit in consumer court. and i also want compensation of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- due to health issue.

                      Hi, I have bought 'Portronics Pure Sound Pro BT II Por118 Bluetooth Soundbar' (Order ID: [protected]) from Snapdeal and I didn't like the product hence I have initiated the return & refund. Snapdeal has picked-up the product from my place and it returned successfully. However, I have still not received my refund.                         I had purchased online WiFi wipod because they had told 12gb free data for 90 days. After I purchased I took a CAF form and filled it from Reliance communications Mangalore to activate. But after activation I did not get 12gb free data. So I called up to snapdeal customer care they told me within 48hrs they would response to my request. But they replied that as the offer was given by reliance company I had to call them, so I called up to reliance customer care they told me if I recharge Rs224 then I will get 12gb data but after recharging I got only 5gb data. Again when I called them they asked to call snapdeal customer care as they had given this offer online. When again I called up to snapdeal customer care they told me that they only render only online shopping and the offers are given by the vendors retailer so they told that they would inform about this to concerned team to solve this.                           DON'T BUY FROM SNAPDEAL IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY ELECTRONIC PRODUCT Please don't buy any electronic products from Snapdeal.There is no return/refund for any electronic product you purchase form Snapdeal On 10th of october, i purchased flow buzz 5.1 speakers, from its specs i was very excited and purchased it.But got the delivery 6 days later on 16 oct(last expected day of delivery).Still not delivered to my house, the delivery man called me to pick up the order on main road.when finally i got speakers in my hand, done connecting etc and played the music, the speakers was a big crap, bluetooth quality sucks(no penetration power) And the main thing which we expect from 5.1 speakers BASS.worst bass quality for a 5.1 speakers ever(even a simple lcd can produce much better bass).REALLY REALLY REALLY disappointing experience ever. I registered complaint on the very next hour that i am not satisfied with this product please refund as soon as possible and in return they are saying WE CANNOT REFUND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS AND THE 7 DAY REFUND POLICY DOES NOT VALID ON ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS YOU CAN CALL FLOW BUZZ FOR YOUR COMPLAINT ETC So i kindly request to all dont buy anything from snapdeal they are frauds.It doesn't effect them, if there customer satisfied or not they are money hungry only Well its my first time to buy anything from snapdeal and never going to buy anything from this fraud site at all

                                I had cancelled my order (Indiweaves Festival PeachPuff Pure Georgette unstitched dress material- Ref. no.[protected] on October 5, 2015. I received an email that my refund has been credited with Rs. 936 ARN/RRN no.[protected] on October 12, 2015. I have checked all transactions of my account but I have not received any refund till now and it has been 15 days since i cancelled my order. When will i get my refund when i have not even received the product.

                                    Re: Order id [protected] & order id [protected], Dear Sir / Madam, With reference to above i have ordered two Samsung Galaxy Grand max Mobile as on 11.08.2015 which was delivered to me as on 13.08.2015. I have ordered under 10% cash back scheme through ICICI bank. I have received confirmation call that cash back will received on before 12.10.2015 but i have still not cash back received in my bank account. I have many times mailed to snap deal for cash back query but no any reply to me from snap deal. I have talk customer care and told me that snapdeal already made payment and request me that confirm to my icici bank. After many mailed i have received mail today that the offer valid only for snapdeal app not snapdeal site but i have received confirmation call by snapdeal after delivered product that you will be received cash back before 12.10.2015. So you are requested to refund my cash back Rs. 2000/- urgently from snapdeal. I am sure you will be help me to refund my amount immediately Thanks Vijay Jain [protected]

                                      I had ordered an iPad Mini Wifi + Cellular 16GB on snapdeal. They delivered it in time but as soon as i opened the product and started exploring it, i couldn't believe that such a bad quality can be an apple product. the camera of the iPad which is 5mgps captures such blurred images. the functioning of this iPad is so slow that it will irritate you within minutes. also it gets very high on temperature in very minimal period. i know that this surely is a fake product because apple care coverage site has a record of serial numbers of all its products but thye serial number of the iPad that I've received isn't available in their records which proves there is no such item of apple. snapdeal has time and again proved us wrong for trusting them. this is a very serious issue and must be paid attention.
